    Breakfast was not appetizing, dry eggs and potatoes. No tissues in box. Room telephone didn't work. No blackout curtains in room 212. Is there a dress code for your employees, bc they were quite sloppily dressed. Place is rundown, I would not stay again, or recommend.

    Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Moderately priced. The only things that needed improvement were the lack of plates for breakfast so we used bowls but it's not ideal to eat waffles from cereal bowls. The dog area is pretty lacking, bare dirt, very small fenced area, no poop bags but we had our own. Overall happy and will stay again next time we go through Elko.

    This hote is dated but you can at least see that they do try. Microwave , fridge and a decent TV in the room makes the stay better. The 5 star goes to the staff. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance crew were extremely helpful and pleasant. While the beds are rather uncomfortable and walls are paper thin, this is a good choice for an overnight or quick stay.

    Friendly, good location, safe entry, staff is willing to please. Linens were clean and comfortable. I suggest duvet cover on the down blankets. Breakfast had good selection. The waffle was good. The bed after a couple days was not as comfortable. I suggest foam topper.There was a sharp part of the bed frame sticking out, didn't see it til you hit it! Dangerous! The lamp base was dirty. The shower had mold around the handle face plate. No instant hot cereal like oatmeal. Butter should be room temperature, to hard to spread when kept in the fridge. No hot cocoa!

    This hotel had everything I ask for when I just need a one night pit stop. Reasonable price, decent breakfast, comfy beds and a great shower. I love that I could run the fan on the cooling unit for white noise. The gym was small but adequate to get in a workout before sitting in the car for four hours on the way to my next destination. I highly recommend.

    Room was not clean upon entering. Other tenants said the same. thankfully they moved us to another room and that was much better but still not up to the quality we see at other Quality Inn hotels. Coffee was lukewarm at 6:30am and hot water was cold. Not worth what we paid.

    Accommodations were very small. Mold in bathroom above shower in the wall in room 108. Fridge had ice buildup on freezer area that had not been taken care of. Very unhappy with our stay and will not book there again!

    Property is heavily scented and to be honest is overwhelming. On our first stay no one was at the desk for 10 minutes when a really sweet gal came in work early and logged in early to help. The previous worker never even showed up. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are being remodeled. Get a room in the back, noisey street. Would not have stayed on our return trip but had already paid for both reservations. Due to heavy incense smell we will not be back. Key card issues, only one towel set for two people.

The free breakfast wasnt that good. Eggs were horrible. Potatoes tasted like they were microwaved, not much flavor. Coffee was luke warm less then an hr into the 3 hour breakfast window. Probably wont stay here again.

    The dog run. The listing said pet friendly but did not say it would cost $25 a pet. The worst part is when I went to go get my coffee in the morning I took a peak at the complimentary breakfast during which I saw the staff mixing the eggs with his hands. Ungloved hand in the eggs. In addition, all the gym equipment was broken.

In the morning I informed the day manager to get repaired but when i returned in the evening nothing was completed. Had to be moved to another room. Again Payten was great she handles the situation well but not happy by the way the situation was handled by dayshift

    My kids enjoyed the hot breakfast and our room was fine, but the people next to us said that their room wasn't very clean. It is about what you expect for the price that you pay. Definitely could use some upgrades to the hallways and rooms, but it was about what I anticipated.

    We have previously stayed at this hotel several times, but were disappointed with this trip. The pet area was DISGUSTING. During past stays it was better maintained ... this time it was full of weeds and what appeared to be several days of dog mess. In addition, the low battery chirp on the smoke detector in our room started going off during the night. I tried calling the desk to see if someone was available to replace the battery ... it rang and rang with no answer. I walked to the desk and no one was there. I tried calling on the desk phone as instructed, but only got a busy signal. I made the assumption that the night clerk was asleep with his phone off the hook. We got very little sleep all night with the constant alert going off. The next morning we met the young lady who was setting up the breakfast and she apologized and confirmed that she had needed to wake up the night clerk to unlock the door and let her in for her morning shift. We had planned to stay at that hotel again a week later on our return trip, but changed our plans and will probably never use it again!

    This place was filthy. When I got my key it took me to a room that had not been clean. Disgusting first impressions. Then they had no ice for the guests. We drove a long way for a gross stay at this location. Carpets were so gross I would never walk barefoot on them. What a waste of 125 dollars

    I was charged twice. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel. I was told they need a credit card for a $100 hold but it would be refunded when I checked out instead it was charged.

    I booked a particular room and was told that room was going to cost me $69.00 more a night. They put me in a much smaller room that had a cracked window. Same thing happened on my return visit 4 days later. My position is that they were using the bait and switch scam. Did not get the room I booked for both visits. Very disappointing. I am requesting that you refund me for both visits. I will never book with you or their hotel again!

    We got to the hotel and it was so disgusting! Run down and dirty. We got into our room and there were squished cockroaches on the wall and bathroom floor. The front desk lady was nice at first but very unhelpful when I asked for a refund so we could leave. The guy who runs it was not very nice about the whole situation. And the worst part was they were not even surprised at anything I told them about the room. We are avid quality Inn customers but this was the worst hotel I have ever walked Into. We ended up having to dispute the charges because they would not answer the phone for Expedia to tell them we could have our refund. Just the worst!!!!

    It was dirty all over not just the rooms. I dont think they ever vacuum the halls or wipe down anything. Bathroom had hairs all over the walls, duvet was dirty and pretty sure they never mop the floor. Bed was like a taco.

    Our keys kept getting deactivated each day. The side doors did not work to get in. Toilet lid broken in 2 spots. One of the beds was horrible. Needs a good paint job. The exercise room equipment was out of service. The property needs some TLC inside and outside for sure- a lot of overgrown brush, the doggy area was scary. Broken screens on the windows.just trashy looking. Drawers were dirty. Not the property’s fault but there was an 8-hour power outage yet .2 miles down the power was on. Staff were nice. Breakfast was alright.

    The toilet top was broken, the bed frames stuck out so we had to put handtowels on the ends so we wouldn’t hit our shins. The whole place is in need of some TOC for sure. Beds are comfortable though.

    I was given a room key to another persons room when I checked in. I walked in on another person in the room watching tv. I immediately ran out and demanded a different room. Would recommend that room to be used for a single traveler or cheaper rates. However the bed was comfortable and we slept good. I would recommend physically looking at the room before checking in (not just online pictures).

    we brought our 5 month puppy and service was great and they loved having him there. they have a little gated park behind the hotel that was easy access.     Having service dogs means we are relegated to "approved dog rooms." Room 122 smelled so bad of urine or mold I was tempted to go back to the desk and say we could not stay in that room. Hubby failed to watch dogs while I unloaded the car and dogs drank from toilet. Toilet not equipped with toilet seat cover. I used a washclothe to wipe up dribbled water and it was black due to dirty floor. The carpet at the entry into the room was covered with white dog hair. Apparently they don't vacuum hallways. The was a pet firm to read, agree to and sign. One otem was to use assigned area to walk dogs and to pickup after the dog. Nice sized fenced dog park. Filled with dog poop. No bags in the holder. Passed on breakfast due to the smell of old rancid cooking oil permeating the hallways. The bathroom sink was not attached to the wall and with no safety rails for getting in and out of the shower I used the sink for balance. Not safe. The bed was comfortable. The linens looked clean but after dirty floor I wondered what conditions the sheets were really in. Also watching my dogs in case they get sick from dirry toilet water. Won't be8ng stay8ng at Quality Inns again.

    I felt very profiled when I walked in and they put me in a really poorly maintained room because of my appearance. If you get stuck in room 201, I wish you the best. The first thing I noticed was a heating wall unit that had broken plastic and a lot of dust showing in the inside. I paid $60 for the night so I was not expecting much so I just lived with the looks of a damaged hitting unit. What put me over the top was going to the bathroom and seeing that there was no shower curtain. That is the first for me. I decided to call down to the lobby and ask for another room with the shower curtain. The phone system throughout the building does not work. Oh, I almost forgot I asked for a room on the first floor, but they said they did not have one with a king. I had some serious heavy luggage I was carrying with me and I asked for an elevator and they said they did not have one. Since the phone system does not work in the hotel, I decided to call them from my mobile phone. Of course every time I tried to call down their phone was not working properly to hear me. So I decided to walk down and ask for another room. They did provide me another room. Room 215 was much better until I saw a chewed gum.

    It is 30 degrees outside and when I entered my room I saw that the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. No need to freeze out the room. It is now taken over half an hour to slightly warm the room and I still need a jacket. Bed and upholstery is still frozen! Total B.S.!!!!

    Very basic. The lobby was very plain the staff that checked us in was on the phone a lot talking in a foreign language. More interested in his conversation than guest. Breakfast was okay food was running out, no one was refilling items. Room was okay bathroom shower/ bath really needed to be cleaned better. We was not really impressed. Not likely to stay again

    It is at the convenient location to our business meeting and highway I-80. The general condition of the hotel and room is well kept. The staff for our check-in and free breakfast services are very friendly and professional. The only thing can be improved is the heater in the room, too hot when turning on even on low, too cold when turning off.

    The building is kept clean and staff friendly and accommodating. They have a full on breakfast and kitchen area was clean and tidy. The price was right, only issue were the curtains. It needs a few touch ups but overall a good place to stay for the price.
