My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We were sight seeing in Chicago. The hotel was very clean. When we were touring on the second day, the cleaning staff came in and freshened up the room. They remade the bed, brought indore towels, wiped off counters, cleaned the bathroom, changed the shower curtain and vacuumed. I appreciate cleanliness. I slept very well, the bed was wonderful. I booked over a month ahead of our stay, and we got a wonderful deal- only $250 for 2 nights. We will definitely be booking here again. We had a wonderful stay.

Large room with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Within 15 minutes of the event we were attending. Good price for the area Not a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Hotel bar closed at 10pm on the weekend.

This hotel is nothing special and incredibly average, but it was clean, affordable, and everything worked. Can’t ask for much more.

If a 0 star would be an option I would for their costumer service. This hotel is HORRIBLE. I opted to do the pre check in online, and wanted a late check on which they did provide online for 3pm for $55. When we checked in, the people at the front desk told us that they didn’t have 3pm but could do late check out of 2pm for $35. The day of check out came and we get a call from Javier from front desk asking “if we were going to check out” I explained that everything and instead of apologizing he just kept saying “no” and told us we had to check out by 12:30 20 min later he’s knocking on our door asking again “are you going to leave ?” I told him yes we are getting ready and that we have 3 little ones to also get ready. He responded with “that is not my problem” I asked for a manager he said she wasn’t there. He threatened us to charge us another night, and $50 if we didn’t check out by 1pm. Never in my life have I ever seen such poor customer service. They need to train people to be respectful and know how to handle issues.

Good location to ORD with easy access to I-90.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was nice, easy check in and check out. Biggest downfall was that there really wasn’t anything super close or within walking distance to eat unless you walked over a bridge near heavy traffic. Location isn’t the best but it was a sufficient. Elevators were a little questionable and they only had one luggage cart available so if it was a busy time you were waiting or had to just carry your luggage on your own.

Flew into Chicago for a weekend memorial service and wished I would have booked this hotel for all 3 nights. Only chose it for last night because of its close proximity to O'Hare but it turned out to be the best by far. Very clean and welcoming. Great front desk staff. Felt welcoming and safe on the property. I only wish I could have spent more time there. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fine…nothing special. The bed was cozy & the room was clean, though. The outside wasn’t as nice as the pics showed.

Then the next morning he sent house keeping and started knocking on our doors from 8 am, and attempted to open the door many times but it had the chain on so they couldn’t walk into the room, and I informed them that we are leaving at 12 so no need to do house keeping before we leave, but they wouldn’t stop knocking then they camped outside our rooms and started chattering and talking with extremely noisy voices to intentionally annoy us It was 12 and I asked him for a slightly later checkout time as we were racing to pack to leave and he refused and acted extremely rude, and it was the same person that checked us in the night before Based on that experience I will never book hotels via Expedia again nor will I ever book Wyndham again

Everything was perfect. The property was very clean, well organized and quiet environment. My only concern was that they forgot about disposable slippers. All hotels provide disposable slippers but I couldn’t find one here.

The room was very clean , check in was extremely easy and fast I only booked for one night due that I had a concert and didn’t want to drive back . But I highly recommend this place it’s perfect.

Front desk was rude during check in. If you are trying to stay here to go to the river walk via public transportation expect 1 hr and 10min to get there.

The staff was friendly, the room very clean and quiet. A perfect night sleep. There is no shuttle to O’hare so you are on the hook for two Uber rides at easily $20 each, so add that to the cost. Within an 8 minute walk there is a sports bar that is open late (until 4AM) and has good and reasonably priced food.

The room was clean and most staff members weren't very friendly. Very slow drain in the shower. Spider webs on the lampshade. Very thin walls, which would have been bearable if the staff weren't speaking loudly in the morning.

It was a beautiful room however the shower did not have hot water which we discovered when we were trying to take a shower so they moved us to another room and that shower also did not have hot water when we called the front desk no one answered the phone twice maybe because the hotel is in a sleepy area. The staff is more relaxed.

Really didn’t care for the sink being separate from the bathroom and it was very small. Also if you’re looking for food close by you won’t have much luck. I wish they would upgrade their restaurant.

There were ants crawling over things in our room and on our bed. The staff has the personality of a doormat. The check in attendant was on her cell phone the entire time. She said nothing to us other than “sign here”. The building is old, run down, the rooms are the same. The bathroom leaves A LOT to be desired. During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 11 pm and we had to exit the building but no explanation was provided on if it was safe to re-enter or an apology to stand in the cold. If I could give this property zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.

OK, both at check in and check out, the staff was very rude. Check in at night - rude also repriced a bottle of water, first @ $4, then said $6, then said $5 so no need to break a bill... and when asked about breakfast, gave start at 6AM but never mentioned it wasn't included. Then at 6AM, they just started opening the dining area and no way could we stay and wait. Also, although close to airport, was in a really bad area. Lastly, at check out, the 'host' never looked up from his phone to answer questions... will not stay again.

The facility was decent. It was like brand new. The room smelled super stuffy. When we got into it ice machine was broken on my floor. Asked me where I could get ice. She sent me the first floor and then the first floor sent me to the third floor. Just kind of nonsense but not bad. All in all definitely worth the price. Although they did double charge my credit card. They charged me through Expedia and they charged me at the facility which was where I wanted to pay it. Anyways. Also be aware that the on site casino consists of four slot machines. The restaurant menu was limited but the food was surprisingly good and economical. My only real complaint was the toilet. The water level was ridiculously high and the toilet really low. This is not a good combination for male anatomy.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at for the price. Clean, modern, safe, friendly staff. We appreciated the reasonably priced late night meal and beverage at the in house bar and grill.

My daughter have very bad stomachache so she lay down on the lobby chair. "Javier" the receptionist came and told me she cannot lay there. I asked him if we could we leave our suitcase in the lobby so we can go to buy medicine for her but he said no, they dont have room for that. Every other hotel before has allowed us to do so. Then he said if I want to check in earlier I have to pay $50 so I did because of my daughter's need to lay down. He then said I needed to pay 50 dollars in cash because the card reader was broken. After I paid the early check in he ask me give him my credit card for another 50 dollar hold. The payment went through, but how did the card machine suddenly work again? We stayed at hotel for 4 nights. The 3rd night, the fire alarm turn on at 1:26am. I came down to ask him what going on then he said someone pulled the fire alarm. He did not say sorry for any inconvenience and no one turned off the fire alarm for 11 minutes. My ears and my head hurt so bad because the fire alarm even after 2 hours it still hurt. I cannot sleep after that. The service so terrible. Dont stay there.

Very clean and quiet room. Our flight was delayed and they accommodated and early check in. We enjoyed using the well equipped gym and though breakfast was not included, there was a large menu decently priced. Free coffee in the room but at the hotel restaurant we were charged for it. Having stated that, this was a great deal for a very pleasant stay!

His restaurant recommendations were absolutely perfect, I tried several of them, and each one was incredible. Because of Maidiel’s hospitality and great local tips, my trip to Chicago became a wonderful adventure. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely return to this hotel, not only for its comfort but because of the outstanding customer service provided by Maidiel. He’s a true asset to the Wyndham Garden team.

Hotel was fine. No issues with the stay. Restaurant was only there to say it was there. Maybe not something that they do in Chicago. Should have at least a grab and go breakfast included with breakfast drinks.

The hotel itself is excellent, very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is very industrial. Nowhere to walk to but very reasonably priced if you just want a clean place to stay near the airport. No continental breakfast but the one we purchased was excellent also.

We needed a place to stay because we were stuck in Chicago for the night. We had hoped there was a bar, but it was closed. Also, it wasn't in any kind of neighborhood. The room was ok. Really, everything was ok, but it wasn't that great. Felt like an old, tired hotel.

Staff here were super nice and fun to talk to! Rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. A/C works well. Lobby and lounging areas look very fancy. Parking is easy. Not a very convenient place if you need easy access to public transport, as bus stops are 10-20 min walks away and there was construction everywhere for the summertime so it was hard to walk anywhere. If you have a car, grocery stores and shopping malls and anything else you need is only a 5-10 min drive which is nice.

My stay was alright. The place was clean. I picked this hotel because it was suppose to have an airport shuttle and breakfast was suppose to be included. Neither were true and the restaurant there well let’s just say I went be eating or staying here again. It was surface the place was clean I was deceived and I don’t like that.

I was there 3 nights - the trash never got dumped, no used/wet towels picked up, no maid service at all. The door hanger just said Do Not Disturb on both sides so it wouldn't help putting that on the door front. I did mention to the maid I ran into in the hall, no avail.,

I appreciate the fact that they were waiting for me to check in because my flight was delayed by 12 hrs. I barely made my check in at 2:30 am. The attendant had my information at the desk and informed me he was waiting for my check in. I felt relieved that they actually noticed. The room was clean. My daughter and mother had dinner in the restaurant and said that they had some good food and reasonably priced. Overall my go to spot for future stays.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndam. My only issue is the toilets are way too low for adults and they need to be switched for a more appropriate height.
