    I choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we only needed it to sleep and then get on the road the next day. The shuttle was very dirty. When we arrived to check in I said hello, how are you? The response was drivers licence and credit card, enough said. The hotel smelled like pickles and cheap cleaning products. It was not maintained it looked straight out of the 70s. The sheets were dirty, there was a dried blood stain on them. I didn't even get under the covers to sleep. The chair in our room had a rip down the arm and the metal accents in the bathroom had rust. I slept with one eye open and then we were out first thing. I don't know who all those people were that left 10 out of 10 reviews??? Absolutely not.

    A younger gal there was very nice but there is an older lady that was very rude yelling at my husband because he doesn’t understand English and her English wasn’t veey clear so at first I didn’t know why she was yelling until I told her to not yell at him and the no asked her to repeat what she needed from him because she was looking g at him directly so I know it him she was yelling at.. she was just very rude lady I would not go back there honestly!!

    Staff was indifferent to basically anything we asked for (shuttle, blanket, towels), and made weird gender role comments to my kid and made him uncomfortable No working drinking water onsite, had to buy bottled water for 5 dollars each! Desolate area with nowhere to eat or get drinks. Beds were ok, clean enough. Overall not good

    Staff was great the breakfast area was clean and not bad as far as the breakfast choices the building itself smelled bad like old men and cigarettes the carpet was stained the bed wasn’t bad the fridge and microwave worked the air worked soap was in the tub from who knows how long but overall for something cheap it was an okay stay

    This place seemed nicer on paper than the Motel 6 next door so we went with it for $100 more. I assume the Motel 6 would have been as good or better and wish we would have saved the $100. Serviceable place at best. The room was decent. The property was pretty run down.

    We called from the airport to request the shuttle service and were told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called again to make sure we were in the right location. We were told they would be there in 5 minutes but it ended up being another 20 minutes making it almost an hour in total.

    The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old. The room smelled bad. Do not stay here… should be condemned. For what I paid for the room, it was money wasted (2/3 more than it should have been).

    I think this accommodation is a great bargain. For the price, you get a very comfortable and clean room, breakfast and a free airport shuttle (in the direction to the airport). If we ever need to stay for a night in Chicago for a transfer flight, we are definitely going to choose this option again!

    The hotel was ok. Seems like Super 8's tend to be a little run down. The airport shuttle service was great though, and so was the shuttle van. If you want something a little less expensive and can forego a nicer, but more expensive hotel, this one probably works.

    Old shabby property. Bare minimum breakfast. Unhappy shuttle bus driver. Paid 30 $ for Uber to come back to the airport as a night earlier the person at the front desk flatly refused to arrange shuttle at 8 AM. My flight was at 10 AM. He said for flight to Canada I have to be at the airport at 7 AM. I told him there is no custom and immigration for flights to Canada. It is all done in Canada. He wanted me to wake up at 6 and catch the shuttle at 7 AM. I told him I am in the hotel to rest not for him to tell me when to get to the airport. He was obviously not a a very happy person. It is the duty of the hotel that when advertised the shuttle be available. He refused to arrange me shuttle at 7:30, at 8, at 830 and 9 AM. I was in transit and already had the boarding card so called uber and was at the airport by 9. Easily went through O’Hare airpprt security and reached boarding gate on time.

    The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable on how to travel to the city. The bus stop that takes you to Rosemont train station to catch the train to Chicago is only a couple minutes walk from the hotel. It’s very convenient to the Chicago OHare airport with free shuttle service. I had hoped for more options of places to eat nearby but that would be the only negative. Not the fault of the hotel. :)

    You have 1-2 hours period (according to the note at the reception desk) for free shuttle bus. When I called them on May 12 for a pickup from O'Hare, I was told to wait 1 hour 15 minutes. Staff gave misleading information. Breakfast has limited selection.

    We booked the room because they had a pool. Arrived to find out the pool/Jacuzzi was out of service. Then, when we was about to leave the water line broke in the sink by the door. The staff was nice about the situation. We was literally checking out when that happened. Other than the pool being down it was an acceptable stay at a clean, safe hotel.

    Not bad for the price. Could use some updating in the hall carpet. Rooms were clean. Bathroom doors squeak. I would not of stayed here had I known the pool would be closed. I had my granddaughter an she was excited to use the pool only to find out as we were headed there in our swim suits it was closed cause they just cleaned it. Glad it was clean but disappointed we could not use it. That is why we picked this hotel.

    The room was very appreciated after a flight cancelled at O’’Hare. Picked us up at the airport and took us back the next morning. I appreciated the toothbrush as we had no toiletries. Room was clean and shower was hot. Room was very dated but I didn’t select this hotel for amenities. Stains on the hallway floors. Continental breakfast was provided.

    To make matters worse, the room felt completely rundown. The furnishings were worn out, and it clearly hasn't been properly maintained in some time. For the price paid, I expected a certain level of quality and the space I actually reserved. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address the upkeep and ensure guests get the rooms they book.

    There are not any shops within walking distance all food must be delivered; all water at a fair price was sold out and I had to buy a $5 water bottle. Breakfast was cereal and waffles and yogurt very small selection and not great quality at all. The airport shuttle was nice but that’s about it.

    Clean room, staff was nice. The fan in the bathrooms was extremely loud so I showered in the dark to avoid the loud noise. Also they sell snacks and drinks in the front, but it's extremely overpriced a small bottle of Arizona was $5! I just used the vending machine which was cheaper. Also i booked this palce because ot said shuttle service was offered, but its only offered on certain days for limited hours. Wish I had known that beforehand. Other than that it was an affordable, clean place to spend the night.

    The room could have been cleaner, I kept finding previous people's trash left behind. My wife and I both developed a rash from sleeping on the bed. The pool water was dirty and hazy, couldn't even see the bottom floor of the 4 ft pool.

    There was no trash in the lot or along the street. The lobby smelled so good. And people were sitting in the area where light breakfast is served. Very inviting. More importantly Chris was amazing familiar with my job as an aviation officer. Offer to let me sleep in extra hour before I did another 16 hour shift.. And the rugs and bedding were clean clean...

    First room i was put it there was a hole in the ceiling, terrible smell, and stains even the Bible couldn't explain on the walls and curtains. There were burn marking on the bedding and the fans didn't work. Talked with management and got put into a " renovated." room. Which smelled horrible. My wife woke up with a small rash on her face and continued to grow throughout the day. Went back home and her doctor diagnosed her with impentigo. Which is a terribly contagious skin disease. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY REASON.

    The room was in great condition. It was just noisy outside as there was construction or something next door, which was out of the hotel's control. Thier continental breakfast was lacking. No eggs, bacon, and sausage. Just waffles, yogurt, and cereal the one day. The next day, all that plus fruit. Kinda disappointing.

    Room was in good condition and very clean. Had to wait for more than 1 hr for the shuttle at the airport. They said to call, but you should consider to communicate via WhatsApp...we are from abroad and were not able to call. There are no pay phones at the airport. We had to ask a stranger to give a call. The front desk lady was not very amicable, nor were the drivers of both shuttles we used. We did not have a chance to use the amenities, so cannot give feedback. Guests should be advised that the shuttle from hotel to the airport has a determined schedule.

    Besides that, we couldn't use the Shuttle either to the hotel or from the hotel. The first was the at that time (11:30) the Shuttle was not running altough they say it is available until 12:00 from Mon-Thu... the second was that the Shuttle was full because we had to reserve it, although it went out with an empty row... the girl just answered "What can I do for you?... you can take an Uber"

    I came to get a good nite sleep at a cost effective price after 2 weeks of crazy before going home. That’ll teach me. Guests across hall were extremely loud for some time before facility did anything about it. Then trouble must have had a key because they kept returning. By 4 am when it was quiet I got 1.5 hrs of sleep. Not facility’s fault but they could have addressed issue much earlier.

    .. they do not clean rooms during your stay except to empty garbage. When you ask for clean towels they are very stingy giving you towels. They do have a washer and dryer. They do have a nice breakfast with waffle machine, bagels, toast, juice cereal but no eggs.

    Unfortunately the room (131 I believe?) was not in great condition; mold/mildew on the bathroom wall behind the toilet water line that gave off a distinct odour, peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom, and the bedspread on one of the beds clearly had some type of whitish-fluid on it. We were too tired to complain or request a room change. Suffice it to say, we did not place our bags on the floors, or sleep with the covers on our beds. I would recommend requesting a renovated room, as other reviewers had mentioned newly renovated rooms. On the positive, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the airport shuttle was prompt and on schedule. A very nice perk to have. The continental breakfast is limited in options, but the bakery items and fruit were fresh and the coffee good!

    Nice staff but the hotel should not have a Wyndham badge on it. Nice, newer bedding but room, furniture, bathroom, halls, etc were very, very old and beat up. I’ve stayed in many basic hotels but this one did not meet even those standards. Also, breakfast was limited and all processed food so no chance of finding fruit or anything reasonably healthy.

    Upon arrival and check-in the front desk assistant informed us that the room we reserved and paid for was given to someone else. We paid for a room with a king bed and ended up having to get a room with 2 queens. Our room smelled of Marijuana and the wind ownwas left ioen leaving the room hot. Also, charges $5 a drink.     They picked me up from the airport in the hotel shuttle saving me $50. They kept in contact with me while I was at the airport by txt. My issue is the hotel was not as new and as clean as I expected it to be. Maybe I am just too picky as I do like to stay in newly built hotels. I can tell they were trying to upgrade some things but the hotel itself was just old in general. My biggest issue was it seemed that my sheets were not changed prior to my visit as there was makeup and eyeliner on my pillows. (I actually had brought my own sheets and pillow cases just in case this happened) They offered free breakfast and a shuttle back to the airport the next day. There customer service and friendly staff is what kept me at the hotel the one night I was there!

    I’ve stayed here many times, but I won’t return. The general manager refused to refund a reservation when I made a booking mistake, even though other staff were understanding. On my most recent stay, I was confirmed for the 5:30 AM shuttle and showed up right on time, but the manager let the shuttle leave early and refused to call it back. Another couple also missed it despite being there and we shared an uber. In the past, staff made sure no one was left behind, but this manager has made the shuttle unreliable. Staff like Lena are great, but management has ruined the trust. If you need dependable airport transportation, look elsewhere.

    The staff are not friendly the entire stay from shuttle pickup, checking, check out was okay, and shuttle back was not great. They charge you as much as the price of your room for a deposit. Like it’s a nice Marriot. The shuttle service does not take the 15-20 minutes as they said over the phone and more like 40. The carpet in our room was wet from the humidity, there is mold and mildew everywhere (shower where it meets with the wall, the rim of the mini fridge door, etc) and you can smell whoever smoked in there last. The sheets I don’t think were cleaned little black specks everywhere and stained. Towels even had stains on them. There was stuff all over the floor (items, stains, and random holes). The walls had holes and glue, and other gunk. The entire thing was awful. I highly recommend spending the extra $30-50 on something closer to O’Hare and nicer. Especially if you have to fork up $100 for a deposit. The breakfast selection was not great you will end up getting food at the airport so just head straight there.

    We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle although we called 4 times. They just wouldn't pick up the phone. We slept ok. Surprisingly it's not that noisy considering it's next door to O'Hare.

    Hotel is fine for a quick overnight when flights are cancelled. Friendly airport shuttle driver. Hotel is located in a business area, so limited food options. Check in clerk was extremely curt and rude. First room had no AC, but was moved to another. EXTREMELY LIMITED airport shuttle return times. Should run a continuous loop so more options are available.

    Tbe catpets in the halls and elevator were stained everywhere. The vending machine on the second floor didn't work. I woke up in the moddle of the night with very low blood sugar, decided to go grab a soda. Had to go all the way to the elevator to the first floor, go through the e tore hotel to get to the vending machine near check in. There is no where enough room in the breakfast area. There were 3 of us. I made 3 waffles and brought them to the room for the others. There wasnt even room to stand in that area. All the bread and muffins etc was gone just after 9 am. We ate breakfast out the second morning. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom and the bathroom door's top hinge didn't even have screws in it. The cleaning crew were amazingly friendly and helpful.

    Sink not in bathroom. Very noisy! A/C kept up up all night. Also a lot of road noise. Breakfast not very good and extremely limited. Staff also not very friendly. Do not recommend.

    There was NOTHING to like! MOLD in the bathroom, carpet had a huge hole you could see the plywood, A/C did not work. I have pictures to show of the mold and floor. I WANT A REFUND.

    The bed is soft and comfortable. Shuttle bus service is good. Lack of porter to assist guest with their luggage is a minus to the hotel and it's management. Staff seem to be overwhelmed.

    A very adequate low-cost hotel. I slept comfortably and peacefully. It’s a low-cost hotel and so a little dated and amenity-poor, sure, but nothing that telegraphed neglect or danger. Would stay again in similar context.

    It's a Super 8 motel. I don't expect spectacular, but how did this place get good reviews? I have no idea. My partner and I were traveling with a 6yo. We were placed on the 1st floor and closest to one of the exit doors (God knows why). People were coming in and out, and the door would slam shut so loudly. My partner had terrible sleep. Breakfast was sad. The room was slightly musty and muggy. I brought a Palo Santos to burn to cleanse the air of the space, just in case, and that came in handy. Overall, the rooms weren't dirty, but the hallway walls and carpet could use a thorough cleaning. The pillows were small, but they were decent and comfortable. Only good thing is that the bed was comfy. The hot tub was also closed off and the fitness room was hard to find. I think $104 for a king bed is overpriced. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. 1.5-star top.

    The carpet in the room was dirty. It has not been changed for years. The staff unprofessional and rude. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere - but close to an industrial area. Not an ideal place for a hotel at all. . . . To grab a bite, one has to rely on a dubious Subway nearby. . . . The online pictures of the hotel do not really reflect the true state of this shabby hotel. . . . Charging $186.47 for a sordid room is simply grotesque, unfair, unjustifiable, and a bit thick.

    Parts of the property are updated, other parts are well worn. Stains on the carpets, besides stains, it was pretty clean - so we were happy about that. We were happy we had a place to spend the night at. Food options were limited for us personally but it had variety of breakfast items (high in carbs and low in protein).
