Ledgestone Suites Hotel Elko

The only one J-1777 based EV charging station was broken. Thankfully I had an adapter for use on one of the 3 Tesla based NACS connector charging stations. Everything else went smooth and happy with the stay. Would stay again

Great hotel in a quiet and nice location. The kitchenette had the essentials plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans. The bathroom was big and water pressure was great. I definitely would stay there again

The property was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and included a small kitchen with a large refrigerator. It could be a little noisy at times, but all in all, still very nice.

Convenient Location , well appointed room. No breakfast available!!! Very important to those traveling. The convenience of having an “on site” breakfast for a quick time in the morning when you’re trying to get going is imperative. Didn’t get that here.

Not applicable Someone came into my room around midnight, I was a work. They must have knocked on the door around midnight, come into the room and decided that I was leaving…AND CHECKED ME OUT!! Check out is 11am, NOT MIDNIGHT. They did send me a receipt for the checkout at 12:18AM. I read a review that another guest had evidence that someone had entered their room and opened a window. Security issue!! Additionally, the room smelled like dirty feet.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed. It is much better than the big brands. The staff was very professional. Parking was ample. It was just a great experience at the price.

We were pulling a trailer and the pull through parking was convenient so that we did not have to detach the trailer from our truck. Also the parking lot was well-lit, which made us feel confident that our trailer and its contents would be safe.

Room was cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the place was good. Staff was very nice and check in was quick.

The blackout curtains cannot shut out all the light from the windows at night. It's still pretty bright in there. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was also quiet. We never heard loud footsteps or voices in our room coming from the hallway , the room next to us or from above us. I had also asked for an early check in. While chatting with the lady on the phone she asked what we were coming up to Elko for. I let her know it was for the birth of my newest grandchild. I was keeping my grandkids for when their mother had the new baby. When I checked into my room they had left a care pkg in the room and a little gift bag that said for the baby. It was so very kind of them.

The check in was fine, nice staff! The room was roomy. My biggest issue was the cleaning solution they use is so strong it overpowers the lungs! If you have COPD or other lung issues don’t stay here! The soap used to clean the shower was not rinsed off and made the footing very dangerous! Need more towels, especially hand towels, one just does not work.

We like the value of this hotel and the cleanliness. We were just passing through and so it works very well for us. This will be the third time we've stayed there.. We made a reservation through Booking.com three days before our arrival and received a confirmation number. However, when we arrived, the front desk agent told us the hotel would not honor the reservation—even though they had rooms available. Instead, she offered us a rate of $179, which was much higher than our confirmed booking price of $88. Since I didn’t have the confirmation readily accessible, we returned to our car and rebooked on Booking.com for the same $88 rate. When we went back to the front desk (speaking with the same agent), she refused again and insisted there was no way to adjust the price. Only after I said I would pay the higher rate and dispute it with Booking.com did she agree to match the $88. She explained that the hotel was under new ownership and experiencing a system changeover, and that they weren’t honoring website reservations. She also mentioned we were her third customer that day with the same issue. While I can understand that transitions happen, it was the confrontational tone and resistance at the front desk that left a bad impression. Hospitality should mean doing your best to make things right, and that didn’t happen here—until escalation was mentioned. It’s disappointing to have to argue just to have a confirmed reservation honored. I hope management addresses this so future guests aren’t put through the same experience.

no breakfast if you need clean towels, you have to haul the dirty down to the desk so they decide what you get. one small bar of soap to share with sink and shower. for a total of almost 250.00 , very little service.

No breakfast, no coffee downstairs. Beds were like sleeping on a cardboard box. Shower head had the worst spray. What ever cleaning supplies used smelled like mildew. We had to open the window to get the smell out. Not a great stay

Room was clean, loved having a kitchen area for us. We travel for wrestling a lot and that was nice. The bed however wasn’t comfy at all. It was super springy and not cozy at all. Definitely need an upgrade on the bed for sure. The pillows were more comfortable than the actual bed. If you have a bad back, definitely recommend staying elsewhere

This place was an incredibly good value, compared to the hotels on the same road. We got a spacious room with kitchenette and two beds and slept really well. There was EV charging on site, the front desk staff was nice, everything was fine. The carpet felt a little dirty, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner maybe. Not sure if the A/C-heating unit in the room was very accurate.

Super comfy sleep. Spent about an hour on the elliptical and treadmill. The leg press and machine was cool to use. Way better than other places I’ve stayed in the “fitness center” department.

I hate to leave reviews for anything. But the bed was so horrible at that hotel!! And for the price range, that’s disappointing! Also, the bathroom door was so awful. It didn’t even seal shut. So if somebody is going to the bathroom, whoever was in the bedroom, could hear everything. Just not a great experience.

We made a last minute booking after driving all day, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Staff was very thoughtful and called to check on us as we were driving and hadn't arrived. Check in was a breeze...and the best part was the room was perfect! I travel a lot, and this is definitely one of the best nights of sleeping I've had! Very clean, super comfortable, and no sounds! Thank you!

In addition, All hotels need to keep up on vacuuming stairwells. This place is new, but still needs attention in stairwells. I’d go back if it still reasonably priced, but there are several new hotels right on this new street to try also.

Check in was quick and easy. They have a luggage cart available for use which made moving my stuff easier. It is very clean. Downsides the hot water is not very hot and the beds are very firm.

All was good. We were given a handicapped accessible room, but this was not what we reserved. I was concerned that someone else would need this room, but the person at the front desk said, when we were checking out, that these rooms are sometimes reserved as a regular room.

Stating since I paid ahead thru Expedia they would have to put the discount thru them on Monday. Will see if that happens and update if it doesn’t. Hotel is very easy to get to, clean, quiet and comfortable.

The room was very large; more the size of a suite, with two queen size beds and a complete kitchen. The kitchen included everything needed for cooking and eating including a two burner range and a full size refrigerator. Now that I have discovered this hotel, I do not plan to stay in any other hotel or motel when I periodically travel to Elko, NV. Unlike other establishments that offer anything equivalent, this hotel is affordable.

The kitchen was equipped with a full size fridge and ability to cook in. The bath towel were so plush and thick. The room was very clean. I loved that the table was big enough to sit at and eat, play games etc. There was plenty of seating options without having to use the bed.

We stayed one night on our way home from California to Idaho. My husband was recovering from knee surgery so this was a great half way point to stop for the night. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet so we slept well.

We love that there is a full fridge available to Re freeze our ice packs and plenty of room to refrigerate food we are traveling with. Also, microwave and stove available. Beds comfy. Space good. Wish TV had more viewing options (even regular standard stations). Wish no smoking in common areas.

Apparently the greed of these people is insatiable! I understand is they kicked many of us out, who had made reservations months and months in advance. And just left us to the mercy of trying to find rooms at a sold out event just days before. I will never stay here, nor will I allow any business associate of mine to stay here. I will never forget how they chose to cancel our reservations, throw us to the wolves, and then proceed to rebook those rooms at three times what we would have paid for them. The early bird gets the morning worm, it pays to make reservations early. But what is the point, when greedy people like these, we'll just cancel your reservations and literally pull the rug out from underneath your feet. I would give them negative Mark's if I could.

I will never forget how they chose to cancel our reservations, throw us to the wolves, and then proceed to rebook those rooms at three times what we would have paid for them. The early bird gets the morning worm, it pays to make reservations early. But what is the point, when greedy people like these, we'll just cancel your reservations and literally pull the rug out from underneath your feet. I would give them negative Mark's if I could.

The place was roomy and clean, close to the highway and the shopping/ business areas.

Rooms are spacious, have all the amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and such.

Great place to stay and available laundry are if needed.

They need to have to go coffee cups in the rooms. Continental breakfast would be 👍 nice.

Great location right off I-80 so it was easy getting back on the road without having to drive through traffic in town.

I had a great stay and was able to get some laundry done while I worked out.

we had a very bad experience at the Elko Ledgestone location. We rented two rooms, checked in late around 9 pm and left around 9 am. We only stayed one day. After we left we got a call from an employee accusing us of damaging a mattress. She said that someone peed the bed. This is just not true. None of my kids had wet clothes. So it just did not happen. Also my son had to go back to the room to get something that he forgot and someone was cleaning the room and all the linen was stripped off, he said the bed was not wet. The employee charged our card an extra $250 on top of the charge of the room. We have never had this happen and are just so stunned by these fraudulent charges. The Beds are extremely uncomfortable, the stoves are ridiculous, the staff at the front desk wasn’t friendly, they called us before we came to see if they could give our room away. Not pleased will never stay at this hotel ever again. And we stay in elk four to five times a year. They don’t deserve anyone business, and I hope this location goes out of business after our experience.

We were traveling home from Yellowstone and this was a nice place to stay the night. The rooms were large. We did take out food and 4 of us ate comfortably in the room. I used the treadmill the next morning before leaving and was disappointed that at a pace of 6 it slipped so I was unable to complete my workout

Very clean and well maintained. Our room had a full kitchen that was well outfitted with dishes etc. and the full sized fridge was very nice.

Noise till after midnight from children running above us. Noise at six from slamming doors next to us.

Great place to take a break during a long road trip. Convenient. Clean. Great to have a kitchenette.

Something doesn’t feel right about this motel. Maybe it is the big banner saying they offer weekly and monthly rates. Obviously they have a lot of construction crews living there. This is fine but it feels more like a boarding house then a motel. Room amenities are nice, there is a small kitchen which is great when you are on a road trip. Also noticed staff not wearing masks during Covid which was a concerning and made me wonder about cleanliness even though everything appeared clean.

The place was clean and nice. But after booking through Expedia, we were still charged $100. We weren’t informed that we should expect the charge, our got the notification from our bank. When we confronted the office staff we were informed it was for ‘just in case we ordered room service,etc’. We were also told that it would go back after 3-4 business days. It hasn’t. We called the bank to dispute the charge, but they can’t do anything until it’s no longer pending. So I really don’t recommend this place based on the customer service and extra charges.

Affordable for what it was. Very clean and quiet until 5am when the contracting companies began warming up their diesels, but all and all I give it a 9. Could have had a hot tub and continental breakfast; that would have made it a 10

This is a nice Hotel in Elko. I frequently travel to the Elko area from out of state for business. I have stayed in almost all of Elko’s hotels and can say this is one of there best. Thank you.

Newer property that is immaculately clean with a friendly staff and far enough away from the freeway to be quiet but very convenient. The room is spacious everything was as it should be.

Room was prepaid but heating unit was turned off, making the first hour rather uncomfortable. I would expect a prepaid room to be prepared with comfortable climate temperature prior to guest arrival.

Quick overnight trip to Elko with our family and this place was incredible! Safe and quite location, amazing price for what you get and extremely clean!! Definitely our forever stay when going to Elko for shopping!

This is a wonderful hotel! Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends as well! Clean, roomy, comfy and right off the 80 so it’s easy to find, but far enough away that it’s quiet.

An good choice in Elko. A fairly new property so it is in excellent shape. I had a large, apartment style room so lots of space and conveniences. The rate was also in the bottom half of the market (IMO) so I view this as an excellent value. My new "go to" hotel for my one night stopovers in Elko.

You need a hot tub. Otherwise a fabulous hotel. Easy access from the freeway

We really like this place. My wife and I have stayed here twice. The room is clean and has all the amenities. This is our go to place in Elko.

This is a new property. The condition was outstanding. The rooms look to be thoroughly and effectively cleaned. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, bathrooms all excellent. Our one comment, many of the staff seemed quite lax about observing mask requirements. Ditto many of the guests. It left me a little uncomfortable overall.

The kids love the room, with the coronavirus we spend the majority of the day in the room. They have Seattle cafe! And free laundry!
