Wonderful dog friendly hotel. Breakfast was very good as well.

Great room with great amenities. 2 bedrooms living room and full kitchen. Great condition. Had a pet relief area too. Super pet friendly.

The location of the hotel is convenient, near the highway, and shopping, dining. The kitchen with a full size fridge is sufficient to allow us to prepare our lunch for our hiking during the day. Breakfast offers great selections of both hot and cold items. My girls particularly love the egg drops and biscuits with gravy. The gentleman who is minding the breakfast area was attentive and so helpful. He noticed that I was getting the foods for my family and he offered me a tray to ease my tasks. The staffs in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The room next door to me was being repainted, the kitchen area of my room smelled of paint for hours.

My husband and I have stayed here many times. Always very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

This would be fine if it was a Super 8, not a Marriot with accompanying Marriot pricing. The cleanliness of the room was terrible - hair in the shower, filthy carpet, the curtains were not fully attached and falling off.

Having the pool and hot tub open 24 hours was awesome. My son and I had the entire thing to ourselves for a couple hours and had a blast. Rooms were very clean and beds are very comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

They over sold our king suite and put us in a queen without telling us then when we complained they put us in a regular king but no price difference.

Plenty of parking. Breakfast was generous. Neighborhood is walkable. There is also a secured dog walking area in the back.

Everything was lovely. My in-laws happened to pass through the same day so we were grateful they were allowed to stay in the dirt parking lot in front. Everyone was so kind. Maritsa (not sure spelled correctly, & Tina were so sweet & helpful. Also the gentleman serving breakfast was amazing! Nothing ran out, everything was very well clean, the biscuit and gravy was delicious. He ran a great breakfast service! So it was only a weekend stay but we will definitely be back! Thank you everyone for your hard work. It was not unnoticed.

Very easy to get to right off freeway. Excellent breakfast for us on the go. Noon checkout so we didn’t have to rush. 24 hour pool and spa. Very friendly team at front desk and the breakfast supervisor. Good value for a rest stop as we travel to Idaho.

I liked that the pool and spa was 24/7 and not open only certain times. The breakfast was really good too! The only thing that wasn't convenient was the placement of the TV in the rooms. Not a huge deal though

Breakfast was way above the usual hotel breakfast. There was some stumbles, like 2 percent milk that had gone bad, but staff moved quickly to fix. The hotel had facilities, like a laundry room and hot tub, that were way more than the usual hotel chain, even if we didn't get to use them. Full size fridge in room and roomy bed were great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property and my room. The shower was exceptionally clean and well supplied with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower stall. A comfortable recliner chair for reading and television viewing.

First time stay in TownePlace Suites. A very congested small hotel room and bathroom. It needed a little more square footage. The room had all the things we like, especially a comfy bed and easy chair or sofa, but just too cramped. A lot of noisy doors shutting. Breakfast was good but again that area was very cramped. No more TownePlace suites for us.

While we got into the rooms, one of the two rooms was not well cleaned, we found food remnant on the chair. I won't blame the employees since they did their best trying to accommodate us. But the hotel management should take the blame because they didn't arrange or plan the manpower well for the guest arrived in Sunday afternoon. Avoid TownPalace Elko if you can, their management is terrible.

I have never had to talk to a manager before. I did because I was hoping this was just my room and they should know about it. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging this high rate for THAT room. Handicapped accessible room-could t get shower to work and none of the phones worked to call the desk, shower head had two streams and I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair-was really looking forward to a hot shower after driving all day. Bathroom floor, mirror, soap dish, etc were filthy. Cable tv but some major local channels blocked out(?). Room was beneath Marriott name and WAY overpriced. It was large, comfy bed, cool set-up. Talked to the manager. They know about the shower heads because of “hard water”-then fix them! She offered a refund(don’t care about that)and then said she couldn’t because booked through hotels.com. Then offered Bonvoy points but we couldn’t get into my account. She said she would work on it. Nothing ever came of that. I paid $264 for this room. Beneath the Marriott brand. Waited almost 3 weeks to see if they did anything to make this right-nope. I have stayed at hundreds of Marriotts and this was a big disappointment. Embarrassed I had to talk to manager. Stayed at Home 2 Suites on trip back home…far better hotel for $100 less. Never cared about a refund, but upon reflection I should’ve insisted considering the disrepair of the room. Follow-up would’ve been appreciated! Do better “Marriott”!

Long black hair all over thr bathroom floor that wasn’t cleaned up. Obviously not swept. Left over old food stuck on the dining room table. Cleaning department need to take another look at their cleaning process.

I am a Titanium Elite member, and I asked for an upgrade, and they put me in a tiny box of a room. No internet service, and the front desk acted like it was no big deal. I won’t be staying at this hotel or any others owned by Marriott.

This location was very convenient getting to and from the freeway. It’s at the end of the street up a small hill that has 2 other nice hotels and a nice apartment complex next door. There is a Wingers restaurant/bar that is a 30 second? drive that had great food and drinks. Gas station right there as well. They have everything you need, either in the room, or at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable (we have bad backs) as well as the pillows. Towels were very nice as well. The shampoo/conditioner that were provided were good products as well. Nice floor length mirror behind the bathroom door. Good size closet that has plenty of shelves and hanging shelf baskets. Laundry basket too. There was another good size closet with a safe, several hooks for coats along with an iron/board. The breakfast options were plentiful. French toast, waffles, eggs, cereal and yogurts. They provided pumpkin pie, French vanilla, hazelnut creamer as well as almond milk for coffee. Water with sliced lemons too. Several flavors of oatmeal and many toppings. When we checked in, Tree greeted us and seemed actually happy to see us even though we’ve never met her. She provided great dining options. I forgot the morning receptionist name, but she was very friendly as well!

This is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which worked perfect for us. Wie will definitely stay her again when in Elko.

We were traveling last minute with our small dog and could not be happier with our choice. Beds wers comfy, we had everythibg we needed to be able to manage a 4 day stay. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good, the beds were really comfortable and room was spacious. I would say the price was pretty high though and my rate increased from Sunday to Monday night which seemed odd.

We stayed in the two bedroom suites while passing through town. We weren’t expecting much, but we were presently surprised with how big and roomy the suite was. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel, we would gladly stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in. Very quiet and perched up on a hill. Extremely comfortable beds. The room was a little tight but still worked out just fine. Breakfast was great and they always had hot coffee or tea available. The staff was friendly. This is a busy spot for lots of mine workers so parking was not exactly great but we did always have a spot available.

Tree assisted me with check-in and she was wonderful. Very friendly.

I cancelled my reservation the day after I made it in December neither the hotel nor Orbitz would return my money. Don't do business with Orbitz or this hotel!!!

This property was amazing. The staff ladies were friendly and check in was a breeze. I love the apartment floor plan and it smelled new and fresh. The place was very clean. One thing I would suggest is that the smokers leave the door closed so that their smoke does not pour into the first floor hallway.

Housekeeping entered and woke baby up this morning which wasn’t great but we didn’t mind so much because we needed to get back on the road.

Moment you walk inside you are greeted with a squeaky loud door, filthy room, and damaged furniture. Lamp lights on both ends of the bed, paper towel holder, and cabinets were broken. Luggage cart didn’t work well and dirty. The room was falling apart the longer you look around. The toilet paper quality was bad. Stains throughout the room. Not to mention towel had a few stains, too. It was purely unacceptable. Thin walls — not to mention the customer service was not all there even with the lack of effort. Marriott expectations was not met.

The service was great, and the breakfast was awesome - it was the best hotel breakfast I can recall. The facility is also very nice, with a nice indoor lounge area and an outdoor patio. My room was clean, cozy, quiet and very well equipped. I had a great stay.

There was not tissues in the room. For the price,.we have been treated better at other hotels.

Our kitchen was lacking dishes and especially glasses.

The grandkids were very disappointed that the pool was out of order, and I wasn't advised of this when I checked in. The "suite" was smaller than expected, and looked nothing like the photo shown in the listing. Also, the room was uncomfortably hot, though it was quite cold outside and I never turned on the heat in the room.

Rooms seemed clean but there were old toys behind the chairs and shoes under the bed. The pool and hot tub were broken. We tried to call ahead to see if they had a crib available and no one ever answered the phone and I tried calling several times. The kitchen in the room was nice. Overall I would say it was okay.

We stayed just one night. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the kitchen in the room had clean plates and utensils that we could use to warm up the food and make quick tea.

The beds were very comfortable. Price was great for what you received. Layout of rooms and living area was great. However, you could hear TV's in each bedroom in other rooms, so a little frustrating for those who needed quiet. Headphone cured the issue. Earplugs should be provided at this hotel. TV remotes were hard to use due to a delay- also, internet went out at 9:00pm. Hotel felt safe for us 3 women and everything neat and clean. Good location. Our dishwasher was full of dishes, not sure if clean or not so we could not use dishes until we washed them ourselves. We would stay there again due to cleanliness, safety and location. Amenities were fine -but food hard to find in Elko for delivery. We had to go out to find our own dinner. Next time we would pick up dinner on the way there.

Marriots are always comfortable. Having stayed at many hotels on this 6 week trip, this was the first time I was disppointed with the Marriots breakfast. I only compare it to other hotels of this trip. The variety was lacking with Jimmy Dean sandwiches…..hot waffles machine….and a few other items. Marriots usually rock. Covid influence? Maybe….but we were all over the states.

Room had all the bells and whistles one could ask for, even a laundry basket. Gym needed disinfectant asap. And questionable billing.

The shower head didn’t deliver a straight stream of water and the shower curtain was a bit too short so the floor got wet the first tome we used the shower. The free breakfast had almond milk but all the cereals on offer were full of sugar! So not a good place for vegans or health conscious folks ! Thankfully the kitchenette in our room had a microwave, refrigerator and stove for making our own food I would stay here again based on it being clean and comfy but I do wish there were more vegan breakfast options

This used to be a nice property however the property needs some maintenance housekeeping needs a refresher course on how to clean a room. Broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty grout, stray hairs in the bathroom, dust bunnies behind the nightstands.... We get to Elko occasionally and there are much better places to stay.

There were some hairs in the bathroom, the refrigerator made a lot of noise during the night and I had to unplug it. And even with the paid internet I was not able to have a video call, for that reason I had to check out earlier than I expected.

Had a good stay here friendly staff. Was a little on the expensive side.

Poor communication on the part of the hotel staff regarding COVID restrictions in the pool and in the rooms. Limitations were pointed out after the reservation had been made, therefore it was too late for our party to make new accommodations.

We were greeted by a trash can literally overflowing at the entrance door. There was NO social distancing at reception and I was the only guest wearing a mask.

Awesome hotel. It has cooktop, microwave, the plates and forks. Even though we didn't use, but it has everything you need to stay.

Tha laundry facility was very dirty with dirty dryer screens and stains and trash and dirt all over the floor.

They allowed me a late check out which was phenomenal while waiting for my husband to finish a meeting. I really appreciated that! The stay was wonderful as usual!

I enjoyed staying here. Everything was so nice and clean.

Call the front desk at 9pm complaining about the room above us on the 4th floor having dogs in the room running around like crazy and barking. The front desk gal said she would call and let them know about the dogs. They didn’t stop till the owners got back around 11pm. Next morning woke up at 5am again to the dogs running around and barking. Went down starts to talk to staff about the night we had and the complaint. Was informed there was nothing they could do. All there rooms are pet friendly.
