It was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is definitely not a hotel it is a motel with a lowercase m. It is covered in cobwebs that blocked door and required me to duck. The lamp was unplugged which required me to find lights in the pitch black. The furniture was either stained or ripped. The bathroom was really run down there was no tub stopper and you could see the copper discoloration of the pipe. There was no inner shower liner and the shower was so low that at 5’10 I had to squat the entire time. The towels were dirty and when I called to get new ones they didn’t arrive. 30 minutes later I called again and finally received two towels that were the smallest I have ever seen. Also looks like some sketchy activity might happen at night. To feel safe I barricaded door with suitcases. Definitely would not recommend to solo travelers especially females.
- 4/5
The guy at check in was nice. The guy at check out was not friendly. There was no pool, no hot tub. The rooms were clean. The lamp in there was broken. The chairs fake leather was peeling. The bath tub was falling apart. I was happy to see a working air conditioner. For the price of the room, it was not worth it. I paid almost 300 for 1 night and 1 king sized bed.
- 3/5
The property was fine for what it is. We paid a ridiculous amount for it because we booked during move out week at UO and demand dictated the high price. We did get into the room only after a second try because the first room we were given wasn’t made up. The second room had someone’s half empty wallet by the bed. That didn’t inspire confidence in how well the room gets cleaned. The long list of rules about what is not allowed in the hotel made me wonder what people do in this hotel. I’d stay again if it was very cheap because location is close to the dorms but otherwise I would pass.
- 3/5
Overall just average. Bed is very uncomfortable.

Quiet Rundown , way overpriced,TV only got 5 channels, bath tub/ shower very difficult, breakfast was in a bag to go but not even available at 6:30 when we wanted to get on the radio ad

Great value
- 4/5
Solid motel. Nothing fancy but clean. Staff was pleasant.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4/5
The hotel room was clean. The downtown location was nice, lots of food to be found within walking distance. Management was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was "continental" and had a large variety of items. Only minor issue was the ice machine was broken.
- 5/5
Close to UO campus
- 5/5
Inexpensive, good location.
- 4/5
No, this is not a fancy hotel, but for what it is, it was perfect - a good place to lay your head during a busy weekend near Hayward Field for the state track championships. Clean room, sufficient parking, adequate continental breakfast, consistent WiFi. Just what I needed.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, very reasonable rates and great location
- 3/5
The staff is there 24 hours in case anything happens. The room could be updated. You can easily hear everything in the next rooms, on the road, and doors closing on your side of the row of rooms.
- 2/5
The property is close to university of Oregon campus The showers were dingy in the tub was stained. The walls were really thin. I could hear everything happening in the rooms next-door. They also didn’t have a comforter on the bed just blankets so I got really cold in the night.
- 1/5
Definitely no 8 star

This is my second time staying at the Campus Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and parking was good. I would stay here again.

Wow, I was impressed by this hotel. My best friend and I really enjoyed everything about our 5 day stay here. We will definitely be back. Thanks La Quinta for a very relaxing, memorable stay. From 1 out of 10, I give you a 9.5. Parking wasn't the best but it was because some of the guests did not know how to park. Sometimes taking 1.5 of the parking space. Parking!!! Some of the guests were very inconsiderate with the parking spaces. Sometimes taking 1.5 and 1.75 of the spaces for one car. Turkeys!!!!

I arrived late at night, it’s so nice to have a friendly staff to meet me. Good service, clean room, nice hotel.

Over all I had a good experience, just few small issues!

That was close to everything. Also every morning was the room so clean. The parking distribution at all. But not a big deal

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, the breakfast was more than expected - I had a toasted bagel with hard boiled eggs, and fruit which is perfect for me, free parking. Mini fridge and microwave in room. We had a room with one Queen bed, wish there was a small desk to work on but for a short stay room was fine. Whole Foods Market across the street, walkable to UO, and many restaurants. Super reasonable price! Highly Recommend Campus Inn & Suites!
- 5/5
An old style motel that has been nicely updated and well maintained. Comfortable and inexpensive.
- 5/5
Felt like home. Safe, attentive, beautiful views, renovated and clean inside and outside. Most importantly great parking, easy check in and the most beautiful breakfast I ever had! Stuff was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and professional, also stay up until late and take switches, which is important for me, bcs last time I was checking in a different hotel I got stuck with the closed reception desk at night. I have zero complaints to this place, only can keep telling how welcome we felt on our trip. We also had a dog, and he loved the little area outside. Affordable, clean, quiet and welcoming - honestly probably the best pick in the area at least, will definitely come back, thx for having us Nothing

Second multi day stay this spring. It's lower budget but I preferred it to the higher budget hotel on the river I stayed at in between Campus Inn stays. Staff definitely friendlier and coffee is better! Some of the rooms are still a work in updating process but they're sprucing them up. Other guests seemed like minded. This will be my go to place.
- 3/5
Overall, it was fine, but there was a moldy tub mat rolled up in the bathroom (which we threw out) and paint chipping on the bathroom tub. Other than the bathroom, the room was fine.
- 1/5
Nothing good about this property..avoid
- 5/5
I didnt have time to eat breakfast sorry
- 4/5
I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked OK
- 5/5
Nice clean comfortable bed and room. Staff was very pleasant.
- 3/5
Breakfast was grab and go with fairly good options. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bread products with cream cheese. The staff were pleasant. The parking was readily available. The room was clean but so so outdated. There were things that could have been an easy fix like the toilet seat, which was worn out. The overwhelming smell of a toilet was difficult to deal with. For one night, it was fine. However I will never stay there again.
- 4.5/5
Great location...across from Whole Foods and close to campus! TV options

We stayed in a “deluxe” room this time and it was better. Still dated but felt cleaner. The tub was still in need of being refinished but useable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a continental (included yogurt and hard boiled eggs).
- 1/5
I liked it the first time I stayed but when I tried to stay a second time I was denied because my home address was to close so they say. If that was the case then why was i allowed the first time to stay....I think it is simply discrimination...
- 3/5
Staff is friendly and breakfast is pretty good - more than a standard continental breakfast. However the rooms are dated and in need of being freshened up (marks on walls, AC unit old and questionable, bubbles in carpet, etc.
- 5/5
Great time
- 3/5
The parking is too tight and I got scratched on my car.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
It’s an inexpensive motel. But the price is good for the quality that you get. Nice clean rooms. Comfy bed. Bathrooms are great. Huge shower. Large bath towels and they are super soft. My second stay here and if I need a third I will come back to this property
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff are friendly and kind. Room was clean, bed is comfortable.
- 5/5
The hot tub is non-functional and the hot tub area is locked up and fenced off.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Older "motor hotel." Not the owners or managers fault, just a little past it prime. It is centrally located downtown in a walkable area, but there's constant traffic noise that passes right in front, there no quiet spaces until later in the night.
- 2/5
Dirty place and seems they allow homeless to stay there
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, nice variety for the continental breakfast sockets were too loose to keep chargers plugged in, noise from road traffic was minimal. Over all very pleasant stay
- 4/5
Everything was ok
- 5/5
A clean and well maintained property. The room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable. A good location too.
- 4/5
Internet was a real let down. Unreliable and slow.
- 4/5
Good quality two-star hotel but a bit pricey. Large size rooms. Beds were very comfortable. There were microwave and refridgerator in each room. Very noizy heater/conditioner in the window. Gym is very tiny, no fresh air. Breakfast was ok with variety of tea, coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Very nice, very clean
- 5/5
Excellent location. Walkable area. University are, good eats and drinks. Wonderful Breakfast at the Inn
- 5/5
Nice, but basic motel. Dated rooms. Limited selection for breakfast, but decent enough considering the price. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing staff!
- 3/5
Our toilet didn’t work - had to use the ice bucket to refill the tank - several times. The security lights shone in our window. Quite a charge to upgrade to a king bed. Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly.
- 4/5
Good location for visiting U of O
- 1/5
No pets parking was cramped the room stunk the wall are made of paper could here everything in the two rooms beside us I couldn’t believe the floors there was wholes in the floors covered up by carpet you could trip walking on them would never recommend this place stay clear
- 4/5
Clean room and nice accommodations ..it was a last minute stay and the staff was helpful and friendly
- 4/5
Parking right outside our door.
- 5/5
The facility was spotless. The staff person who checked us in took the time to look up up our son’s room number and gave us a room on the same floor.
- 3/5
It is essentially what you pay for. Room rates are good but rooms need some TLC in certain areas. Showers are a little old and beat up missing drain stopper. Main room was good. Just an older place with good rates. Didn't expect 5 star accommodations so expected deficiencies heading in.
- 5/5
All in all a very pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Great location with a Whole Foods store across the street.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Parking lot and stairs could have been cleaner. Wind had blown old leaves everywhere.
- 4/5
I could have tripped. The water was pouring out. The curtain rail was bent. I did find room comfortable
- 5/5
SUPER friendly receptionist. Great location. Worked for me! I would go back.
- 5/5
Easy parking. Friendly staff. Room was super clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I had a very nice stay, the free continental breakfast totally hit the mark and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommended to budget conscious travelers who want a safe reliable place to stay.
- 5/5
Great staff, easy check in, good location for campus visit.
- 5/5
The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, smelled nice, and cozy. Breakfast was great, too!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Very kind staff Hot tub closed
- 3/5
Room smelled. TV didn't work. No water pressure in sink.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and I had a nice visit
- 5/5
The staff was great.
- 3/5
room was clean, traffic noise was loud and made sleep difficult
- 4/5
The room was clean, nice. The staff was kind and efficient
- 5/5
Clean and simple. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
It’s was fine no complaints
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Clean room and friendly faces! Thank you!
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Check in was great. Front desk person was kind and speedy. Location is great being close to everything downtown but remember that comes with downtown noises at night but to be expected. Clean room for a well loved older building.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable rooms, modern and working amenities, close to restaurants, UofO, shopping and markets.
- 5/5
Good location and super comfy beds.

So, the price was right and the site was secure. But the TV did not work and neither did the room phone. The night clerk was clueless about the TV. The manager offered a discount for the inconvenience but Expedia debited my card for the full price. So, I call baloney.
- 1/5
The first room was horrible. It was di
- 5/5
The gentleman at the desk was great. Very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
yes they’re all good
- 2/5
Not happy and will not stay again or recommend this property or chain to others. Actually I would like a refund for half of the price.
- 3/5
Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Shower curtain rod sags allowing curtain to creep open near the showerhead resulting in water to spray onto bathroom floor. Wi-fi is VERY slow. Parking was difficult due to lack of spaces.
- 4/5
Older property close to downtown and a reasonable distance from Autzen Stadium.
- 5/5
A hotel offering excellent value for money
- 3/5
On my way to Cali & needed a spot to crash. Area is not so dog friendly, but thanks goodness for Whole Foods across the street!
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
- 5/5
My go to stay when in Eugene. Walking distance to all my needs.
- 5/5
It was nice for a one night’s stay. It met our needs. Enjoyed the grab and go breakfast. Good location.
- 5/5
The place is older but pretty cool and clean.
- 3/5
Coffee maker was newer with only decaf coffee for the old coffee maker
- 5/5
Everything was great transition was great
- 1/5
The guy at the front desk was nice. The room was supposed to be pet free because I have allergies and it was absolutely like sleeping in a dog kennel and I couldn’t breathe and saw I eventually just left the room and went back home to Salem.
- 2/5
Someone poured coffee all over the front of our car. We were there one night. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, and breakfast wasn’t bad for free self-serve. Definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
Campus Inn was all I could ask for -- well maintained property, clean room, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, lots of hot water, friendly staff awake in the wee hours to check me in. Continental breakfast included healthy options like Oikos yoghurt, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh fruit and juice. Whole Foods across the street if I wanted to make something in the room.
- 2/5
The room smelt and we had to get lavender oil so we could sleep.
- 5/5
Front desk extremely welcome and helpful
- 5/5
Good service and easy check in!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to a bigger room to help accommodate 4 adults and provided more towels. The breakfast options were quality considering they don’t have a hot breakfast. I would stay again. Great for the price.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.
- 5/5
I need a comfortable bed, more than anything. This was a Very comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Basic but comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
Bed was not comfortable at all!
- 5/5
Convenient location for shopping, entertainment, and transit.
- 5/5
Super comfy beds and easy temperature control for the room. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They are pet friendly with a very small pet fee. It’s close to downtown and the UofO. We wil definitely be staying here more often.
- 5/5
Breakfast was a variety of grab-and-go items. Bedding was thin and I run cold. They read my online check-in review about wishing there was a spare blanket to use and they brought one over at 10 pm while we were still up. Major kudos for that outstanding customer service!
- 5/5
Great customer service and great location.
- 5/5
Only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars for the property & facility was the drain hole in the shower and the bathroom lights. Drain hole - no cover on the drain and if it was there I wouldn't have seen how old the plumbing was (or looked like it was). Lights - I turned on the two light switches inside the bathroom it turned on the fan & that red heat light thing (whatever that is called), no light. I thought to myself, "How can I take a shower in the dark?", and now I have to go potty in the dark! I decided to turn the light switch that turns on the light over the sink. Guess what? One of the two switches turned on the light it the bathroom. Who knew. (I almost made a fool of myself and had thought of calling the front desk to let them know their light was out...) A little note or placque directing you to the light switch would be helpful.
- 4/5
Heater was very noisy and only 1 thin blanket.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 1/5
Room was filthy, TV didn’t work although they fixed and the fire alarm went off at 6am and stayed on for over an hour
- 5/5
So good
- 3/5
Remodeled hotel right next to a busy street
- 4/5
It's a nice place to stay!!!
- 5/5
Carson said the room was beautiful.
- 4/5
This is a decent basic motel. It smelled clean, looked clean.
- 4/5
Bare bones tired rooms, surprisingly hood included breakfast. Staff was very nice.
- 4/5
The staff was lovely and I had no complaints about the room. Nice spread for breakfast! The noise was not their fault (construction on the street). Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
This was a convenient and clean option for being near the college. Appreciated the cleanliness. Location was great with the grocery store and places to eat within walking distance. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Love coming here whenever we go to shows at the Hult Center.
- 2/5
Saddens me to post this, this was my fav property for many years. 1. They got rid of their hot tub. 2. Night mngr Donna was LESS THAN HELPFUL when i called from 3 diff phones (kept saying she couldn't hear and just kept trying to book a room, i was ALREADY A GUEST calling from the room) my shower toiletries were all empty and just wanted refills (shampoo, cond, body wash) she said she didn't know where they were and offered nothing. 3. Hot water in tub/ shower came out brown. 4. AC was lacking. OTHER THAN THAT, rest of room was clean and day staff was GREAT! I think they lost me as loyal customer. 😢
- 1/5
No water. Construction right out side. Hot tub not working
- 3/5
Kind of run down and in need of a remodel. Convenient location, though.
- 3/5
The shower drain was rusted and the floor needs to be replaced. The tv didn’t work. Staff was great.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and professional, which is very important to me. The room Itself was a lot smaller than the one in pictures on line. No sitting area, tiny bathroom etc... seemed very outdated aswell (t.v.,wanted to cast from my phone, but too old). All in all, i would stay if i was solo, but not again with my wife and dog.
- 5/5
The room was well kept and the staff was friendly! Definitely staying again next time I'm in town.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Its a great location and the staff are great too. I had a great time
- 5/5
Clean and easy. Great staff.
- 4/5
Great place, walked to the shed and whole foods, what else do you need. Coffee in the morning is wonderful too.
- 3/5
Check in at 4 PM is late.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 4/5
location was perfect
- 4/5
Only issues was the bathroom tub. The water backed up in the tub with some pretty dirty water and grime. There was no way to clean up the mess. The staff were very nice though and the rooms clean.
- 2/5
It was super noisy due to road construction when we stayed. The noise continued for the entire night. No warning. We could not sleep at all.
- 5/5
Exactly what you expect. Nothing fancy. Some home done repairs. But clean, safe and friendly. Recommended.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, staff was super friendly and helpful, 10 minute walk to Bushnell University...
- 5/5
It's a nice comfortable place to stay.
- 4/5
Within walking distance of restaurants and brew pubs. Clean, quiet. Easy on-site parking.
- 5/5
close to the campus and downtown. everything is great. if I have to complain one thing that will be the wifi single are not stable and we lost connections from time to time. I guess there are many guests are using it.
- 4/5
Very comfortable stay. Cant complain!
- 4/5
The AC is old and noisy. That's the only complaint. The staffs are super chill and cool. Everything is minimal but it is exactly what you need, very thoughtful.
- 3/5
The property was clean however, the AC/Heat unit was very very loud.
- 4/5
Clean and comfotable. Surprisingly quiet for its location near a busy intersection
- 3/5
Sheets felt like plastic
- 5/5
All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got in early from Los Angeles and they were able to check us in a little early. Nice snacks every morning. Coffee really good and all day. Water bottles on demand. Housecleaning are all super friendly and helpful. Really close walk to civic center. Really a nice visit to Campus Inn. They just need to fix the AC plug outlets…several plugs just fell right out. We’ll definitely be back. Great job!
- 4/5
The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The mattress was a bit old and had lost its firmness.
- 5/5
great budget option in the middle of it all!
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and informative.
- 2/5
The room smelled like mildew and staff didn’t really check room for trash until we had to tell them on the third day. It’s cheap to stay but definitely not staying there again if I travel back to Eugene.
- 3/5
Not the best place but fair. Don’t wear white socks when walking around in the room.
- 3/5
We liked this motel. The breakfast was nice as were the staff. The room was basic but had some nice toiletries. It was clean and comfortable and close to U of O. I don’t think they could help the ant issue.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. Wendy was very nice checking in. Samir Patel was the kindest, accomodating helpful front desk manager. We were there for a Broadway musical at the Hult and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. The continental breakfast had delicious bagels, lots of fruit, yogurt. cereal bars etc., They had coffee available everytime I went in and all the other guests seemed to be enjoying breakfast as well. I feel that he went above and beyond. I would stay there again definitely.
- 4/5
I didn’t FEEL safe walking to my venue 11 min away. Four guys were lounging in the bushes and asked me for money, a block from the motel, and another woman was across the street on the corner with all her belongings like she was getting ready to camp out. That was at 6 pm in broad daylight. However, I saw no one while walking back to the motel at 10:30 pm. Well lit streets. No problems.
- 4/5
Quiet and walkable to see things.
- 3/5
We also got charged for extra guest when we didn’t have anyone beyond the two of us. Still trying to figure that out.
- 2/5
They keep trying to control what I say about this place, shows you how biased all this really is, what a joke! This place was horrible, see if this goes, lol
- 3/5
We stayed two separate nights in different rooms and it was like being in two different hotels. The first room was dirty, had a used piece of soap in it and smelled musty. The plugs didn’t work and it was really run down. If we hadn’t prepaid for the second night, we would have found something else. The second night the room was much cleaner. We informed the front desk person who also was the house keeping supervisor, of the difference in the two rooms, she just shrugged and blamed it on the language barrier with the house keeping staff. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
We loved having such a large, comfortable room. This is now our go-to motel for future stays in Eugene.
- 4/5
Across from Whole Foods, breakfast was available at no additional charge which is always appreciated.
- 3/5
Pretty average motel, but pricey at $200 a night. No top sheet on bed, just bottom and a blanket. Instead of correcting this, they provided a second blanket. Room wasn't bad, but was showing it's age. Parking was fine and location was good.
- 4/5
Comfortable.
- 4/5
It was convenient
- 4/5
This property was nice. I have stayed here before and it seems that the hot tub never really works. They do have breakfast and are conveniently located. Right across the street from Whole Foods and about a five-minute walk to the downtown area.
- 4/5
No
- 2/5
This is a very dated property but it is well kept. However the beds and pillows are TERRIBLE!!!! Sleeping on the floor may have been more comfortable. The pillows a were flat and hard and the bed was worse.
- 4/5
An adequate hotel for my purpose of not having to rent a car during my stay. Close enough to walk to Hayward Field but not a 1st class stay and a $1000 for a four day stay not so much…
- 5/5
The owner was so nice. Breakfast was good for on the go with healthy choices and snacks for later. It was within a 10 walk to Hayward Field, super bonus for our family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will return here again.
- 5/5
location is great

- 3/5
Like we were a bother and she didn't want to be there and it was shown. The bathroom needs help, shower curtain was to small and didn't stay up or closed, EVERY container was EMPTY, had to promote to Campus Inn.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, well-equiped, friendly staff, convenient location
- 3/5
This is a no frills motel. This is for guests who wants to be close to the U of O campus, are in for a 1-2 night visit and don’t mind out of date decor and rooms in need of basic maintenance (leaky sinks, peeling linoleum flooring).
- 5/5
Always super friendly staff, clean. Quiet as can be expected near university campus.
- 3/5
The all night AC fan is pretty noisy. Place was a bit run down but hey it’s fine for one night when you’re tired. Location is good—near Whole Foods.
- 5/5
Exterior was clean and painted, room was large, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Always courteous, clean, and willing to help .

The room was clean, no cigarette smoke, sketchy , or any of that kind of thing, for a lower priced room so, yeah no problem with this stay.

First, the hotel phone did not work. In the age of cell phones is not such a big deal, but it mattered. Second, the electrical outlet would not accept any adapters because it was too wide. Somehow. They had to get a maintenance guy in there to fix it while I was there. Third, the towel bar fell off while I was there. That's three strikes in one day

Conveniently located close to our destination at a reasonable cost. Clean comfortable room.

this whole foods closes early, 9 pm. I didn't like how the shower curtain rod was installed so all the water from a shower would spray out and make a big puddle on the floor. I didn't like that the bathroom drain didn't have a screen or work. I didn't like hearing trains throughout the night or sirens from emergency vehicles. I was on the bottom floor so I didn't like hearing people talking or walking above me. The room's ceiling was in disrepair. Exiting the parking lot from the property in a car was extremely risky and dangerous. One had to apply strategy to avoid the steady stream of cars exiting off Ferry Street Bridge onto East Broadway and the line of cars coming from Downtown Eugene waiting for traffic light to change in front of the property in order to get onto East Broadway. I figured out that in order to exit the parking lot, one has to go in the time between two traffic lights. This property is probably good for 1-2 nights. I will not be staying here again.

Good, clean and comfortable beds.

Convenient when attending University of Oregon events. But they need thicker or an extra blanket on the beds!

The hotel was perfectly situated downtown allowing us to walk to all our favourite locations in Eugene, OR.

It was clean and it was hassle free

This was a nice comfortable room for the price. The front desk people were very nice & check-in was super simple. They usually charge a $200 refundable pet deposit but waived it. I did pay the additional $20 pet fee per dog which is not bad considering many hotels I’ve stayed in have been up to $100 per dog. This is an older motel so it is somewhat dated & in need of minor repairs but I found it extremely clean & comfortable. Parking is surface parking which is important to me as I drive a F350 so most parking garages are a no go zone. Id stay here again if needed.

The property wasnt bad. Room was clean. Just and older hotel. The price was way to high for something like this. It was in a convenient location. Was able to walk everywhere.

The property needs a face lift. But it’s close to all the things and fine for a short stay.

Stayed for just a night for the Eugene Marathon. My second year in this place. Very conveniently located near the university with nice spacious room, good quality bed and good amenities in the room. Perfect place for marathoners looking for a good night's rest before the big day.

Nice property. Very close to the U of O. Enough parking spots. Bed and linens were good. Staff were extremely good. The only thing that I didn't quite like is the breakfast.

Very clean and tidy.

I always stay here when I go to Eugene to see my son. While the hotel is older and has one thing I don't care for (carpet, ick), the price is right, the rooms are well-cleaned and the service is friendly and excellent. Also a great location right across the street from Whole Foods.

No issues! Great place. Big, affordable clean room in a good location with all the amenities. A bit dated, but we expected that going in and it exceeded our expectations. Five stars.

Nice, clean room. Lousy internet. No office desk and chair. Towel rack right behind vanity in narrow hallway (ouch several times) instead of in bathroom, where it should have been. Hot and cold tub/shower controls reversed.

Great value and location. I’d definitely stay here again!

But the super bright lights outside our door, the low quality TV and limited cable options, the internet didn't work. Ask for an upstairs room.

It was great

The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is in a convenient location to the college, shopping and dining. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Very big rooms

Dog friendly, but no dog park atmosphere in the vacinity. My dog did not complain though! We went to Skinners Butte for an adventurous hike. Love this area, because it's close to everything you need to access in Eugene.

So noisy- had the thinnest walls. Bed uncomfortable.

Location was a little loud at night time, the hotel is a little bit old but in good condition!

i made a reservation for a different property & ended up with this one. I already complained to expedia. it was fine here otherwise. it was very close walking distance to the MacDonald.

Had a wonderful stay at Campus Inn. Excellent location, across from Whole Foods and near the U of O campus. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast as well; simple but just what I like in the morning - fresh bagels, yogurt and fruit. Excellent value for the money.
