Beautiful property

The TV did not work and when we requested assistance we were given another remote. The TV still eouldnt work and we were told by the front desk.per

Our room was fairly clean but had a horrible smell.

Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She was, however, very efficient.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported it once and no one came so I walked to front desk and asked again. They did send someone up immediately and he told us it was working but you could stand in the room and definitely tell it wasn’t. He did return about 30 min later and held up a thermometer to the vent and said it’s working, but the thermostat was sitting on 65 and the room was 75 degrees. We had been at a baseball field all day and we were exhausted. We ended up staying in the room because we didn’t feel like moving but didn’t sleep at all because it was so hot in the room. The next day I returned to front desk and they happily let us move rooms but the second room wasn’t much different. It was cooler, but still the room didn’t get under 73 degrees. I overheard 3 others talking about the air.

This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable.
-
The hotel itself is "OK". It is "dated". Old. There must have been some sort of spill, rot, or problem in the lobby. It was saturated with "fresh air" machines that were more like being stuck in a hot car with a grandmother whose nose had aged poorly and who had doused herself with perfume, and who could not smell it herself.

We had a pleasant stay here for a one night stay during our road trip.
-
Just what we needed admitted a long flight.
-
Late night check-in after flying in on one of the last flights. Simple, straightforward. Not fancy but just what I needed before heading on next morning.
-
The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay.
-
Enjoyed everything the staff minus one gentleman on the night shift.rude, asked him if we woke earlier could we catch earlier shuttle and it was like we bothered him!

Airport shuttle, and parking

Clean and nice hotel
-
Good value for the price. Severe lack of parking spaces, I’m assuming it was a park and fly which exacerbated the situation.

We requested a king bed online, but was given 2 double beds. The front desk told me they were going to be 2 queens. The mattresses hurt our backs and the pillows were not good for side sleepers. We stayed their a year prior, but our room was much better. There was no TV remote. We had to go to the front desk 3 times. The breakfast was not a good as the year before. The main thing I liked was the location near family. The front desk lied about the size of the beds when I asked. I had to wait too long to get checked in. Finally a second person came.
