Property is old and not maintained very well. They make an effort to keep it clean, but a lot needs repaired. Carpets are unacceptable, the sink faucet water came out sideways, the toilet handle needed held down for about 8 seconds so it would flush. The breakfast was not as good as before.
- 2/5
Its a place to stay. It is very out dated. Te staff was great! The room was picked up but not super clean. The tub had toilet paper filled to cover a hole in the wall! The shower was nice and hot! Our TV did not work. A couple for the wall outlets did not work.
- 3.5/5
Old wrinkled carpet in all hallways made tripping easy and one could only wonder what germs were hiding there and if it was ever cleaned. Never had bad experience at Super 8 before. Breakfast room was in only had 4 tables to support two motels. T8NY.
- 4/5
Breakfast was basically acceptable Building is old and could use improvement in hallways, etc
- 5/5
It was around a beautiful area, N/a
- 2/5
Location and price breakfast Tripping on carpets in hallways bed was a little uncomfortable, and got cold coffee from both lounges the whole 2day stay
- 4/5
Limited breakfast options, lukewarm coffee, and items like eggs often unavailable. Staff did not respond to requests for refills. The mattress was also uncomfortable (spring type).
- 3/5
Remodel work going on - and much needed. Bathroom sink drain leaked, phone did not work. If you wanted someone, half the time you walked over to the other motel to find one. Young man at the counter was friendly and smiled and helpful. The rest of the ones working there seemed to not like the job.
- 4.5/5
left too early for breakfast all good. had a weird smell in hallway
- 0.5/5
Let's just say I will never stay again. Flickering bathroom all day, had to pull out tv to get it turned on and turn on volume. Everytime I asked for something, she always said, "wait until next shift". Key did not work. I called on my cell phone to bring another. "Tessy" was very stern, stated absolutely not you have to come back to office. She is one of the most unwelcoming people I have ever met. You do not need people working there who are that cold & unprofessional people to do that type of job. When I stated I was going to contact the company she "didn't care." I am disabled. I checked 3 times to make sure I had a handicap room close to office and was assured that I did. When I checked in she stated that I could not have that. The breakfast was so embarrassing. I would not offer that in any hotel. Just to say, I was very uncomfortable and not happy with the service. Feel free to contact. Stated above.
- 2/5
It was old and barely keep room cool
- 0.5/5
I went to another motel a few blocks away.
- 4/5
Had conditioner and shampoo! Front desk always great, Tv worka but always weird there like the remote doesnt belong to it so you gotta turn it on by the actual tv and you cant adjusy volume.
- 3/5
Over charge locals
- 3/5
Room was missing security lock. One day I had left for work and came back to my bed being made and my carpet vacuumed. I had my do not disturb hanger up so I was hoping my room would not be disturbed. This place is filled with some rough types, although, I didn’t have any troubles with any of the other guests. My room key quit working on my second day but the office staff is very friendly and helpful and if I were to come back, (which is likely), it would definitely be because of the office staff.
- 1/5
Had to go next door to Travelodge to get keys. There was no staff on site at Super 8. Coffee machines at both facilities were out of order. No breakfast at Super 8 but did have food available at Travelodge. Door appeared to have been kicked in at some time. Though the dead lock did work, the door fit loosely, leaving a slight apprehension of safety.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and when I entered the building the staff greeted me with a nice pleasant smile.
- 1/5
The office staff was very helpful. This building is old and gros. Carpet is coming up in the hallway, room doors are hard to open, it smells, rooms are not great. Toilet didn’t flush. St the end of the day, beware you get what you pay for. Sketch activity in the parking lot.
- 5/5
Well, the door knob broke, the bathroom fan broke, the coffee maker was busted, the floor was squishy, the room smelled like old cigarettes, the exterior door didn't latch, and the hair dryer caught on fire.
- 1/5
Light bulb was burn, the carpet was filthy, and a terrible noise of an electric motor under the room. I wasn’t able to sleep for a minute. Expedia should pick better the hotels that offer to its customers to protect its reputation.
- 2.5/5
The entire building setting
- 1/5
The carpet and upholstery were disgusting. I did not want to touch anything. The main door to the inside hallway, which is supposed to be key access only, was broken and open to the public. The bathroom sink water exploded everywhere.
- 1.5/5
no breakfast no breakfast , nobody could tell where the controls for the TV were even . so no Tv .
- 5/5
We went for a hunting trip and they were very accommodating! It was appreciated!
- 4/5
The whole hotel needs a facelift badly. Torn carpet that looked older than my great great great grandparents parents that probably installed it! Room needed coffeepot but coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The guy working was more helpful than expected.
- 3/5
The price of the hotel was great, not too expensive for what we needed the hotel for. It was easy to navigate and the check in process was straight forward, It is a budget hotel and was somewhere to sleep to break up the long distance drive to LA. There was not much to dislike for the price location of the hotel.
- 4/5
Check was not as advertised to be easy and quick by pre-check in on internet. However, staff was prompt in spite of failure of payment and check in. Breakfast was not very convenient or variable.
- 5/5
Front desk great and ac worked.
- 1/5
The toilet was running non stop… carpet is gross, the door jam was broken completely and I had to use the safety lock and a chair and will most likely not sleep. The outside door is left unlocked for anyone to get into! So unsafe. I don’t feel safe and yet I’m alone traveling a long way back home.
- 2/5
Washers are all out of order no housekeeping ever
- 1/5
It was pretty close to the freeway exit. The price was the best of what was available that night when we booked the room last minute. The vicinity around the hotel seemed pretty shady. The 2nd floor hallway had crooked floors that squeaked when walking on them, almost as if the floor would collapse under us, and the carpet was worn through and rippled, like it was over 20 years old (it probably was). In our room, the floor had multiple big worn through spots so that you could see the grey carpet underneath the red carpet on top. I actually took a photo to show a friend the worst wear spot was bigger than my foot, then I took another with the room key beside it, so I would remember which hotel never to reserve again . My husband and I wouldn't let our feet directly touch the floor and we kept our luggage up on the furniture so it wouldn't touch the floor either. Half of the lamps and overhead lights did not work and the sheets on the beds were rough.
- 2.5/5
Was not impressed with breakfast. Hair dryer in room not working. Rug between beds had some type of sticky substance on it.
- 5/5
Breakfast. Amenities in room, value
- 1/5
The room was very dirty. Two of the three lights were broken. there wasn't a table ore chairs in the room. There wasn't anyone at the front desk, you had to go next door to the Travel Lodge for help.
- 1/5
Dirty, smelly, musty odor in room. Old nasty carpet. Someone put a cigarette out on the chair upholstery and there was a hole burned in it. Toilet was plugged up. Light bulbs not working. This place needs to be condemned by the health department. You'd think they would save money over the years to maintain the place, but they don't. Hotel staff was nice.....
- 2/5
Dirty carpet out dated carpet plumbing did not work correctly. Security on doors did not work unsafe .bedding stained . Head borad hanging from the wall
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 4/5
Clean. Neat. Back entrance keycard entry was not secure
- 4.5/5
Close to what we was doing No coffee pot in the room
- 4/5
It was a good night 😴
- 3/5
Room was not very clean .
- 2/5
The TV remote did not work, despite repeated attempts by the friendly front desk attendant. The toilet did not work properly. It flushed, but did not refill the tank very well. The ice machine in the lobby did not work. You had to go next door to The Travelodge to fill up. On the good side. the bed was comfortable, the wall air conditioning unit worked well and the wi-fi was good.
- 1/5
Idk where to start… the property itself is filthy. The floor/carpet has huge stains everywhere in the hall. The room was something else….never again. Staff was nice but overall if you need a place to stay to relax/enjoy a nice night DO NOT RECOMMEND.
- 1/5
Bathroom floor was bubbled up and looked like it had mold
- 2/5
This property was disgusting. The access doors are open. They do not lock at all. So anyone can access the halls to the rooms. The rooms were beyond disgusting. Filthy doesn't event cover it. I would not recommend staying here with kids unless you don't have any other option. There were huge chunks of carpets missing. Which just left exposed subfloor. The doors has clearly been kicked in and poorly repaired. There were random substances on the ceiling. Nothing was cleaned. Not the sinks, not the tub/shower/ not the floors. Nothing. There were large rawhide dog treats left on the sides of one of the beds. The tub floor had cracks and felt very unstable.
- 3/5
They gave us the most rundown broken room. They finally switched us to a different room after calling in things that broken multiple times.
- 3/5
Clean hotel but in need of a remodel.
- 1/5
I accidentally made a reservation for the Super 8 in wells when I was trying to make it for Elko. The front desk would not approve my refund. They stole my money.
- 4/5
The motel was convenient. Needs some upgrading, but good for a quick overnight stay.
- 3/5
Let's be honest, a Super 8 is a Suoer 8 so expectations were low but at least those expectations were met.
- 5/5
Super 8 was clean. Sister got rested while, I was away with family at a memorial. Coffee available when we wanted drinks. Overall it was great.
- 3/5
The lamp in the room was falling apart and didn’t work. Very obvious lack of upkeep. Young man at the desk was very helpful and pleasant.
- 5/5
Room was beyond expectation. Very nice.
- 1/5
This location is severely run down. I’m honestly surprised it isn’t condemned. The first room I was checked into the door handle didn’t work so you couldn’t even open the door. The second room was like walking into a sauna. Even after turning on the ac unit that was easily as old as the building itself it took HOURS to cool to a reasonable temperature. The mattress was old and worn. The smoke detector was missing. The fridge worked, and the tv had been updated. But checking in here was absolutely a mistake.
- 4/5
Bed was a little lumpy and bath tub fauxet was deipping but overall not the worst by far. 4 stars. Would probably book again.
- 1/5
The worst room I ever stayed in.
- 1/5
This property was sketchy and poorly lit. They have combined with another motel and it is very unsettling. The rooms are old and falling apart.
- 4/5
It was a clean place and quiet. Furnishings were a bit dated and it needed maintenance.
- 3/5
The door to the room didn’t work right. Paint missing from walls, room had a dirty feel.
- 5/5
Clean easy comfortable and the right price
- 2/5
Room was cheap, but stinky and dated. Much better places nearby around the same price.
- 4/5
Great price. Overall satisfactory. Clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
They ask for a 350 usd cash security deposit. For whatever reason they can't charge your card temporarily. This is weird, I've been to literally hundreds of better and worse hotels and this is the first time I saw this. Run down and not the cleanest or the cheapest.
- 1/5
Not recommended
- 2/5
This is nasty. There are huge lumps in the hallways and floors. The doors don’t really close and the place has an unpleasant odor. It was a major mistake to stay there
- 1/5
The place is run down, dirty, and the exterior doors don't lock. The check-in was at the Travelodge next door, but the Super 8 lobby was still open with a drug addict sleeping on the couch. There was a half eaten bowl of soup left sitting on the table in our room.
- 2/5
Three lights did not work properly, bathtub drain did not close. Queen size bed on a king size frame led to the metal catching my ankle when I least expected it. Safety hazard.
- 3/5
Convenient parking with trailers. Non-functional lighting and minimal toiletries
- 3/5
Very old unkept property.
- 2/5
The room was dark, light switch not working. Screen on window ripped. The carpet was dirty…kept sandals on at all times. Shower was hard to get at proper temperature. No soap, shampoo or Kleenex!
- 3/5
Breakfast was not bad on Saturday, on Sunday, no omelettes, only hard boiled eggs, bad item to serve on breakfast. Very unappetizing and you could do better. Coffee machine on the Super 8 side worked one day, and not the next. Homeless man can in to eat, no one stopped him.The back door we used did not lock, security issue. The Good: The area was clean, the parking for my truck and trailer was excellent. A good smoking spot. The staff was friendly and nice, check was fast and good. Location is good spot for restaurants' and stores. A little pricy for the stay, most likely will not return.
- 1/5
I left knowing I would not be reimbursed by Expedia because I had no time to cancel after having already arrived. Lost over $100…
- 3/5
I would not return to this location.
- 4/5
Convenient locat
- 4/5
Toilet made terrible sound when flushed. Stained chair. Dirty walls.
- 4/5
Good cheap options but the dog barking from a car outside woke me up early. Room was very comfortable.
- 4/5
Inside door latch broken. Had to have staff demonstrate how to operate TV. AC too loud to hear TV at normal volume.
- 4/5
Good seevice at check in. Get rid of the the poor tv service
- 2/5
Rundown and in need of renovations. Your first clue is that two separate places share one reception checkin area..........and then it goes down from there.
- 4/5
It's an older property, not well taken care of. But the folks behind the desk do the best they can. Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent. For the price at about $67, it was a clean shower, nice towels, hair dryer & soap & shampoo provided. In this economy, they can't afford to fix it up. I was satisfied.
- 1/5
This Wyndham property should be ashamed! Charge more and update. The first room we went to the air conditioner was broke. The second room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. The front desk gal was amazing. She really worked hard to accomodate us. The floors were disgusting and felt like you could fall through. The bed sheet and blanket were too small so most of the night it was astruggle to sleep with any covers. The toilet was tiny. The TV Network was not working. We cancelled our Sunday night stay the next morning.
- 3/5
The carpets are old, dirty and broken in all the hotel. The room had old food, with bad oddor . The mainstay of the bathroom was broken
- 1/5
The place was filthy, dirty, trashy. Carpets, bathroom, walls and shower. Ice machine didn't work, washers and dryers were out of order and you had to check in through the Travel Lodge motel.
- 1/5
We made mistake.
- 4/5
Slept well
- 1/5
The outside back/side/entrances had no locks..anyone off the street could walk in...creepy skelly characters where we were told to park...staff seemed fly by night...the bedsheets on one bed had a blood drop on it...we had to get new sheets....the bathroom was old and wonky with cloudy water...no lamps or appliances were plugged in upon arriving and the carpets were yucky..fixtures were wonky, deadbolt on our room didnt work, shower vent broken...NOT the kinda comfy room after a long trip...place needs work all around...
- 3/5
Decent accomodations. Facility in need of updating, but it was comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up going to McDonalds. Overall we got what we paid for.
- 2/5
This was the worst place we stayed at while on our trip. It was dirty, we had to check in at the Travelodge next door. There was no one at the desk and the fruit in the lobby looked rotten! The carpeting was all stained.
- 1/5
I was double charged on my account and the same day had multiple fraudulent charges on the same account, causing my card to be shut off. When addressing the manager, she could not refund my money since the card was not active any longer. She offer no other options to get my money back and hung up on me, then would not answer the phone. The money was refunded shortly after being hung up on. But customer service is the worst. Her staff is more professional than she is.
- 5/5
Really helpful staff!
- 1/5
The hotel is the worst ive ever stay in. For $200 a night. The carpet was so dirty and smells. The tv didnt work. I was afraid to lay on the bed. The tub was fility. Walking down the hall it smell so bad. I would not recommend it. The worst Super 8 l stayed in. Everything is so disgusting.
- 1/5
Dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in.
- 2/5
The outside was dated and unappealing. The room was just okay. Lighting was a problem. Both bedside lights didn’t work, called they brought me two bulbs but didn’t help. One was not even the right size. Then the next morning i turned on the overhead light and the bulb blew. Just not a good feeling about the care.
- 2/5
Was sent next door to travelodge to check in. Tv was always blaring in the lobby. Staff couldn't tell me whether or not my request for hypoallergenic bedding had been honored, wifi cards in room did not match access instructions. Staff could not answer questions and seemed to think saying "I'm sorry" was an acceptable way to address concerns. Several things in the room were old and broken, including the safety latch, knob on ac, toilet seat and tank seal, and the handle in the shower. Parking lots had some very sketchy people hanging around and felt unsafe.
- 1/5
Let me start off by saying the site manager Heather, racially or socially profiled myself and my guest. Being told I was "86"d but no legal paperwork was given to me prior to paying for the room . My money was good enough, but your staff is not informed of such people. The simple protocol of possible suspicion and laws coincide withy your eules ans regulations. Your training is giving micro managed Karen.
- 4/5
The nightly rate suits the overall price tag.Nothing extraordinary but very affordable and comfortable
- 2/5
Besides the tv not being able to connect to the direct tv, the stay was comfortable. Only reason I purchased the room for the night was to be able to relax and watch some tv. I dont have tv at my residents and it kinda ruined the purpose of renting a room for me. I shouldve have to troubleshoot nor call the front desk to have come in my room to see why its not working. Believe there is some type of list that is to be be checked after service of the room by housekeeping and operation of the tv would have to be on it i would think.
- 5/5
fine. Comfy and quiet
- 3/5
WiFi, TV work perfectly Just gotta tell the Staff to KNOCK before trying to Enter a Room Occupied... & Kinda Creepy for Front desk to come early to the room & slide the Receive under the door without knocking or Saying something...or ask if I wanted a copy of it ...gotta do better
- 3/5
Convenient location, and friendly staff, but the room is very old and not clean.
- 1/5
Felt unsafe, switches in the room were dirty. You could feel the bathroom floor dip down. The drain in the bathtub looked grimy and not cleaned. You had to walk outside to the neighboring motel to check in and also for breakfast. It was very hot in the room, so we opened the window that didn’t have a screen and no outside light. The toiletries looked like they were handled by dirty hands. The carpets in the room also very dingy/dirty looking. The lights in the room didn’t turn on with the switch by the door. Did not feel comfortable at all staying there, like I wanted to keep all of my clothes and shoes on the entire time. Not relaxing at all!
- 1/5
It took several tries to finally find a room that was clean. The doors actually locked and was actually vacant.
- 1/5
The whole place was filthy and falling apart. Our room had been broken into previously and the door lock was broken. There were still crowbar marks on the trim and door. The tv didnt work. The the bathroom fan didnt work and mold was growing in the bathroom. The floors and chairs were filthy and needed vacuuming. The outside doors didnt lock so anyone could come and go. The attendant was across the street at the travelodge, so you had to go there for everything. They were friendly and helpful when my key quit working, but the whole place was so gross that i left and didnt stay the 2nd night. I will never book there again.
- 1/5
The person at the desk was friendly--that was the only good part. Check-in was inconveniently located at the Travelodge next door, and so was breakfast. I asked for an upstairs room but was given a room downstairs. The floor in the hallways had soft spots and ut was very dirty. The carpet in the room itself was so dirty I felt the need to make a towel and blanket path to walk on from the bed to the bathroom. The carpet was also torn up. I'm pretty sure there was mold in the room because it smelled weird, and I got a runny nose and sneezing as soon as I entered. It cleared up once I left. There was blood on the bathroom floor, there were hair shavings on the sink, and the smoke detector battery was removed.
- 4/5
Centrally located and a good spot.
- 1/5
Key card wouldn't open door of Room 234. Desk clerk re-keyed it and it still didn't work. Door handle was loose and appeared to be damaged. After 2 failed attempts to enter and twice lugging my stuff up a flight of stairs and back out to my car, I asked for a different room on the 1st floor. The new room was basically OK, but there were maintenance problems. One of the 2 electric plug in sockets at the desk was dead. There were no regular coffee packets, only a decaf - i.e., it hadn't been restocked. There was no ice bucket. The desk phone was dead. This place is old and sorely in need of some repairs and better maintenance. The price was low, but frankly the place wasn't worth any more. I will say that the continental breakfast was pretty good, with a good variety of items. However, I won't stay here again - will pay a few bucks more for a better maintained motel.
- 4/5
Great value for the money
- 3/5
Average as advertised. Tv remote did not work and there was mold in the shower
- 3/5
Nothing above average and as present day prices high everywhere it was affordable.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hallways were plain and needed updated, the same with the parking lot.
- 1/5
Initially gave us key card to room that was occupied. They gave us a new room and the tv didn’t work, the shower was cracked on the wall, the smoke detector had the battery taken out of it and left open and the bed wasn’t made. I get that the prices are cheap and you get what you pay for but this was pretty rough.
- 2/5
The problem was not with the motel, but
- 2/5
Really the only thing I liked was the price and what I didn't like was the girl that checked me in well I got there early when I went in there was no person in the front desk I waited for about 15 minutes I made so much noise but no one came finally I picked up a telephone and I got a person that couldn't speak English after about 20 minutes anyway it took more than 20 minutes so her if I could pay now she said no she said check in time is at 300 o clock she always acts like every one is bothering her she never smiles she says hi
- 3/5
We went to our room and found dirty towels in the bath, the bathtub had a crack in it so who knows what was seeping out of that when we stepped on it when showering. When getting the luggage there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot, so I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle and its contents. The carpet in our room was very dirty, the hallways were dirty and a lot of stains. The bed was clean, and the air worked well so we survived our stay. Breakfast was good and warm.
- 4/5
Quiet and easy to get to.
- 4/5
Price point and features on par
- 1/5
It was the hottest day ever and the air conditioner didn’t work. They had no other rooms available. Maintenance guy wasn’t scheduled until the next day.
- 4/5
B fcyjfh
- 2/5
The price was right, but the check in took a long time and when I checked out they could not find my name in the system. The room had a broken head board on the bed and the hair dry smoked and sparked when it was turned on.
- 3/5
Looks, smells and feels like the wrong place to stay. If I hadn’t prepaid, would have definitely taken a pass on this place. Don’t waste my money.
- 1/5
Hole in the bathroom door, the desk had damage, smoke detector was open with no batteries. The mattress has so worn and uncomfortable.
- 1/5
The lock on the door has been broken off the carpet is disgusting, loose and riddled with stains. The whole place is disgusting. I’d strongly recommend never staying at this place. The back door is taped open so anyone can come and go as they please. There is trash everywhere. Definitely a gross stop and a mistake to give it a shot. Been better off staying on the streets.
- 3/5
Our first impression of the room was the smell. It positively reeked of something not quite identifiable: curry? some unfortunate personal products? Not sure, but luckily we had some Tide pods we had purchased for laundry and we busted one of them open and wiped down all the surfaces in the room and then hung the rag over the AC to help permeate the room with something more pleasant. The carpet in the room was heavily stained and should be yanked out and replaced with laminate. The ceiling was a patchwork of very bad sheetrock work. On the bright side the bedding was clean, the AC worked, and there was plenty of hot water (although old fixtures wasted a lot of water). Not sure about the other rooms, but this one needs to have it's walls and ceilings washed down to rid it of the smells some longer-term guest seems to have left behind. We will avoid staying at this Super 8 again.
- 1/5
Our bathroom door had a hole punched in it and it didn’t shut at all. There was cat food in the bathroom. The carpets in the hall is stained up. And the door on the side did lock. One of the worst stays I ever had.
- 4/5
Good location. Needs updating
- 3/5
I didn’t like that the heater/AC didn't work well. The lower setting didn'tget work and I could've get the temp control to work. We were either very hot or very cold. I had to adjust it multiple times. I also didn’t like that one door wasn't working so they just propped it open with something, and really anyone could cone in. Overall though it was decent.
- 4/5

- 3/5
I check everything & the window was unlocked. I think maintenance should re-look at the bath tub. It wasn’t maintained. The caulk was coming off & it was an unpleasant sight. Overall, the staff was friendly & the front office was clean. I had no problems checking in late & checking out. My kids were happy & the AC worked really great!
- 1/5
there was a guy that lived in his car in the parking lot, he moved it to different spots, scary at nite, trash around the building. The maid service only came around maybe 2 or 3 days in the 14 day stay. I won't be staying there anymore.
- 3/5
This place was cheap and it felt cheap. Patched holes in the wall and even the bathtub. Hairs on my towels. I needed a quick place to sleep and it worked well for that, but if I was planning on spending any more time than that, this wouldn't have worked for me.
- 4/5
Ladies at the lobby desk were nice, but this is actually a combo Travelodge and Super 8. There was never counter staff in the Super 8 lobby during my stay. All business had to be done across the walkway (not *too* far) at the Travelodge lobby. But definitely not convenient.
- 2/5
The room was fine. Typical for a lower rated hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be from 5-9 am but they closed it before 8. Told us we could walk across the street to get food but it wasn’t the same food. Disappointing.
- 5/5
When I checked in, the person at the counter was very pleasant and checked me in without any issues. When I got to the room, there was hair in the toilet as well as some sediment (not sure what it was) at the bottom. Other than this, the room was quite and I was able to sleep and finish my trip in the morning
- 4/5
our stay was good the only problem was having to get a new key each day and the TV was hard to operate
- 3/5
smell of smoking in the room
- 4/5
Ok for the cost.
