Convienent to O'Hare airport and being able to leave your car parked there.

There was no airport shuttle

Staff was kind of rude but efficient. The room had clean sheets but all the surfaces were sticky. The entire room smelled horrible. I think it was some kind of cleaner. The bathroom stank of cigarettes even though I had specifically selected a Non-smoking room. There was a disgusting brownish film on the toilet seat. The lights in the bathroom were on a motion sensor and kept turning off when I was in the shower. I had no options and so had to book this room. I would have preferred sleeping at the airport. Did not try breakfast or the shuttle. I checked in at 10pm and checked out at 5:30am the following day as I couldn't take the smell in my room. It kind of smelled like lysol was being used to cover up BO and cigarette smoke.

1 second into this building I was poisoned from the toxic fumes of whatever cheap cleaning product is used to attempt to clean the surfaces of this “inn”. Manager was unfriendly. No hello or good day to begin the transaction. Room surfaces were sticky. The bathroom motion sensored light makes no sense as it goes off when showering. The shower didn’t work. The air conditioner had a musty smell the bed linens look like somebody slept in them already. I know this was a cheap hotel stay but I had to take a migraine medication to get through our stay.

Absolutely brilliant bang for your buck, well located and not expensive, while being very clean and well taken care of.

The pictures do not show what the place really is like. It’s adequate but doesn’t look as nice as the pictures make it out to be. Wish the pictures were honest down when you show up to the room.

This is my go-to close to the airport and reasonably priced. Always clean and great staff. Breakfast is early, and is basically continental. If you prefer a variety order DoorDash or bring snacks. The price offsets the option to have the extra amenities.

The guy at check-in was nice and he got me an iron and brought it to my room. I appreciated that but the property is not allowed anything and it’s a very expensive Uber ride to the airport. I thought I was saving money and actually probably ended up by costing me more. It’s about a 25 or $30 taxi ride or Uber ride to the airport each way you might as well just spend the money and get a nicer hotel closer to the airport that has a shuttle.

I was there almost 3 weeks and never once was my room cleaned. I booked 2 queen beds but insistence u only booked 1, despite showing them in 3 spots it says my correct reservation. I was going to extend. They demanded i pay them more or leave. The manager wouldnt tell me his name, get the person in charge on the phone or issue a refund. Their breakfast was bread, bagels, oatmeal packets, and fruit that had gone bad. I will never stay at that establishment again. Unclean, unprofessional, and not worth the cost.

I never stayed there. Just minutes after I booked it through booking.com, someone from the hotel called to tell me they didn’t have a room. So I made another reservation at a different hotel & headed there. Then the guy called back & said he’d made a mistake & he did have a room! The bed was so hard we could sleep. When we asked if there was another room with a better bed we were told they were all the same. We promptly checked out and went somewhere elsse

Nothing stands out as even meeting a passable standard, I was wholly underwhelmed and dissatisfied for the brief time I spent there. I found hair in the "made" bed, there was an odd smell to the room, scuffs and smudges on the walls, the bathroom smoke detector was hanging ~1" from the ceiling, & the cleark was slow to get me checked in and even slower to get checked out. Lastly, when I explained I was dissatisfied with the state of my room, the guy was all shoulders. Even if you halved the rates to the place, I still wouldn't return.

Bed is very comfortable, fairly clean The bathroom has automatic lights, they turn on when you get in there… at night that bright light is pretty aggravating, wakes you up in the middle of night

Good value for a place to stay near the airport. Staff was friendly, amenities not bad, it was clean enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable. Vending machines need diet coke!

Clean, and staff very helpful. My problem is with its design. First, there are lights above the beds which are too high and can’t be reached by shorter people. If not turned on at the fixture, wall switches didn’t work. TV is basic Infinity cable and I didn’t understand how to get it going, but staff was very helpful. Breakfast ok. You get what you pay for.

Property was okay. Room didn't seem extremely clean but was not dirty. Definitely bring a pillow from home. Extremely strong & overwhelming inscents odor throughout the hotel.

I had called on 7/6 to let them know our plans had changed and that I needed to cancel. The gentleman said it "looked good" but when I asked to receive an email confirming he said I would get something soon and never did. My card has an attempt to charge for the room that I had cancelled

Room was small and had cobwebs, and mini fridge was dented and old, it also smelled like baby powder and soiled milk. I had to go get air freshners it got worse after i turned the ac on.

When you get inside, strong incense welcomes you. Very outdated hotel with small rooms, limited amenities and cold selection breakfast. Don’t recommend.

We just needed a nights stay and got it. The facilities are a bit shabby and the cleaning solution has a strong sweet smell which could trigger allergies if you are sensitive that way. We got what we paid for.

Great clean and low cost option within 10-15 minutes of OHare. The rooms are adequately sized and clean.

This Indian guy refused to offer me a quieter room despite never asking for my preferences from the beginning. I didn’t ask for the third floor or close to the elevator or have to put up with a very noisy guest next door. He should be sent packing to India for griping about everything American. Yet, extremely uncooperative when confronted with a polite request for a different room.

Walls and floors are made out of cardboard, so be prepared to have earplugs to sleep. The breakfast is the joke, do not ever bother yourself with trying this stuff, I can’t call it food or coffee. Luckily, there are FirstWatch or other breakfast places nearby.

The bed blankets had stains and the room had a terrible odor ! As it was late I had to pay to upgrade from a terrible room to a not so terrible room ! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! The second room was tolerable but still not good the whole hotel needs to updated and all the beds do too atleast the two I saw did !!!

The first room smelled like incense so I asked for a new room. The sevond room was clean and fresh. A very comfortable stay.

This hotel definitely has photos that make you think the property is much nicer than what it was in person. It’s definitely older and a little run down. The beds and bathrooms were clean if you didn’t look too closely. Rooms are much much smaller in person and the furniture was old and stained. Odd smell when you walk in from the lobby all the way up to the rooms. Bathroom tub didn’t drain well so whenever you shower you have to stand in the tub filled half way. Overall it was cost effective since we booked a bit last minute but if you’re looking to go to downtown Chicago every day it’s a long trek. You would need to walk to a bus stop or Uber to the Rosemont Blue Line station. The breakfast is from 5-8am and it’s only bagels and a pancake machine. Wouldn’t stay here again because it just didn’t feel as clean and nice as it showed online but if you need a very cheap stay and don’t mind an hour travel to downtown it’s a good option.

Property and housing was fine itself, the employees seemed put off by any work needed to be done and website didn’t match what policies were told in person (early check in/late check out times). Staff seemed to be friendly in normal conversation but when simple issues arose changed their attitude quickly.

The pillows were horrible. The sheets felt furry. There was hair all over the sink and walls. Horrible stains on the shower curtain. The pillows & bed were so bad that I can’t even move my neck to the right. I asked for extra pillows and never got them. I wasn’t allowed to check in my family because my husbands name was on the account. In the 4 years that we’ve been married, I’ve always been allowed to check us in since we were married. You could not pay me to stay here again.

Not big rooms

Poor condition. Not at all money’s worth. The photos shown for booking are deceptive. They don’t match with actual room condition. Room 216 was smelly of old carpet.

Front desk person was good. Very friendly. Place was outdated. Tv was weirdly high near the ceiling and very small (like 28 or 32 in). It did have a weird smell in the room but nothing too strong. Breakfast was 5am to 8am which is too early i think when check out is 11am. Overall I would rate it a 4/10.

The customer service in the reception is to rash with customers. I had an issue with Wifi in the early morning and I called them and they were like I can’t do anything it’s in the morning and raining outside and you need to figure it yourself. They are very rude with customers even while the time I was checking-in, in the night 12:00 pm they were very rude talking to me. They can’t act this rude when they were dealing with customers

Everything was dirty. Floors were dirty had to keep my shoes on. Couldn’t use tub because it was dirty. Bedsheets were filthy and I found a live bug while I was laying down and squashed it. I now have bug bites all over my body from head to toe. Linen was very stained and had hair everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Just from the moment i walked in and was greeted by the staff my experience was phenomenal. I was given a room in the first floor. The room was very clean i really enjoyed this day at the hotel due to the cleanliness and how quiet it was when i returned back from my Party. I highly recommend this and we'll return back again.

They refuse to let him check in because he didn't have $50 cash to give for deposit. I offered credit card over the phone, but they said cash only. Totally unacceptable!!

Upon entry i was greeted with attitude

When I got to the room the garbage can was in this middle of the room. There was only one washcloth. When I asked if could have a second one he made out if it was a big inconvenience. He was nice enough to lend me is wall charger for my cell phones. They advertised a deep soaking tub but it takes a long time to fill. They have no refrigerator and the room was smsll. The breakfast was dry ceral, bagels and prepackaged muffins.

Room was not clean. There was random stuff in the drawers. There were placric bags on the smoke detector.

Rude staff

Staff was helpful in getting us an Uber connection for a flight out of O Hare. I also paid for parking here from an app because we would be gone longer than 14 days. It was reasonable, well lit, and close. The building had many cameras as well.

I don’t want to say good things because this place will be flooded with people ruining my peace when I am there. 😝. This hotel is a treasure. It is clean, convenient, has wonderful staff(especially the night staff), the beds were comfortable and clean. I have zero complaints.

I have stayed here before and nothing has changed. My experience was so good I came back. The price and cleanliness was worth it all.

The staff was very nice. The place was very clean. I have seen places that cost more money yet they have the outside looking very dirty and full of homeless drug addicts. This is not one of those places. The rooms aren’t huge but for the price and peace of mind….it is worth every penny. My new favorite place.
