This is the second time we stay at this Comfort inn, and I would stay there on our next visit. The staff was extremely helpful.

The comfort of the room was good. I like having a sitting area to relax in. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult. It is stuck back behind an apartment complex and you have to maneuver around that. Upon arrival, the dining area and front desk area were under construction and there was drywall plaster dust all over and it was hard to breath in these areas. When the next morning came around, the contractors were done but there was still plaster dust all over the floors.

The hotel was under construction both inside and out. However, our room was clean and very spacious for the two of us. I brought along gym clothes and sneakers in order to use the fitness room, but it was totally empty. I’m assuming due to the construction. I was disappointed about that. Overall the room suited our needs and we would stay again.

The location of the property was great. They were renovating which caused no parking available at night and also they booked a group of teens that stayed on the same floor as us. It got extremely loud and we were staying there for over a week. They could have booked us in a room where we weren’t on that same level. The teens were smoking and bringing in the smell and I had 2 very young children with me. Again, I think it was poorly scheduled when they could have had us somewhere more quiet since we were there for so long. Also the ac kept shutting off when we went to bed.

Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again.

Sorry I didn’t have time to stay longer. The ice maker was convenient and functional. For such a lovely hotel, more convenient parking should be made available.

The front entrance door was disgustingly dirty and the wall near the front desk needs serious repair. Not a very good impression, for sure and since we did not have a choice of a refund, we had no option but to stay. The room and bathroom were clean, but we did find a small crawling bug on our bedspread. Our room, facing the front of the building, was extremely noisy as we were in extreme close proximity to the highway. Construction was going on and the workers were carrying equipment through the front entrance passing people in the breakfast area. Certainly did not allow an atmosphere for a relaxing breakfast!!! Very disappointing - the on-line pictures certainly did not represent what we found in actuality.

This facility was on the middle of renovation. The Breakfast are was only half of the space due to mattress and furniture in the way due to the renovation. The breakfast was blend. and poorly maintain. I do not know how is going to bein the near future but at this time I do not recommend this facility.

The only issue that I had was that my bathtub was dirty with black hair and soap suds on it . I told them about it and they didn’t correct the situation. I had to clean the bathtub myself. They apologized about it but I wanted action taken.

The property is going thru renovation. So there were new mattresses, Lounge chairs all over the breakfast area. The pillows are a joke. The Room Keys didnt work 3 times during 1 night stay and breakfast was very ordinary.

Couldn’t utilize the sofa bed because the frame appeared to be bent. We pulled it out and the mattress just sunk in. Then it wouldn’t go back in. Water in the bathroom was Luke warm at its hottest setting. The breakfast would be better if they switched up and give the sausage a break.

When i made my reservation, there was no indication on their website or on Expedia that they were going through major renovations. I had an extended stay planned, and would not have made a reservation if i'd known there would be construction most days of the week between 8am-sometimes past 7pm. Then one day, i left for work to return and find a note under my door that they needed me to move rooms by the next morning. That's less than 24 hour notice when i was staying for weeks and had many things spread out and also in the fridge and freezer. When i called about this, i was originally told they couldn't even guarantee that the room they could move me to had a kitchen and fridge (which was the whole reason i booked there). I will say the staff was very understanding and allowed me to get a refund on a non-refundable reservation and leave early.

Great place for families, good breakfast spread, and pleasantly surprised by how spacious the unit was.

Parking was limited. Breakfast lacked flavor and most of the juice machine was out. Lobby bathroom was locked and indoor pool was drained. I picked this location because indoor pool was listed. Once I checked in, I was given an amenities sheet were the indoor pool was still listed. I went to the pool to find it drained with no signage or listed information. There was only a sign stating rules and hours of operations. After my 1st night, my key stopped working. The bathroom towels also had someone else's hair in it. The lotion bottle was empty upon arrival as well. I would probably not recommend this location.

Other then the expensive deposit and the guy at check in that acted like he didnt want to be there it was good, nice breakfast, most of the counter people were nice room was decent size, and beds were comfortable. The only big complaint is the wifi and the smell of pot. My kids had to use the my hot spot the whole time because we couldn't connect, something about the ip address not being found. Complained to the front desk but it wasnt fixed. As much as i paid i would have liked wifi but it wasnt meant to be.

Improvement Suggestions: Shower could be improved with a larger shower head & more water pressure. More insulation overall as noisy next floor above my room.

Staff was courteous, however my room had no towels. I called the front desk for the towels but instead of sending someone up to get them, I had to change my clothes to go back downstairs to get them. In situations like that, they should send someone up to the room since it was their mistake to begin with.

About what you would expect from a Comfort Suites. Clean enough, but very dated rooms. Bed was comfortable. For some reason they don't serve bacon at breakfast ever. Only options are powdered eggs, sausage, some cereal, dry bread and the waffle maker. The area surrounding the hotel seems like a back alley road. Workers were nice though. Gym is two treadmills, one bench, one elliptical, and sporadic dumbbells.

Overall the hotel is nice but they could definitely upgrade breakfast selection and have the pool warm since it’s suppose to be indoors

The pool was extremely cold and small. Parking was minimal. Fist rooms smelled like trash. Receptionist was so rude and had an attitude because I kindly asked for another room then began to speak to her co-worker in another language. I had to swipe my card multiple times because she forgot to take the deposit. You had to ask for room service, which I did. We got a few new towels but bedding wasn’t changed, trash wasn’t changed, toilet paper was refilled. Shower handle was broke. We had to wait until the next day to get fixed, room phone didn’t work and was never address as I called and advised, shower had multiple broken wall panels. Had to go get my own toilet paper as I was advised housekeeping wasn’t in. I was advised of the same for additional towels & wash clothes. The sofa bed was sunken in. The microwave smelled disgusting. Staff was not friendly. People rarely spoke except for one young lady at the desk. Drawers were dirty, bathroom wasn’t too clean. I went to the store and got Lysol wipes to clean everything. Curtains had holes in them. Light with turned on but don’t know what it worked. We had to manually turn in most lights. We sprayed the bedding with tea tree oil. I’ve stayed in many of hotels and I could not believe this nasty place.

Staff was pleasant, but rooms are very dated with the bathtub peeling. I also had to request that the bed linens be changed as they smelled like urine. I’ve also been itching since my stay.

We stayed with our family in a two queen bed suite. Very clean hotel and pool. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Hotel stay was just okay - it will do for a couple of days but don't expect much. Bed mattress made lots of noises on movement. Shower curtain kept falling to center of rod so water was spraying outside of shower. If we stuck part of the curtain in the handicapped bar, it would stay put. Breakfast was nothing spectacular and toaster was broken. On the plus side, the staff were very nice, the rooms were clean and the cost was a bit less than surrounding hotels.

Although we chose this hotel as a recommendation from the sporting complex/event we participated in, the pictures online made it seem like a well-kept, modern hotel. This was not the case. Upon arrival the room door was left ajar, front of the A/C unit was laying on the floor, and the door didn't seal properly (you can see into the hallway in the space around the doorframe--we moved a table to cover this space so no one could peek in). Overall, the room just seems rundown and needs a lot of TLC in small areas.

The hotel smelled musty, the toaster didn’t work for breakfast. Breakfast was cold, could hear stomping kids the whole night.

Amazing large suite, two tvs, cooktop, fridge, comfortable, quiet, affordable. Only thing that I'd like to mention is that the pool was down for maintenance which seems like Fourth of July weekend would be a bad time for that. We weren't planning to use it but the family that checked in ahead of us was very upset.

Decent hotel, decent experience. Breakfast was really not great, not a lot of choices & had to wait for more hot food both days. Coffee was not great, & juice machine gave me a combo of apple & orange in one cup. Was not fixed. I liked the waffle machine - that was about it. Property is a bit shabby and there wasn't a lot of parking. We came for a show at Merriweather Post and it was not too far away. Was pricey for the quality - we had a hotel in the Inner Harbor for 2 days before we came here that was much nicer for less than what we paid to stay here.

While the room was standardly clean, there was a stench in the room that would not leave. I asked to be moved to a different wood and they could not accommodate. Instead they gave me an industrial air freshener that I used the entire stay. Also I had to request room cleaning which would not be honored until the day I left. Very disappointed l!

Everything was fine. Location is a tucked away in the pack of a residential community, but the highway also butts up against the property. Ask for a room on the backside of the building since the entrance faces the highway.

The in room furniture was very dated. The bathrooms were clean, and the TV's and station selection were very good. Upon arrival I was let down by the dated couch in the sitting area of the suite. My last comment is that the hotel is difficult to find, as it is situated behind a new development complex. The location is within mins of I-95 which makes it very convenient.

My biggest complaint is the route to get there. Several turns through a residential area.We thought we got lost even with the gps. Breakfast wasn't bad.We had a very large group oand they took great care of us.

Good stay except the pool was closed for work, but it looked fine and we never saw anyone working on it. It was, however, over a weekend so itay have just been that. Buffet breakfast was good. Beds were a little bouncy and firm, but good over all. I liked the way our king room was set up. Very unique. Regular king bed room, then a bathroom with shower and toilet inside a door on one side, and sink outside the door on the other. You would walk through that to the living room area. Gave our teenager his own space without a separate room. Staff was great.

My room was dirty. Mysterious stains and crud on the couch and carpet. The blow dryer was melted and didn’t work anymore. The shower whistles loudly the whole time is was running while the tub filled with water. The rags provided had hair on them. Not to mention the pool was down for “renovations” and that’s one of the main reasons I booked there. The location was the least convenient having to ride through the community to the back of a dangerous parking area for truckers. Took pictures and showed staff who said I would get my money back but I’m still waiting on my refund. Will never return to this hotel ever again.

It’s a value hotel. $99 with tax do you get what you pay for. Location was iffy. Good space in room, two good tvs. Digs was awful, cheap uncomfortable. Bed was just ok. Check in was nice. $150 incidental charge was a bit steep , refunded on 3rd day after charges. Breakfast uninspired (went to Another Broken Egg down the next exit.

The room was amazing! So much space and extremely clean. We stayed here for just one night and definitely wished we'd stayed longer. It was quiet and extra spacious.

The hotel was a little dated but it was clean and the room was huge. I had a living room separate from the bedroom. The breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, waffle maker. All good and clean. It was a great bargain for the area.

The workers at the cafeteria walked the extra mile to provide a clean, well managed place, despite a crowded with gests place. They prepared excelent breakfast every day.

The computer system was down when we arrived. We were told to wait for 30 minutes so we waited in the lobby. The furniture in the lobby was dirty with stains. Wraps, papers, and empty water bottles were left there. Finally we checked in. The scent in the room smelled like cheap chemicals that were used for cleaning. It was annoying. And the breakfast was terrible..so sugary and fake. So unhealthy. The checkout was not smooth, but it resolved in the end.

The free breakfast was good however they need more of a selection. Having the same muffins and egg and meat choices on multiple days just make it not enjoyable.

Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When I told the staff at the desk about it, I was informed that they were full and they couldn’t change our room. Then they gave me a spray bottle with what was supposed to be something to get rid of the odor, it did nothing. The breakfast was a disaster, the coffee machine and juice machine were broken, there was not enough food for the number of people there, the staff was not helpful or pleasant. When we checked out, I talked with the desk staff who informed me that there was not a manager there, but he would have them call me. They never called. We would never stay there again and would definitely not recommend.

Numerous times people with dogs that shouldn't have dogs let them bark all night long making it near impossible to sleep

The property is very average. Location is back in a residential community, but aligns highway 95. The pool is small and could use maintenance. The breakfast was limited without any healthy options. The beds are comfy but the shower 🚿 is weak. It was nice to have extra room of a suite but the couch is lumpy. Just Average

The room # 203 we had the first night had strong smell of cigarette smoke and it was very unpleasant for a non-smoking room. It needs to be cleaned up to remove the smoke smell. Room # 403 that we moved to for subsequent nights was very nice.

It was a family vacation and this hotel was clean, had two queen size beds and it was so quiet. We loved the suite with its separate living room as well. It was closed to a mall and restaurants. The pool inside was an added plus!

When we arrived, it was raining heavily. Our room was on the top floor (4th). There wss a small leak in the ceiling. Thankfully it was not over the bed, we were able to put a trash can underneath to catch the water. The incessant dripping and hitting the pastic bag was annoying.

This place needs some cleaning and updating. Carpets are dirty, walls are dirty, someone was smoking pot right down the hall from us and we could smell it, not only in the elevator and the hall, but in our room. The a/c was not working great, either. Our room felt damp. The size of the room was great and the workout center was nice - they even had free weights. Breakfast was somewhat better than other places - waffles, cheese omelets, ham, etc, rather than just carbs. The location is very noisy. You can hear the highway all night long and there were people shouting in the parking lot at 3 am. We were passing through and checked in at 9:30 on pm and out at 10 am. It was okay, but we wouldn't return.

The experience I got was Awful. After driving hours away from Virginia I get to the hotel and the doors are locked. I rang the doorbell, called the phone and no answer. After about an hour the guy finally walked up from being sleep.

Front Desk Manager on duty the night (actually it was around 1am) was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and personable. The small talk during the check-in process made all the difference. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

Parking a truck and trailer was a challenge

Being that the building was away from highway traffic made for a quiet and safe place to stay. The road to the entrance is in a rough condition. There are a couple of pot holes at the very front of the entrance and isn’t good for vehicles.

The hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be however the area around was a little crowded, a little tricky to get into the parking lot. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. No coffee at breakfast 😔. Not much variety of food. However, was overall a good stay.

Well, beside its hidden, hard to find location, the property itself is fine. But when the staff can’t replace a broken coffee maker, that sours one on the experience. And with a 3 am wake up to call ch a flight out of BWI, I need coffee.

This property was nice & clean. There are only a few things that stood out to me. The pool was closed like most other reviews mentioned but that was fine with me because I wasn't interested in using it. The other thing is there was a $150 deposit that i had to pay even though my reservation was paid for in full ahead of time. That was odd to me because I paid in full, left a card on file for incendentals AND paid the $150. Ive never heard of that before. Another thing is we went to breakfast during the hours posted & almost everything was put up. We were able to start to make a waffle but the kitchen staff tried to turn it off while my food was cooking.They also put up the milk so many of us (guests) were left with dry cereal, a half cooked waffle with no syrup or nothing at all. Mind you this was well within breakfast hours.The main thing is that the small fridge/freezer in the room didn't work & we lost alot of food. We reported it & they sent maintenance while we were out to replace it but that doesn’t bring back the money we spent in food that had to be thrown out because it was hot. We were there for 3 ddays & after the breakfast issue the food we lost was what we planned to eat outside of going out.

Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The shower hose made noise, tub very slippery

Our shower head was broken and screeching, three of the lights didn't work, the room smelled horrible when we entered and we had to use our candles to get rid of the smell. There were also random long hairs (we both have short hair) all around our room. The pool was disgustingly cloudy and littered with hair. Our stay here was not worth $114.

It was great except people above us had a child that sounded like they were jumping until 11:30 pm.

Location left something to be desired but good deal clean hotel

it was perfect 10/10 cannot complain about everyhting room was perfect check in and out was quick and easy

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's an older building, but well kept.

It was a wonderful experience every one was very helpful and nice I would stay there again..

Terribly noisy. We could not sleep due to truck noise all through the night. It was such a restless night.

Comfortable, practically priced, close to the mall, and quiet.
