The rooms are clean. Pool was basic but not heated enough to be comfortable during June in Oregon. Breakfast was complimentary so would be ok for families who are looking for muffins, yoghurt and cereal but not much else.

The only negative thing about staying here is that the mattress on both beds were not the best. My daughter and I both woke up with sore back. A firmer mattress is needed. Everything else was excellent and I would stay here again. The free breakfast had a lot of options and the coffee bar and ice water were always available. Love that both the mattress and pillows were wrapped in dust mite protection!

Overall location was odd. Busy street. Many homeless out on main road. Gym was very small, but functional. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was right in front & felt safe even at night.

The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We arrived later in the evening for a show at the Hult Center. We left early, but we did use the breakfast facilities. Everything was well stocked and easy to find.

Nice place however, we reserved and paid for a room with two queen size beds but when we arrived we were given a room with a king size bed and a roll out bed, very disappointing.

I always stay at the Hampton Inn when I go to Eugene. It's self parking and close to lots of food and shops. The room was clean and they checked us in early.

Very friendly staff, breakfast has a great selection, everything was very clean and tidy. My only complaint is the mattresses are hard as a rock and very difficult to sleep on.

This was the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing was “off” about it. At no point, did I feel unsafe or worried. The complimentary snacks were a wonderful bonus that I did not expect! I will be booking another room here as soon as possible!

It was by far the friendliest staff I have had at a hotel. They were all very helpful. My granddaughter had throw up in the pool and the staff didn’t blink an eye. My stay was several days over Christmas with my grandchildren coming and going. It was a very peaceful and pleasant. The main manager and the pool manager were especially friendly and nice!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The service was at the desk was so friendly. The rooms were clean and they had a great breakfast. They also had complimentary items like water and snacks at the desk. Places just do not do that anymore. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff here is so friendly! The rooms are very clean and well appointed. When we arrived the nice gentleman at the front desk offered us complimentary bottled water and snacks - nice touch! I would definitely stay here again!

I was greeted upon arrival by a nice lady and given the key quickly. There was a pool which I didnt have time to use. The gym was moderately quiet and clean. My room overlooked a flat roof and had a small coffee machine and fridge and microwave in it. Bed was comfortable. Expectations met.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and very nicely equipped. I will say the breakfast was probably some of the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. It was a cut above most breakfast as you get at a hotel I would stay there again.

I like the restroom amenities provided e.g. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and even lotion. Customer service is excelent to acommodate my family's need. Unfortunately, next door was so noisy. Noise policy was not followed. Despite to that front desk resolve the issue for us to get the room for our comfort. Thank you!

The staff was pleasant at check-in and the breakfast spread was amazing. What I did not like was the non response to the no less than 7 calls to the front desk about a noise issue that lasted for hours above our room. It sounded like people jumping off of beds and we even reported hearing screaming. I really did not appreciate being ignored

Reserved a room for two adults with 2 queen beds and paid ahead time but when I checked in was told they only had a room with a king size bed. The attendant did offer a roll out bed. When we went to go to our room, the entire hallway smelled like weed. The room was very clean. Would not stay at the hotel again or reserve with Expedia.

I had an early flight from Eugene airport so we stayed there for the night for convenience, it’s 10 minutes from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised! Large rooms, very clean, big fluffy pillows, really nice employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

The complimentary breakfast and cookies available after hours were delicious. As a result of ingesting those extra calories, we also took advantage of the pool and fitness room during our most recent visit and both were a pleasure to use. I should also note we travel with a rather elderly Goldendoodle and the special bag with doggie treats and cleanup equipment was much appreciated. Five stars out of five.

The thing that makes this a special property is the people especially Jessica. I rolled in there exhausted at 11 o’clock in the morning and she let me in my room early. She checked up on me and made sure that I had a ride to the airport, warm cookies, and a bag to go, incredibly impressed!

Pretty standard Hampton Inn. Staff was nice. However the bed was noisy, A/C super loud. In addition to that construction workers started power tools at 8:45 in the morning.

The facilities were very clean. The location was really close to shopping and dining facilities. The only thing we weren’t comfortable with was there were transients on the side of the building otherwise our stay with excellent!

The facility and staffs were nice. The area around the facility seemed dangerous. I saw several homeless like people walking on the walkway behind the facility.

Stay was amazing! But very firm beds. Amazing water pressure. Lots of choices for brekafast. They change a lot of the breakfast choices on different days. Will come again!

Kind receptionist, good breakfast hours for a weekend

I arrived 90 minutes after checkin time, only to be told that my room was not ready and they couldn't say when it would be ready. Then they told me that I could probably have a room soon, but just no towels. Are you a light sleeper, she asked when checking for open rooms. As I waited, a group of men arrived and made their disappointment clear. They were given a room and upgrade. When I asked for an upgrade, they said they had just given the last one to the men who arrived after me. I left.

Floors turn your feet black in minutes. Walls are paper thin. Noise complaint for our kids just walking around the room. Worst part it was 815. Who has 8pm quiet hours??? Fine if it’s you and the significant other as long as you wear shoes around the room, but if u got kids best to take them a place that’s cleaner and doesn’t make them tip toe at 8pm.
