They have bugs in the bathroom bugs in the carpet in the carpet up and they also in the bed so I did not sleep in the bed. I would like a full fully refund for my money in my pocket or I will call. Health inspector and show them pictures and videos as well videos of him. I didn’t even get to sleep. I stayed in the bathroom because the bug was inside the bed. Nothing I’m not like a buddy. I stayed in the bathroom the whole time trying to keep my sibling and something beat me under my breast so That why I jump out the bed I didn’t get under the cover at all

Nothing I could like in this motel. No refrigerator! I bought beer and I'm drinking warm beer here! No plastic cups to drink with. No table to put my stuff on it. Just one tovel for showering! No air-conditioned! In here is the ditty fan with horrible noise like Helicopter. The electric heater for the second world war! Something I saw in my grandparents childish pictures. I really do not feel safe here. I'm thinking if it is even up to code? What if the heater born the bed next to it. The not smoking room smells like fresh cigarettes. The room is totally different with pictures in the booking.com app. Manager the worst attitude ever. Nothing like being in the U.S.A.. I feel like getting robbed here.

Nothing Upon arrival I was purposely denied a room even after I called ahead to see if there were rooms available. This afternoon I called to make sure that I was not being charged for being denied a room when I was present, the manager told me that I refused the room knowing that he willfully denied me a room. I had a witness on the phone who heard this. So I will never go there ever again.

I killed an hour getting Mexican food and came back, and, as promised, he magic-ed up a room for my husband, my dog and myself for the night. The AC was busted, the bed was squeaky, but the floors were newer hardwood (or very good looking imitation hardwood) and the TV, while kinda small, gets EVERY. channel Dish Network offers. The shower is a bit dated and cramped, but you don’t need to wear shoes in it. The closets are always odd shaped spaces but serve their purpose. In fact, most of the issues with cleanliness are really just old things that need to be updated but probably cost quite a bit to update. There are no phones in the room, and no ice machine on the premises, and the soda machine is empty/broken, but the easy liquor across the street is open till midnight and Safeway is walkable too. TL:DR: the Ritz it is not, but you cannot beat the price and location.

They had smoking rooms which was cool. Yiu could tell the hotel was older though my room actually used to be a one bes room apartment it had a bed in living room and bed in bed room... Its defintaly not the hilton but if you are lookkng for some where you can just go have a night out and not worry about nothing thats a pretty chill spot.... they also have no deposit and accept cash No light in the shower didnt see oce mavhine or vending machine no frig no microwave

Smoke alarm ripped off the ceiling and never replaced. The TV don't work. Bed side skirts literally brown halfway up. I'm the bath under sink cabinet, a used soap bar, shampoo bottle, a glass cup and in it a little kitchen knife and a burnt on the bottom spoon. I could go on but I think I'm gettin my message across. never, EVER, BRING A CHILD HERE. EVER.

There was no remote for the tele. There were also no fridge/microwave, but, i don't believe any/all of those had been promised to start with. It was, kind of, filthy in there, but, was definitely not poopy or anything.

The room was not as described on the site. It was dirty and the bathroom door didn’t even close. At some point the television stopped working. I had to disinfect everything a couple times that’s how unsanitary the place was.

The property was convenient for the area, and unfortunately paper signs were posted about "No Pets" new policy, and will be charged $250 for damages and will be ask to leave, we booked the hotel just for the "Friendly Pets" so we had to make arrangements for the pets, since it was late. We just wanted a hot bath food. Its was also unfortunate that we could not get a cold drink since the vending machines were broken on many floors, We definitely would stay if they changed the no pets policy. Hopefully

what looked like blood spatter on the door, a chop shop being run out of the carports (as i left this morning i looked across the street and there's an auto body shop so i'm sure they're working together....), questioned whether or not our personal belongings would be safe in our locked room while we attended a show in SF. and the tv was broken. terrible excuse for a hotel.

They canceled my book at the very last minute because ai didn't show up on time due a delay on my flight but I paid for my book two weeks in advance so it didn't matter if I didn't show up or if I was showing up late. So at 1am I was in Oakland looking for a new hotel since these people didn't even take my calls.

The guy that worked here was so friendly and very accommodating that was a huge plus. I also smoke and smoke weed smoking rooms are so hard to come by, but this is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed I was scared to sleep under the covers on my bed the floor boards were torn the carpet was torn the toilet was barley stable and the shower looked like it was about to fall threw the floor. I’m just surprised I didn’t get bed bugs I’m sorry I can handle grimy I am a nature girl but I litterally spent money to stay somewhere else I couldnt. But if you smoke or a pit head on a budget bring your own warmth that people that run it are great and for the price I’d rather have a roof over my head than not.

Carpet needs to be steam cleaned. Leave out city designation on street address, it is border line. Office staff was pleasant and helpful coming and going.

The shower was smaller than one you would find in an RV, the sheets might have been clean, but had stains on it, same with the pillow cases. No coffee, Breakfast etc. If you had a car, parking was very limited. It was within a 10 min walk to BART

The receptionist was polite. However, I did not enjoy my stay for several reasons. The smell of smoke was very intense as soon as I walked in; opening the window did not help. Also, the bed sheets were old and not very clean (I had to use my own blanket). The neighbor next door had the TV on at full volume the whole night, so I had trouble getting some sleep.

Great service & kind management. The place is just in a bad neighborhood & poorly maintained. It’s what I’d expect for $65 a night. Everything worked, so it was worth the stay on a tight budget.

Great service & kind management. The place is just in a bad neighborhood & poorly maintained. It’s what I’d expect for $65 a night. Everything worked, so it was worth the stay on a tight budget.

It is just very old with no love given. It’s just meant torest your head at, nothing more. I felt worried that my car would be broken into or that my room would have bed bugs the entire time.

All staff members were outstanding from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance; however, the property is desperately in need of a complete overhaul. Rooms are dingy and reek of cigarette smoke. The beds are rickety, linens torn and stained, and bathrooms are moldy.

I love this hotel! It’s not the fanciest but its at a good reasonable price. My boyfriend and I love to smoke so this place is perfect for that. The rooms come with theyre own bathrooms so thats a plus!! The managers are friendly and overall I think it’s a great place to stay.

This was a seedy motel, which is fine as an option, but $80/night is ridiculous. It was dirty all around. It got the job done, but the value was maybe $50/night. $80/night was a total ripoff (maybe it's not even the hotel's fault but some middle man).

Check in was good. The guy at the counter was super nice. The location is convenient to the MacArthur Bart station to go to San Francisco. It was like a $5 Uber there. Those are the only good things I could say about this place. The room itself was horrible. The sheets and blankets were dirty. There were white bodily semen like fluids on the comforter. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room when we arrived. The area was pretty scary for women to be traveling without men. Definitely would not recommend. It was just dirty.

The guy next to us smoked so much marijuana it permeated our room giving us massive headaches. Lots of characters walking by our room at all hours. The clerk refused to come out. He only opened the door far enough to give us our towels and soap then locked himself back in. That makes you feel safe...

Facility is in bad condition, sink was not working, place was dirty, found bugs in the room, when I complained and toll that I was leaving, I requested full refund, the person that I talk to did not show any concerns, toll me will refund the money but he charged me any way, I will report the place to the authorities, not sure how that place can be open to the public

This was the worst place we have stayed at during our month long trip and was only booked because we needed a place to sleep when we arrived at Emeryville at 0200 on a delayed Amtrak journey.. this place should never be on Hotels.com website it was disgusting, dirty, smelly and uncomfortable. Emeryville has a nice railway station but the rest of the place is rough and dodgy ! Don’t stay there !

Moldy Ceiling, broken toilet seat, LOUD pipes woke me up every 20 minutes. Bed comforter had burn holes, i did not attempt to sleep inside the covers. Such a sad way of living. It would have been better to sleep in my car but it is such a dangerous neighborhood.

Customer service was great to me, rooms alright, I was provided air freshener Incase room smell , clean fresh sheets , overall a great experience for last minute stay .

Old motel which would be ok if they thought to use some bleach now and then. Mold everywhere!! Carpets got my socks filthy. Sorry to say but this place is a real dive. The shower was so nasty I skipped one the first night and put a towel down on shower floor the second nite, yes the second because it was non refundable

They don’t wash the sheets. When we returned home we found many bed bug bites. Along with that the wall, showers and sinks everything is just BUSTED. You get when you pay for i guess but i really can’t wrap my head around the fact that the sheets clearly aren’t washed. They smell like BO - they smell musty.

Rooms dirty, light kept coming and off randomly because it is connected to a movement switch, shower was cold, bedspread was gross.

Very, very dirty. I've never stayed at a motel in worse condition than this one. Grime, dust everywhere, dirty bedclothes, and broken window lock... just a very dilapidated and sketchy place.
