Clean room, staff very friendly.

I wish every hotel was like this one.very clean. Very new feel. Friendly staff. Nice pool. We needed to do laundry and they had a nice facility. Mexican restaurant within short walk. Views of the desert. Nice shopping center near. Felt safe. This hotel is a gem in the middle of no where!

The room was clean and spacious. The property made some adjustments for access when they learned I was traveling with 2 dogs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And the icing on the cake was the spa water they served in the lobby! Yum! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and conveniently located right off the highway by the temple. Our room was bigger and had more amenities than we needed for our one night stay. There’s a kitchen with a sizable fridge and hot plates for cooking are available at the front desk. We thought that was fun for if you’re staying longer, you’d be able to have some home cooked meals. Katie was incredibly helpful with checking in and it was fun to chat with her! Our bed was a little soft but that’s a me issue.

The room was very clean. Amenities were crazy good, didn't expect them. The HVAC unit however, blew cold air on the bed all night even when it reached the desired room temperature or was turned off. Shower head needs to be cleaned, a number of water outlets were plugged. Available breakfast was very good.

Suite room with footstool by sofa. Barn door bathroom with walk in shower vs tub. Full size refrigerator, dishes, table on wheels. Very spacious Breakfast was a great surprise. The variety of fresh fruit was so good. Raspberries, strawberries and Blueberries vs the boring melon. Yogurt and a great variety of toppings as well. And the usual breakfast offerings as well. Very homey atmosphere Would definitely book another room at this hotel 4.5 stars Standard amenities except 2 towels per size. Had to ask for help be larger one—no issue. Pillows a bit soft but nice bedding

The room was spacious and had everything we needed plus more. It was a nice touch to have the desk receptionist send us a text Ask me if everything was OK; she went the extra mile and gave us some ideas for a restaurants, and followed up. Great breakfast! Fantastic experience. The food could have been a little hotter.

I had a restful and comfortable stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, is the hot breakfast. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, the variety and quality of the food was much better than typical “grab-and-go” options you see at most hotels. The breakfast had something for everyone and a real meal to start the long journey on the road!

Great breakfast, and lots of thoughtful added conveniences (including free self-serve laundry, kitchenette, a nice fitness room, friendly staff). I travel this route frequently and will always make a point to stay here. Nothing bad to say - this is a great value and a solid stay.

The staff was very friendly. They would check on me daily to make sure I was ok. When I checked in I was able to get a room on the floor that I wanted to be on. I will definitely Be using this location everytime I visit Elko.

The people were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were like laying your head on a cloud. Laundry room was free, you just need to buy your detergent, and they have it.

Breakfast was clunky - lots of options that required assembly and were at varying temps from cold to warm to hot: sausage patties (warm, not hot), hard cooked fried eggs (cold), cheeses that needed to be melted onto the food that wasn't hot enough to melt butter, biscuits sorta warm, etc. Good selection of breads to make a great breakfast sandwich out of semi warm ingredients and no space for this composition to take place. No microwave to make up for less than hot ingredients. They used to have take and go sandwiches that made a lot more sense.

The kitchenette area fully stocked, very convenient location close to shops and restaurants, the breakfast was fire! The BEST!!! I didn’t like that they gave an adjacent room but they never made me aware of it. The room had a little smell, thankfully we stayed only one night.

The staff is beyond amazing, they went out of their way more than once while I stayed there for two days. The room was very clean and housekeeping they are just amazing too. I always stay here when I visit Elko.

Breakfast was good. Not exceptional because the food wasn't very hot but it was good. Loved the bacon! The bed was not as comforting as I expected from a Hilton but it was okay.

Check in was a breeze. The woman checking me in was so so friendly. Loved the size of the room and the kitchen area. This was our first time staying in a Home2Suites. We were very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast options were minimal but sufficient. Staff checked on us several times during breakfast.

The view from the parking lot is a lot of cement retaining walls and chain link fences. We did not eat there. Not even a banana. They looked old, and had seen better days. And those were the ones the manager just brought out for me. So, I waited and got a banana at the next travel center. I’m allergic to fragrances - and the lobby was full of fragrance. On the phone before making the reservation- they said they don’t have fragrance or perfumes. When they texted me - how the room was? I explained! And They said, it was -because other customers were doing their laundry. But the other end of the hall where our room was -also had some kind of fragrance - to cover up the smell of the smoking area just outside. I used the shower and slept in the car. Lots of noisy kids staying at the same time. My husband could not sleep because of the thin walls and fighting neighbors. At about 2am manager tried to get them to be more quiet - but, they persisted. We continued our journey in a quiet but grumpy mood.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pet friendly. The air conditioner in our room was not working correctly, they resolved the issue quickly by giving us a new room with a working air conditioner.

Good stay as usual, check-in took about 10 minutes with the person at the desk clicking and clicking away on their computer for some reason after she started to get me checked in and still did not have it right so I had to go back down. Apparently she is new. They have also significantly raised their pet charge so that we may look elsewhere in the future if we have our do with us.

Everything was good. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and helpful. They made sure to save me and my daughter a joint room so my grandsons could go back and forth.

I see the housekeeping lacking in certain areas. Our dishwasher front looked like it was cleaned with a oily rag. the lower part was rusty looking or else dirty. The breakfast area seemed to be missing the cook. I mentioned at 8:45 that there were no more warm meals. Said it would take 15 min. to replenish. Oatmeal was totally empty. There was nothing left but a few egg things. that was warm. Disappointing.

We stayed at this Home2 Suites twice on our way to and from vacation. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is your basic free breakfast - cereal, fruit, bagels, premade egg dishes - but was sufficient to get us out the door and on the road again.

Very comfortable and clean suite. Kitchen has dishes, sink, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a pull out table. An improvement would be to add two folding chairs for the dining table. The couch and bed were comfortable. Great black out blinds.

We explained to her that we had booked, and already paid for, the larger one bedroom suite. Her reply was that all the rooms were suites, so it didn't matter. I explained to her that we stay at Home2 Suites all the time and know the difference between a one bedroom suite and a junior suite. I showed her my reservation, which plainly showed that we had booked a one bedroom suite. She argued with us, telling us we were wrong. She was the rudest front desk person we have ever encountered. We gave up and talked to the manager the next day. The manager confirmed that we had booked a one bedroom suite and were put in the wrong, smaller room. She also said that there was nothing she could do about it. We paid the higher price for the biggest room but were put in the smallest, cheapest room so additionally, we were ripped off. Taking a close look at the property, we could see many other problems - stained carpets in the halls, dirty walls, trash in the parking lot and ice machines that didn't work. This Home2 Suites clearly does not match up to the quality of other's in the chain. We've stayed at approximately 60 Home2 Suites across the country. This one is by far the worst.

Also, there's some weirdness about the room types when you book via Expedia -- I booked a 1BR suite (with a door between the bedroom and living room), but when I checked in, they said that I had just booked a normal suite "with an upgrade", but it didn't necessarily mean that I'd get the floor plan that I paid for on Expedia. In the end, we did receive that type of room. But the front desk person basically said, "yeah, I'm giving you one because I'm nice and we happen to have one available right now." That's weird. We had a short stay in Elko. The hotel is newer. Bed was comfortable. Staff accommodated our late check in. They have a great Spin Cycle gym equipment. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Also the kitchen sink faucet was not attached properly and was very wobbly. The pool card reader was broken and you needed to request the door to be opened by the front desk, a minor nuisance. Overall it was a nice place to rest with a dog on a long road trip from Colorado to Oregon. The toilet did not have a lid, so we had to keep our dog from drinking out of it;)

Staff was kind and always willing to help, especially Claire, Kaitelyn and Liliana. There were some crumbs and food on the counter and floor, but that was minor. Through no fault of the hotel, guests were extremely loud all night. Noises jolted me out of sleep 3 separate times.

Full kitchen. Dish washer. Freezer. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of simple and beautiful places to store my things while I was there. Found places to play violin for my YouTubes / Facebook and TikTok! Free laundry. Gorgeous pool. Comfy bed. Glad I had my soft slippers and an extra blanket. I could have pulled out their extra blanket , but that would have been more laundry / water / soap / effort for the planet and maid. So I used my own. I was cold. Put on my slippers and the extra blanket. Turned the heat up to 71 and then I fell right asleep. LOVE the room darkening shade. Wouldn't recommend the $30 for the extra Mountain View room. I didn't think it was worth it. The mountain is far away. Not close and huge. Eggs were cold at breakfast but still yummy. Lots of fruit choices! Apples (24/7), bananas, oranges, pears !!! I took 1 of each for my road trip snacking. Brandy checked me in and out. She is FANTASTIC. Love her. Great facility. Dog walking pad with baggies and trash there. Recycling in my room! Big tv. Love this hotel. Would totally come back. The price was in line with other hotels in the area, too. Elko looks fun! We're off to see the murals!

We've stayed quite a few times open our way between our daughter's place and home, snd will continue to stay at the Home2Suites in Elko. Every time the staff has been great, the rooms spacious, clean snd comfortable, and the breakfast quite good.

I was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. There were extra amenities that I didn’t know I needed until they were there. Real coffee mugs, full size fridge, full length mirror, extra hangers, a couch. And the continental breakfast was AMAZING!

We stayed at this hotel before flying home and we were so happy they had a shuttle to the airport.

The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There was an odd noise in the room so she tried to fix it and then put us in a new room that was very comfortable. Thank you for that great service. Also, loved the Tesla charger, will look for this amenity at your hotels in the future.

Great place to stay in Elko

Very comfortable and clean room. Pretty large size with small kitchen and large bathroom. Our first stay here had a king bed the. Second was the exact same with a full bed that all hotels try to pass off as a queen. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to elko.

Great room! Clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room was fine, though the sofa could have used a little cleaning. Otherwise the room was very clean and my stay was fine - except the dog. barking in the next room. Just be aware if you book at this property, they do allow pets...

As has been the case in all our other visits to Home2 Suites in Elko, NV the room was great and the staff was fantastic.

If you like good food outside hotel, don’t eat at the restaurant across the street from the hotel, but there are plenty of other places nearby.

Very clean, kitchen well-equipped, room was very clean.
