    The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent- close enough to the airport but out of the congestion. I wasn’t aware of the additional charge for parking. That being said, I definitely appreciated the availability and convenience of having a secure lot so close. I also loved the on-site bar and kitchen.

    They canceled my reservation without at least calling me to follow up as to why I was running late, so I got there after a 8 hour drive and they turned us away and still charged me even though they cancelled my reservation after a few hours of not arriving upon the 3pm check in time

    The Hilton Garden Inn was very nice..room was clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom…onsite restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast, food was very good...the only issue was the shuttle bus ..took a long time to get picked up from the airport when we arrived and then again waiting past the time we booked to get picked up to go back to the airport..that would be our only complaint..

    We stayed in a king Suite. Room was nice. Nice little kitchenette with regular size fridge and microwave. A small table with chairs for meals. Mostly looked updated and well maintained. However, the couch in the living room area was a bit rough and when pulled out to use as a sofa bed, it was highly uncomfortable. We were there for just a night so it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to LAX and food/gas was a huge plus.

    Staff was lovely, warm and friendly. Was quick professional check in. Just a little surprised, there were only 4 coffee pod and 2 creamers. Had to ask for more. Also no glasses or plates or cutlery even though there is a microwave and fridge.also no tea and had to go to bar for 2 drinking glasses. I also missed a shower cap.

    The only thing is that we were toward the back area where there was much traffic and there was a tour bus that made noise and three in the morning. Also their air-conditioning unit made noise too. So I didn’t get any good sleep last night. I probably need to fix the air so it is humming and not making other noises. I will learn to sleep toward the middle section of the hotel when I go back staff was carrying understanding. In the morning we had the breakfast buffet. It was very good selection, but I do prefer having waffles. Also, the bar was not open around 3 PM. They told me that it opens at five which I thought it was too close to dinner parking was limited too.

    As usual the pictures online look great until you get to the room. The room was clean, the bed were comfortable, but the bathtub was clogged and the water ran like warm. I nổi tiếng the front desk clerk and was told he couldn't move mee to another room "the hotel was fully booked".

I had to fold up my fleece jacket to use as a pillow. I’d love to see Hilton offer some choices. There were 6 pillows in the room and they were too far.     Really nice hotel next to the Metrolink, the 405 freeway and the Los Angeles International Airport. It has a nice jacuzzi, a bar and a restaurant with very good food! Comfortable beds, clean and nice Crabtree and Evelyn products. Protected parking lot, I felt safe in the area. Lot of restaurant options

    This was a fine hotel overall - the staff was friendly and helpful and the airport shuttle worked out well. That said, the shower was terrible. The water never got better than lukewarm, and the fixtures were installed incorrectly, leading to water leaking all over the floor.

    The room, amenities, and location of the hotel were wonderful. The airport shuttle arranged to pick me up for my early AM flight and they only charges $15 for the late-night and early-morning hours (it's free the rest of the day). I was excited to refresh my post-13 hour flight with a dip in the pool, but it was overrun by a loud family with many children screaming for hours. The walls are quite thin and a group of friends partied in the room next to me with music blaring (I could hear every word they said). After long travel days, this is the worst! Everything else was nice, but not a super restful stay as its a loud and busy hotel with no soundproofing.

    Was horrible. The people next to us were partying all night screaming yelling smoking weed in the hallway, slamming doors we weren’t able to fall asleep till 3:45 in the morning. I found numerous complaints with the front office and nothing was done about it elevators don’t work all night long. My dad had neuropathy‘s feet and had to use the stairs to go up and down at night to take your service animal out.

    Great location. Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. They charge for breakfast. Buffet was like $16 per person and it was nothing out of the ordinary- scrambled eggs,sausage,potatoes,etc.No waffles or pancakes. Coffee was not great. Seemed overpriced for ordinary.

    This hotel is an outstanding value. It had everything we needed. Big rooms nicely appointed and modern a nice pool and hot tube a good fitness center and business center and a great breakfast at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend it for the night before flights. They also have a free shuttle.

    This was a very well designed hotel. Staff service was excellent. I am a swimmer and the pool was fantastic. The rugs are thick in the hallways to the rooms which makes it hard to roll luggage on them.

    This was the second time in 3 months that I've stayed here,...first time wasn't that great, as they forgot my wake-up call,...second, and most recent, was a little better,...staff at check-in, a little friendlier this time,...shuttle driver came early,...they said 20 min, but he came in 10-12 min,...nice,...room and beds comfortable, but fridge was unplugged, and there was a towel in it,...good water pressure from showerhead, but body wash bottle was empty,...areas of hallway looked unsightly,...liners were stripped, exposing the dry wall and adhesive,...another bright spot was the coffee, good, hot, and free,...hotel kept texting me, asking how the stay was,...nice,...but probably the biggest complaint I have this time was the parking,...there were many available stalls, but room key did not work when exiting, as we always had to use intercom button to ask to get out,...at that point, parking should've been waived/comp'd,...I didn't like the $100/day for incidentals, as most charge a set fee for the entire stay,...2 days for $200? Lucky I didn't stay longer,...Eboni was most helpful, friendlier on last day,...3 out of 5 stars is generous from me, and I hardly complain about hotels

    On my previous visit, the room was not very clean, but this time it was sparkling! The staff were kind and considerate. The only downfall was that we asked to book the airport transfer, but it never arrived. When we asked at the front desk, I was told that Uber would be more reliable. Thank goodness for Uber still getting us to the airport in time!

    Additionally, despite requesting that my room be cleaned and restocked with towels, this was never done. I stayed for three days, and not once was my room refreshed or serviced. This level of housekeeping neglect is unacceptable, especially for a Hilton property where a certain standard of service and cleanliness is expected. Overall, this was the worst Hilton hotel experience I have ever had. The lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic guest service fell far below the brand’s standards. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter and how it will be addressed.

    The hotel shuttle that they offer for free from LAX to the Hilton was awful. We called the number that they provided and it took over 45 minutes for pick up. We ordered the shuttle on our return from the hotel to LAX and spoke directly to the front desk. They never entered our information or ordered the shuttle for us. We ended up taking an Uber after waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Awful horrible service do not use them!

    Our room was only partially ready from Maid service when we arrived at 5 PM in the afternoon. We did not have soap on the bathroom counter and only a few towel towels. Requested both items twice and they were never brought to our room. They also asked us if we wanted room service between our two nights stay and we said yes to refresh it. We did not receive any Maid service at all.

    The parking is not free, but it is gated so it felt safe. Breakfast was good. We ate there 3times. The last breakfast we ate there the yogurt bowl was rather small, no blackberries and nothing to makeup the volume. The alarm went off at 2:30 am the first night. The police were there in the evening once for a domestic dispute in one of the rooms. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. Bathroom was clean.

    Disappointed with the driver lack of manners and helpfulness. The charge for extra transportation before 6am, we stayed 19th to 21st and no service. Everything is extra charge. Water in the room $3.00 per bottle.

    But I didn't like 2 things. The light of the bathroom and the pillows. The bathroom's light had a motion sensor and the light turns off if it doesn't catch any motion around. While I was taking shower, it turned off twice and I had to get out the shower and turned it on again. As the shower is weak like an usual hotel shower and I have a long hair it was inconvenient. The pillow was very warned out so it went to flat once I put my head down. After long flight, I needed better neck and head support for sleep but the pillow didn't give me that.

    Hotel location is very convenient to LAX and getting on the freeway to explore Los Angeles. The service was ok and the hotel needs to be updated. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors through the day & night. The bathroom was fairly clean, however house keeping never came to clean during our 3 day stay.

    It was difficult to find out which airport shuttle was actually the one for Hilton Garden Inn Segundo. In addition, there is NO seating while waiting. My mother is 90 years old and cannot stand for long times. I will be sending a message to the authorities at the airport about the seating issue.

    But I went to use the restroom and it was locked! Couldn’t get in! The clerk didn’t have a proper key. Also, the small trading light next to the bed kept popping back on waking me up. The property was sold out so we could not switch rooms and it was way too late to change hotels. We won’t be back.

    No issue with the room except one tile was broken and cracked in the bathroom and there are no towel racks. Lucky for us, we were on the 3rd floor away from an awful smell of mildew on the ground floor. Finally, as long as I was there, both visits, no one ever vaccumed the hallways. They were filthy. So was the elevator floor. At check in, the agent should explain the breakfast policy. Had no idea I had to pay for awful eggs, potatoes and even worse coffee. They should also explain there will be a charge for parking the car. They answer "yes we have parking." is insufficient when, upon check out, you're unhappily surprised by the parking charge on your your bill. All in all, the hotel is convenient, the beds excellent but I don't think this place is managed well. The slovenliness is a discredit to the Hilton name.

    I came to the Hilton as part of my El Segundo high school reunion party. The hotel rooms were clean, modern & kept up. Staff was excellent, kind, quick to help with any kind of needs.     The room was very nice and the pool area is very nice for this level of hotel. Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking after we checked in.     Everything about the property was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the shuttle. The earliest available (6 am), without paying $15/person, was on the tight side of getting to the airport for a 8 am flight, especially since an additional stop was made, resulting in an overfull bus. Luckily for us we were the first stop at the airport. Adding a 5:30 am shuttle time would make this perfect. The $15 fee is crazy since we Ubered back from the airport for $15 for 4 of us.

    I think the website was misleading about the parking. Just know that you do have to pay for parking now, and it is $25.00 a day. Hotel has been remodeled and is very nice, except the pillows are thin and flimsy. And your room is made up "every other day" was not true in our case.

    We went to LA for a Stray Kids concert we must say that the hotel is about 15 minutes away from Sofi Stadium which is super convenient if you don’t want to spend a lot of money. You have several food places nearby. The staff and the hotel facilities are of excellent quality and service, 100 % recommended

    Shuttle took us to wrong Hilton garden hotel there are two neither the front desk notified us when we arrived at airport and requested shuttle as stated in email.     Overall, the stay was good... the rooms and cleaning are good, only the service from a specific person at the front desk was terrible, named Teresa. Zero friendliness, everything you ask for, such as storing your bags at the reception, is not possible, you can feel the ill will/not wanting to work. That was our first impression as soon as we arrived at the hotel. It left us with apprehension and a bad impression throughout the entire stay of being poorly received by the front desk/service.

    The hotel is located next to a metro train stop. Although car traffic is lighter at night, the sound of trains arriving at the station can still be heard from the room. Additionally, the walls between rooms are quite thin, so conversations from neighboring rooms are audible. However, I found out that room service is not provided daily—it’s available only on certain days.

    House keeping support to clean the room every other day. They came to clean and replace the towels on the forth day only after we contacted the service desk. The hotel did not provide shower cap. I used the one I brough but the staff through away mine even I left it on the shelf. The breakfast did not have much selections. If you ordered sunny side eggs, you cannot have scramble egg. If you ordered bacon, you cannot have sausage. The quantity of food are in small portions. The breakfast was included in the hotel cost otherwise I will go somewhere else. The location is remote. It cost me a fortune to get a cab or Uber to go down town or the breach. Approx. $100/day for transportation. I don't think I will ever come again or recommend to my friends

    Rudeness behind the breakfast staff No info or notice about parking or needing a ticket No complementary breakfast or at least advertising as such. Giving my colleague a difficult time for not understanding that breakfast was not complimentary when he drank A GLASS of orange juice. He felt insulted that he was being treated as if he intentionally took a drink. Then the man who give him a hard time had found out drinks WERE free. Very disappointed in the quality of staff.
