Four Points by Sheraton Englewood

This was a pleasant surprise. Although next to the Centennial Airport, we did not hear airplane nouse overnight. The restaurant on site was pleasant, too, as were all the hotel and restaurant staff. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We were anticipating a "free breakfast." Instead, the breakfast was available to order in the restaurant. Alcoholic beverages in the restaurant that we had in the evening were also very pricey.

Laura was an excellent front desk worker. She was knowledgeable and kind. The room was clean. It was a very pleasant stay.

Close to airport, pool wasn’t open

They never told me at check-in that I needed to request housekeeping. I never saw a housekeeper in my room. EVERY trip on the elevator going down from the 5th floor had phantom stops on several floors. Got reprimanded for bringing a half beer down from the room to the gathering area.

I specifically booked a handicap accessible roll in shower room because my husband is permanently in a wheelchair and requires an accessible shower. When we checked in, we were told that the room we reserved had been given to someone else. The front desk employee explained that they give those rooms to people who ask for them, which was extremely frustrating considering we had reserved it in advance for a genuine accessibility need. After I complained, we were given a small gift bag with little incidentals in it. They also gave us a 20% off card for food there. I guess they thought that would make us happy but no real effort was made to address the situation that night. We stayed in the room that we did not ask for. My husband could not take a shower. We were finally moved into the correct room the following day. What disappointed me most was that the manager never spoke with us or offered an apology. The gift bag was like a slap in the face. I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and the staff were not welcoming or helpful. The bellman seemed exhausted and unprofessional, which made the first impression uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in bad condition and did not feel clean or properly maintained. In addition, room service did not come daily as expected. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of hospitality, and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Building is new and modern. Breakfast was excellent and not expensive. Water pressure and slow or no Wi-Fi needs work. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds.

It’s right next to the airport but had no disturbance at night.

There is no microwave in the standard rooms & the 1 microwave in their little store area didn't work. The tap water tastes bad, so I had to buy bottled water. The restaurant area is not conveniently connected to the kitchen, so waitstaff had to walk to a kitchen entrance outside the restaurant area. One day during my stay, there was no chef for breakfast. The hotel is in an industrial area with views of warehouses & construction equipment. The view from my window was of the HVAC system mounted on the roof. There did not seem to be anyplace close by to take a walk with trees or greenery. I will not stay there again. It was just kind of weird.

No shops or restautants nearby. You have to either drive or uber for places to eat if you dont want to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. Its a little out of the way.

Pleasantly nice stay. We weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into because the room was so inexpensive bit it turned out to be a lovely, clean property. There were some issues with the heat not working in the dining room but they were working on it. The breakfast was good too.

The room was so cozy and clean. The bed so comfortable. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I would definitely stay here again. It is right next to the airport but there wasn’t many planes that I heard durning my stay.

Overall the hotel was nice. What I didn't like was the smell of marijuana in the hallways.

Good experience except for the overwhelming cologne smell throughout the hotel in the hallways

The only negative thing I can think of, and this has nothing to do with the hotel per say, is the noise from private airplanes flying to and from the adjacent airport.

I was really impressed by how clean the hotel was. To the servers, bartenders and housekeepers they were all amazing. I wish I definitely went during the summer days to enjoy the pool but overall wonderful experience. I appreciate it.

Really clean rooms, staff were very friendly and understanding. Our flight got in late, we called ahead and they had everything ready for when we got there for smooth check in! 5/5 would be staying there again when going back to Colorado!

We really love this hotel and it’s fun vibe. iit is very cool to have the hotel within 100 yards of the airport tower. Our bed was great for a good night sleep. We stayed in the suite which overall was wonderful. there were no coffee cups provided to help us enjoy the coffee they left. There was no kitchenette towel or paper towel to wipe up and there was no kitchenette trash can

In our room, there was an area rug under the bed that was attached with tack strip//very weird. We didn’t stay for breakfast the next morning because there was only one guy there cooking and serving breakfast.

The building alway smelled wonderful and the staff were friendly. It was by an airport; however, it was a prefect spot. There was some understanding when I checked out; however, the lady who checked me in, fixed the issue. I can’t remember her name but she was awesome and super friendly. The best staff there. I would come back to this spot if ever in the area

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good, nice pool, exercise room, snack bar. Food at the bar was good and the whole property was very clean. Elevators were slow and it would’ve been nice to have been closer to some restaurants/gas stations. Overall, great value. I did end up getting charged an extra fee of $450 but I notified the hotel and they did refund me for whatever this accidental charge was.

Overall stay and property were very good. Check-in agent was apathetic. She was pleasant, but could have been more welcoming. Maybe ask a question or two like, “where are you coming in from?” to at least act like you care.

This was very clean. Unfortunately it was quite noisy and was hard sleeping through the night. But otherwise it was a great hotel.

My family and I loved our stay there was always someone at the front desk. My only issues that aren't really problems were the hotel only has one microwave its placed in the lobby, so having to warm up something meant going downstairs. Second coming from a tropical climate the pool was always extremely cold so we forced ourselves to use it once in our almost 3 week stay. We loved our stay

Ladies at the desk were so sweet and always went above and beyond with any problems that we had. Khalil at the bar was awesome too, super friendly. Breakfast was good also. I don’t recommend room 118, although the room is beautiful, and spacious i was woken up before 8am every single morning from the stairs being right next door. It was nearly impossible to sleep in. Hotel is beautifully set up and will definitely stay here again in future trips!

AC stopped working in the middle of the night but we finally got it working before we left the hotel. The front desk agent was fabulous so customer service focused and was there again next morning and she remembered us

I would've given this property five stars if it wasn't for the planes at 5 AM. That part was pretty brutal.

My daughter and I stayed 1 night after a very long day. The staff was super friendly. Check in was quick. The room was spacious. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and bother the service and food were great.

Two people in our group are sensitive to chemicals. One of them had an asthma event due to the ambient fragrance in the common areas. Fortunately, the fragrance was not as noticable in the rooms. All in all it was a nice place.

Location immediately adjacent to Denver’s Centennial Airport was a bit odd as there were no other hotels nearby, but plenty of aviation businesses instead.

No cook was available for breakfast in the morning but they did offer bagels. The sound of airplanes woke us up in the morning. Tub drain was slow, standing water at the end of each shower. Property is nice. Check in was great. Food is decent. A few minor issues added up and led to the lower rating.

I felt the property was in great shape. It’s been refurbished however there was not much water pressure in the shower for me.

The bathroom is as if I was on a cruise ship. The ceiling was barely 6 foot high. A tall person would have to crouch to stand upright in the shower. The girl at the front desk said the hotel was new in June, but obviously only parts of it are new because his room had a lot of wear that was obvious to the eye. The bed was comfortable and the towels were plush but other thn that it was a terrible stay! We will not be returning.
