Very clean, courteous staff, great breakfast

The Hampton is always great

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very comfortable. So many times the pillows hurt my neck. I slept like I was at home. Also the room was quite, which was so nice.

Clean comfortable rooms in a convenient location

We like staying here because the hotel is dog friendly. Also it is next door to a coffee shop and restaurant. It is also across the street from a gas station. Very convenient for travelers.

Front desk was extremely helpful working through a reservation issue from 3rd party vendor used to book.

It was very clean and comfortable The heating cooling system (especially the unit on the wall) was so loud. The attendant practically stated it was an irritant only (in other words he gaslit me) and offered ear plugs.

Our two day stay was incredible! What an excellent hotel all the way around! We will be back!

The staff was rude and did not tell me that there is a $75 non refundable fee for a pet. They said $50 hold for incidentals, and then I got a charge for $75. They also charge you for each call you place using the phone in the room which is not disclosed anywhere. The pool was so packed that we weren’t able to use it, but it looked nice. Would be much better if there was a hot tub. Location is good and the room was clean, everything else was nothing to brag about.

Beautiful place

Check-in was quick and friendly even at midnight. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. Everything was clean and beautiful.

Staff was very friendly and very patience, rooms were very clean. I loved that there was shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion in the room and it wasn't just the trial size neither.

Meh. It’s the standard lousy breakfast. I couldn’t believe that the room on a bottom floor didn’t have curtains that would close. Four feet of window remained open to the sun or anyone who wished to look in. That was a huge fail. Thanks for being pet friendly, but 75.00 per night? Come on….

Nice hotel but the noise coming from the heater vent was loud and persistent. I wasn’t able to tell the staff until checkout due to the my long work hours- getting in at 11pm and leaving early morning. No apology or offer of compensation. Just that they would let maintenance know to check it.

We checked on late at night and the employee at the front desk was kind and welcoming even at midnight! The next morning the employee at the front desk was equally lovely. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fast and easy. A perfect stop for passing through while on a longer road trip.

Beds were a bit hard, and blinds didn't darken the room well. Main complaint: The battery on our door lock went dead and we couldn't get into our room. Clerk tried to help, but had no way of getting in our room. No one from maintenance was available and there wasn't any way to get our personal items. It took 3 hours for them to resolve the issue. Only got a "sorry for the inconvenience " from staff and in the text survey reply when we were asked to rate our experience.

Very nice room - clean and comfortable. The television was fabulous! We’ve been traveling a lot and it’s so nice when they have cable and streaming.

Clean room

Hotel was clean and the staff were polite. Easy access to fuel, dining and freeway access. Very good breakfast options (Waffle maker). Only issue was the sliding door for the bathroom was bound up in the track. It would only close halfway. Not a big deal for my stay so I didn't say anything about it until I checked out.

The hotel had a new computer system and the front desk had quite a time checking us in because we had a third party reservation. The clerk was very nice and apologetic.

Second time I have stayed here, love the staff and place. They are always ready to make you happy

Clean room and bath. There was a loud, intermittent mechanical noise near the room that started with a grinding noise, lasted 5-10 minutes then stopped with a loud BANG! Then it would repeat at random intervals, all night. Impossible to sleep. Front desk uninterested or unable to solve the problem. Highest rate ever paid for a Hampton Inn and the worst experience ever.

Hot breakfast Was a good stop between Bay area and Yellowstone! The swimming pool- water wS very dirty with lots of hair.. There should be a lock on bathroom doors room instead of sliding

LED white lighting in rooms is stark and jarring feeling. It was hard to relax with such intense lighting. There are far better LED soft lighting options to feel cozy, yet bright.

We stayed in room 313, the handicap chair in shower was very difficult to put up and down and there was pink mold around it. But otherwise was alright. The detachable shower head also didn't work, very little water comes out

Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle. Great location close to the airport.

When we check at front desk the desk clerk was very rude and could not even smile. As for the property it was very pleasing, our room was clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the breakfast it had plenty of options. The morning clerk was very friendly.

Beds were super hard, receptionist was rude to my husband, fan sounded like an alarm clock with a beep, beep noise. Wasn’t able to sleep so we got up early and left.

We didn’t have a microwave. When I called the person I talked to said the owner did like them. In addition both elevators did not work so we had to take the stairs with a lot of luggage.

The only thing that was not good, was that we asked for a wake up call at 3a.m. incase we missed our alarms. We did not get the wake up call. Luckily, we heard our alarms

We left a chip mess and the hotel charged us for something that could easily be vacuumed we could have stayed somewhere else but decided to try hampton. We will stick to Marriott. Front desk was rude and housekeepers are lazy. The dog in the room next door barked alot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Elko, Nevada, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The friendly service made me feel right at home, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with every area, from the lobby to the rooms, spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location is a bonus, being conveniently close to the casino and various shopping areas, making it easy to enjoy everything Elko has to offer. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for anyone visiting the area. It truly offers a welcoming and pleasant stay!

Clean rooms and property. Nice halfway stop on a road trip from Jackson to home.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms, and my room had furniture that was well-worn and a carpet that needed to be replaced. The bathroom also smelled musty and the shower needed to be cleaned.

Check in and breakfast staff were not friendly. Breakfast was unsatisfactory as the only thing being restocked were eggs. No yogurt and the bread was almost gone. This was with an hour left of breakfast to go. Also I have never had a bed so uncomfortable at a Hampton. Just not what i normally would expect.

Property was fine but the property charged unexpected $75 fee for my Westie dog. He sleeps in his own bed and didn’t make noise or mess. So ridiculous that I had to pay that for my small dog.

Best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in!

The staff was super friendly. Good breakfast options. It is a bit dated and could definitely use some updating. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Fun casino next door that has decent food at a great price.

Our room was showing wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Bathtub was stained and uninviting. Carpet was worn and dirty. Upholstered arm chair was heavily stained and worn. Nice people, but the property needs rehab and refreshing.

Beautiful breakfast experience

The only thing that I didn't like about this stay was the crack head in the room above me was up at around midnight, left the room for a while, came back and took a shower and then roamed around the room for a while. It took me a long time to finally go back to sleep. This hotel stated that it was a smoke-free hotel which I liked and I didn't smell smoke anywhere while there.

The room was clean and the shower was "fantastic". Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Never got a chance at the pool but all in all it was a great stay. They made you feel special. Will always stay there if my travels take me to Elko again.

The property was typical of Hampton Inns we've stayed in else where. We chose it because it was close to Maverik Gas & Restaurants. all of the same exit. We would likely stay there again on a return trip

Room wasn't clean when I arrived and soap in shower was used. Had to wait 2 days for cleaning as they don't clean daily. After cleaning in 2 days, garbage left on the floor a wet towel left on floor. Complained to front desk twice but no additional cleaning was done.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Elko and find it clean, comfortable, and convenient.

We stayed with our two kids and dog. They were extremely friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pool was very nice, and they had a little area for dogs to relieve themselves complete with bags to clean up after. Highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through Elko.

We were only here for 1 night, Hilton hotels are known for their value, couldn't complain about the location, just wish that there was a pool & hot tub

I think the$75 pet deposit is high. Do you realize the Wyndham chain is $25 and several other chains have no fee?

Clean and spacious. There was no hot tub and the pet fee was excessive at 75, this was not posted online when I booked the hotel, it just said pet friendly.

We have stayed at this property a few times a year since it was built. It’s a bit more expensive than other hotels in Elko, but I feel it’s the best quality. On this trip, the bed had a squeak just sitting or turning over and was soft. The towels could be upgraded, but overall, A nicely kept property and you won’t find friendlier employees. The desk staff are wonderful!

This particular building was near a casino and restaurant, as well as a market. It is also within a quick jogging distance from the airport. It’s a great place for those who are just landing and heading out into the rest of Nevada.
