The breakfast was terrible. Poor quality, no bananas for the first 3 days I was there. Poor choice of cereal, eggs were often overcooked and hard, maybe because they sat in the warming tray too long. Bacon was poor quality. Sausage was better. Poor quality bread choices. Terrible apples. Only 2% or skim milk. I did not try the yogurt but the choices were limited. I don’t drink juice and I did not trust the coffee. I did not try the potatoes. Skip breakfast and go to a restaurant in town.

Great place to flop on a road trip. The outer door to the hotel was “temperamental” but our room was comfy and breakfast was better than expected. The staff was incredibly nice.😊

The room was not very clean. When I tried to close the curtain they were shredded. The bathroom was very dated and dingy.

When I mentioned there were no towels in the pool area a just got a "So". The pool was so COLD. I paid to go to your place because of the pool. I couldn't use it at all.

Breakfast was average at best. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Waffles best bet. Curtains were torn, had to use potato chip bag clips to keep curtains closed. Won’t stay there again

One of the rooms that was accessible was not equipped as mentioned with a handheld shower head. The lighting is terrible when you enter. There is a light outside that is really bright that the curtains did not block out.

value for money and the jacuzzi tub. That's super important to us on long road trips - the pools/hot tubs are always too chlorinated at motels, so we look for places that have in-room jacuzzi tubs. breakfast could have been a little better... it was standard, so no complaints, but the individual food items (sausage, biscuits) could have been a little better

When reporting it to the front desk, all I got was a stony stare down. DO BETTER.

Easy access to interstate. Clean and smells good. Pool and hot tub works and have later hours. Employee was nice and accommodating. Beds comfortable and room clean. Air conditioning good and cold. Breakfast in morning. Both ice machines broken and drink machine doesn’t work. TV really small.

The room was clean but amenities were old, A/C was loud, bathroom fan sounded like a tractor, window screens were old and torn, queen beds were actually full beds, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers, next to industrial area and railroad tracks. I agree with another review, it should be re-named the “Discomfort Inn”.

We needed a place to stop for the night and this was a great stop for us. Property was clean and the service was good.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything worked as expected in the room. For the cost, the room was a 10! Our only complaint was that the TV remote wasn’t fully programmed so the volume buttons didn’t work… but the TV screen suggested calling the front desk. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to worry about.

Breakfast was amazing and fresh. We don't make it to Elko much, but we would definitely stay again if we are passing through.

Overall, it was fine. BUT when we went down to breakfast and there was no bacon and the waffle mix was empty, the worker said “well, we stop putting food out about now.” It was 8:20 am and the breakfast hours were 6-9am. Unimpressed with the customer service.

GREAT STAFF. Staff was friendly. Charity, the breakfast lady was warm, welcoming & friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had meat & eggs. Coffee was good. Our room was upstairs & on the end so it was quiet. They have an elevator to the 2nd floor. They are not maintaining the property. Our room did not have a light over the vanity & the GFI plug in at the vanity did not work. We asked them to fix it while we were there & they didnt. The ice maker was out of order as was the drinking fountain.

I booked my stay. When I went in to check in there were two other people waiting for the front desk to show up..30 minutes later she did. Apparently there was a broken yv that needed fixed..it is what it is but then when I went to ay she told me because I was local I had to pay 150 deposit cash. So I went to my bank that was a coupleiles away then came back and I was 9 dollars short. If I could have used card for deposit my bank would have covered the descrepancies. At that point I was done. Treating someone with disrespect because they happen to live in the area. There are many reasons a person may need to seek accommodations locally without being judged with suspicion.So me and my 13 year old sought lodgings elsewhere.

Breakfast was good. This is a very poorly maintained hotel. Card reader doesn't always work in the far entrance door and the door slams shut because the closer is nonfunctioning. Middle entrance door has a handwritten note stating it is an exit only. It probably has an issue with the card reader also. Bathroom fan sounds like a jackhammer. Carpet is filthy and the sheer curtain has a 4-foot rip. Refrigerator wobbles. Breakfast should be served later than 9. Poor design of a hotel, the elevator is at the opposite end of the building away from the front desk. It should have been at least in the middle. To sum it up it is a very poorly maintained hotel. I would not stay here again.

We stopped by after a 6-hour drive from Sacramento before heading to SLC. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door needs some maintenance due to a squeaky noise, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was a bit of a bummer that on Christmas Day there was no breakfast or housekeeping service.

A little run down ascetically but clean and quiet. Basic motel impressions. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and we all got a good night’s sleep for next day’s road travel….which is true test of any overnight stay. Price was for stay was very good.

The rooms are not bad but depends on which one they put you in. They need to work on maintenance with several of the rooms. A leaky shower a toilet that doesn't want to flush an HVAC unit that doesn't work properly. Door locks that don't work on the outside of the building

Hot tub and pool were great. Lighting & painting in pool area was moldy and chipping…definitely not passing inspection. The night shade was ripped so I had to use large paper clips to fasten it so the street light didn’t shine into my eyes at night…ground floor

My family and I stayed one night on our road trip. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! We didn’t stay long enough to used the pool although it looked clean. Only down side was there was no workout room - had to go to the gym across town if you wanted to work out. Other than that it was a fine place to stay passing through!

There was no hot breakfast as advertised the beds were so hard and uncomfortable we checked out a day early and stayed at a neighboring hotel

The room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water for the shower. The lady who was stocking the breakfast was also very nice. We usually stop in Winnemucca when we pass through but will be stoping in Elko now. Also they have an indoor pool with generous open hours. We didn't bring our suits this trip but will for sure next time. We'll definitely be back.

The location was great, right off the highway. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Disappointed that there wasn't a place with a table we could use to play cards.

Breakfast was great! The pool area was fun. The room was nice and clean. Not a big deal to us just some things were a little run down and the fitness center and sauna were closed. But they did offer us a complimentary pass to the nearby gym.

Tiles coming up from the floor in the bathroom. Impolite reception at 12am. Not able to get a fork was discouraging considering they were on the other side of the glass for contknental breakfast. Breakfast was locked by 0900 and out of coffe at the desk. No one seamed to care.

The facility is in deep need of maintenance. Our room had a leaking shower which splattered onto the floor causing a slip/trip hazard. The common area of the dining area had peeling wall paper, outlet covers off by the coffee area, tables that were uneven causing repetitive spills while we were dining. The floors under the tables were dirty that was obviously present for more than just that day. The facility listed that they had an exercise area and there was signage indicating such but after I looked for 5 minutes, I went to the desk and was told there was no exercise area. The spa by the pool was just a heated tub, either the jets were not working at the time we were there or they didn't work at all which caused the water to be very visible which was concerning as there was alot of hair and other particles visible. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The carpet in our room had a big black stain. It looked like a full cup of something sticky had been spilled and not cleaned up so all the dirt and filth from the bottom of people’s shoes stuck to the sticky spot. It was gross!

Our check-in was smooth and courteous. The room was very nice- spacious and charming. The indoor pool looked inviting and the breakfast offered was very good. We liked it well enough to book our same room for our return home trip next week.

We got there fairly late but, the desk attendant was very helpful getting us into a room quickly. It was nice to have hotel with a pool and hot tub. We were able to go and use the hot tub just to relax and relax unwind. It's also nice that they had a guest laundry that works great. Also, the breakfast the next morning was very good. We also enjoyed the nice comfy room that night nice beds and pillows and a very clean modern room.

I was on the second floor, east end of the building and the first floor exit door beneath my room had a broken piston on its closing mechanism causing it to slam shut with such force that it shook the whole end of the building. Very annoying.

This was an insufficient hotel, disappointing, and not worth the cost. Terrible short tempered staff and unclean rooms, an odor of no other. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone even in desperate matters.

Nice hot tub but the motor quit after 5 minutes. I went in again the next morning but the jets wouldn't work. Called the front desk and they got it fixed. Great beakfast.

Nice hot tub but the motor quit after 5 minutes. I went in again the next morning but the jets wouldn't work. Called the front desk and they got it fixed. Great beakfast.

I do not recommend this place. I was not able to use the the doors to enter the building besides the main enterance. My room was near the elevator at the opposite end of the building. Major inconvenience as a disabled person.

Doors were broken to enter the building. Ice machine was broken. The sidewalks were disgusting garbage cans in the parking lot were overflowing and never attended to. Our bathroom sink was backed up.

Bed was comfy. Place was clean. Beef Pool and hot tub were clean but hot tub was like 93 degrees. Should be 102 or higher. Shower head was wonky but ok. Sink would not drain because the plug would not pull up. Shower fan was noisy. Room 220. Called about these things. Staff was neutral about it. No apologies. No thanks. Just stated that they would let the maintenance team know in the morning, which was the point.

Easy stay. Clean. We had some lightbulbs out in the room and there were not racks for hanging handtowels. Over all, nice accommodations. Good breakfast.

Wow. Tables in breakfast room wiped after each people left. Bathtub had nice surround with safety rails beds were comfortable room was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend this motel

Very clean and nice, bang for my buck

The room was very clean and the girl at check-in was very nice and helpful. The room however, was kind of scary. There’s a back alley outside the window and my window was unlocked and the screen is damaged like someone broken and one of the drapes is broken the stick is not even on it and they don’t close all the way I had to shove them up on the Shelf and there’s a hole in the drape like someone broken or is breaking in

Clea and comfortable. Unfortunately I left my coat there and I call shortly after we left and they said they didn’t find it. I didn’t mind tney kept the coat but my second car key fob was zipped in the pocket

Great place to stay, my only complaint is all 3 times ive stayed there that back door has never been fixed. and it took my kids skin off of her foot when it slammed shut

Air conditioning was broken and the sink was mostly clogged.

I didn’t like that there was no warning that the pool was closed down. This is why I specifically picked this hotel for our stay.

driveway had a large pot hole, outside sign was completely broken. did not clean my room and replace my used towels.

We got what we paid for. Pool was closed, bathrooms are tiny… luckily we were only there one night. Probably won’t stay again…

Everything was great except the kids said the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not working and when we walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes

Clan and staff was nice, but this is the single most outdated and uncomfortable hotel I've stayed in. Lumpy pillows, shower head in desperate need of descaling.. seriously shower heads are $5 on Amazon

The room was perfect after a long days drive. Had a jacuzzi tub in the room. Staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended this hotel.

The elevator was at the opposite end of the building from the lobby, making it difficult for handicapped. The shower curtain ring had come loose at both ends, causing it to sag. Therefore the curtain slid to the center, exposing both ends to water splash out during showering.

The room was mildewy and I had a major allergic reaction. I told the desk person when I walked in the lobby that I smelled mildew and could not sleep in a moldy room. She indicated the smell was the laundry room behind her and the room would be fine. At first the air conditioning in the bedroom masked the smell but soon I couldn’t breathe and had to take allergy medication and other breathing adjuncts to try to breathe and sleep. I had a terrible night. Also There was a child above me who jumped on the ceiling constantly. There were few people in the hotel and they or I could have been roomed elsewhere. I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer. There was black mold in the hot tub so I didn’t go in. Linens were clean and water was hot for a bath but the hotel is in run down shape, and although I don’t actually like to complain, I want to warn anyone who has mold allergies, asthma, or breathing issues to stay away.

Clean, quiet, and easy Highway entry / exit.

We stayed for a week. The property needs remodeling. Light in the vanity did not work and it was hard to get ready everyday. We placed and order and it never got fixed for the time we were there. They advertise Queen size beds when they are full size. They advertise having washer and dryer when they do not work. The manager told me to take it with the corporation. The rest of the staff were very polite and professional.

Definitely adequate for an overnight stay on the road (in Elko, NV). Friendly staff, spacious clean room with standard amenities and solid (free) breakfast, but worn carpet, torn curtains, out-of-order ice machines and drinking fountains...

Building in poor condition, Comfort Inn sign missing, floor squeaks, fan in bathroom clattering, sink drain clogged, would not recommend.

Comfortable, but the place needs eork

The motel apparently has been under remodel for over a year. Did not know this until we pulled up to the motel. Should have read the reviews before booking. We booked this for the price and LAUNDRY services. The washing machine and dryer were ancient and there was only one of each for the whole motel. They did not work! Beds were comfortable but the walls and lightswitches were in need of a good scrubbing. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone. The place needs a good shutdown to get the place put back together. Im not into writing bad reviews but feel others should know what they are paying for. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Sketchy vibe inside and out

Female friendly, meaning that a shower cap is a room amenity. Good move! This quiet, compact room is very well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (even with tea). Beds quite comfortable. Front staff friendly. Very well run.

This hotel is gross. They pass it as "under remodel." The outside of the building smells with garbage. The common areas need to desperately cleaned. The pool area - gross. All the glass is cracked, hot tub doesn't work, pool light plugged in but out of the pool just sitting there, a plaatic table covering the hole cover of the pool since theres no cover? Our room was dirty, dirty q tip on the floor, dated tv, fridge, shower didnt spray in one direction. Save $$$ dont stay here

Surrounding area was dirty and sketchy. Inside was questionable. Our sink faucet was super loose and fan in bathroom was extremely loud. This property needs a lot of work. Glad we were there only to sleep. The service desk people could also have been more helpful and nicer.
