Location is solid and the hotel is obviously going through a change in management. I needed an affordable hotel for the weekend and …I got it. The room was fine, standard hotel room. The hotel used to be Holiday Inn and hasn’t really gotten rid of most of their signage which was odd, but again a good building. The first night, the power in just the hotel went out from 5 pm to 3 am. The second day there was no hot water. The third day the hair dryer sparked, smoked, and died in my hand. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly. It felt like I was staying in the backrooms if you get the reference.

Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Hard to find. Ownership changed hands and the new name was nowhere on the building. When we checked out in the morning, the front desk employee wasn't in shoes as if he had just woken up. No hot water.

clean and comfortable room. tv, frig, coffee machine were nice to have. Hotel name changed so it was a bit complicated to get the shuttle at the airport.

The staff was nice, Liked the beds and pillows. The elevators and halls appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. There was dirty kleenex under the table. The motel was advertised as Crown Royal and it is a Holiday Inn which I never would have booked a Holiday Inn. Advertised a pool but no water in it. The grounds were very neglected. The shuttle bus tires were bald and even white wires showing on front tires. They also parked shuttle bus and van by the front door so no one could pull in there. I was suppose to stay three days and I left first thing in the morning. Sad Sad neglected hotel.

The bedding appeared to be clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly. There are multiple Holiday Inn signs including the booking photos; however, I don't believe this is any part of Holiday Inn. Nonetheless, the hotel is outdated, the pool was empty, there's a club that was extremely loud in the lobby and then spilled into the parking lot around 2:30a when we were trying to sleep. The parking overnight was difficult bc of the club goers taking up all the available parking. The shower curtain was extremely short and got water all over the bathroom and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. I booked a double bed room and was given a king that didn't accommodate our party but it was so late I didn't try to change rooms.
