    The shower floor was dirty and the water was cold. Even with the dial on full hot, it was luke warm at best. My friend has the opposite problem in his room where the shower was scalding hot or ice cold with no in between. Not great after being gone all day. The liquid soap attached to the shower wall was essentially colored water with the same viscosity. We didn't complain because it was after 11p and were too tired to change rooms or wait for maintenance.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel while visiting California. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to assist whenever needed. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. There was one minor hiccup during my visit, but what impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the issue was resolved. The staff addressed the concern immediately, and everything was taken care of without any hassle. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    I stayed in this Sonesta a hotel in LA, I had been staying at Hotel Indigo booked they MMT and found that hotel in downtown area better, the very booking experience thru Expedia was not pleasant though as after booking thru Expedia I received confirmation mail but on reaching hotel I got surprise as front desk person told me same day I have 2 bookings, as I tried to call customer care she told there is booking in hotels.com but to my surprise I never booked from hotels.com , it is madness to book in another room when I am with my wife and staying in same hotel, that took me long time to convince and making several request to Expedia customer care that I have Only one confirmed booking for which I had got confirmation mail. hope Expedia managed the same, the hotel is nicely located, only issue was breakfast was not good.

    I checked in after midnight and the night manager could not have been anymore gracious and efficient at getting me settled in. I believe his name was Micheal. I’ve stayed at this property in the past on multiple occasions. It’s been awhile and it could benefit from an update. Given the location and surrounding area it still represents good value dollar wise.

    I arrived at LAX after a very long flight. I called Sonesta for an airport shuttle and they answered immediately amd sent the shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel it was a smooth check in. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again. And enjoyed beimg able to walk to a supermarket amd Inn and Out Burger !! There wasnt anything I didnt like

    I loved the accessibility but the cleanliness and room location wasn’t on par with my expectations. There was hair in the shower upon arrival. The room selected (front desk scrambled for) was next to a side entrance and was loud enough to hear the conversations and door opening from the inside.

    This is my second time staying at this sonesta the place is very comfy and quiet. Sometimes hotel stays you hear alot of noise but not here it’s very quiet and the staff is always very helpful Jordan helped me on that day he was very nice and very informative. The room was very nice I got the king size bed very comfy the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The room had a small couch and the T.V. Was a good size and was able to login to my Netflix with no problem. Will be back again😊

    First of all the shuttle company failed to tell us there are two Sonestas near LAX. I said El Segundo when I called and the shuttle I got on took us to LAX. Luckily the correct shuttle called me and picked us up at the LAX hotel and took us to the correct one so we didn’t have to go back to the airport. Make sure you get on the Sonesta SELECT shuttle. The front desk clerk was super friendly and got us into a King room which we preferred. All amenities and hotel room were great. The “breakfast” restaurant (not free which we knew) was basically just coffee, a few pastries and some boxed cereals and microwave items like oatmeal. The cashier was not friendly and has her head in the clouds. The hotel clerk did mention they were going to be expanding into a dinner restaurant in a few weeks. Overall a great affordable hotel with just a few glitches.

    Quiet area, decently clean Upon entering our hotel room, there was a musty smell. I thought oh well, it’s nothing I can’t deal with, we cranked up the AC and it went away eventually. The real bummer came with breakfast. I upgraded my reservation to include breakfast, it was an extra 15 dollars. But when I came downstairs expecting a full spread of warm fattening hotel breakfast foods, no such sight met my eyes. Instead, the server looked me dead in my eyes and offered me a bagel, a coffee and a juice. I had no idea that they meant breakfast for 5 year olds! Save your money and go somewhere else. For breakfast at the very least

    I didn’t know that I had to pay for parking so that was a surprise when I got there. It was a bit expensive so they really should just include it in the price. I had a room that had a double door to the room next to me and the people next to me were either loud or the doors didn’t close off sound very well so I didn’t sleep very well on both nights because you can hear talking throughout the night from the next room. I probably wouldn’t stay there again on my next trip.

    Were placed on the 3rd floor with no working elevator & 5 bags of luggage that we had to carry up the stairs, room cleanliness was not there. There were dust mites through the ceiling & walls, reddish/brown stains on the drapes & wall near the window. Walked around bare foot with little black lints all on our feet after shower use. Parking is NOT free & overnight parking starts at $35 with barely any present without having to walk the whole property to find one. Dog friendly hotel so you wake up to all of them crying & whining throughout the walls + dry dog bowl in the front for them to dry however it was dryer than the desert.

    Water in the shower went from cold to scalding and back again during shower. Once I turned it on and it was all scalding no matter how low I turned it. The shower valve is obviously not working right. Lots of foot noise from above. Front desk guy was great. Gross stain on bathroom carpet. Headboard was disgustingly dirty and greasy.

    Staff was great at checking in and scheduling shuttle to airport. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and got to the airport quickly. However the carpet and furniture in rooms looked old, dirty and stained. Did not look the best for cleanliness. With that said bathroom and bed was clean and bed comfortable.

    I was very disappointed with the bar not being open (despite being featured as an amenity), thin walls, a very soft mattress, a lack of beverage choices in the pantry, super unstable internet (our movie rebooted 5 times) and most of all -- no hot water until 10:13 am (difficult with an 11am check out time). The "construction notice" attached to my check in statement said water wouldn't be available (or intermittent at best) in the morning between 6-8:30am due to repairs. What? Prime time on a holiday weekend morning? And then it was late by almost 2 hours. I did get a small credit at checkout when I asked for it. And maybe this is customary for the area, but $15 per adult for airport shuttle, $35 for overnight parking, and lobby coffee that you have to pay for -- all seemed to be a lot. None of these were staffing issues. All staff were helpful and professional. These are all corporate/management issues.

    Shuttle bus services were pretty good, but you do need to call hotel first to get pick up. Hotel front desk was fast checking in, but then I was informed the elevator has been out of order, but luckily, one staff was able to help carrying the luggages to the 2nd floor for me. So overall it was a good stay.

    Desk staff were outstanding! Friendly and helpful. The convenience shop in the lobby was very well stocked. Our only snag was that the airport shuttle wasn’t available for free due to our early departure time (before 6am it runs only by appointment). We did book it at $15/person, and it was on time and more convenient than taking a chance on an Uber. We would stay there again and highly recommend this place.

    We had booked breakfast through Expedia, but it seemed the hotel only provided the continental breakfast option, which was not clearly communicated. Additionally, I needed quarters to use the laundry facilities, and the front desk staff would not provide them unless I paid cash upfront. I found this unusual, as it would have been much more convenient to simply charge the $10 to my room bill.

    The staff there were really nice. There two gentleman the day I checked in. We there for only one night but they offered free parking to anyone who took a room on the other side of the hotel where the elevator was out of order. They even helped carry the bags up. It’s close to everything. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.

    Very comfy room. Close to the airport that it was a must for us as we used LA as a two day long stopover for a very long trip after. Breakfast was very basic (american coffee, juice, one choice between muffin, croissant or bagel and a cereal box). Near of places to eat. Personnel were very friendly and a nice shuttle to and from airport included.

    I hated my stay here. The carpet in the hallway is very rundown. It just feels dirty. My bathtub didn’t drain, the toilet bubbles up every time you flush it. It’s gross. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Thankfully I only booked one night. Would NEVER stay there again! I ended up staying at the Hampden Inn close by for the same price (missed my flight) and it was SO much better!

    I felt like it was a 1-star hotel. Parking is $35 extra. You have to use a cell phone to scan a QR code to pay. I do not have a cell phone and the staff at check-in made it quite clear to me I was an inconvenience to them for not having one. He said he would make an acceptation and charge the $30 parking fee to my $100 deposit fee "this one time" LOL! They did me a favor LOL. Check-in wasn't the only time staff made it very evident they had no training in customer service. Another example is I asked the front desk which way to the airport and she couldn't tell me. I was told the lobby cafe opened at 6:30am. When I got there in the morning the clerk barked at me that they don't open until 7am. I left to go to my room to make the horrible in-room coffee but decided to go ask if they could just serve me a cup of coffee in which she rudely pointed out there was guest coffee in the lobby. It would have been nice to have been told this at check-in but they couldn't be bothered. They were to busy being upset that I couldn't scan the QR code to pay for hotel parking. Besides being reprimanded by staff, another bright spot was a party that started around 1am across from my room. I had to call the front desk multiple times before the party was broken up. It didn't quiet down until 2:30 am. In total I paid $215 to get a poor night sleep and be treated rudely. On the bright side I found my way to LAX with no problem as it was very simple: go up Mariposa and make a right.

    Hotel is ok to stay at to get back and forth from LAX airport since they have a free shuttle that is free if you stay at this hotel and is very reliable. The hotel is ok the rooms are large, nice large tvs in the room to relax etc. There is a swimming pool outside but no heated water is very cold. The elevator to our room was not working so was a bit tedious walking up to the room with luggage. I was not a fan is check in time of 4:00 pm should have been able by standard to get in by 3:00 pm (this is most hotels). To fair to the hotel they were accomating as they store your luggage in the back if you show up early and want to go shopping etc. They also were willing to go into another room a bit earlier which was nice. Nearby all there are some fast food restaurants a nice hamburger place, chickadees, cars junior just a short walk down the road. Overnot a bad hotel at all to stay...recommended

    We arrived Mother's Day (four Aussie mum's and grandma's) and the staff could not have been nicer. Gave us a large sack of chocolates and four bottles of water, much appreciated, as we were missing our families. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. There is a small shop on the premises with a microwave, but Ralph's supermarket is only a short walk as are a few other takeaway. Would definitely stay there again.

    The staff was great! Very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The curtain in my room was broken so it let in sunlight in the morning but wasn’t horrible. Balcony was pleasant to have. No elevator which was inconvenient however, they helped us bring our bags up the stairs when we arrived. Overall, very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

    We got in very late and used the shuttle service to get to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. The drivers were VERY nice and helpful. We really did not use any "services". The hotel we nice upon check-in, but the room was a bit 'dated', and noisier than the other Sonesta we stayed at in the LAX area about a year ago. Overall, the amenities were good, and the guest service staff were helpful and nice.

    The hotel was nice. I wish that I knew the name of the gentleman who checked us in. He was great. After a long day with a family member in the ER, it was nice to be treated well. The one disappointment was the breakfast. They did not have a complimentary breakfast. My sister ordered overpriced pancakes that were taken out of a refrigerator and popped into the microwave.

    The hotel has a dated feel to it but the the bedding sheets were clean appearing. Some drawbacks would be there was black mold that was painted over in the bathroom ceiling and the $30 early check-in fee. Then again, there seems to fees for everything over there.     The shuttle dispatch was extremely rude. The elevator was broken and we got a room up in the 3rd floor. Had to haul all of our luggage two floors up and it was heavy and hard. The room was good size but super dirty. The carpet was so dirty the shoes would stick to it when we walk. The bathroom smelled like urine and semen and the towels were dirty.

    Everything was fabulous - staff, hotel, shuttle driver. Would have received 5 stars but the shuttle that needed to pick us up from the airport part was a tad confusing. You had to call the shuttle to be picked up. It was a dispatch that takes the call but never said what shuttle to look for. We got on Sonesta shuttle but not Sonesta Select. We were brought to the wrong Sonesta. So at 11 PM we were exhausted, couldn’t get back to the airport or brought to the correct Sonesta by the Sonesta shuttle we were on. Had to call an Uber to be brought to the correct hotel. My suggestion is that your dispatch says to watch for the shuttle marked Sonesta Select

    The room was beautiful. However, once I got there, the three main things why I booked a hotel was not offered. This was very concerning coming from the state of Nebraska, especially when I called numerous of times with the same three questions to make sure I wanted to keep this reservation to match my needs of traveling. The front desk was able to meet one out of the three needs and I believe that was because the elevator was broke and due to me only stand one night. Once again, the room was fantastic which makes me want to book again because I have zero issues with the room. I’m more concerned of the lack of customer service. You can tell they was towards the end of the shift because once staff change, I have phenomenal customer service. First impressions speaks , first impression of customer service horrible. First impression of the room, Lovely. I wanted to leave due to the customer service however once again from Nebraska and only stay at one night. It was best that I just continue with my booking that was fully paid before checking in compared to trying to overly stress to book another hotel. I give credit or credit is due, which is another reason why I want to highlight that the room itself was lovely, fantastic, felt welcoming, , felt like home.

    The property is a little run down. Neither elevator was working during my visit, and I was placed on the top floor, so that wasn’t ideal. The staff did offer to help me carry my luggage though, so big thank you to them! Rooms definitely are in need of an update. Few stains on the curtains, and when I moved a side table it was sticky on the underside. I would probably stay at another hotel next time, but it wasn’t terrible for the price.

    The hotel was decent definitely dated and old. I asked the two front desk guys were confused about how to get a shuttle to the airport. I had ordered an Uber and it kept telling me I needed to go to the Courtyard Marriott front entrance and they did not come to this hotel. The both guys I asked said I should be fine. After fussing with Uber finally figured out that the hotel used to be Courtyard Marriott and that is how Uber still has it listed!!! Ended up losing $$ on cancellation of ride and finally got a Taxi Van with help of front desk guy 35 minutes later. The hotel is dated and rooms need some TLC.

    In the room- extremely dated restroom, towels had hairs stuck to them, couldnt find remote. Outside of room-elevator broken (staff offered to help carry our luggage but I initially declined and once I realized it was too much for me to carry to the 3rd floor and went back they were busy with other customers so I just made multiple trips) carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, stair trailing falling apart. The shuttle was on time and helpful. Overall I think this hotel should be a 2 star, not the 3 indicated when booking.

    Just a quick overnight stay to catch a flight. Bed was comfortable and room pleasant. Bathroom sick drained very very slow. Reasturant was already closed when we arrived after 6:00pm. We had to walk a few blocks to find fast food dinner. Somewhat disappointing. But over all not a bad stay. They could replace the hallway carpets. Makes the place look old.

    But what really was the best part about our stay was a great guy named Ali. He happily checked us in at the front desk with such hospitality. Respectfully disclosed that the elevator was out of order on our side of the hotel- he then personally assisted us with taking our big bags up the stairs to our hotel door. I cannot thank this man enough for the kindness he showed while me & my wife were on our anniversary trip. Ali, thank you for all the help! Bless you, brethren.

    We had an overall great stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They gave us a room on the first floor, which made it much easier for my grandma to get around since she uses a wheelchair. The rooms were nice and spacious, and overall it felt worth the stay. One small inconvenience was that the shower wasn’t the cleanest, and the bathroom mirrors had some water stains. However, it was very minimal and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

    When I checked in, I was given a room that was already occupied. I opened the door with my key, just to find that there was somebody in the room. Went back to the desk, and was told that they needed to check the room before they could give me another room. I said no the room is occupied and I shouldn’t have to wait for you to go check it to see if I am telling the truth or not. So then they gave me another room, and this time when I opened the door with my key, I walked in, and there was a man standing in his underwear, he was very angry at me for opening the door. I went back to the desk and they gave me another room, and thankfully, that one was not occupied. If I would’ve booked directly to the hotel, I would’ve insisted upon a refund. It was embarrassing for me and embarrassing for the people I walked in on. And not to mention the time it took for me to get moved to three different rooms. I’m very upset about. it. The girls at the front desk, handled it the best they could, but I could tell they had very little experience, and the whole thing was very confusing to them.

    Very disappointed didn’t get the room until after 5:30 pm, Check in time is at 4 om they said 30 minutes wait because the suite was being cleaned took them more than an hour to have the room ready. Had a long drive needed to rest before an event I had to attend at 7 pm. The first receptionist that helped me was rude. It’s okay for them to give us the room late, but we can’t go past 11 for check out or will get charged extra. Never felt disappointed with a hotel booking like with Sonesta and will most likely not book again

    Love staying at this hotel. I just wish the shuttle was 24hrs. I had an issue with my baggage being lost coming off my cruise. I was pretty upset to say the least. We showed up to the hotel early around 10:30 an the gentleman at the counter kept asking me if I was ok cause I was a mess. He then said they usually charge for early check in but would let us have our room early as he noticed I was upset. Thank god for that as I was able to deal with my insurance company as all I had was the clothes on my back an Princess. Very clean an spacious rooms. Beautiful grounds an staff are truly amazing.     The water pressure was very poor and it took a long time to get hot water at the vanity and shower. PLUS, they have subcontracted the parking to an outside vendor. If this is a trend I will no longer consider Sonesta as an option. $38 to park overnight in an out door unprotected lot. Hilton her I come!

    Reasonable price, pretty area, reservation was for King bed, but we were given 2 double beds with no comment. I think it was also an unexpected ADA room, which meant that the bathroom counter was about as big as a bed pillow. The bathroom was very poorly lit and very depressing. Great water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel is very flexible on storing luggage for late departure and allowing us to stick around onsite. Airport shuttle was provided, but it was what seemed to be a shared service with other hotels, so we had to call from airport, were told at first it was too late & we'd have to pay, then agreed to free when I told them the site said till midnight; took a long time to arrive, then very crowded van, stopping 2 places before us. Not what we were expecting or hoping for late at night after 5 hour flight delay. Lobby area is very pleasant & comfortable, pool area & patio are also nicely done.

    Some staff were nice. No restaurant past 10am. no complimentary breakfast. I felt very lonely. Not many people staying here. Charged $30 early check in despite fact many empty rooms. Charged $10.09 for tiny bag of chips and small coke. Found out a Ralphs grocery store close by, which was a blessing. I cancelled my returning stay. Not to my standard, but not terrible. The rooms comfy and balcony nice.

    This was a last minute booking when we had to reschedule our flight. First, we had to pay a $20 early check-in fee. I’ve heard of late checkout fees, but never early check-in fees. The room was okay, nothing special. The carpet in the hallways was filthy. In the evening, at the front desk, another customer said they were almost trapped on the elevator. The desk person’s response “glad you got out okay.” Another person said they saw someone trying to break into a window. The response: “We’ll let security know when they get here.” Since the elevator was taken out of service, we used the stairs. The handrails were of little use because they were slick, as if they had been polished with furniture polish. When we checked in, we were told we would be put on the list for the airport shuttle in the morning, but when we checked out, we found out our names were not on the shuttle list.

    Very good shuttle service - every 30 minutes. Relatively nice place to walk from. Downsides are the only breakfast is Starbucks with a very limited menu and while the hotel was apparently empty we could only get a 30 minute extension on check out time. After that, they would be charging $30 an hour. I am not used to such a stingy response when a hotel is not busy and the front desk clerk was less than pleasant about it.

    Extremely dirty ! Staff was excellent. And the "free shuttle service" told me to get on the bus that had Sonesta on it at LAX . There are two properties. Stood in line at the first Sonesta at LAX and the staff was RUDE to me. Told me I booked Sonesta select. I asked how I was to get to the other Sonesta. She said , you can use your Uber app . VERY disappointed ! Will not use Sonesta again !

    opted not to pay the fee. did arrive aroudn 6pm local time and there was a short wait. Front desk staff was pleasant. Informed on yet another charge $30 for parking. :( Pretty sure that was new as I've stayed there before and never had to pay it. Weekends aren't that busy as its a business park area, so charging seems a bit much. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure decent. Life goes on.

    The staff was amazing but the property needs to be updated. My room was not clean and the appliances were falling apart. When we arrived our room door was open and it was difficult to shut. The airport shuttle was confusing and the phone operator was incorrect in providing information. We waiting over an hour to get picked up and serveral shuttles drove by multiple times.

    Also, for the first time, I took the Metro K from the Mariposa station which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel overall is clean. I actually saw cleaning staff all day every day working to keep the environment presentable. However one suggestion is that the carpet in the hallway may need replacing soon. That's just an observation not a complaint. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars. I will definitely stay here again.

    Check in process was great and went smoothly with Cedric who was very professional. Went up to our room and room was clean, it was quiet all night. Which is awesome because we’ve stayed at other hotels and it’s so loud with people walking and slamming doors. Our beds were super comfy and we had multiple pillows which is a bonus. I would just say the hotel can be updated a little. But everything else was exceptional! We will definitely be booking again if we are in the area.

    I found hair on pillows and towels. The room had a weird dusty smell..it felt unclean. The bathroom floor is slippery when wearing socks, I almost fell 3 times!! The hotel carpets had stains everywhere. When we first arrived we received wrong instructions about the shuttle so we had to take an uber to come our return to the airport was smooth. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to those with sensitive noses

    The shuttle was great and easy to find. The temp in the room was fine. The bed was comfortable with clean comfortable linen. We were put in a handicap room so the shower had now “curb” to keep the water in so I flooded the bathroom when I showered. Probably my fault. The hotel overall is nice. It’s actually more of a motel than hotel. The building is older and can use some updating.

    Initially received a room that was not what we purchased.I ordered a deluxe king room with a pullout bed on the couch. The room we received was smaller, had no pullout couch. There was no couch, just a small chair. Had to go to desk to complain, was given a different room. New room was what i ordered. But had broken cabinet door and the mattresses were nasty. Stained and no linen for the couch bed, just a blanket. People were super loud and yelling in the hallway past 11pm and midnight. We received a parking violation, even though we paid for parking.

    Staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a late check out to 12 noon. Rooms were clean and spacious. Common areas were well lit and plenty of power outlets, etc.. Cedric was the hotel staffer that checked me in and he was very helpful and courteous.

    Airport pick up, was easy. A little wait but that is OK. When we arrived we asked if we could check in early despite there being several hours before check in time. The team checked a few times as we were falling asleep in the lobby from jet lag. They did their best to get us a room and we were so greatly appreciative when they did. Rooms were clean and big. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The drop off process to the airport was also easy and quick. The rates were also very good compared to other hotels in the area. There were dining options within walking distance as well.

    Large, attractive one-bedroom that was a a great value for the area. Quiet and comfortable. Great for an overnight prior to a flight from LAX. There is a grocery store and quite a few restaurants within an easy walk from the hotel. Airport shuttles run early but not for 24 hours. Breakfast is not free.

    The staff was excellently in assisting me with my disabled child. I would like to thank Ms. Doreen the manager for going the last mile for us. This hotel is located in El Segundo, Ca. a city filled with helpful people. And I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!!!!! This hotel was lovely and everything was great.     I was supposed to have a room with two queen size bed so I could sleep in a queen size bed and even though I only booked the room 20 minutes earlier it wasn’t available and I was told the room was sold out, so front desk gave me a full size bed but I am 6 foot one and a full size bed is too small. Had I known ahead of time, I wouldn’t have booked here and I would’ve chosen another place

    After sitting in the lobby for over an hour, I realized no one had taken any of my information, so there was no way for them to know when my room was ready. When I returned to the desk to provide my name, I was told they would “look for a room” and call me, but again, there was no clear communication. Later, a manager approached me and asked if I wanted to pay the $30 fee again, even though I had already been told I could simply wait. When I tried to explain the misunderstanding, he brought the front desk agent over in a way that felt confrontational, as though I was accusing her of lying. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Feeling overwhelmed, I said, “I don’t even know if I want to stay here anymore.” Instead of attempting to help, the manager immediately said he was happy to cancel my reservation and told me, “Let’s cancel it now,” which made me feel even more unwelcome. The front desk agent did eventually show empathy and offered to waive the fee once she realized I was upset, but by that point the experience had become too stressful, and I no longer felt comfortable staying. This property needs professionalism & empathy

    This hotel is one of the more reasonable options near LAX, and was more than a pleasant surprise! Free airport shuttle, super nice staff, a lovely comfy lobby if you need to wait for check in/out, and a great room! The bed was amazingly comfy and there was a great little curved sofa with a coffee stand. I'll stay here any time I am passing throigh LA!

    Jordan at the front desk was professional, friendly, kind, helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the staff i interacted with were rude nomatter how friendly and polite i was. The 2 girls that made my coffee and the other female front desk person were very cold unfriendly and rude and didnt even smile back not even bare minimum social skills much less customer service. The room was only clean on a scale of 6 out of 10 there was hair in the shower dried food on the nightstand the microwave was broken and un useable and i had paid extra for a hotel with a pool only to see it was filthy and in my entire week long stay i never saw it cleaned. The elevator was slow and sketchy needs to be updated. The firepit i also paid extra for did not work. The shower was very outadted and either too cold or scalding and it was like opening a chinese box to find the sweet spot it took 20 minutes every time to get the temperature normal. There was a big stain on the floor by the bed and on the chair. Both red. The screen and patio doors were tricky and difficult to use and need updating. The location was good. Security seemed very preset in the parking lot which made me feel safe. The lonby and grounds were clean, comfortable, beautiful and well maintained. I probably would not recommend or stay again tho because overall you pay extra for amenities you dont actually get and other than Jordan the staff was very unpleasant and i dreaded seeing them daily because they were so rude.

    The guy that checked us in seemed high. He was laughing at memes on his phone first. Then didn’t give us the right keys then pointed us in the wrong direction. The hotel has little insulation because you can hear the road noise pretty bad. The parking is $30/night, which it did not say when booked. Overall this is not a great stay

    Dry friendly staff. Very clean room. Excelllent reasonably priced breakfast options. Very convenient shuttle to/from LAX. Safe area. We stayed twice in Oct. this stay was a more costly room but seemed to be in a newer part of hotel - our second stay was in an area w hallway carpet that was “tired” and a room chair that wasn’t picture perfect. But both rooms were comfortable. Would stay again. Really loved how friendly staff are!

    Although the hotel website saystheir shuttle showed up every 20-30 minutes at the airport and runs 24-7, that is not true. You have to call to be picked up. And the earliest airport shuttle in the morning is 5:30. We arrived at 2 and they charged us an additional $30 for early checkin. Everything abt the hotel is tired and worn.

    I chose it because it was close to the airport and the to the activities we were going to do. Has several restaurants and fast food places within a 10 minute walk. It was nice and quiet. Very clean. Staff were great and very friendly. I came late morning and was even able to score early check in. I came from out of state for Thurs night football so that came in clutch. I would probably stay there again wile in L.A.

    Stayed 2x in Oct for LAX proximity. Perfectly fine for pre- and post-flight stays. VERY nice friendly helpful staff! Good breakfast options for purchase. Very good shuttle experience. First room was nicer and hallway carpet cleaner than 2nd room but both were clean and comfortable. Area felt safe. Walkable to dining options. Would definitely stay again.

    I'll never go near this place again. When I spoke to the hotel 2 weeks ago I was promised a resolution and email confirmation and never heard a thing. So a month later here I am having to spend valuable time connecting with Expedia to resolve it. The lesson is never to let them charge your card for the deposit, always use cash for this. Now I'm being told that I have to contact the bank. Ourageous.
