Staff was pleasant Not a good place to take toddlers. That’s on us, but we left shortly after getting there. Would be great for a single person just trying to sleep and leave. Didn’t have a safe vibe and wasn’t clean except bathroom. In a prior life I would go somewhere like this just to get drunk or something- loud floors and burns in bed comforter.

The lady at the service windo was nice but the facility its self was poor. Our room smelled bad, the floor was very dirty and the motel was super noisy most of the night making it difficult to sleep. :(
- 2/5
Sketch neighborhood. No washcloths. Wi fi worked great. Clean. Microwave and fridge. I would be armed in this part of town.
- 3/5
But the beds were comfortable. Seemed to be a place where indigents live week to week.
- 3/5
Lovely staff and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the motel itself is not in great condition. The walls are thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was damaged. Few towels were supplied.
- 2/5
Bed was not comfortable. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. There were hair balls on the floor in two places. The room smelled funky.
- 1/5
We walked in and had to leave. We did not stay the night. First, the room smelled of dirty cigarettes and there were burn marks on the bedspreads and all over the floor. One of the beds did not have sheets and the pillows were stained and had dried blood on them. We did not feel safe staying there. The floor was dirty. The furniture was chipped. It was like a scary crack hotel.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.

Amazing Staff.....

When I arrived I waited at the locked office for 20 min at 5pm. It was 30* outside and dark. There were 3 doorbell buttons with no explanation of what each was for. I rang each one and eventually called the number on the website. The phone rang and rang and rang. About 5 min later a woman came to the window and opened it, saying 'I was in the bathroom.....are you checking in?"
- 3/5
Hand to ring two different doorbells for person to come to the window to ask you what you want. You couldn’t go into the office area when we arrived or checked out. This gave an indication of what the area was like, which wasn’t good. Furniture was too big and awkward for the room. Most electric outlets weren’t accessible or working. Pillows were very flat. Door seal pour and windows too as you heard all the talking, train, and traffic noises. Photos on Hotels.com looked better than in person, which that isn’t a compliment. For what we were there for the location was excellent! Only good for part!
- 1/5
We booked this room since we could not find other accommodations on short notice. The neighboring property had people that appeared to be doing drugs in the open. The room was dark which may have been good so we couldn't see all of the left behind dirt.

Simple & easy

Smelled of cigarettes, no coffee machine, gross in every way
- 1/5
When I got to town i called the office to get directions to the local. No one answered the phone after 5 attempts. When the office receptionist finally picked up, she us clearly annoyed by my question..When I got to the hotel and checked in, the first thing was the smell of the room.. no towels, no clock.. when I pulled back the top sheet there was hair on the bottom sheet... I should have slept in my car as other people there were doing!
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean! Helpful staff and ease of access to whatever was needed.

Excellent staff

I had to wait almost a half a hour for someone to check me in, it was a very hot day and I was checking in on a tight time line to get back to my horse show and it was two hour after start of check in time. Ones I was helped it went very smoothly. The room had every thing I needed. AC worked great, lots of hot water and good pressure. It was a very noisy place got woken up an hour before I had to get up and could hear people when I went to sleep late.
- 1/5
Neighboord seemed unsafe
- 3/5
The lady working the front desk was very friendly and polite. That almost makes up for the room smelling like stale marijuana, one of the pillows having mold on it, and ants crawling all over the toilet seat when I woke up in the morning.
- 3/5
My room didn’t got any towels and the staff lady wasn’t really friendly
- 5/5
The property was fine inside and out everything was
- 5/5
It in an Industrial area, rather run down. The bathroom had up to date fixtures. The room had the necessary needs, comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator.
- 2/5
Everything was minimal. AC was actually only a fan. Bed was comfy but all else very dated.
- 4/5
Floor desperately needed to be replaced.
- 4/5
The room was what I needed, a bed and quiet. It was a little pricy for the quality, but that had to do with the special event in town.
- 1/5
Super loud, had to call front desk at 1am about people above. No loud sound was taken care of. Loudness continued past 2am and the front desk would not answer the call after the first call. Cigarette butts everywhere outside our door on a no smoking property and our room smelled of smoke. Filth that looked like blood on the ceiling and the floors were disgusting. Worst place I've ever stayed. Would expect a full refund.

I wouldn't stay here again, bad area & lots of deferred maintenance on this hotel overall, with plenty of homeless people nearby.
- 2/5
The toilet paper roll left in the holder was 3/4 of the way used. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have brand new TP out for guests. The toilet was stained and there was visible dirt smudges on the outside front of the bath tub. There was some brown stuff on the outside the pillow case. Probably better to just spring on spending an extra $50 and staying somewhere more comfortable and clean.
- 2/5
The location is a convinient walk to downtown eugene. The room smelled like cigarettes, there was stains on the towels, shower curtain, mattress and chairs.
- 1/5
I did not check into this motel, as the computer and power was down.
- 1/5
We got into our room & there was holes in bedding, appeared to be cute or cigarette burns. There was soft spots of water damage in floor infront of bathroom, holes in the walls, floor damage, i tried to use hot water to wash hands and never got any.. im not sure why these place is listed on expedia...We thought it was one night. We were hitting a concert and then gonna relax and head home next day. We went to concert and came back arpund 1245am. I went to use restroom and within a second there was 2 baby cockroachs, a medium and a huge one. I said nope not doing it. We immediately grabbed our thinfs and went to the front desk & asked for a refund. She immediately took care of it and apologized. We ended up heading halfway home & sleeping at a rest stop for a few hours before we were safe to drive again.
- 4/5
Very accomodating with early check in, extra towels & pillows. Basic place, for a basic price, but worth it. Oh& the traffic noise? Youre on a 24 hr busy thoroughfare...duh...
- 2/5
My experience was not great. The heater didn't work. Both of my showers lacked hot water. The deadbolt didn't work. I could hear just about everything that was happening in the rooms around me, and the hotel was pretty noisy until around 3am.
- 4/5
Could not get room temperature to anything close to an acceptable level.
- 1/5
In our tiny room, the only heater was halfway up the wall on the far end of the room, and did a very good job of heating the top half of the air in the room. So, your feet were freezing, because the cold air blowing in from under the door Was chilling the bottom half of the room. Very difficult to get comfortable in any position. The bathroom was very nice and looked like it had recently been redone except the wood on the bathroom door was curling up on the bottom. When we scooted the bed over a bit so we could get around in the room, the bedframe came apart. All in all, disgusting. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.
- 1/5
The room was not what we expected
- 4/5
Fairly close to the airport.
- 1/5
Had bugs coming out of the wall, staff was not available at night, did not have any towels, and blankets had holes and stains
- 3/5
Neighborhood was sketchy. Room was clean. It had a fridge and microwave but otherwise basic.
- 3/5
The bathroom wasn’t ventilated, and the toilet was practically in the shower. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy as well. The tv had cable but nothing by way of movie channels. On the positive though- lots of decent amenities and food nearby. There are also better motels nearby as well. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 3/5
Decent for the price
- 4/5
Convenient and good staff thank you!
- 1/5
Extremely run down. Looked like a homeless hangout. Expedia room rate $130 per night. Walk in guest were paying $80. Place looked unsafe and unclean. We walked away without staying and rented a room at a Best Western. Even the office looked sketchy. All transactions done from a teller-type window from the parking lot with papers and credit card passed through a slot. The check-in was during daylight but I guess the office woman didn’t feel safe even during the daytime.
- 1/5
Little amenities with no fridge or kettle, terrible location, some staff are friendly but one was not. Asked for 12pm checkout, which was done, but that wasn't clearly communicated to the other staff and the were barging on the door asking me to leave, even though I had late checkout approved. Even though the price Is good I will not stay here ever again, I'd recommend something closer to Downtown.
- 2/5
There was no microwave or mini fridge or coffee maker and the shower was dripping all night and mold on shower curtains and the window was not clean had dirty germs on the look like smudge and how do you know if they really cleaned the room hope I don't get covid19 from this
- 2/5
Poor
- 5/5
Not flashy or anything, but a nice clean, well kept place to stay for a very reasonable price. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous and friendly. Comfortable beds with clean bedding. Only thing missing was a coffee pot, I've stayed in far more expensive places without coffee and there's a store close by so no real loss.
- 1/5
Room smelled weird right off top. Then for checking in for two people they only give you one set of towels. In order to get another set I had a bring the ones that I used back. Customer service I was not nice about the towels situation. The water for the shower was cold. I was not worth the price of the room. The shower curtain was nasty.
- 3/5
Could be updated with minimal cost Very dingy and not very clean
- 1/5
The picture is a joke, this room was horrible, smelly dirty. I slept with all the lights on in my clothes and no covers. After one night I immediately high tailed it out of there. The management obviously cares 0% about its customers. I mean this place is gross
- 1/5
The worst "Motel" I've ever stayed in. Bed was dirty, floors were disgusting and the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. Lots of yelling and sirens outside. A know several of you are thinking "why didn't you just check out?" Answer... I was toooo terrified to leave my room!
- 1/5
As for the actual room trappings, I'm certain the furniture was all brand new in 1966. Well, all except for mattress. It's older. The sheets certainly were not "fresh," but the mattress cover sported fresh blood. Too bad I can only post photos here, and not audio files. They would have been MUCH more representational of our visit.
- 1/5
Upon our arrival, we saw prostitution activity at the property. We refused to stay and found a better property.
- 4/5
This motel is fine, and very conveniently located. The furniture is older, the rooms are small, and there aren't many amenities, but if you just need a place to sleep and wash up it's absolutely fine. It even has air conditioning and wi-fi.
- 1/5
We were told this was a non smoking property, yet there was a cigarette someone left on the window sill outside the room upon checkin. The sink poured water all over my feet while brushing my teeth! Gross! Tried to let the desk know but no one was ever down there when I checked. The bedding had huge seams across it where you could tell it had been damaged and sewn back together, no wash cloths, limited toilet paper, 1 roll for our whole stay… not worth the money and is in a terrible part of town! Hookers on the corner and crazy people screaming on the street. I was terrified to leave my car in the parking lot!
- 1/5
Cigarette burns in the old outdated bead spread. Smelled terrible. Torn tattered laminate flooring. It was 1/2 star.
- 1/5
Very dirty

Trust the bad reviews for this motel. Woke in the morning and found a gang of rats had placed our car on blocks and were removing the lug nuts. Paid them to leave. My blacklight review of the room lit the room up like it was daylight (it wasn't). Toilet was not secured to the floor, so had to squat and kinda hover. Bed, sheets, and comforter were from a Montgomery Wards closure sale - or maybe the opening of their first store. We're both atheists and found ourselves close to praying to the leftover sandwiches and chips from dinner that nobody would murder us in our sleep. Neighbors were yelling at each other from other rooms, and the white trash conversations were great comic relief. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR HEPATITIS DIAGNOSIS.
- 3/5
The floor of the room was filthy and there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby.
- 2/5
They were rude to me when I tried to check in with my reservation, claiming they only rent rooms to people 21 and over. I haven't found evidence of that on Expedia or anywhere else. The bed was on wheels and rolled whenever you tried to move, and there was no clear signage or communication about where breakfast was. Bad experience, wouldn't go back.
- 3/5
No wash clothes, coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator provided. Also no hair dryer.
- 2/5
Not remote control, toilet not working properly, switch room because the toilet, then my gurl lost her bra
- 4/5
I am very thankful for the lady at the front desk she was incredibly helpful & accommodating. I'd misunderstood the amenities offered& was disappointed when Our rm. had no fridge, nor microwave. She was happy to hunt them both down for me & I'm very grateful, it made my stay much more comfortable. Ì was even able to save $ on food resulting from acquiring the appliances!
- 1/5
I left, after being in the room -- for ONLY 20 MINUTES!!! ("VERY BAD VIBES" coming, from that place!!!) NOT. WORTH. MY TIME. OR. MY LIFE!
- 5/5
Convenient location. Helpful staff. Parking close to rooms. A few items needed replacing; those were quickly taken care of. One of the security bolts on the entry door is misaligned (room 110). This needs to be fixed by maintenance. Amenities are simple, but all I needed. I hate to pay for things I don't use. Very affordable. I got just what I wanted and what I paid for. I'll return if I'm in the area again.
- 1/5
Rebecca (or Erica , couldn’t really hear her cause she was talking into the counter when checking me in) was the RUDEST person ever. Bed had cig burns, bodily fluids, hair, stains. Room was not cleaned per covid guidelines and photos are misleading!! I would take your money and stay elsewhere. When asking about a refund, I was told no refund would be given due to “having to send the cleaners back in” since I spent 5 minutes in the room searching for another room. After asking who could give a refund, she gave me the owners card and walked away while I was asking her a question. The owner was NEVER in so I could never speak with her. I was told no refund would be given with 4 different excuses. This hotel needs a visit from the health department!! Should not even be operating.
- 4/5
The staff were very accommodating when I needed to check in quite early due to needing to make an appointment, and I was very grateful for that. The facility is taking proper Covid-related precautions as well. The room is appropriately priced for what is provided. The room was clean but there were visible stains on the box spring, a hole in the top blanket, and a mysterious stain on the desk. One of the lamps did not work. I would've appreciated a small coffee maker or mini fridge in the room, but overall I am satisfied with the value for the price.
- 3/5
Overall, the stay met my needs of a cheap place to stay for a night on a business trip. At check-in, the rate was incorrect and was corrected after I showed the reservation from Hotels.com. The room was clean, though the bed spread was folded in the corner instead of on the bed. The room was comfortable (a couple sitting chairs and a small table) with a desk for working at. The smoke detector was missing when I checked in, so the staff fixed that while I went out to eat. The biggest downside was the noise from other guests and the road outside. I had to run the A/C fan all night to drown out the noise.
- 1/5
Booked in advance only to show up and be greeted with a look of absolute annoyance. Also found out they misread our booking for 2 rooms to only one. They were completely booked out but had gladly already taken my money twice, which I assumed was for the two rooms . They offered me a room under construction at the same price I paid for the deluxe room and then informed me it wasn’t paid for yet. I had to pay a third time after they assured me one of the charges was a Holding fee . I have since confirmed with the bank that I was double charged. The second room reeked of cigarettes, half the size , holes patched over , NO TOWELS. I had to dry myself with a shirt that first night. Towels were never replaced the two nights I stayed there no row service, pretty awful . Will never be back
- 3/5
If your saving money than this is for you. There is no housekeeping, some outlets and lamps do not work, bed is hard, cigarette burns and stains a plenty
- 2/5
Parking lot was over full. No ice maker or coffee. Floor was filthy and bedspreads were stained. No a good place.
- 1/5
The place seems to be a regular problem spot with local police due to the clientele. I was required to sign a waiver notice for evictions due to drugs, fights, loud noise, intoxication, etc. I booked a room through Expedia because I was working an event that was going to run well past midnight and didn't want to drive 3 hours home after. I didn't need anything fancy, just clean, safe and reasonably comfortable. While checking in, the other guests that I saw looked way too much like characters on COPS, and I don't mean the ones with badges! Sadly, the motel staff was not much better. I didn't have time before my gig to start looking for something else, so I checked in at about 6PM. Entering the room, the smell was distinctly like "stripper's perfume", if you know what I mean. The bedspread looked like someone had been walking on it with filthy bare feet. I had been driving for several hours, and still had to work most of the night, so I pulled back the dirty bedspread to take a nap. After about 20 minutes, I heard a loud argument between one of the managers and a guest about whatever they were doing in their room. Getting ready for my gig, I didn't feel safe leaving anything of value in the room, so I packed it back into my car. At that point, I decided that I would rather drive through the night after working, than come back to Executive Motel. $93 for a 20 minute nap!
- 1/5
It was horrible. The sheets were dirty, towels had stains. The curtain had a bloody finger print. The sheets and mattress had cigarette burns in them. And pillows were not comfortable at all!!
- 5/5
Tub had mold around walls
