My stay was okay. There was a lot of traffic noise heard from my room since I was along Tamiami Way. I had some issues with my AC cooling during the evening and there was no hot water in room towards the last day of my stay. The hotel was pet friendly but everyone I passed with my two doodles the front staff seemed to have an attitude problem. I like to add my dogs are well trained and did not make any noise. They were also not in the room during the day. They left a noise for the guest that water was going to be turned off May 13 at 12 pm until about 4 hours. There was no water in hotel until about 9 pm. When the water returned I had no hot water that evening until the day I checked out. Very disappointed. This hotel caters more towards flight attendants and pilots. Which I have no issues with that. But other guest staying at that hotel who are also Hyatt Members would like to take advantage of preferred rooms away from traffic noise.

This was a business trip for one night but it was very pleasant. Hotel room was clean, updated, quiet and good size TV. Great location close to shops too. Will be back.

The staff at this hotel are incredible!!! Kenzie and Casey were excellent! Especially handling some very interesting people! I highly recommend this property. Very accommodating and clean!

Hotel is nice and it is clean. The location was great for us visiting family in Bonita Springs. Lots of good places to eat nearby and 15 minutes to great beaches also. Staff was nice. Breakfast was OK except for the scrambled eggs- really bad all 4 days. There were a few things that made the stay hard for us. Let me preface this one by saying we live in the woods in Colorado.... The blackout shades don't go all the way to the top of the window, so the street lights shined in our room really brightly and you could hear the traffic all night. We stuffed towels in the cracks the third night. Very hard to sleep well. The pool closes at 6 pm! No microwave to heat up take out food. We were told there was one in the lobby, but never found it. No guest laundry made it tough for 5 days packing light since you cannot wear things more than once in Florida. Not sure I would pick this hotel again for a stay unless it was for a very quick trip of one or two nights.

We stayed at this Hyatt Place a few years ago. Back then it was okay but not exceptional. The recent renovation was very impressive. It gave the whole place a clean, airy look from the lobby to the rooms. Very well done. Couple that with an unusually pleasant staff and a good breakfast, it turned out to be a very nice experience.

The room was great, comfortable bed. We did have to ask front desk to have our room trash emptied and fresh towels. But I would stay there again. The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining.

I stayed for a week. The breakfast was generally luke warm and a little above average. Melon very hard . . . Coffee thermos empty in the evenings. Parking easy. Room needs swept. Restroom clean. Front desk personnel great on Saturdays and Sunday. Cleaning personnel were in daily to empty trash and make beds.

I love that the hotel was at a wonderful location with a lot of different stores and restaurants. I did not like that. The property was under renovations, which did not have the restaurant area open doing the evening only for breakfast. This was my main reason for booking the room at the Hyatt because I thoroughly enjoy the food and drinks.

Everything was pretty good. My only complaint is regarding the hvac. We could get the room to warm up. The wall unit was very noisy and ran continuously regardless of how the wall unit was set. It was like your settings were being over road.

The staff at the desk was amazing no matter what time we came in or left. The construction noise and the inconsistency in the AC in the building as a result of the AC.

Most people to to Florida to enjoy the sun shine and pool ( especially if you are coming from New England.) This is false advertising. The breakfast was very good!

My parents are almost 80 and live in a neighborhood just across the street from the location. The first time we stayed here it was just for convenience, but the staff was so friendly we felt very comfortable returning. The gym and breakfast are added bonuses.

I was surprised to arrive and see the entire front lobby under construction and I was upset to see that based on the amount of money we bad out for the reservation. This caused breakfast every day to be cold because no warmers were used. There should be some type of credit provided.

The smell of paint and everything was a proverbial slap when walking in… the first room they checked us into the tv did not work. Will give them credit to the fact they made it right by transferring us to another room. The bed was uncomfortable to say the least. They should wasn’t that the facility is under major construction

Poor quality of food (breakfast) Hotel doesn’t have the possibility of helping with reliable transportation to the airport. You ask for help they tell you to use uber. My flight was leaving at 7am and I wanted to have a reliable transportation but they can’t help you, I had to leave the hotel at 430am that’s why I wanted an option other than uber

I decided to book this hotel to relax , and sleep late,used the jacuzzi and guess what? Is under construction,jacuzzi is closed WiFi wasn’t working,no Netflix and they the where working in the bedroom next to me and the noise was insane.

The main problem was that the hotel was under construction. If Expedia had told me that I would have gone to another hotel. We had stayed there on a previous occasion and it was fine. But after this stay, I am putting it on my BLACK LIST.

I am not satisfied with this resolution. ! ask you to reconsider my case and issue a credit, as the booking did not accurately reflect the hotel's condition. transparency is essential in maintaining trust, and hope this matter will be resolved fairly. I really liked the way the room was furnished, but there was places to relax places to work at good lighting in the bathroom for make up application I thought the breakfast was subpar. Would have liked more pastry options and perhaps another one or two hot options

I found this property when I made a last minute change for my trip from STL to Florida. Even with the renovations they were working on, I loved this location. It’s in a nice area with tons of food and shops to choose from. It’s within a quick 15-20 minute drive to the beach so it’s easy to avoid some of the chaos that can come from that. The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One person in particular, Chelsea was phenomenal and went above and beyond her duties. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us some amazing pointers. She really helped make the trip as fun as it could be. It was also pretty awesome having coffee and breakfast ready each day. The only requests/suggestions would be to install a few umbrellas or something for a bit of shade by the pool as it’s really hot out there most of the day. Solid price, even better location, I am planning on coming back one day.

The property was clean and organized. I didn’t like that I wasn’t contacted until the day I was driving from SC to FL about the hotel being under renovation. I was offered a refund but who really wants to try and book a last minute week vacation while driving.

Location is great, room was clean Breakfast was not good, went down 1st day and ended up just skipping it. Ac regulates at night so 3rd person on sleeper sofa was warm every evening

The property needs significant updating. Cracked Sink needs to be replaced. Carpet bunched up in places. Needs grab bar in shower. Phone did not work. No way to get wake up call. Curtains don't block out all light. Sofa worn in places.

Hot tub was off for maintenance. When I checked in the front desk announced my room number to me while other people were in line behind me. Huge red flag and safety 101 to teach your staff NOT to do especially for solo female travelers

I’m a law enforcement officer, I work for the state of Florida, I’m a member of AAA and AARP. These memberships would have allowed me significant discounts on two rooms. The $10 difference is no big deal however for one night stay $100 difference means never booked through hotels.com again. Rip off.

This is such a run down property. The carpet had so many stains, it was buckling up, and you can tell it has not been cleaned in forever. If you have allergies stay away from this place. The rooms had that carpets in it too. The block pillows were so uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

I wouldn't stay here again. The shower pressure was terrible and the water temperature kept changing between hot and cold and I wasn't adjusting it. On the second night, my power went off twice. It was only a few seconds but I never experienced that before. Others in my group also had the same issues. I have no complaints about the staff or housekeeping.

Staff was very friendly. Carpeting in the room had blood stains, and hallway carpet had bleach stains etc. Carpeting definitely needs to be replaced throughout the rooms and hallways. Complimentary parking and breakfast was nice. Walkable to mall, shops, and dining.

The breakfast was different each day with the usual choices, fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal, breads, sausage, eggs,etc. The property and location was ideal! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Great location, inside Coconut Point mall so you have lots of shops and restaurants around you. Room was big and comfortable. It has an ample “living room” with a L shape sofa, small refrigerator, coffee maker and a desk. We were staying at the property because we lost power after hurricane Milton and the property lost power, too. So I can’t comment on the property amenities or breakfast. The reason why I gave 3 starts on “service” is because we called the property multiple times to ask if they had power and to see if we could get an early check in, and nobody ever answered the phone.

Overall the stay was not good, I made reservations as my home had no electricity based on hurricane and during the night the electricity sent off and and on. There was no communication around the status and we left the next morning. The room was pretty worn and beat up. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no bath/shower gel in the shower…was totally empty. I had to go down to lobby. I kept trying to call back to see if the electricity was back on and we could go back but it rang busy and then tried the main Hyatt number to help and could not talk to anyone about any other question other than reservations. I then pressed the reservation button and talked to a very rude individual who would not try to find out anything about the status of the property and electricity.

The hotel is located close to Ft. Myers and not too far from Naples which is an advantage. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast includes many options. The A/C in the room we stayed in was very noisy and should be adjusted. Overall, a good hotel
