The hot tub and pool felt so good and breakfast was delicious with gluten and dairy free options. Bed was very comfortable.

My kids absolutely love staying here. We have stayed at Holiday Inn in Toronto and Eugene, and both experiences have been wonderful. It's the perfect place for a family vacation. We especially appreciated the free parking, which is a great benefit for families traveling by car. We also loved the complimentary breakfast and all the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, including the large fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and coffee mugs. These small details make traveling with a family so much easier and more comfortable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Hotel was pretty nice. Rooms were comfortable and staff was nice. Had a few issues with the rooms quietness. The person above us got up a 4:45 am to shower. Thats obviously no problem. But it was like the walls were paper thin. You could hear the water coming through the plumbing like it was just right there. I've never experienced that before. There were other instances that you could hear people talking easily through the walls. Its definitely not a deal breaker for staying there again. But some of the positives was it's only a mile or so from the university of Oregon. And only about 2 miles from the football stadium. Many food places to eat close by. And a busy little coffee shop right outside the hotel. Overall not a bad stay. Just be prepared for a little noise through the walls.

The property was clean and the bed was comfy Recently visited for mom’s weekend. I am not the type of person to complain but….The walls are very thin. They have quiet hours from 10pm- 6am. In my opinion the morning hours should be extended. There was a family above us with a young child that was constantly running back and forth and jumping off the beds. You could even hear the dad join in on the “fun”. I can handle the loud talking and tv boarding but not the loud thuds that would jolt me out of my sleep and constant running back and forth. I even took a video of it because it was SO loud. Management refused to give them a courtesy call. Finally on Sunday morning I had enough. At 6:05 am I called the front desk again asking them to do a curtesy call and they refused. I went up to the 4th floor and I kid you not you could hear them from the elevator (they were 6 rooms down the hallway). I politely spoke with the mom and she was apologetic. They weren’t that quiet afterwards but she said they were checking out at 7 am, which was my saving grace. For the amount of money I paid, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Parking was safe. Breakfast was processed food that was prepared according to manufacturer’s instructions. Quality of breakfast was fair at best, however this has become Foodservice standard in America. Re-heat, assemble, serve. Understandable (sadly).

I went there to see my dad , he is sick and the lady at the desk was amazing she got me in early asked if I need anything while in town just ask , she recommended a Mexican restaurant down the street and I can say it definitely was a great place to eat … when I checked out again she was amazing very polite and sometime u get people who don’t ask questions just check u in an push u away …. I would stay again when I town for sure

Great Staff Service

Air conditioning was good. Plenty of shops nearby. Housekeeping was not awesome, but adequate. The chlorine smell from the pool/hottub was always overpowering in the hallways.

The staff were absolutely amazing tp our family. We were in town for my sons memorial service and we were able to get enough rooms for us all, enough towels and room cleaning when we asked. Pool was perfect for the little ones. Great location and very clean. Will stay again

Nice place for a layover, very clean property and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and we’d definitely stay there again.

The room are clean but not clean/ clean the bathroom had a funky smell and the shower curtain was weird. The floors and walls are very thin. They had placed a family with small children on the top floor and we could hear them screaming and yelling, jumping and running around. It wasn’t pleasant.

We had so much room for all thw adults and the kids. The pool was perfect for the littles to work off thwir energy. The breakfast was fabulous!!!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating for a late-night check in. We also noticed that they had gluten free pre-packaged bagels at the breakfast bar, which was fantastic because one of us has a gluten intolerance.

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had something for everyone, including to go bags, which were very appreciated. The location is close to the university, shops, and restaurants. Our bed was on the firm side, which isn’t our preference, but they were in great condition. We would stay here again without hesitation.

There was a spot of blood on the bottom side of the comforter. It was about the size of a dime. Panels under end tables were loose showing exposed wires. Only two selections of Kurig Coffee, medium roast and decaf. Room temperature was at 64 when I arrived.

The bathroom seems to be lacking proper drainage as the floor of the tub was rusted. The wifi I could never get connected to, and there was no wifi name in the key booklet, just the password, it never connected nor gave me the ability to enter a password, and i tried multiple devices. Two tvs in the room, however only one of the remotes worked for both TVs had to use the same remote for both TVs when two remotes in the room.

The room is spacious. the receptionist (during checked in & checked out) were courteous. Breakfast and the F&B staff also great (he helped me to refill breve in a jiffy)

We stayed here because of the pool/hotub and breakfast. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were unusable for us because of the excessive chlorine. My daughter and I walked into the pool room and immediately walked out. The chlorine was so strong in the air that it immediately gave us headaches and made us feel sick. We could still taste it and smell it even after we left. What a disappointment that we weren’t even able to use the amenities that we paid for. Also, breakfast was decent, but we had to wait for eggs and bacon and then they immediately disappeared when they were set out. It would be great if they could have kept the food replenished faster. Overall the room was clean, comfy bed and hot shower. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating.

Check-in was was OK. We were there at 2:45 but couldn’t check in early because we’re not members. The two girls that work the Front Desk were not that friendly specially the one that I was dealing with. on the other hand, the gentleman who I talk to a day or two before that I had asked if we could get a higher floor he was great and then he was at the desk in the evening, and I talked to him a few times and he was very nice and friendly. I love your hours check in at three out at 12 and breakfast serves till 10 AM. The only problem with the food is there’s no microwave to heat anything up like the little omelettes were cold. A few things that you would want to heat up you couldn’t heat up and the butter was hard as a rock as it came out of the freezer so you had to sit on the little butter patties so you could put it on your biscuits. They were actually on my biscuits cause I was sitting on them lol. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower needs the grout bleached. It was black. It was yuck, if it can’t be bleached, then it needs to be re-grouted because it was pretty nasty and that was room 402. love the room we’re gonna be back there a lot and I’m gonna request that room. Good breakfast great coffee had a great time we went and saw Nate Bargatze at the Knight Center so it was a fun time. I will be back there.

Then around 11:30 pm the room above us decided to fill the bath tub....it was so loud in our room it sounded like running water was falling through the ceiling. Then when they drained the tub it sounded like the pipes were right above our head in the bedroom. We called the staff and they said "ya we get complaints about that all the time" that was very frustrating.....they should notify patrons about this prior to booking the room.

However, once we got back in our room we noticed a huge puddle of water in the corner of the main hallway enterance area. Like enough water it soaked over 1 towel worth.

Really enjoyed the staff. Everyone was helpful for our entire stay. Sausage and gravy three days in a row was yummy, but I think there could be a bit more variation? Pool area was nice and I enjoyed the hot tub. My particular room had an old iron tub that had been resurfaced a few times. I didn’t love that aesthetic or the black marble walls in the shower, but everything functioned well.

Nobody cleaned our room the 4 nights that we stayed at this hotel. We ran out of toilet paper and our trash was overflowing. The bathtub was dirty and breakfast was bad.

The front desk offered me two options: a full refund if I wanted to leave and find another hotel, or a 15% discount to stay. While I appreciate the offer, 15% hardly made up for the inconvenience, especially after a long day on the road. The idea of repacking everything and searching for a new place was overwhelming and simply not feasible in my condition. To make matters worse, the man at the front desk was incredibly rude, basically telling me to leave if I didn’t like the options. There was no empathy, just attitude. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the amenities they advertise or even basic customer service. Also, bathroom was not completely cleaned

Finally, there was only one Subway opened to get food near the hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel, however the manager seemed concerned and hopefully they get it cleaned up!

The breakfast selections were good and I like the front desk staff and dining room staff as they were very professional and helpful.

The room was not clean to standard and my 9 year old found a weed pen along with cracker crumbs on the pull out couch when we tried to set it up. Please note that this App does not allow me to post pictures.

The pool had too much chlorine and it caused burning of the eyes. We needed ventilation. When we called they agreed to have the maintenance person open the doors. This helped much needed to be opened longer.

We were there for five days and only received housekeeping service once.

Staff was very accommodating. Reserved a room with sofa bed but it smelled like mold, so staff gave us two adjoining rooms.

The staff was not friendly or welcoming! Bathrooms were very dirty. Breakfast had limited options. When asked for paper plates, they said they had run out of them, and breakfast wasn't over for another hour or so.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough. Although there is a quiet time, the hotel is surrounded by student apartments so it isn’t always quiet. The location was good for our needs, near the starting line of the Eugene Marathon.

The hotel was nice, close to the University of Oregon campus, restaurants, and very walkable. The not issue was we stayed on the first floor near the swimming pool and it really smelled badly of chlorine. If not for that issue I would have given 5 stars.

Breakfast was great. Our room door and key like absolutely sucked lol but it wasn’t a huge deal. Someone had to come open it for us a couple of times. Nice area, close to a lot of coffee/food even walking distance.

My son was going to run at Hayward field. We needed a hotel close by with free parking, pool, hot tub and exercise room. This checked all the boxes. It was even closer than I thought plus walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants & Dutch Bros was in the parking lot. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet even though we were in the room right next to the elevator.

Myself and my granddaughter stayed here for one night. The beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure was great, the swimming pool was nice, the breakfast was good, best of all every employee was nice and appeared to be happy. This is the only hotel I have stayed at that I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

very nice hotel. pool and hot tub were working. room was spacious and clean. 2 tvs and the sink was in the bathroom which is nice for mornings with a family. breakfast had a large selection of hot food and an automatic pancake maker. we were just passing through but it seemed close to UO facilities.

The staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the included breakfast had many options. The only issue we had was that there was lots of noise that transferred from room above from their footsteps that led to loud creaking, making it hard to sleep.

The property was conveniently located near the University of Oregon, making walking to all campus activities/events easy. They were undergoing renovations so I think that the property will become nicer once that's finished. The cleanliness of our room wasn't the best. There were crumbs on the pullout couch and trash underneath the bedframe against the wall. Something that wasn't obvious to just glance at but was present. We stayed 3 nights and not one time did the housekeeping come in to change out towels. We had to ask for towels at the front desk. I would stay again for sheer convenience but next time might call the front desk to let them know.

Newly updated. All rooms are only accessible from inside. The one thing I did not like was the bed frames, there are metal bars that dont have any cusing on them and I hit mu shin on them twice, not good especially if a person is prone ro poor wound healing.

The hotel was under a remodel and so they provided ear plugs should be have needed them. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool and hot tub was clean, but later in the day they over chlorinated it which was a small problem after being in there for a bit as most ppl in there ended up coughing from it. The room was very clean with a nice view. My room was upgraded for free because they over booked, probably also didn’t have a room or two ready because of the remodel. Loved the parking garage right next door to parking in.

The shower was so disgusting that I had to put a towel on the floor to even stand in it. Today I woke up with pink eye. Last time staying here

Overall decent stay.

Room had trash on the floor and the hotel was quite dated. The coffee cartridge from the previous guest was also still in the coffee machine. Wrappers were on our floor, and the bed boxspring metal tab holders were sticking out from the bed dangerously. Also, the sounds of loud doors slamming closed in the very early morning hours woke us up frequently. We would probably not stay here again.
