The room was on an angle. The bed right next to the wall, no wall space no turn. Everything else was perfect.

It’s a sleep and go no frills cheap motel. Nothing special to write home about.

Overall a good place to stay. Free breakfast was juice coffee yogurt granola bar. Not a continental in my book. Maybe add boiled eggs, bagels, etc. There is a great Indian restaurant around the corner and Bruns apple market has most anything you need within a walkable distance. If looking for something to do go see the Rhododendron garden nearby at Hendricks park.

Reasonably priced, clean, friendly

It was just an overnight trip for me. I was visiting my son at U of O. I walked a few blocks from the hotel and found a funky bar, Crow and Cart and Japanese restaurant SuBo to dine in. They also had a cool coffee shop in the area that I visited the next morning, Glass House Coffee

Clean, pleasant staff and comfy beds

The buffet breakfast was yogurt and fruit. The floor had an improperly installed spline between the wood and tile floor upon which I stubbed my toe numerous times.

Room was clean but a little bit rundown. Had cracks in wall, very poorly finished. Thought the shower head was going to fall off- very loose. There was breakfast - but you picked it up at office and carry what limited items there were to your room to eat. On scale of 1-10 would give it a 6. Would not stay here again.

My flight didn’t arrive until 1am, I only had to ring the bell once which surprised me since I’d expect one to be trying to get as much sleep as possible during the night shift. Same person checked me out, which made me wonder if bro sleeps at all. I hope he gets to take a vacation soon. The pillows were comfortable, water and snacks were provided, shower was clean. Very clean establishment. My stomach and I liked the complimentary grab and go breakfast snacks. Front row parking. 10/10 would stay there again. I’m not sure if the clerk sleeps.

The agent was friendly, helpful and efficient and the room was clean, comfy and extremely well priced. The location is EXCELLENT with lots of restaurants and the District shopping center located within a 3-4 minute drive. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning/heater worked excellent. They are pet friendly but you will need to tote your own dog bags as they dont supply dog bags to pick up after your pet. The breakfast was top notch. I have included photos for reference. We definitely recommend this location, and will stay again if we are in the area in the future.

The property is very well maintained, not a single piece of rubbish in the parking lot. Room is always clean. Recently had upgrades in the room, and now a new wi fi system. A wonderful, very cost-effective hotel.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was very clean and welcoming. Microwave, fridge, TV and other amenities were good. Lighting in room was brighter than some other motels. We like it. Floor was not carpeted. It's cold this time of year. Blanket seems light, was not warm enough. Breakfast was granola bars, fruit, yogurt and coffee. All in all we were satisfied with this motel. Thank you.

The property is always clean and well kept. Rooms have recently received a update as well as the office. Check in and check out are perfect, great service all around.

We had a last minute addition to our booking and the hotel staff were very accommodating to get us in to a larger room to add my daughter to our stay (despite it being U of O Fall Family Weekend and everywhere was booked solid). The “room” was a little untraditional (like a little two bedroom condo apartment) but the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great so we had no complaints!

The building is old and the rooms are very small. We were not told about breakfast upon check-in and I was unable to locate it in the morning.

The room was decent size and clean. The floor creaked and had some sort of foundation damage. Service was not great but not awful. No room service needed. Breakfast was only 8-9 so wasn’t able to see it. Overall, it was a decent stay, as we didn’t spend long there. But definitely needs some updating and could be more guest friendly.

Parking was safe and secure and close to rooms. Breakfast could've had more variety, possibly cold cereal and milk.

The staff made this place well worth the stay.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I arrived after dark and the area around the hotel didn't feel safe. I had a room a couple down from the street and I could hear the street noise in my room. It was okay for one night but I won't return.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Looks like someone purposefully rubbed dirt all over the walls. Was honestly a little scared to sleep there. No wifi. Would not sleep there again for free.

The room was fine but noise from the next room kept me awake and their tv noise travelled through the walls easily until very late. There was a lot of road noise as well. Receptionist was helpful and offered me breakfast for my fridge as I was leaving early in the morning

Everything from the parking lot to the bathroom is clean and well kept. Staff is always on duty. I sleep great when I stay.

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Nice to have some bottled water and snack bars waiting in your room. A wonderful, affordable little hotel.

This is an older place but Uber cool. All the updates that are needed. Very clean and really nice service. I would highly recommend and will be staying there again.

Super close to ninkasi brewery, and the cool part there are so many food options that is pretty walkable. If you Uber it probably cost like 10 bucks this includes tips.

We just needed a place not too far from the airport. Didn’t need a lot of frills. It was clean, quiet. The owners had upgraded us to a king size bed at no charge. The bed was comfortable. We had our own parking space directly in front of our room. The water was hot. The breakfast was simple…more like snacks.

I am on a trip where I have stayed at several motels at this price point. This one is, by far, the nicest and felt the safest. Simple room, but very comfortable bedding and super clean.

The manager was nice and friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there was a lot of desk top/dresser drawer top space. There was big closet and a large countertop space around the sink.

I was very comfortable even walking back from Car Rental… 6 mn walk from Enterprise! Breakfast was available 8am-10am… alwaysxa To Go Bag with Banana and Granola Bar. Other choices were Yogurt and Packages variety of Danishes. Coffe also available and Juices. I definitely recommend staying here. Quiet and convenient to Expressway!

The property is very old the owners have done a lot of lip stick on a pig. Price was only reason we stayed there but would not do that again. We will find lodging outside city if needed

Check-in was a breeze—fast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious, fully equipped with shower accessories and plenty of towels. A nice touch—the toilet was sealed with a “cleaned” sticker like a gift, reassuring and spotless. Parking was super convenient, located right in front of each room. While not officially reserved, every room seems to have a designated spot, with additional spaces available nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Would absolutely stay again!

Second bed was against the wall on one side, so I could only exit the bed from one side. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job.

The room was very basic but perfect for what I needed. It was comfortable and very clean. The mattress on the bed was better than the one I had a home so getting a good night's sleep was easy. Every day housekeeping came in and tidied up the room. Good value for the money.

Single story so no stairs to climb; plenty of parking even for our box truck (bigger than your standard car); staff super helpful; very clean; lots of nearby restaurants; easy access to freeway. Our Kingsize bed room had a super comfie chair in it, along with small table and normal rolling chair for eating/working/etc. Wall mounted television worked great.

It is between two busy streets so it is not quiet.

It was close to where I needed to be.

So, upon arrival which was about an hour past check in time, the lobby door was locked. Around the corner was a saftey window and a bell. I rang the bell several time, knocked on the window and finally yelled ...it took the guy almost 15 minutes to come open the door.. I mean it os in a pretty shady area of Eugene and i would never stay there alone. The room was clean but dark and dingy. Meh. I wont ever stay there again. Id rather sleep in my car

My room was a very nice small room, perfectly adequate for my needs. The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment, 2 granola bars left in my room. Despite other reviews i found the room quiet and comfortable. The staff was great.

The door was noticeably hung ajar and there was no weather sealing. The noise of traffic on 6th street was very high.

This is a pretty basic hotel, but for the price a fantastic deal, plenty of parking , close to university of downtown Eugene. Easy check-in and comfortable. Places you spend 2 to 3 times more won't be much better.

Expedia has a habit of not publishing IMPORTANT check in information on hotel websites - as a result we were unable to get an ill elderly man into a hotel room urgently needed for the night..these kind of screw ups continue to happen and it is my opinion that Expedia is NOT the company it once was, whihc now has me often booking rooms, cars, and travel for our movue company and Race teams thru other services. I hope expedia corrects these issues

Great stay with free parking and within walking distance to where I needed to go. Very friendly and fast check in.

I haven't seen any staff on my five of six visits to the office to get help. Nobody was there, and the door was always locked. Only the "Ring the Bell" sign was waiting there, which made me turn back. The heater's sound in the room was too noisy to sleep. If this continues, I would choose something other than America's Best Value Inn.

The staff made an effort to clean the room every day. It's a basic place and it worked for me.

Property is run down, needs updated. Never deen shoe molding used in the shower for trim.

I had a great stay. It was very clean & accommodating. The only draw back was my room was by a main street & it was very noisy.

There were dead bugs in the bathroom and near the vanity/refrigerator/microwave area. There was a weird stain on the bedspread so I took it off and put it in the corner near the luggage rack. There was a big hairball next to the bed. The floor had a lot of dust like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed. For the price I guess I expected a bit more cleanliness. It was in an area that was kind of scary.

Property was clean. Parking was tight for larger vehicles. Office personnel were personable. My room was small. I paid 200+ a night. Housekeeping was very poor. They never mopped the bathroom floor and never made up the bed. They replaced the towels daily.

Breakfast is not a real breakfast: it was a granola bar with an old banana packed in a paper bag so you can’t even see what you are getting. Small yogurt and a prepackaged danish most likely from Costco. The door to the office is locked and you have to ring a bell even during the day, which made me feel like I was in a very scratchy neighborhood. The motel is clean, but very outdated.

No big complaints. I stayed one night as a pit stop, so it’s hard to give a deep analysis, but for what I saw the area was clean and safe and the staff were nice. I will say I found the bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable, so maybe bring your own pillow.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. In order to keep the room at a reasonable temperature, the a/c came on every 10 minutes and blew cold air into the room, then was off. The fan would not work in constant mode. Not recommended for a good days stay.
