The hotel seems to attract a lot of college students due to its location near the campus. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant noise disturbances, which continued well past midnight during our stay.

The location was very peace and quiet. Of course the room was very organize and clean. The hotel seems to attract a lot of college students due to its location near the campus. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant noise disturbances, which continued well past midnight during our stay.

It was warm and cozy. Loved the rooms had tons of storage. I came for a nursing conference so came with lots of stuff. Plus the small kitchen was a huge plus. Comfy beds? Nice linens. Sweet pool! Overall great!
- 5/5
Breakfast wasn’t great. I have celiac and it didn’t really accommodate to those needs.
- 5/5
This place was great! We had a microwave and a full size fridge and freezer! Very open! And CLEAN! great price for all of the amenities!

All of the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast much since I’m pretty picky when it comes to breakfast foods, but they did offer a good variety of options, and everything looked well put together. One of the highlights for us was the laundry service. Having access to two washers and two dryers at no additional cost was such a convenient and thoughtful amenity, especially for a longer stay like ours. The only downside for me was the parking. Considering the amount already spent on the hotel, having to pay extra for parking felt a bit excessive. For our 7-day stay, parking came out to $108, which added up quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!
- 5/5
The staff was awesome as well. Would recommend and stay here again.

Good gym and pool Rooms included a nice couch/living room area which is great for a family of 4 The location of the hotel itself is terrible. Right next to the town’s bus station therefore there is a significant amount of homeless people around the area (although we never felt unsafe in the hotel) Parking was not included and we had to pay separately Staff was not overly welcoming

- 4/5
Great stay
- 5/5
We stay here often when visiting the kid at UO.
- 5/5
There was only 1 staff person at the front desk checking people in and there was a line of people waiting. The elevators took a while to go up and down the building, so we had to wait longer than usual.
- 5/5
My only (minor) complaint is that the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty.
- 4/5
We were only there for one night. Easy check in, super nice front desk staff, the beds (even the pull out) were comfortable. The room smelled a little like old food. Didn’t eat the breakfast or use any amenities. Parking very convenient.
- 5/5
Great room, close to restaurants and places we wanted to see. Clean and maintained well. Will definitely come again!
- 5/5
We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast
- 3/5
The amenities were a highlight. Having full access to laundry facilities and a kitchenette inside the room was very practical, even though the kitchenette did not include a cooktop as we had expected. The availability of utensils and pots was appreciated, and the refrigerator and microwave made storing and heating food simple. The bathroom, while dated, was impressively clean. The shower was ADA‑compliant, which meant there were many bars and attachments on the walls. This made it a bit cumbersome to use, and the showerhead itself could use an upgrade. Water pressure was not the best and the temperature was somewhat inconsistent. One of the downsides of our stay was the bed quality. Even the main beds felt like pull‑out beds, similar to the sofa bed, which affected comfort. That said, the room did have thoughtful touches like blackout shades on the windows, which helped with rest. In summary, this hotel offered a comfortable and affordable stay overall, with convenient amenities and friendly service, though improvements to the beds and shower experience would make it much better.
- 5/5
Nice location, around quite a few places to eat. The room was nice and clean. The only thing is you have to pay for parking
- 4/5
Really big spacious rooms! Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin.
- 5/5
Kinda staff, clean facilities and pet friendly, very nice.
- 5/5
Hot water was inconsistent, but still a great stay
- 5/5
Clean & quiet room, comfortable bed, and the shampoo and soap were gentle and not too fragrant. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Eugene.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Host was very responsive.
- 5/5
Otherwise very spacious, quiet and fine. Staff was WONDERFUL. WELCOME was also warm and inviting.
- 5/5
Yes and stiffness amazing
- 4/5
Great overall! Paid parking situation sub par. But was for business so worked for me.
- 1/5
Staff was unprofessional. Room was dirty with trash under the beds. No water pressure in showers.
- 4/5
Rooms were comfy and nice, love the remote check-in. Breakfast was kinda cold and paying for parking is a bit much.
- 5/5
Great breakfast Good location. Clean and comfortable large room
- 3/5
We found dirty socks rolled up in the couch bed. Not a huge deal but kind of gross. The makeup remover cloths were extremely expired they smelled horrible-other than that it was fine
- 3/5
Overall great
- 5/5
Rooms were amazing, clean quiet
- 5/5
We had the suite with two beds and it was so spacious and comfy. Loved the pillows too. Very clean and nice amenities. We were greeted and serviced by Anthony upon our late night arrival and he was great!
- 4/5
I was promoted to check-in on the Hilton app, and did, but was still required to provide all the info in person. Parking fee was not mentioned online.
- 4/5
clean and updated
- 5/5
Our room was very clean and smelled new. It had a nice kitchen with extras like a cooktop and pans are available. Dog friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Like the location as it's near the McDonald Theater.
- 5/5
The front desk employee Finnigan was super kind and helpful. Greeted us with a helped up quickly check in, answered all our questions. We really appreciated her help. Great way to start our stay there!
- 4/5
The staff was nice, and the room was too.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, great location
- 4/5
Large room, staff was nice.
- 1/5
Do not recommend.
- 5/5
Cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for the pizza place recommendation! Very spacious room with calming environment.
- 4/5
For the location and price point I was pretty pleased, given I could do my own food prep the served breakfast was more of a mild inconvenience than anything dire.
- 3/5
We arrived after the stated check in time; the room was not ready. The bathroom counter tops had been "wiped" but only around the soap dish and tissue box, meaning, nothing was moved for cleaning. So the countertop was dirty.
- 5/5
Very nice Hotel. Awesome
- 4/5
Ok for travel like the kitchen
- 3/5
It's just ok, what I would expect from a similar property. I wouldn't stay again, but that's because I prefer a boutique style over a chain experience.
- 5/5
The entire place was well maintained and the rooms were fully equipped. We didn’t need anything because it was all there
- 5/5
Clean, good location
- 5/5
We always enjoy staying here. Bonus laundry facilities are free to use. Just need to bring or buy detergent. Staff if friendly, free breakfast is typical free breakfast.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
The first room I was giving had a very noisy refrigerator and I was moved. The second room had dirty dishes on the shelves and dirty utensils in the drawers. When I checked out, there was no front desk person, just an apologetic breakfast server. I'm not sure my room was cleaned, slept in my clothes. I won't return on my next trip to Eugene.
- 2/5
The staff was very polite, understanding and friendly so I think they have a lot of room for improvement.
- 3/5
Everything except breakfast was fine. The oranges for the breakfast were molded 😖
- 5/5
Excellently set up for business or student. Lots of working counterspace, decent office chair, plenty elect outlets. AC units noisy and blinds hard to operate. Not enough towels.
- 4/5
Rooms could be cleaner
- 5/5
very lovely workers
- 2/5
Our stay started with LOTS of long black hairs all over the bathroom. The beds and pillows aren’t super high quality, but I guess I’ve slept on worse. We chose this hotel for the pool since we were traveling with children- even called ahead to ensure the pool was open and get the pool hours. When we arrived the pool was closed and stayed closed the entire trip. A real bummer for everyone really. The breakfast isn’t anything special- same stuff every day and halfway through our trip, no one wanted to eat it so it didn’t end up saving our family money because we ate out every day for breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was well equipped and spacious. Great staff!
- 3/5
The room was spacious and the staff is welcoming. The area is not safe for families with kids, too noisy.
- 5/5
Loved the amenities! The homeless gather around the corner near a soup kitchen or mission, but they never bothered us and we walked everywhere. Just a heads up, the parking lot is owned by the city and it’s $14 per day plus a city tax. The staff were helpful and very gracious. The breakfast was great. Such a large suite (double Queen). We will definitely be back and will try to seek out this chain when traveling.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The parking is a bit frustrating because you have to pay with your phone and it was super confusing and difficult. There are some nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel but also many homeless people. In fact the majority of people on the street were homeless- some friendly and some hallucinating. Not sure why Eugene cannot do more to ameliorate the situation but I am don’t really want to go back.
- 5/5
Breakfast had a solid variety, and I liked that they had healthy options too. The gym was well-kept, and the outdoor lounge area was a nice touch—great spot to relax at the end of the day. Definitely one of the better hotel stays I’ve had, and I’d happily stay here again.
- 4/5
Lobby comfortable and clean, nice complete breakfast.
- 5/5
Location is very convenient. Number of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Beds are comfy and firm. Quiet area.
- 4/5
Generally all good except for having to pay for parking. In the past years staying here the parking was free so this was a surprise and expensive.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable! I found everything to be clean and well stocked. The reception staff was also super friendly and helpful. Thank you, Robert.
- 3/5
Whatever price you get, add $14 more dollars per day to park! Beds are worn so mattresses sink - ugh. Decent breakfast - unless you like food on the healthier side. Within walking distance to farmers market and U of O.
- 5/5
Loved the comfortable beds. A little noisy with traffic at night below our room. Staff was so helpful and accommodating as we checked in a little early. Breakfast was good! Didn't know parking was extra cost though.
- 5/5
The parking lot wasn’t owned by the hotel and it was a bit of a hassle to park. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking separate from the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Loved it.
- 1/5
This place is extremely noisy! Cars and busses going by all night. Homeless people shouting. People above us were stomping until 6 am. There’s also a train that goes by. Just a horrible experience. I called the front desk and was laughed at by Anthony and told there’s nothing he can do. Tanya was very kind and apologetic even though she didn’t work that night and was able to refund half of my stay!
- 1/5
This property did not exceed any expectations. Old and rundown.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Ok

All Photos I have are with children so I only have this one to upload which is when I was at the pool before the power outage. Sorry. My family members and I went to Eugene for a funeral and a Celebration of Life for a family member. We stayed at the Hilton from July 2 - July 5 of 2025. The beds hurt my back so much, even with all of the pillows I had. The beds are so hard. I have had better beds at The Red Lion Inn. My Bath and Body Works Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer was stolen from the bathroom and the Kitchen area. The pool lacked efficient towels for the group I went with. There were hardly any in there, only maybe like two or three for our big group. The power went out on July 4th for over 5 hours (8 PM - 2:30 AM). We were stuck on the 4th floor with no air because the windows did not open. On Saturday morning, I got stuck inside the lobby bathroom with no toilet paper and had to send one of the kids out to get me some at which point they stated I had to wait for housekeeping/janitor. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will not be back ever!!!!
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We liked the sheets so much we found them online and ordered a set!
- 5/5
Great downtown central location. Spacious comfortable suites. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Loved the location and good breakfast
- 5/5
Construction in area. Traffic was pretty good and delays were to a minimum.
- 5/5
Really appreciated the front desk person and how nice they were. She offered information about everything I needed to know and answered my questions.
- 4/5
Property had good security measures in place. Buffet was very nice. Stuff was great. Lots of homeless all around the hotel. Some kept to themselves some did not.
- 5/5
Short trip with my spouse. Enjoyed the friendly staff and the choice of restaurant within walking distance.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and very welcoming staff
- 2/5
Real pricey and surprise bills!! No free parking, ugh!
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly. Very easy check in and out. Room was great!
- 5/5
Really comfortable beds, huge room. Clean towels that didn't feel like cardboard. Everything was clean, everything worked, great space for what we paid.
- 5/5
We would stay there again!
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 5/5
Convenient location to campus and restaurants.
- 2/5
The area is very loud, difficult to sleep and you have to pay for parking, there was no hot tub and pool hours started at 0900
- 5/5
The staff was nice, rooms clean, very convenient location but you do have to pay $50/day for parking, so take that into your price consideration.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
The hotel is great. The parking mgmt system is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. I parked in handicap, got a card on my windshield on paying. I scanned the code and entered my credit card #, immediately my bank called to say I had a weird authorization from a digital game co. in Florida. We put a hold on the card. NO ONE at PMC can help me because I am not an employee with an acct to verify the info! I have wasted hours trying to make sense of this, and now I will have to go to the trouble of replacing the card because of the terrible customer service at "parking mgmt service". Not worth staying there for the hassle...
- 5/5
This was our first experience here and we loved everything about the hotel. Staff, room, breakfast, amenities, and convenience were all top-notch and we appreciated how welcome and comfortable we felt.
- 5/5
We loved everything about our experience at this hotel—from the easy check-in process, to the delicious and plentiful options for a hot breakfast (that actually stayed open until 10am on the weekends!), from the spacious and comfortable rooms, to all the amenities provided. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be back!
- 4/5
Love the home2 suites chain of hotels for the spacious 2 queen rooms with pullout sofa bed. The rooms are nice and bright. The elevator needed a vacuum but otherwise the hotel is clean and safe and in a great location. Perfect for our family passing through from SF to Portland. The exercise bike wasn’t connecting to the internet which was disappointing though.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out . Clean place . Great customer service
- 2/5
Very nice inside but people doing drugs outside the front entrance.
- 5/5
The room was outstanding. Staff was great. The breakfast was paltry, not much hot food. The parking costs $15.50 per day. Which was disappointing. Nice place overall.
- 5/5
It was a lovely stay
- 4/5
Nice rooms, service is ok. Breakfast uses single use plastic everywhere for no reason.
- 4/5
I did not have a chance to try the pool unfortunately .Not enough time
- 5/5
Stayed here to attend a concert at McDonald theater and from check was exceptional the older gentleman at the front desk was the best lobby staff I have ever met he is Exellent at his job. I was not expecting the room to be a one bedroom suite for the cost it was exceptional. The location is very walkable and very quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
Our room had garbage in the drawers. But no garbage cans. They offered us Hilton points and did not send them. We used to stay there once a month but with added parking and the homeless in the area we are choosing somewhere else.
- 2/5
Only one elevator worked, many of the lights/receptacles in the room did not work. Other colleagues had other issues with heating and plumbing. Apparent that the facility has no interest in maintenance or fixing things. Shockingly poor for the price point.
- 5/5
Lovely stay,I'd come back again.
- 4/5
Everything was great but the bed andbedding are horrible
- 5/5
This hotel is in good shape; it seems new. Everything is clean and everything works. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I have no complaints and I would stay here again. They are dog friendly and the staff is friendly towards your dog as well.
- 5/5
The staff at the hotel were exceptional!
- 5/5
Excellent clean hotel with convenient covered parking.
- 4/5
We were next to an elevator so we heard so many groups of people talking and waiting outside our door. . Also sound in room isnt the best. Can here outside traffic pretty clearly. Otherwise nice room anc accommodations.
- 5/5
Definitely would stay again
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Comfortable, spacious, clean room.
- 4/5
Clean, nice accommodations right downtown by the train station. I didn't like the fact that nightly parking in the lot wasn't included with the stay.
- 3/5
We’ve had better experiences at Home2Suites and this wasn’t great. The breakfast options were more limited than we’ve seen before, the shower gel was empty, it was loud in our room because it’s next to a busy street. Parking was pricier. We’ll stay elsewhere when we’re in Eugene next.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
I like that it was like an appt
- 1/5
The first room, food on floor, mold in bathroom, linens not clean, microwave & fridge not working. 2nd room, microwave filthy, dishwasher full of dirty dishes, bed linens not clean, bedroom HVAC blowing come air and never fixed. Mold in bathroom shower. I came home sick and believe it's due to state of hotel. How do you justify your rates?!
- 5/5
It did have an interesting layout.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
We had an excellent 10 days at this property. The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the room attendants. Everyone was very nice and answered our many questions about Eugene.
- 5/5
Loved the rooms and the fitness room. Breakfast was good and I will for sure stay here again
- 5/5
Great location for visiting University of Oregon.....mini kitchens in room include dish washer, full size fridge, micro wave, traditional toaster (no stove or oven).
- 1/5
It was nice to park close to hotel but 15.50 to park for the night is ridiculous. After driving 2 hours we were a little tired and were told we could go straight to our room and my phone would serve as a room key. Nope, had to stand at front desk for 20 minutes instead and give info I had already given online. Finally made it to the room, it was clean but cold and the body wash dispenser was broke. So we had to take a shower with no soap. Went to make coffee and here were two creamers and two sugars. So I went without so I could have a cup in the morning. This is a reputable place where quality is essential and guests shouldn't have to ask for simple basic items. This was the first time my girlfriend and I went out of town together and I wanted it to be nice. It just wasn't what I expected for the money I paid.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff charming and helpful, location worked well, done good restaurants around. Clean hotel - did not use pool or gym but looked well appointed. Room spacious and had all you would need for longer than our 2 night stay.
- 2/5
The hotel was fine. I was surprised that the parking was not free as advertised. But t was the neighborhood that was deeply disturbing. Rampant drug use and homelessness in Eugene is taking its toll. We were informed by a local resident that the address of the hotel was among the worst in the city. I suppose big corporations don't do site visits to truly understand what they are advertising. Will not be back.
- 5/5
Nice kitchenette with kitchen sink, dishwasher, freezer and dishes. Clean quiet room and nice staff.
- 5/5
This was a nice clean property and we enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
Gross breakfast with frozen omelets unstocked fruit and milk. No English muffins or muffins.
- 5/5
The property is awesome. The rooms are over the top comfort and in the ways that count…great bed, great shower head, great air conditioning, great conveniences….including a dishwasher and actual plates and utensils. So very great!!
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff very nice and accomodating.
- 5/5
Just a place to sleep. But big enough to stretch out. Comfortable
- 4/5
I liked the location and friendliness of the help at this location
- 4/5
I would have given this hotel an excellent rating if not for the location. It is in an area that looks like they are trying to reclaim but it’s not there yet. Most of the restaurants in the area are bars so definitely not a family friendly area. You would have to drive somewhere else to find a nice restaurant. I would not stay there if I had children and you definitely need to be off the streets before dark. Unfortunate because this is a really nice, new hotel. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel but would not stay there again because of the location.
- 4/5
It take long time for shower with hot water. It take whole day to wait for someone clean the room but because of the long waiting i just ask the staff no need for coming. Just provide me extra clean towel which is fine. Other than that everything is good
- 5/5
Great hotel. Staff friendly.
- 2/5
Will not be coming back here while my son is at UO
- 3/5
Per the employees, the hotel is very haunted and overall Eugene is not a place I would go unless I had to.
