Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever had from a hotel. Everybody from the Manager to the housekeeper was absolutely wonderful. We were swimming on the front desk clerk even brought us out pool towels, which I didn’t even know were available. The breakfast was good. Everybody was really nice. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that it would be very helpful if the housekeeping staff spoke English or at least some of the staff so that I didn’t have to go find a translator or use my phone to ask for something.

Great quiet location with a pool. Good Breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price! I will definitely stay there again when traveling that area.

Check-in was great . Staff was real friendly . When I got to the room, it was not like the Days Inn that I stayed at in the past . This one the room was clean , very spacious . The air conditioning in the room was great. Kept me cool while I was staying there. No complaints. This will be my place to stay when I come to visit Family. I recommended this place 100%.

We decided to stay here after having a terrible experience at a previous hotel and I’m glad I decided to follow through with days inn, they exceeded my expectations. Cleaning of the room was awesome. Staff was amazing and helpful, my room had a light outage and the staff was on it immediately to fix it. I was on a family reunion trip. We were a family of 11 and we were extremely pleased.

The staff seemed ok but everything felt old and dirty. No coffeemaker in the room, just a couple unwrapped paper cups. Shower water not hot enough and all came out in accessible room shower. Floor didn't feel clean. Very little space.

The hairdryer in my room didn't work and some of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. The hairdryer fell off the wall and I cut my hand trying to put it back on the metal hook prongs. Room was quiet and floors weren't as clean as I would like (linoleum floors.) But room served it's purpose to rest and jump back on the road. The staff was very kind, helpful, and communicated effectively. I would stay again if need a stop along my route.

Stayed there 4 days and never had an issue, breakfast was good as they have a great selection from fruit to hot meals that include biscuits with gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage and even switch up with a breakfast steak with salsa and veggies. The Housekeeping staff are great and the rooms smell good. Front desk accommodated me when I had a problem booking another day but patiently worked with me I highly recommend it as it's one of the few hotels I don't have an issue with.

The TV in one of our rooms didn’t work. We called to the front desk multiple times during the evening and they never answered. The same situation the next morning. The rooms were clean just poor service from the overnight staff.

I stay here on business 2 weeks out of the month. It’s clean, rooms are big, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The area is quiet, safe and conveniently located. Will continue to stay here highly recommend.

Seen a lot of work vehicles there so workers must stay there when working in the area. When we pulled in, lots of them were outside smoking or just getting some air but they watched as we went to our room, we didn’t feel safe so we put the chairs up against the door. The room didn’t seem very clean. I found a hair on my sheets when I pulled the blankets back and found a pair of socks under the chair in the corner. The bathroom stuck like cat urine but the shower was amazing. Good water pressure so that’s a plus. Good for one night if passing through and nowhere else to go but would not recommend. I know I will never stay there again, if ever in that area. I booked through Hotels.com and thought they were for hotels only but this place is more of a motel not a hotel.

We have now stayed here several times. Always feels like staying with friends as everyone is so nice. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are comfortable.

After check in, we went next door and ate at Tom's Burgers and we HIGHLY recommend this stop for one of your lunches/dinners. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! For the amount of time we spent in the room, it was definitely the best route to go, financially.

This was a quick overnight and needed the price to be good. The area was clean and the room was as well. Nice smell in the room and front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Staying again tonight. It’s older but kept up really well and I felt completely safe.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition, had these cool Texas shaped waffles that my wife and kids loved, and fresh coffee to go along with the rest of the meal. I would definitely stay again when we visit San Antonio!

Room was clean and big which benefited my mom since she is 91 and has difficulty walking. Night staff was so friendly . He actually got my mom's wheelchair from my truck and pushed her to our room. He is the first to be so kind . I have never had any other motel/hotel staff help me.

It was quiet and location was great for what we were needing. Staff was pleasant. The floor was sticky and visible dirt build up in corners. There was a good size gap under the door and only one wash cloth, hand towel and two bath towels. No microwave.

Booked a room for my family of 5 with a room that said it slept 5. We get to the hotel and it’s just two double beds, no sofa couch, no chair bed, nothing. I called the front desk to complain and they said that was the biggest room they had and that since I booked through a third party (Expedia) that they have no control over what they put on their website. Needless to say, 3 of us had to cram into a queen bed which was a joke. I cannot believe the website stated a double bed slept 5 people!!! Beyond pissed!

We booked for 4 nights and I will be as thorough as possible. We looked for ever for a decent hotel for us and found this one. We stayed here with our 4 year old daughter. Initially we were given one room facing the highway but asked if they had anything near the pool. The ladies at the desk were supper nice and accommodating. They gave us two rooms to pick from (we stayed in 217). The parking is right infront of the room and never had issues parking and our vehicles were always safe. The room was clean and cold. The towels and Kleenex were folded nicely. The bed was the only thing that wasn’t my favorite. The mattress was a little too firm and uncomfortable. It was fine the first night but we were sore after lol. The place was too quiet at night and I needed some background noise. Breakfast was good! They had scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese omelette, biscuits, gravy with sausages, waffles, Raisin Bran & Frosted Flakes, bananas, bread for toast, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, & milk. Breakfast was opened from 5am-9ish. We would go late and it was always hot and constantly being refilled. We accidentally left our key card in the room 2 times and they gave us a third key card the first time and the second time the maintenance person let us in to our room. Everyone was super nice and made us feel comfortable. They cleaned the pool & parking lot each morning too. I would stay here again! There were multiple families with children staying here. We recommend it!

This hotel had great breakfast and great customer services. They were super helpful and helped us with whatever we needed. They also had laundry room and super clothes to convenience stores. The pool was super clean and our kids got to enjoy being in there till late. N/A

We decided to a mini staycation here before our weekend downtown and we couldnt have made a better choice. It was far enough to feel like we were out of town but close enough to grab what was needed before this spontaneous stay. From the time we checked in the staff was extremely welcoming. The rooms were kept fresh (which is a necessity in this Texas heat) and very clean. I loved the little touches like the folded and nicely arranged towels and toilet paper. Super cute details. Pool was clean and cool. The sunset in the parking lot was so breathtaking and the cherry on top after our dip in the pool. The breakfast in the morning was so good! The homemade salsa made the breakfast tacos. Everything was hot and fresh even though we went later in the morning. The staff was quick to replace any food that was running low and kept it all very clean. The burger place and corner store right next door are super convenient!! The owner was so sweet and check out was a breeze. We'll definitely be coming back with our kids to just do a weekend stay. We cant wait!

Thought it was a hotel but it is a motel, fooled by pictures. Felt unsafe, people were drinking outside my room. I was given a room facing the back. Another thing there is no lake view. Fooled! Breakfast is not appetizing.

Our room was clean and comfortable had a pleasant stay.

Convenient place for a fishing trip.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed at this Days Inn, and when I go back to San Antonio, I will stay here again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are all very friendly. Its conveniently located and its relaxing.

As a place to sleep and shower, this was an acceptable place, comfortable and clean. To stay longer on days too chilly for the pool, there is not much to do anywhere near. We had TV problems, and they were handled, but not promptly--since only one person seemed to be available for both the front desk and room assistance. My only real criticism is that there was no coffee maker and no cup that could be used in the microwave. I like a cup of tea in the evening, and I had brought my own tea, but there was no way to make it since only styrofoam and thin plastic cups were provided. We saw the breakfast but did not sample it -- it looked decent --things like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffle-maker-- but we wanted to be on our way for a long drive so we chose to skip it.

Wonderful Breakfast. Conveniently located next to a hamburger place. The only problem we had was the shower curtain did not contain the water in the walk in shower, and the toilet seat was not secure.

The bathroom smell was a little strong, but other than that it was perfect.

I had some issues with double booking and the staff was really helpful in getting it fixed the place was clean and a perfect stop for a over night stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was average. There was a very strong cleaner smell that stayed on all of our clothes and bags. It was hard to sleep because of the smell. It was good enough for one overnight stay but would not have stayed longer. The hot water is scalding. Need to have a warning. My husband burned his hand.

The parameter lights along the stairs were flashing all night long. One light went out. The bathtub enclosure was not desirable nor was it safe. The hand safety rail was missing on the shower wall which left two big holes in the wall. In time, the water seepage through the holes will create mold & mildew as well as a safety hazard if the water penetrates the wall and goes on to the floor.

Stay was pleasant enough. The room was clean and simple. Missing some sink and tub stoppers. The lights flickered outside at night. The staff was rarely around but pleasant when they were. Could’ve gone without the sweeping of my doorstep at 7am in the morning. It’s rocky road getting in and out of the hotel.

This place was great! I can’t wait to make another trip this way. Will definitely be staying here. They were so accommodating and the front desk person was so nice.

@5am had a guy trying to kick door down to get into our room also tried to break screens off window . This went on for almost 30 minutes until police arrived .. All hotel had to say was "sorry this never happens here" With the amount of people walking around hotel at night and that they are allowing to camp in there parking lot This location is not a safe location to stay at.

GREAT! Came with family for a few days, clean room and bathrooms. Very quiet and employees are very nice . Housekeepers do a great job with the cleaning, property is very clean, and it’s right by the freeway. Great for travelers. The manager “Kerry Patel” helped with my bags and brought me an extra bed for my family. Very nice and is bilingual. 10/10 recommend , would definitely come and stay again.
