Hotel was everything it needed to be and was a decent value for the price. Location was ideal for seeing a show at the amphitheater.

Always a nice room and friendly staff!

The property and facilities were good. The staff was not helpful. Don't ask for accommodations to be made if you don't have "status" with Bonvoy or if you booked with Expedia.

It is a bit dark on one side of the parking lot.

The staff are phenomenal—from housekeeping to front desk to the breakfast staff! It is a bit dark on one side of the parking lot.

Only issue is property charges ( even Bonvoy members) for parking

I thought that the breakfast was a bit weak, the chicken sausage wasn't very good at all.

Nicely nestled in the trees near the river. Alton Baker park across the street is a great place to run, walk dog,and bicycle.

I was a guest and extened a few more days. The front desk would not issues a new Room key without a. Ew $20 deposit. MADE NO SENSE Tbey said it was for safety

Stayed overnight fot a concert nearby at Cuthbert Amphitheater. Was easily able to walk, so location was perfect for our needs.

Had issues with the ac but otherwise the staff was a10 out of a 10
- 5/5
Hands down, the best hotel in Eugene. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Coming to Eugene or Springfield? Stay here.
- 4/5
We booked 2 rooms. One with two bedrooms. And the other with king beds. One of the bathrooms of two bedroom suite was not functioning and no one attended. I booked using my credit card payable at property and my friend gave his card too for room 302. They charged my card for both rooms 310 and 302. And they charged him as well for room 302. When I brought to notice of Manager/ front desk was told call us later. Despite showing proof of bank notification nothing was done.

If you are looking for a clean hotel room with a kitchen and beautiful walking trails connected to the property, this is the place for you!

Clean super friendly and convenient

Noah and front office staff were so friendly and helpful. Wish I works have extended my stay!
- 4/5
The area was great and we was able to use the services in the area. but i have noticed that my rewards did not get applied toward my Marriott Rewards account . So I believe that I may not use the Expedia unless I really need to.
- 5/5
Quiet, spacious, comfortable stay for a couple and their dog. Good value for the price and excellent front desk service.
- 5/5
Great front staff at the desk!
- 5/5
The only downside is it is near some busy roads so I would hear cars until late into the night. They have a fan option on the AC so I turned that on and that did drown out the noise from the cars.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
Place was clean and quiet. Staff were nice, courteous, and gracious.
- 5/5
My only recommendation is to add potatoes to their breakfast buffet, other than that our stay was great, staff is extremely friendly!

I usually stay at the La Quinta on the North Bank, but it was sold out on my date so gave Residence Inn a try. The room was very nicely laid out, but when we got in the bed there was at least a 2 to 4 inch depression to the center of the bed so that sleeping on either side was very uncomfortable. I challenge any Marriott executive or hotel manager from any of the chains try to sleep in that bed. I suggest that room 142 be taken off the rental market until you replace that bed.
- 5/5
Highly recommend and excellent service
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. It's great to have options to swim, workout and even play basketball. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Location & room/s was awesome for my group & going to our event at the amphitheater
- 5/5
The ONLY issue we had was the kids running around upstairs early in the am. I wish they would keep families with small kids downstairs. Otherwise, great overall.
- 4/5
All in all a good stay. Would be nice to have ovens in all rooms
- 1/5
Hotel appears to be occupied by long term residents. One of them angrily knocked on our door at night right after we arrived complaining we were making noise, shouting wildly, while I was alone in the room with my children. It was extremely frightening and when I mentioned it to hotel staff they didn’t seem to care.
- 5/5
Very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had to park a trailer and there was plenty of room. The staff were great.
- 4/5
We traveled to Olympic Trials and the hotel was very accommodating. The breakfast was pkgd and good. Room was spacious and clean. Libby and pool area were very clean.
- 4/5
Overall, the room was clean but for a 2 bedroom suite smaller than I expected. The property was dated and while staff was pleasant, the room phones did not work and had difficulty getting ice, internet and trash service. For the price and room size and overall experience, i was disappointed.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 1/5
Horrible experience! The worst thing about this hotel is they had multiple giant lamps right outside the window of the room, and thin see through curtains. All night it was like the sun was rising into my face. I couldn’t sleep at all! Around 1am, i fascinated a face mask over my eyes to try to get some sleep. If the hotel is going to insist on running giant street lamps on the property all night long then they should at least have normal hotel curtains that block the light. The bed also sunk into the middle.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room, sofa bed not great.
- 5/5
Good location, central to shopping, university, restaurants, etc.. Was concerned about transient camp next door.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 10 days and really liked the room and the staff service. They were always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. We stayed in the queen bedroom sweet. 136.
- 5/5
Staff was great, the COVID prevention measures were great and the room was fabulous. So beautifully decorated and comfortable.
- 4/5
Not the best area if you want to explore on foot. close to freeways and a nice place for a quick stay
- 5/5
I liked that the front desk staff and other staff all wore masks at all times; that in the lobby, dots on the floor marked where to stand 6 feet apart; that I could request no housekeeping for my entire stay; that I could order breakfast each night and pick it up in a paper bag at the front desk in the morning, to bring back to my unit.
- 2/5
This isn't what you'd expect from the name Marriott!! There was disgusting half eaten pudding cups under the bed in the bedroom , there was a dirty diaper and a binky under the sofa and my children were both 15 so def not ours. With covid i def did not feel like precaution was taken in making sure our room was actually cleaned! The supposed wonderful breakfast ya you went to the front desk and they give you a paper bag with an apple yogurt bagel (stale) and cream cheese, or cereal and milk. I've had better at motel 6 it was very disappointing for what we were paying a night there! I ended up going out and spending more money to be able to provide breakfast for my family and went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room before we really used anything. The beds were very comfortable and the staff is very nice especially the cleaning lady she was extremely kind they just aren't paying attention while doing their job! Overall very disappointed with the entire experience the hot tub was supposed to be available it wasn't save yourselves money and stay elsewhere.

I put in a complaint to the manager on duty but I doubt anything will change, we will never be coming back.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel! Very clean, and friendly staff! It was a plus for us as we traveled with our pet...and this was a pet friendly hotel. Nice continental breakfast! Will stay here again.
- 5/5
The area was perfect for us. The room suited our needs and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
I would have given a better rating if the bathroom door wasn't broken or the AC actually worked well in the room. Other than those minor issues the room was nice.
- 5/5
Excellent service and amenities. Location was beautiful next to river and miles of trails. Felt very safe to walk alone.
- 5/5
You needed your room key to get back into the hotel from the pool. No big deal, just wierd.
- 4/5
We like that the rooms were suites with lots of options for making our own meals. comfortable, clean and pleasant place overall.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Remodeled neatly. I could pick up my I pad which I missed in the room thanks to the notice from the staff. Very honest and quick following up
- 4/5
Unfortunately, the wi-fi is NOT secure. Therefore, chose not to use it on 2nd day.
- 4/5
Helpful, friendly staff. Good hotel in good location. Very dog friendly.
- 5/5
Good value with friendly staff.
- 4/5
Great place to stay, next to the country club and the stadion.
- 5/5
Delightful studio with kitchen and great location to Autzen!
- 4/5
The beds/mattress need updating. Sank in the middle. And tub/shower didnt drain well, had to ask twice to fix.
- 5/5
Very nice room was comfortable and convenient. Great location with friendly staff and nice breakfast and evening dining.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the AM is a bonus and not just continental, something for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised!
- 3/5
Was not friendly at front desk and had wrong room
- 4/5
Good location. Ran out of the breakfast main menu, but i’d still call it good
- 5/5
Stayed one night while passing through. Loved the nearby park adjacent to university of Oregon.
- 5/5
This was more than we expected. It would be great for longer visits. I would recommend it to anyone going to a university event. Quite neighborhood.
- 3/5
staff very nice. Also even with googke maps not easy to find at first
- 5/5
Breakfast and room was excellent
- 4/5
The only complaint I would make is that it is a bit loud outside. Too much traffic.
- 5/5
Nice place. Worked well for me and my family. Booking it again next year for the football game.
- 3/5
In addition, the breakfast staff was very cold and rude. I was late to breakfast by about 10 minutes but there was still fruit and yogurt so I thought I would grab those to go. As I was getting them she snatched them away. I asked if I could just take them and she gave them to me with a humph. I know I was late but I wasn't asking her to do anything. The were still out. In the past under similar circumstances. I've had staff offer to help. I might not be so annoyed except that the room cost $300 plus tax per night. For that amount, I expect a clean room and a good bed.
