Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room was clean but dated.

As a parent of a child with autism, I was a little nervous about disturbing other guests because my son can sometimes be loud or become excited. Thankfully, our room was located above the lobby, which gave me some peace of mind and allowed us to relax without constantly worrying about noise complaints. 😅 The hotel was in a great location, and despite the busy holiday weekend, everything felt organized and well-managed. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay with our disabled family member. The place is very nice, but the price is higher than what we usually pay. There’s no complimentary breakfast, and the buffet costs extra. Still, the overall experience and the property itself are nicer than our usual choice. Close to many stores and restaurants. I would recommend.

This location is not inexpensive, so definitely relative to my post (value). The lobby has been renovated & is very nice. The pool area appeared to be in good shape and the restaurant was active. The staff was friendly 100%. Now for the bad review: the rooms and hallways are severely outdated and felt dirty. I'm assuming the hotel hadn't been updated since early 2000. I wasn't happy with the smell of my room (too much cleanser ... felt they were masking a problem). I had my dog with me & paid $75 extra for him. The area out front dedicated to dogs had a poop trash can overflowing (spilling over to the grass where there was a pile of poop bags waiting to be picked up. Obviously it hadn't been serviced in more than a week) with dog waste and there were no dog poop bags in the dispenser. I reported this to the front desk, however nobody took action by the time I left the next day. Disappointing. I called and left a voicemail for the GM and have not received a call back yet.

The check in clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful, which is always so welcome after a long drive. However, the clerk who was at the reception when checking out at 6am could use some lessons in hospitality. All and all, it was a pleasant stay, in a good and safe location.

The hotel was very clean, and you can tell most of the staff I came in contact to, loved there job , and take pride in there work. (I hope management knows there staff are awesome and get bonuses every so often.) Our room was great, Walked in, to my left was a half bathroom, toilet and sink. Straight in front of me a couch, good size room with a tv, a mini kitchen , mini fridge , sink, coffee machine. Bedroom was separate, and very big, capared to what I have at home. Nice big king size bed. Clean just missing a mint on the pillow, anyone remember some hotels doing that? lol. Anyways back to the review, bathroom to my left entering the bedroom, tv bed, alarm clock, sadly outdated and cheap. But who stays here for that but it is nice when you stay somewhere and they have a unit that does ur alarm, but also Bluetooth. The property has a pool and spa, and a very pretty garden around the pool. But the garden being pretty that it is, I was left with a no wow moment. It was nice and pretty, but on the scale of everything about this hotel was beautiful and resort like. The garden I felt could be more in the hotel or lobby , and just more. I love flowers and plants so it’s nice to see them having what they do too.

To pay for a breakfast is kind of bizarre to me when most, if not all hotels I’ve stayed at- the breakfast was all inclusive in the total price of the stay. The TV was also very dim & you couldn’t adjust it. Overall it was okay. Nice bed & spacious room.

Room had what I’m assuming was leftover dog food on floor, older and well worn fixtures. The bedding was clean. Room had two towels for 4 people and when we requested additional we were given hand towels and told laundry was behind.

The property wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty in the lobby. They claimed the pool was heated but it was freezing too.

Overall pretty basic for 220 per night

Room was nice and clean they are remodeling and they are not serving breakfast. Poor girl that helped us was alone in the front she was trying to figure out another customer key so I waited about 30 min no chair to seat in lobby since they have equipment everywhere.

Close to where I was needing to be Property had mold in bathroom, shower did not drain. Like standing in a bathtub afterwards broken shower head holder.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was great. The staff made all the difference, from our late night check-in to our very early morning checkout. In addition to the breakfast being delicious, the restaurant staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient to anything you might need while in Sacramento.

Staff very friendly and courteous and most importantly, the room was clean. However the room was very small and dated. The hotel is next to a highway and a very busy road. Although our request for a quiet corner room was accommodated, the noise of cars, trucks and motorcycles was pretty loud. Furthermore, it looks like they had the guests packed at the end of our corridor, so the constant banging of the other guest room doors at night and early morning was not pleasant. The A/C in the room was like a jet engine going on and off in the room. Finally got up and turned it off but two hours later the room started to warm up even though the outside temperature was in the 60s. Glad it was not middle of the summer. Very likely that we will not be back there again even though we have family in the area to visit.

It was okay overall. The room was small but fine and had basic toiletries. That said, they charge extra for just about everything—no free breakfast, only an $18 buffet, and even the bottled water in the room was $3. For a three-star hotel, it didn’t feel worth the price. The heater/AC rattled all night, which was annoying, but at least the room was otherwise quiet with no noise from other guests or slamming doors.

Very noisy, room was clean but needed updating. Staff were young and on phones constantly at the desk. Price for room was high. We are Hilton honors and price was too high. We got a better deal on Expedia which doesn’t seem right.

Check in was easy with a friendly front staff. Room was a good size, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Unfortunately breakfast isn’t free but there are tons of options within walking distance.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You walk into the lobby and it’s clean and organized. No free breakfast, not even a continental breakfast. There was water and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean, but a little outdated. Our biggest complaint was that they used either a strong scented cleaner or maybe some air freshener in the room which was strong enough to bother us all night long. Turning on the AC or opening the door couldn’t get rid of it.

We stayed here for a night after yosemite. To be honest the lobby was nice, the location was good. One big complain was the smell of bleach was so strong. All the bed sheets smell like bleach. I dont think it is safe to smell bleach for more than 1 hr. Also the bed was not queen, it was more like double bed.

Huge rooms that were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Furniture are old and need to be replaced. Bed wasn't the most comfortable in the king suite, and the pull out couch was awful with metal springs poking out.

i WAS LOOKING FOR A QUIET PLACE SO I COULD REST. BUT THERE WAS A PARTY NEXT DOOR. I THINK THAT I WOULD OF SLEPT BETTER IN MY TRUCK AT THE PARKING LOT. WHEN I COMPLAINT TO THE FRONT DESK, HE SAID THAT THE GUESTS AT 328 WILL PAY FOR IT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT IT'S GOING TO WORK. I DIDN'T GET NO DISCOUNTS AND NO SLEEP.

Had a great experience. First time at a Hilton hotel. Room was supper clean, smelled good and the check-in process was quick & easy.

I ask for toothpaste and they have it in the front desk. Checkin was nice and quick and easy. Customer services staff was nice and not snobby.

The beds are very old and used. I could feel the springs from the bed. The pillows were too soft. Staff was very friendly and kind. Pool and jacuzzi was great.

got charge $16 per person for buffet. Total was $30 for my daughter and I. (kids $10) . The breakfast buffet had no hot meals ready. You have to wait while they cook the short orders first. So how can it be a breakfast buffet when the food isnt ready.

The room is small and outdated worst hotel I e check in not comfortable the bed is old and saggy and it make noise when u move .carpet is dirty .and the refrigerator .nit enough towel ,shampoo and body wash empty .

Hilton Elk Grove was clean and friendly. Run was nice and shower was excellent. Only issue I had was paying for the breakfast buffet for$16 each, and the was barely any food in the pots.

The hotel in general was very nice. The reception desk clerk was very friendly. The only disappointment was there the TV in the room was just a tv, no option to stream from our accounts. The location was great. Lots of places to eat or look at within walking distance.

Clean and perfectly maintained, but there was no complimentary breakfast. What food they did serve wasn’t worth the cost. The hotel is nice, but next time I visit Sacramento, I’ll choose a different place to stay.

The main bathroom was also in need of updating, with peeling wallpaper and a shower that was unsure of it exact temperature settings at any time. The carpet also needs a good cleaning, as it left our socks dirty on the bottom. As much as we thoroughly appreciate and enjoyed our stay, we hope the upgrades would happen soon, so that others might have a 100% approval rating for this wonderful hotel and its amazing staff.

Nice staff but at the end of the day you really want a clean room and comfortable bed, here it’s a very tired room where I didn’t want to take off my shoes because the rug was filthy and the bed was too soft and lumpy.

It is a safe area to be in, resturants are numerous within a 4 block radious in either direction, as well as Homedepot, a bank, gas statio and shopping. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfasts are good, and staff is friendly.

In Elk Grove for a swim meet for our granddaughter. It was a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I didn’t ask for an early check-in and showed up at 2pm. I told the young woman at the desk for a room higher and away from the elevator. She gave me a room next to the elevator on the first floor. I asked her if she could do better, but she said I’d made the reservation through Expedia. That was all fixed when my wife and I came back at midnight and the nice guy at the desk gave us a room on the top floor away from the elevator. It’s our second (and last) time staying here. Room was fine. Rest of the staff was very friendly.

Overall is the Staff in the front desk. They exceed my expectations.

The staff was amazing. I found out last minute that there was a birthday for one of my guests and I wanted to surprise her with flowers. The desk clerk checked to see if the room was ready and let me check in so I could access the room. He even called me while I was still in there to make sure that everything was well. It turned out to be the best weekend for my dad and stepmom that I hadn’t seen since 2015.

The staff was very friendly and made it easy to check in/out. Lots of space for parking was a plus, along with the surrounding restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Overall the stay was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Since the tub has a ring in it, then you replace the tub. The carpet also needs to be cleaned.

Checked in, our cards were already printed because their system was down. We couldn’t get an extra card made. Room was 80 degrees when we got there. A/c couldn’t cool room fast enough. Was looking forward to breakfast and was greeted with the fact that it was 16.00 and not included in stay. Won’t be staying there again. Room and hotel looked very dated and dirty with deflated graduation balloons dangling in the foyer. Not one employee could see them and get rid of them??? Terrible place to stay.
