Just ok. I've stayed in nice hotels in London, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, New York ..... I've never paid $365 a night at any cities in this country or in Europe. I know the NCAA Track and Field was going on but this was a Motel 6 class motel. Highway robbery at its finest.

I had a late check in and early check out and the staff were very friendly and helpful both encounters, very clean and comfortable queen bed room with working TV, great AC, fridge w/ freezer section, microwave, and clean bathroom, shower, & sink! Quiet and nice property, my room was facing away from the road, so no traffic disturbances. Nice walkable sidewalks around the area as well. Stayed 3 nights for a decent price, would stay again.

The proprietor was very friendly even though I arrived very late. The room was recently renovated and it was immaculately clean. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, the appliances were in good working order and also looked new. Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again when I visit Eugene.

The staff were all so friendly! Our car had to be fixed, and they were very helpful extending our stay.

Only 8 minutes from the airport. Room was fine, but it’s on a very noisy street and the walls are thin…it was hard to sleep with the noisy, laughing neighbors and sirens. 🚨

Overall the room was clean, up to date features. Bed was ok comfort, but still gave a restful night. Loved the cleanliness and staff were amazing…friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying, quiet area, and gives comfort after a long drive.

Once again I can't say enough about the staff at the Royal ! Mike and his team have done an amazing job on the renovation,and the rooms are great! Mostly it was the staff being extremely helpful,and very polite. Thanks again!

He inspected my room and immediately returned my cash deposit the next morning. My first time here; my friend's second. Definitely a great stay, though no breakfast. Highly recommended. Def will stay here again if the need arises. REAL BATHTUB/ shower, reasonable rates (by Eugene standards). Nice comfortable beds, surprisingly large mini refrigerator/ freezer.

What a Gem. Fresh newly remodeled clean large room. Large fluffy towels and awesome pillows. Everything I could hope for near the airport. Great people running it. On a multi lane road which was noisy but once inside it was not a problem. If I get back to this area will definitely stay again

Beds, staff and the hotel itself were fine but there is a railroad crossing right across the street so every time a train goes by (6 times last night) they blast their horn for like 30 seconds straight. Avoid if you want to get any sleep!

The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The issues started when we were going to bed. The trian rolls by almost every hour on the hour blowing it's horn. The rooms face the main street and can hear all engines, motorcycles and noise as they go by. Thr walls are thin and you cam hear the guests in the rooms next to you having conversations and snoring!! We had an early morning flight th3 next day and ended up only getting 2.5 hrs of sleep. I think it would be beneficial to invest in some insulation or noise canceling windows or something like that.

The neighborhood had me expecting the worst, but the room was clean and fresh, and the after hours receptionist could not have been nicer. I found out from my uber driver that the building I was in had been recently built. And the closest thing to the airport in a town that has NO airport shuttle service at any hotel!

A beautiful renovation of the rooms and property of the Royal Inn. Very pleased with our stay.

We checked in late Thursday night and stayed thru Sunday morning. The room was very clean; however they didn’t replenish our coffee or the towels after Friday. Area was quiet aside from the train that blew its horn about 5-6 times but that was just Thursday night. The staff were very courteous.

I assume our interactions were with the owner who was very kind. Our room was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was a little out of town but wasn’t a problem for us. There are some restaurants and a donut place close by.

Quick and friendly check-in. Room is really great! Just like pictures online, it is updated and clean. Not in the most exciting area, but I'm traveling alone (no kiddo this time) so this is perfect for a quick night's rest.

The Royal Inn is close to the Eugene Airport and is clean and comfortable. It appears to have undergone recent well-done renovations. The area is quiet and has convenient parking. I will stay there again.

Nice room fairly close the the Eugene airport. Trains do run fairly close to the property, so we turned on the HVAC fan to help generate white noise to drown out the air horns. The property was otherwise quiet. Nice welcoming staff.

Hands down best service I’ve gotten at a hotel in a long time. Owner is very nice and helpful. Have been there multiple times due to proximity to airport. Always a good stay. Train does go by occasionally, but not typically late at night. Nice place to visit.

The welcoming young man was courteous and thoughtful. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He suggested a good place to eat and it was wonderful.

The cleanliness and customer service was amazing. I loved the energy we received when we first checked in at 8:30pm. The room itself seemed to be recently remodeled and was super spacious, beautiful and clean. It was centrally located to downtown eugene, malls, and restaurants. Definitely recommend for a quick stay to just sleep.

The property is convenient to the airport and within easy driving distance of Eugene, markets, target, etc. It is, however, not in a very walkable area. The staff is wonderful, and the rooms and premises are kept extremely tidy. the rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, clean, and modern.

The room was clean and neat and well appointed. Parking lot was crowded because 2 monster pickups took up 3 spaces. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service!

There was an extremely strong chemical smell in the room when we checked in. We went out for a few hours and it had dissipated some by the time we got back but we almost had to leave due to it being so bad.

Mike was a great host! My friend and I were consistently treated with respect and consideration during our stay. The room was clean and we were presented with no issues!

Room was super clean, holy Pine-Sol! Location is easy short drive from the airport; but feels a little like the Eugene red light district, as in I wouldn't go for a solo moonlight stroll. But hey, price is right, it was clean, deadbolt works, that's all I really ask for.

Staff was very nice, parking was easy, the room was nice, and the place was really clean! My only complaint is that the bathtub in our room was clogged so the water didn't really drain, but otherwise everything was great!

For the road noise. A train came by the motel every other hour waking us up. The noise from the road also kept us up. We did not sleep at all.

This is one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in a long time. Room was super clean, very clean smell when we entered the room. All the furniture is updated. Would stay here again when in Eugene.

The room was well laid out, very clean, and had all of the basic amenities. Although located on a busy street, my room towards the back of the property was extremely quiet. The area around the hotel is commercial, and not very attractive, but it is quite convenient for the airport And did not feel unsafe at all. The property is basic with no frills, like a lobby or lounge area, but functional.

The room itself was very nice and quiet. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly. The property itself is a bit run down, but looks like it is being renovated. Not a great part of town, but a good value. Would stay again.

The room was all new. Very surprised. Wasn’t impressed when i drove up. It felt like i made a huge mistake seeing the extrrior condition. When i entered my room it was a total surprise. Condition was great. Total remodel. It was quiet . Everything new.. i would stay there again.

Nice place close to the airport. Looks a little worn down on the outside but the room itself was very nice and clean and motel staff was really nice and you felt safe. It was minutes from the airport.

Loved the refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Internet access wasn't working. Having to drag our suitcases around to the back of the building because of no parking was a bit annoying, but that was just where our room was located.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop on our way to the coast. It was comfortable and clean. The room did smell strongly of cleaner but the AC fan helped some. The fridge is large and the freezer actually worked to freeze our ice packs. Comfortable beds. Overall great place to sleep

The Royal Inn was clean and exactly what the pictures showed. It was a good option for me for travel as it is not far from the airport.

The room was very clean. The shower was clean and worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice sized fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, an iron and ironing board. My only complaint was a sharp object (probably part of the carpet tack strip coming up through the carpet in the sink/fridge area, and I stepped on it. We left too early in the ironing to report it to the front desk. Other than that, it was great, and just a few minutes from the airport, so that was very handy.

They were not yelling, merely talking in normal voice levels. Lighting in bathroom vanity area is horrible. No way to put on makeup and no other mirror or better lighting in room.

Royal Inn was just what I needed for a busy weekend.It was close to my event, clean, quiet and nicely updated. With a large fridge, coffee maker, and friendly, flexible staff it was a great home base.

What you see on their advertisement, is not the whole story (the rest of the hotel is a greatly refurbished 1930ish motor hotel on old Hwy 99)… but the hotel facilities are clean, modern, and quiet. Everything works, and there are no flaws in paint or general fit and finish. A nice find!

The wi-fi was spotty when I first arrived but a call to the office had it quickly fixed.

You can hear the tenants next to you, but a very nice place that is updated and clean.

The staff was friendly and grateful for our stay. I would highly recommend stying in this location. It is close to shopping (within 7 miles) and a movie theater. If we are ever in Eugene, we would chose this place over other's.

Best place to stay near the airport. Recently remodeled, and you may not assume that from the outside, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised once inside. Very well-priced king room with plenty of room. And only $8 a day for airport parking. EUG is maybe 4-5 miles away. Neighborhood is on the industrial side but anyrhing you need is a short drive generally.

The stay was fantastic! The front desk very accommodating and welcoming. Because the hotel is the only one near the airport, it is extremely overpriced. Price is double of what we could have gotten in Springfield.

The heating and air conditioning unit was loud however many much more expensive motels have the same unit. Traffic noise and train horns can be bothersome. I have already made a future reservation here.

Less than a 10-minute drive to Eugene Airport. Clean room though austere in its conveniences. Will stay every time I have a very early flight out of Eugene.

We unexpectedly ended up staying here due to a delayed flight getting in too late for us to get a ride home. I searched for a hotel that was close. This one appeared to be the closest to the airport, we were right. The girl working the desk on the night shift was very accommodating and friendly. We got a great price for the night and we were pleasantly surprised all the way around. The hotel is old, but the rooms appear to be freshly remodeled. They were crisp and clean, very comfortable bed. New appliances throughout the room, and our only complaint was the train noise, but that was very minor to us and didn’t ruin our stay by any means. We would most definitely stay here again without a doubt.

What a great gem in disguise. Recently remodeled, old designed MOTEL facility. Rooms very clean, beds new, linens crisp, staff very friendly. Train does go by a few times in the night, but the closeness to Eug airport in icy weather was a welcomed option rather than drive 1 1/2 hrs at o-dark thirty in those same icy conditions! Coffee and fridge in room. Well worth it from a safety perspective.

Heat was left off in the room until we arrived. It took a long time to warm up when turned on. Heating ran a lot through the night and was loud and made sleeping difficult. Requested a king size bed and room had a queen.

The staff was incredibility friendly and accommodating. Not to mention knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The rooms where recently remodeled, modern and clean.

Appearances were clean and tidy, room was very small and freezing when we entered, took a long time to warm it up; no water pressure and shower head was low. Would not recommend this place
