This hotel is close to the freeway, but difficult to get to. The breakfast was okay. The facility was clean l, but the hallways are loud and the elevator is really slow. Good experience overall.

When kids were playing football in the parking lot after 10pm, I called the front desk and the staff member Yogi took care of it and made sure it didn't happen again. It was quiet the rest of the night. Room was 4/5 good. Some trim issues here and there and a little tidbit of mold or mildew in the bathroom. Very friendly and professional employees. No weird smells. Moderately clean all around.

Staff was wonderful, truly exceptional in their customer service skills. The breakfast buffet was well maintained with a nice variety of options and the hotel seemed very clean. Neither of the tv's in our room worked. I've seen other reviews mentioned this. I have a feeling they don't have TVs but work in any of the rooms ever. I left a message with the front desk that we would like a discount as we hadn't been able to use either TV Interstate that was one week long, and never received a response, which was not appreciated. I also noticed that while the hotel was very clean there were a lot of fairly toxic cleaners being used throughout.

The room was spotless, love the dove products in the bathroom. Beds were comfy, pillows soft. Got a good night's rest.

The best part about this establishment was the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and are ready to assist. My main issue was the structure itself. The listing said "Sound proof rooms." This could not be further from the truth. All night I heard a mix of doors slamming, conversations outside, and my neighbor's cell phone alarm in the next room going off in the dark hours of the morning. Also, each door on every room is rigged not only to self close, but to close with a deafening slam, as if the door was spring-loaded and weighed 500 pounds. Lastly, all night, I heard an eerie tapping sound coming from somewhere overhead. I slept on the 3rd floor, and it sounded like someone performing Morse Code on a water pipe. Very irritating. on a happier note, the breakfast is very good and worth waking up for. The place wasn't terrible, but these few key things left me with a desire to skip it next time.

The staff at front desk made me understand the difference in making a reservation directly with the facility and going thru Booking.com. That i had driven 45 min with my family across town and at 3am just to be told the hotel didnt have a room fr me. I called up booking and all they say was “im sorry that this happened ma’am and we understand your frustration” No you dont. Whats important is u do your job as a reservation expert to contact the hotel i want to be booked in after you have collected my info and “VERIFY” that reservation with the hotel first before telling a customer that they’re confirmed only to find out they are not. Wasting my time

The shower head pressure was not strong and the ac wasn’t working either and too much noise upstairs till 2am

The room was fairly comfortable. I wiped up a spot of water on the floor, and the towel came away black. Other surfaces also weren't very clean. Holds for possible incidental expenses were unreasonable.

I had reserved my room through booking.com. When I determined I'd need another night added, booking couldn't help me. I called the property and explained the situation. They cancelled my booking reservation, did not charge me a cancelation fee AND upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. Great property!

This was a nice enough hotel but they charged my card $100.00 for incidentals. I was surprised at this since that was basically what I paid for the room and there were no incidentals from I what I could tell. No room service, bar, parking, breakfast was included etc. The frustrating part is that they charged my card on the 5th and as of today, May 7th, they still have not credited my account. This alone would keep me from staying there again. I cannot recommend this hotel based on that.

Yogi at front desk was so professional and helpful to help resolve my issue. First room given had a loud fighting couple that you can hear out in the lobby so asked to switch to another room but second room had a wet feet/dog smelled to it so came back to the original room. Overall clean hotel but needs to do a better job on the cosmetic touchup in the bathroom since it looks like it was half completed. Breakfast was great but best to go early or you will miss the meat/hot food.

We had a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn express! I was a little concerned booking from the other side of the country without having ever seen it. Our room was surprisingly big, staff was friendly, location was great, and all was well with our stay.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I like the refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig in the room. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. We needed coffee cups, cream, sugar, and napkins beyond our first day. The two wastebaskets were overflowing by the end of the third night. Breakfast is only served until 9:30 during the week -- not helpful for those of us who enjoy staying up a little later at night, and getting up a little later in the morning. There needs to be additional handicap parking spaces. By 10 o'clock each evening, it was difficult to find close parking. Other than these thing, it was a very nice and clean hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff is amazing. This will hotel did the hiring right. The breakfast was great. Parking is great. The area is great, the only downside was the pool was closed and it was not stated when I booked.

Swimming pool was smaller but kids didn't mind it. They swam almost everyday. No hot tub. Per friendly, saw some well behaved dogs on property. Place was good overall. The only thing that bothered me was the peeling bathtub. I traveled with 4 small kids under 9 and toddler. Bath time used a lot and had to make sure my baby wouldn't try to eat the paint peels. The dryer was down so I had to cut my stay shorter on my last day to make time to go to laundromat to wash and dry dirty and wet clothes. For a family of 6 and 4 days, it was a lot of clothes and not fun hauling wet suits and towels. Overall stay was good. Nice and friendly staff is always a plus for me. Having good coffee is a plus!

A bit off the main road but perfect for the night before an early surgery at a nearby hospital.

The staff is amazing. The rooms not so much. Door was hard to close, the tub was all scratched up, the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because it would hit the sink. The breakfast is pretty much the same in any hotel.

Pool wasn’t working our refrigerator wasn’t working didn’t get fixed for the last day. We were here. No accommodation bathtub was plugged with broken and toilet paper roll fell off the wall.

The staff and hotel was great.But I booked for a king suite and they gave me a Queen instead.. The only complaint I would have about the room was the bathrooms. The way you have them next to the bathtubs. Also with a toilet holder right next to it. If you're a bigger person doesn't work.

Every one of the staff we interacted with were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to easily control the temperature in the room. That's not always the case in some hotels. I didn't care for the Green Mountain Keurig coffee pods, but the coffee in the lobby was pretty good. I've found very few of the instant pods to my liking.

The room was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the temp was good all night. Just what you would expect from an IHG Holiday Inn - always can count on them for high quality! The free breakfast was an added bonus! Elderly parents are IGH members and they have convinced us of the high quality and consistency of IGH Holiday Inns. We did not use the pool or the workout equipment but they were clean and well organized! Staff were great too!

The staff were all very nice, especially Joy. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and a nice big TV that was easy to operate. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and had a nice area to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Our check in staff was great! However, our date change through Expedia wasn’t in their system so she had to work through a whole process to get it done. This is first time Expedia has not been good!

There is a musty smell as soon as you get in the elevator and go up toward the rooms. It stinks so bad I had to call and ask if I could be transferred to another hotel somewhere else. There’s kids screaming in and out of the pool tracking water all through the hallway which becomes slippery. The staff was nice enough to give me a different, nicer room - but unfortunately, it still smelled bad.

Everything was good but one thing, they charge your card for $100 security fee, other hotels only take the card info and do not block any amount. I think that’s better because after checkout it takes 3-5 business days before the hold is taken off.

This was the first place that I have stayed for multiple days in a row where they actually came into the room and cleaned every single day. I never had to ask for extra towels because they would only be coming into the room once during my stay. Vey clean. Friendly staff. Even the items in the little shop were reasonably priced.

Super nice staff, clean, big, beautiful rooms with a comfortable bed and workspace. Breakfast and stacks to buy lack healthy options. Coffee cups and water cups in the lobby are plastic and/or wrapped in plastic, which is not eco-friendly, but the shampoo/conditioner/lotions dispensers are eco-friendly compared to the tiny plastic bottle option, so split review on that one.

We always stay here on our trips to Denver. The rooms are affordable but you do not sacrifice any quality! It’s still the same amazing quality you would expect from Holiday Inn. The parking is a little small but everything else is top notch!

Breakfast had both hot and cold options. Biscuits & grave, bacon, cheese omelets. The orange juice was very good. Coffee was great. Room was clean, had a digital thermostat on the wall to control the heat and air so it maintained the temp we wanted better. Bathroom was clean. Front desk was great, we asked about dining in the area and she provided a restaurant list with types of cuisine and distances. She told us what she knew about the ones she was familiar with. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff were efficient and the quality of each part of the business was visible. The manager was walking around, checking on customers at breakfast, the staff stayed busy cleaning and were attentive to guest needs when they walked in the door or needed something. The cleanliness and upkeep was evident, making it somewhere I would easily go back to! More healthy options at breakfast (fresh fruit, variety of meats, etc would be a great addition!

We had to move rooms but staff was very accommodating. Otherwise, a little old, but clean rooms. The highway is right next to the hotel, though, if car noise bothers you.

This Holiday Inn Express is a refurbished former hotel product. Nothing close to a dedicated HIE product. Room was sterile and cold with no comfort ambiance. I thought we were walking into a college dorm. There was no where to hang clothing…we did find hangers stuffed in a dresser drawer. Breakfast was Meh! Nothing outstanding about this stay

The room was unkempt and the sheets were stained. The location of the breakfast area to the main linen facility was too close and cause congestion. The breakfast area was very unclean as well.

Pool and gym facilities along with smooth check-in was a plus. Continental breakfast was an additional perk after a long journey.

The interior was decorated so nicely as was the room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!

Has a pool and gym. Gym only has done cardio and free weights. No pulley equipment. Breakfast was pretty basic. Would like to see more fresh fruit and non pork meat options. But it was provided in a clean environment.

Pros: looks nice from outside, first impression of the room looked okay, good breakfast- biscuit and gravy was awesome, fresh water with fruit in the lobby, room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Cons: carpet in the room was worn out where it meets the laminate flooring, fuse box on the wall, smoke alarm green light flashed all night, no vent fan in the bathroom, mold under the caulking in the shower, and toilet paper holder falling off the wall in the bathroom. No restaurants close.

Chose this hotel because of the reviews but they probably were not reviewing the room I got. Bathroom was so small the door hit the sink and did not open all the way. Door to room itself seems wonky (had to push to open and close) so much space but no space for a closet with hangers and bigger bathroom? Something weird on the toilet. Hard to find in the dark, situated in an obscure area with no restaurants but one.

Bathroom and room could have been cleaner. Ring and dirt on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet was sticky so wore out shoes. Fire alarm went off in the middle of showering, light for desk wouldn’t stop being a stove light had to throw a towel over it. People upstairs banging around from 11:30pm - 3am. During breakfast employee in a back room playing music loud enough to an annoyance. Don’t mind ANY music but probably shouldn’t be playing what they were playing.

Quick weekend trip. I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the front desk, she is always SO nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, the area is fairly quiet. There are not a lot of food places in walking distance, we gad a car to get around. The fire alarm went off at 4 or 5am but the fire department response was quick.

Awesome service, helped out with advice for the area. Told us about the train station. This place is perfect if you wanna visit away from the city while also having an easy and affordable way to get to the city.

The staff were very friendly, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was good. The pool was gross, bugs everywhere, a hole in the ceiling, and in general bad repair. The room also needed some maintenance work, doors wouldn't close without serious force, faucet designed to leak, possible mold in the corner. Not a horrible stopping place for the night, but I would not stay longer and probably chose a different spot next time.

We stayed in a accessible room. There was no phone, light switches that didn't work. Something fell off the wall on to my head, there was only one ice machine and it was on the third floor. The property was rundown and normal up keep had not been done. The only part that was new and well cared for was the lobby itself, the lobby bathrooms were no air conditioned and had holes in the walls. But the staff was nice and helpful, they did everything they could to make it a nice stay. We will never stay there again

If you're like me...you look at the reviews for the breakfast 411! Breakfast was great here. A hot station with b&g, eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes. There was warm cinnamon rolls, lots of bread and fruit options, a pancake maker, juices, coffee.

This hotel was excellent, stayed 3 nights, traveling with family, great price, comfortable beds, had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, big room, clean, had a microwave and mini fridge, safe area, had an amazing breakfast with several hot items, would stay here again, Reagan at the front desk was nice and very helpful.

The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were a lot of first stains that had been there a while. The gentleman at check in was friendly though. We stayed her a few times before and never saw this before.

We wanted to go to both Boulder and pikes peak, this location was quiet but very close to the highway and close to the midpoint between the two. Place was basic but we weren’t looking for fancy extras so perfect for a budget family vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a great way to keep costs down on our trip. Pool was ice cold so the kids didnt utilize it like we thought we would but that’s ok. The area was a business park and was very quiet. Dining options close but not close enough to walk, except one bougie Mexican restaurant. The bed was ok, I have an excellent bed at home that is hard to beat, so I personally didn’t like the hotel bed as much, but it was ok…my kids were fine with it. The bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, which caused lingering odors when someone used the toilet. Also, the sink was too tall for my 5yo to reach so I had to lift her to wash her hands/brush teeth. Overall is was a fine stay, and I will be seeking out holiday inn express for further trips.

The layout of the hotel is a little weird. Reception is close to entrance but the line to check in or out blocks entry/exit. Only one woman at front desk. She is cordial but seems overworked. First room smelled bad like musty mildew. Reassigned room was too small. Layout has strange angles and spaces. Carpet edges need fixing. Bathroom needs deeper cleaning. Breakfast was ok. We moved to another hotel the second night.

Very convenient to our destination. The room has a bleach smell, or dirty mop smell. The coffee maker is mounted so high you can't see or use the controls properly, which led to an unfortunate overflow of the cup.

Cyril was super friendly and accommodating at checkin. Room was so comfortable and welcoming. Several dog walking areas at hotel and a pleasant walk around the area.

Comfortable stay on the way home after a long day of driving. Indoor pool, gym, breakfast. Everything was clean and staff was supper friendly.

Hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us whenever we asked for anything (towels and updates on laundry machine use). 7 night stay while visiting family near by. Quiet business park. Safe and ample parking. Easy in and out. Breakfast was included, hot and cold items. We were regulars at breakfast, very good! If we didn’t put the card on the door, they would lightly knock and ask if we wanted the room serviced. Nice size 2 queen bed room. The wife liked the Dove liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Blow dryer in the room. Also in room coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Coffee and tea available near reception desk 24/7. We also used on sight washer and dryer. Outstanding Staff!!! Every interaction from check in to check out, reception staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping!! Overall great stay!!

We ended up here last minute after our original hotel tried to give us 3 different dirty rooms. They were great about getting us a room last minute and we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations! Would definitely stay here again!

Location is just what we needed and property was nice overall. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. But the bathroom in our room was awful! Celing was leaking pretty rapidly at 10:00pm. No others room available, luckily it was from a bath running in the room above and it stopped, but it was very inconvenient. Shower pressure in shower was also non-existent. Stay was fine besides the bathroom issues!
