We always stay there. Something familiar and friendly. Spacious rooms! No coffee in the lobby in the morning was only complaint….but generously offer beverages and snacks all day (not just on arrival).

Overall it was ok We stayed for two nights. There’s no way to stop the air conditioning ( we don’t like the noise). A heavy vanilla smell when entering the room. Otherwise clean and the room was big

Good location for restaurants and local shops.

The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and we were contacted several times before our stay to make sure we would have everything we needed ... eg. kettle in room, extra blankets etc. Room was ultra clean, modern and beautifully presented. Hotel was quiet and restful and as room keys were needed to access the elevator it felt safe and secure. Loved my time here, would definitely recommend.

The Inn at the 5th is conveniently located to the Hult Center for entertainment. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most of all quiet! Rooms are spacious and accessible. Our hotel of choice whenever traveling to Eugene.

Quick stay. Near different shops and eateries. Staff and valet were friendly. Cozy and clean rooms.

Staff members are very helpful for arranging after hours transportation.

Our stay was PERFECT! Awesome accommodations, friendly staff, we didn't take the dogs but talked about them to the pet friendly staff. The location was right in the thick of things for foot travel and just a lot of fun!

LOVE this hotel - possibly the most comfy bed ever and the fireplace in the room is so nice. The area is my favorite in Eugene. Highly recommend breakfast next door at the market. The only small thing I would say is I’m always a little bummed to see single use plastic toiletries in this day and age. So unnecessary and so incredibly wasteful. Extra surprising in a town like Eugene. But lovely hotel other than that.

Room was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay

Room was very nice, gas fireplace was a nice nightly touch. Readily available snacks included. Handy to 5th street market shops and restaurants. Good central walkable city location. Runnable/walkable river trail nearby.

I always love staying at the inn! The patio room was a nice treat! I wish i stayed longer to enjoy it more!! The shops and restaurants attached to hotel was very nice!! Will continue returning when in the area!

Wonderful stay! The staff was incredible and the location was great.

The hotel is in a great location being walking distance to downtown with shops and restaurants. We were in town to visit UO and we walked there and back which wasn't too far. There was a lot of activity at and near the hotel on the weekend which gave it a fun atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. Note, there is a train that is close by and it will rumble and blow it's whistle quite early in the morning. Not a big deal but it did wake me up both nights we were ther.

Ready for us 2 hours before check in!! Free snacks and soda all day long and 1 wine/beer per person. Always super friendly when walking through the doors, inexpensive valet and so friendly. Room immaculate, very large and a great fireplace that gives off nice warmth

Our checkin Friday evening was great! Welcoming, friendly staff. We had a comfortable, quiet stay. Saturday morning checkout was not as high of a level of customer service as the checkin staff. Overall a good visit.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean. Room was very nice and quiet. The fireplace was great. My only gripe would be no fan in the bathroom and the sliding door doesn't shut tight when closed.

Inn at the 5th is a wonderful, clean hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Eugene. The hotel is surrounded by a dozen or more restaurants, bars, and shops in three different markets, meaning you can easily walk to shop, dine, and drink. If you want to venture farther, the location is accessible to all that Eugene has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our short stay. On-site EV charging is a great convenience, too. Highly recommended.

Our favorite hotel in Eugene! Everything was wonderful, as usual. Staff are great, welcome glass of wine was nice, free snacks and water. Rooms are spotless and beds are very comfy.

Everything about the room & the hotel overall was extremely nice. I can't find anything to even nit-pick except that they want $75 for your pet, which is a gouging over-charge.

I felt like they prioritize safety, which makes you feel more secure and comfortable. Several coffee options in the morning with in room coffee maker, free coffee in the lobby and gourmet coffee nearby at the 5th St market.

Checking out room keys deactivated early. Went to get ice.. no ice in hall way. My card was deactivated. Had to go to front desk to get ice and have my card reprogrammed. Beware.. this happens a lot. I spoke with another person who had same issue. Cards were not working at 10:00am. Otherwise stay was very nice.

Only complaint - The bell hop and valet situation was super slow and a bit confusing. No one came up to us to grab our key or assist with our luggage.

Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up it got. It was better before- but all the hippies are old and dying so it’s not what it used to be.

This is a fine property. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Features free sodas, water, apples, a variety of granola-type breakfast bars, and internet, all for free. When our return home flight was canceled, they worked with us to extend our 8 day vacation stay another night during a sold-out week. We recommend this hotel for its balance between price, amenities, comfort, and excellent staff.

I was in town for a friend’s wedding. I love staying here. It’s clean, there are great amenities, and the area is lovely. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll continue to stay here whenever I’m in Eugene.

Second time visitor and just as nice as the first time. Really appreciated the valet and how accommodating they were when I mentioned I had a red eye. Found the car ready when I had to check out. Amazing attention to detail!

Walls were thin. I could hear water running and toilets flushing as well as walking around in the room upstairs. Train whistles are also loud and nearby but this wasn’t a problem at night.

Very friendly staff

Our room had a great configuration that took advantage of the view and the fireplace. Check out is at 12 which allows time for a real breakfast at many places within walking distance. Dinner at Marche’ next door is a treat as well. Highly recommended place to take a short break or a longer visit which allows you to explore Eugene.

Ended up here when road conditions did not permit completing my journey. I was supremely happy with it. Fast, easy check in, beautiful room and bathroom, comfy bed. Easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay here again in a minute.

Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in and check-out and valet parking were a breeze, the room was cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. The butler’s cabinet is a nice feature and the in-room amenities were very nice. Conveniently located near to shopping, food and the Hult Center. I wish the windows could be opened for a bit of fresh air—the room felt a bit stuffy sometimes, especially after a hot shower, when it took a while for the humidity to clear. And some of the shelves in the closets and bathroom were quite dusty. But these are minor complaints and we would absolutely stay there again.

The train noise at night was a little distracting but we did get to sleep. I would stay at the Inn at the 5th again.

The Hotel was very nice and exceeded my expectations. All of the Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Adam in Maintenance and Daniel in Valet were very helpful and Hope at the front desk was incredible. I would definitely stay at the Hotel again when in Eugene.

Amazing experience! This hotel is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying time solo or with others. Lots to do in the area, very convenient location. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Complimentary drinks on arrival! Complimentary waters and snacks. Extremely friendly staff. Great fitness room. Lovely outdoor space with seating around fire pits. I can’t wait to go back and visit the spa!

Very nice property, in perfect location down town… Only hotel with a fireplace… Only thing I would say I negative would be they have an open shower, no to fond of why hotels are doing this…. And having to pull my room key out every time to go on the elevator
