Great experience! They have the best complimentary brunch and cocktail hour. Great central location and amenities. Beware of $48/ day parking. There is some available street parking, but it is much more inconvenient

It was an excellent stay room is very clean staff amazing breakfast was amazing. Only thing I would share is that they didn’t have any creamers that have flavor. My godmother was with me and could’ve used vanilla or hazelnut but everything was amazing. The turtles on site there’s five cute turtles in the pond. Super cool to see great pictures in the lobbies very cozy. Great view to see the planes takeoff great location.

The property is well located and we appreciate the evening cocktails and having an onsite restaurant. Breakfast is also nice. This was our second visit and the only complaint is regarding the shuttle. Each time it's taken a long time for the shuttle. Since the property is only a few miles away, I don't know why it takes so long!!

During our stay, we found plenty of dirty dishes in the halls just waiting to be picked up. They were still there the next morning with additional dishes. The TVs did not work during our stay. Breakfast was great. We did not use the pool during our stay. The washer and dryer, there are only two located on the fifth floor. They’re small and old, but got the job done. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice however did not provide all the details we needed for our stay such as the parking fee. At checkout, the lady reassured me she would take care of this parking charge. She did not. I contacted their customer service and was met by a very rude lady that instead of listening was very confrontational and just dismissed my claim and said she would bring it to her management that will most likely not address my issue. Never heard back from them.

Every interaction was pleasant and helpful. We had spilled something onto the floor and we thought since the cleaners were coming into the room, they would naturally vacuum it up, but when we returned later in the day, the mess was still there on the floor. The beds had been made so we were surprised that the cleaners had been in the room and not cleaned an obvious spill on the floor that was quite visible. We were unable to clean it ourselves bc as travelers we do not have any brooms or dustpans. Just disappointing that it was ignored and not taken care of.

We LOVE this property!! Have stayed here in the past and this time we brought family! Such an awesome, beautiful hotel, with friendly staff a happy hour and an awesome breakfast!! Will be back

The breakfast, outside the fresh omelets, I could have gotten from a 2 star hotel. The water in the pool was cold and returning to the room after a long day out, only one of the queen beds was made and there were no face towels. I expected better from a Hilton property. I am an Elite Gold member with a different company. The offerings are much better. I will continue to stay there

How clean the rooms were I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I went in and someone was having sex. They did not tell me that the room was occupied and they still gave me a key.

Wish there was a 24 hour shuttle. We flew in right after shuttle services stopped, so we had to uber. Shuttle would have saved a lot of time.

We love this hotel, I feel like it's a hidden gem if you have to stay near LAX, they have a free shuttle, it's very cute on the inside, the rooms have a separate living room which is awesome if you have kids, there are turtles in one of the ponds, they have 2 free drinks per adult during evening reception, and a good morning breakfast. We always try to stay here when we need a hotel near LAX.

Loved this hotel. Most likely to stay at another location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the cooks were awesome and catered to what you wanted. The vibe was relaxing and romantic. The only thing I would say would be that the chlorine in the pool was so strong I could smell it down the hallway.

The room had two sinks which was very helpful and a sofa pull out bed which was convenient for our needs.

Stayed here for a family vacation. Property was spotless. Staff was great. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast and nightly reception. Hotel is close to the airport and the beach. We parked on the street the entire stay and didn't have to pay for parking at the hotel. We were able to find parking on the street even when getting back to the hotel at 10pm. I would stay again and recommend to others. Thank you

I dis not get the room I originally booked and waited longer time. I also left my La cost jacket in the room and they did not notify me until now. The bathroom needs upgrade.

Very old building but very nice on the inside. Rooms were nice too, however you can tell they didn’t put fresh amenities in like toliet paper, the roll they gave us was basically gone. Clean room other than that. Breakfast was amazing, seating area could definitely be more family friendly in terms of table size. Parking is good to for being where it is. Plenty of bell crates available which is a big plus! Over all okay, however I wouldn’t choose to stay again just cause the hotel is so big, not my scene. But it is VERY VERY beautiful on the inside.

It was average Check in is at 4pm but room was not ready till 7:30pm. No towels in room when ready. Housekeeping bought up towels but gave an annoyed look n didn’t say 1 word n walked away when I said thank you. Had to push 4 luggages in the cart myself to my room. Desk people not so courteous, after all that bad service, after a long 24 hour flight, pay a lot to be treated like a 1 star hotel.

Rooms are stuffy , suffocating. They charged 100 usd extra for a balcony which is almost non existent like I can barely fit my foot and it’s child hazard as it has big opening at the bottom. Breakfast was decent , parking was expensive . Overall worst experience, don’t even bother choosing balcony it’s a scam

Where do I begin!!! First and foremost, Dani (FRONT OFFICE MGR) was AMAZING!!!! My flight from DFW kept getting pushed back further and further, so that when I arrived it would be after midnight. Called the property and she assured me that my room would still be available with snacks waiting and she would note my account for the night crew because she would be gone upon my arrival. She let me know the shuttle service stopped at 11:30pm. I reserve a rental car so that wasn't a problem. When I finally arrived it was nearing 2am or a little after. Tim (I believe that was his name) was who I encountered and he was AMAZING!!! Got parking instructions and ticket from him. When it was time to check out it was a breeze as well until I got to the parking garage and went to where I thought I parked my vehicle by the elevator so it would be easy to find. There was no vehicle I thought it was stolen or towed. Went back inside to the service desk to explain and Dani walked back out with me and helped find my vehicle in the spot where I left it. Chalked it up to being so tired after getting in so late. We laughed, I gave her a hug, got a business from her and let her know how much she was appreciated. I'll definitely be returning because of those 2❤️❤️❤️. Because of them, I made it to my cousin's funeral on time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Overall this is a great hotel but recent changes to the airport shuttle were not well explained. We were not told that a private contractor was being used so the hotel really couldn’t help us when the contractor didn’t show up to pick our party up from the airport. We were left to fend for ourselves and another hotel shuttle picked us up and dropped us at this hotel. The shuttle driver felt sorry for us waiting in the rain and blustery wind. Guess where we’re staying next trip - Hilton.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that they charge us paying customers another $48 to park in their parking lot. Really? The amount that I paid for the room wasn’t enough? $48 for a small space in their property??? Highway robbery!

I check out and go for lunch in the hotel restaurant barcotta. I come down for lunch and its closed. It now doesn't open until 4pm. A hotel with paying guests that cant get anything to eat. If you miss breakfast which stops at 09.30? You have to wait all day to get something to eat. I dont see how the hotle think this is acceptable ? They have a store in reception with frozen meals.but no microwave so you cant even get anything to eat from there store apart from chips and sodas. Its an airport hotel so not alot around the areas within walking distance. I doubt very much if I'll stay again. I find this pretty unacceptable. I'm sitting hungry outside the closed hotel restaurant expected to wait a further 3hrs to get some lunch. Really embassy suites ? Sort yourselves out.

Rooms was nice and spacious I had six rooms one room had a mildew smell but the other ones were real nice. Kitchen staff was nice check in staff was nice and patient day shift staff was rude and ignorant. Overall I would probably stay there again just wouldn’t need as many rooms

You pay for a room with the balcony and slide door didn’t get it. My floor had no ice machines working. They were all out of order. The bathtub had no grips on the bottoms you would slide all over the place and even fall. I will not go back I will not attend ever again.

It was a great stay, but the charging system still tried to charge my failed credit card at 2 am after already successfully charging my 2nd card for the deposit. Caused some confusion for me.

Over all okay. Shower was a bit outdated and parking was pricey.staff was friendly. Really wished they had a spa. Other then that it was a good stay!

Hotel was nice in a decent area that’s quiet. Only downside was when we arrived to the check in, the deposit was unexpectedly increased the day prior to our arrival. I was told over the phone one price, and almost double that when I had checked into my room. Also, what we had expected for a “balcony room” wasn’t what it turned out to be. The balcony was only big enough to stand outside on, but not to where you could sit and enjoy the view.

I booked 4 rooms of them he took a security deposit after check out I’m calling they said wait for 15 days now it’s more then a month I never get back refund

We watched every shuttle that come and go. When we got to the hotel, looking at the exterior of the hotel, I thought “I picked a wrong hotel.” It looked dinghy and looked like a haunted mansion. Walked inside, it looked dark and cheap interior. The front guy was inconsiderate that he gave us a room that was very end of the hall way, seeing me walking with a cane, I’m 76 years old. Maybe he intentionally gave us the farthest room cuz we reserved with Expedia that he mentioned. Their evening reception served staled tortilla chips, bulk Pace salsa and pretzels.

The place was very nice and clean, I really recommend the morning breakfast, omelette’s are really good I really recommend

Would have given 5 stars, but the unexpected $200 a night deposit is a huge turn off. No where was it stated when I booked this location that the deposit is per day and that high. Most places are $150 max for the whole stay not each day. Other than that the hotel was nice and the staff was great.

They had dishes outside the bedrooms on some of them and lasted almost 2 days there. In our room the carpet was outdated and my daughter got poked and then i did too , cause we didn't know that there was nails on the carpets at the end of it. It was horrible. Beds weren't comfortable either . I do not recommend this hotel to No one.

Upon arrival at LAX, we went to the shuttle pickup area and waited for almost an hour and the shuttle was packed! The info said the shuttle came every 30 min. By the time we got to the hotel, the only food option was the lobby restaurant. Spent almost $100 on three burgers and fries. Pretty spendy. Breakfast was good but ended at 9 am and we thought it was at least 9:30 or 10. It put us in a bit of a rush.

The room was very clean, front desk that checked us in was very nice but once we were checked in and comfortable we noticed that not only did the tv not work but neither did the microwave. Reported the issue 3 times, was told someone was headed to fix it each time. Currently boarding our next flight home and still waiting to heat up the food we had… We traveled with children, were not able to turn on heat after returning to the room bc apparently it wasn’t hot enough outside for the heat to be used, per the agent from front desk

The room light would not stay off. It would turn on all on its own.we called maintenance and they replaced the batteries in the remote, however it still continued to happen.

The room looks old, bathroom bath tub was little broken. I did not have a good experience with in room service- when we went there the bedcover has a spot and seemed like they did not clean it properly. The next day room cleaning did not clean the room and when we asked they just gave towels but did not clean bathroom or took trash bin out. The front desk staff were friendly.

The room was very large and clean!

The room was clean and cozy, however, the fan/light was not in working service. I even tried turning the fan/light on with the remote and no changes. Otherwise my stay was perfect. I adored the social turtles on the first floor. Also the hotel parking is slightly hidden so drive slowly near front entrance and pay attention closely to signs indicating parking lot entrance otherwise you’ll miss it. The complementary drinks and breakfast were a great addition to my stay.

The breakast is always the best here. Room seemed clean. Parking was easy. Only issue was that front desk seemed understaffed at check in around 4:00pm with a long line of people, some there to speak with a manager. The person checking us in was visibly frustrated with the situation that looked like could've been much better if there were more than 2 staff available at check in.

The hotel is very nice ,enjoyed complimentary breakfast. The staff is very helpful and attentive. One thing to consider and check with hotel is that shuttle service from Airport to hotel is not 24hrs. We arrived at LAX at 1am and no shuttle service was avaliable at that time. Loved our stay--room was spacious and very clean. Black out curtains did the trick and not much airport nouse. Excellent breakfast buffet was excellent, in variety and quality. Big seating area. I thought there wasn't very hot water in the shower but found that the knob needed to be turned around more to get very hot water. Also the light and fan must have been on a timer as it turned on at 1 am. Only negative was waiting 50 minutes at LAX for shuttle. We were sent a picture of a white shuttle to take although apparently there is also a black shuttle that had passed by that might have taken us quicker. But overall extremely happy with our stay!

The first check in we stayed 2 nights and got a king bed with thr sofa bed. I requested a high floor and hiped to have a view of the area seeing it waa my 1st time in the area. We was given the 5th floor on the back side. We had NO view, the windows was frosted so you had no view. The king bed was very uncomfortable and hard. My son slept on the sofa bed and he said their wasnt enough blankets or pillows (1 blanket and 1 pillow). I was concerned about hearing planes but never heard much noise from outside and barely heard the planes. When we checked in the 1st time, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was AMAZING. It was nice thay the hotel offered happy hour with snacks and 2 beverages for free. Great way to unwind in the evening before bed. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking. I loved all the flowers and the waterfall/pond with the turtles. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, the made to order eggs was my favorite. It would have been nice to offer bacon as a choice, not everyone likes sausage. The 2nd check on we got the 2 queen beds with the sofa bed and waa given the 3rd floor in the front. The beds was very comfortable!! The sofa bed was still very uncomfortable with lack of covers and pillows again. It was hard to sleep when outside 2 men was leaf blowing late at

This hotel has gone downhill. On my 6 day stay I was limited to towels due to shortage. The first rooms were assigned had a broke bathroom fan that made an awful sound. I requested a new room. The shower in the room had a clog. They were able to fix it but the smell was awful. The couch had residue of some kind. The breakfast was always so over crowded I could never find a seat for my group of 5. We ate out. I use to love staying here. I doubt I’ll be ever going back.

The hotel is conveniently close to LAX. I can't recommend taking the airport shuttle, as ours never showed up (after calling and waiting 45 min, we took Uber). The room condition needs attention. We could not shut off the ceiling fan or adjust the thermostat, and the bathroom door had a broken hinge and would not close.

The room was clean and nice. Women who checked us in was nice but very confused and quick to place blame on us. Check out could have been better 2 people were attending 1 person when it appeared to be a 1 person job meanwhile there was like a 2-3 party wait. Didn’t use the pool or try to kitchen. Parking was a little ridiculously priced but it was spacious and easy elevator access

The only thing impressive about Embassy suites is the breakfast. The room is very dated. I don’t understand what they don’t at least update the mattresses and pillows. Seems like an easy fix that would go along way!

the staff was nice, the rooms were fairly clean, noise was decent but what do you expect being next to the airport. Parking can be pricey but if you can get any luck parking on the street it’s free vs the $45 garage . Overall nice stay.

We got to the airport late at night, followed all the instructions to get a shuttle and it took about 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive even though they said it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. The room was mediocre and did not have very many plugs. The checkout was really easy.

The Embassy inside was a good looking hotel. It is clearly an older hotel but was elegant. The pool was a little small but nice. The rooms were spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was great and had awesome coffee. The happy hour we never went down to but I really liked the idea of drinks and snack available. The hotel restaurant service and food was wonderful. The airport shuttle was convenient. The only down side was that the bottled water we bought at the front desk was $10USD per bottle and things were a little slow at the front desk.

Room was not in a good condition. The breakfast was fantastic with the order your own omelette and other options. Love embassy suites but wouldn't stay again at this location unless renovations to improve room quality are done.

Just be aware the airport shuttle is not very frequent during the main daytime hours (only once an hour), but it is every half hour during peak times such as early in the morning ...and the arrival shuttle driver was not very helpful with our luggage (parked far away from curb). It is worth calling the hotel on arrival at the airport.

Everything was going well till Saturday night someone banged on our door and scared my mom ( that is older with high blood pressure) and shook her up … we called down stairs to front desk and complained and they did say it was kids running around but they didn’t solve the problem cuz we had another knock later that night . That we where to scared to even open the door . We took our mom to get away and relaxed but that didn’t happen

Every thing is first class here, do not miss it if your staying overnight here.

I was a little annoyed that my room was right above the entrance to the garage 😫. I could hear every car going over the speed bump 🫠. Other than that, the room was clean… and that’s mandatory for me. S/N: Parents, please don’t let your kids run in the hallways after 10pm. Some of us are trying to sleep! 😅 Overall, a lovely stay with just a small noise issue. I’d consider coming back but will definitely request a different room location next time.

Reception staff lees then helpful, and was advised that we would have to find somewhere else to stay at 11 30pm, and she did not offer any solutions. Eventually they gave us a smaller room then needed. Looked to be other people having issues with room cleanliness in front of us (they checked out due to it). Disappointing accomadation

The room was amazing-- spacious and well-furnished, but the bath had these issues: tub drain would not plug, so no tub bath could be taken; the diverter failed to divert water between tubspout & showerhead; and, the bath light was very dim due to a bulb being out. Someone should have seen these prior to the rm being rented. We expected better from such a grand hotel.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad but for the price the rooms were rundown and in the bathroom there were toe nail clippings on the floor. “Gross” As far as the airport shuttle goes getting to the airport was easy minus the traffic we didn’t account for but that was our fault. Getting back to the hotel after our trip was a nightmare. We waited for 20 minutes the embassy suits shuttle came by however it was for the North location and they told us for the south location we have to call and they will send over the shuttle. After being on hold and transferred from an AI agent to a person they told me they do not have a shuttle that picks up after 11:30pm. It says that they have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. So we had to get a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. When we got to the hotel we asked why it states a 24 hour shuttle they said after 11:30pm we would have to pay for a shuttle however that was not even offered to us when we requested the shuttle. Very frustrating and misleading

Reception staff were unfriendly and hateful at times. Need to improve their customer service. Water in bathtub ran continuously in a stream of hot water. Happy hour is a nice touch but staff over served some clients and restricted others as we observed them. Breakfast buffet is good. But don’t get in their way if they decide it’s time to shut down. Watched them take a coffee cup out of a ladies hand and told her she could not get coffee. Onsite restaurant is a good option for dinner. Staff were friendly. Food was good.

The lobby was FILLED with a tour group who were checking out. Luggage lined the walls and the seating areas. Yet, even with all of the people and the dozens and dozens of pieces of luggage, the receptionist got me checked in quickly and to my room just as quickly. The room was spotless.

Check in was good. The bathtub was old and peeling could not have a bath. Only a shower. The meal in the restaurant was worse than a fast food restaurant. Although the basic salad was good the chicken was overcooked and dry and wasn’t worth the extra paid to put chicken on salad. Not worth the $30.

Upon arriving in our room there were dirty dishes by our room door. Once we entered the room we discovered dirty napkins and tissues in the window still and drawers. We also had a dirty pillow with what looked to be blood drops. We asked them to replace the pillow and they never did. Our room was right outside of a smoking area. We constantly had to ask during our stay for clean towels. And the air in the room did not work. By day two we had to ask them to please bring us a box fan. Overall not a good stay. Which is a bummer since at first we thought it was goi g to be a good stay.

The tub had a yellow liquid that smelled like urine They moved me room where there were no towels and the bed has 2 flat sheets instead of the 1 fitted 1 flat The room was very cold The tubs stopper didn’t work, an hour later maintenance brought me a blue toilet bowl stopper When I turned on the water in the faucet there was an awful smell. The pool had all kinds of debris trash and it was very mearky.

Room was spacious, hotel was nice, and breakfast options were great. During the week we had options for ready-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes and/or French toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, and an assortment of cereals and juice. The breakfast area is large and can seat many guests, which was perfect for those busier mornings. Free shuttle is available to and from the airport but we had rented a vehicle so we didn’t need to use this service. Parking is available for free on the street but they also had option to park in their parking garage, although the fee on that was quite expensive; $45 per day. Hotel was clean and kept well but this wasn’t the same for the room as our room needed some upkeep for sure. Sheets had stains and those used for the pull out couch looked like they hadn’t been changed or washed in a while. The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning and had stains on door frame. Shower had hair still from previous guests and all 3 bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and gel wash were almost all out and hadn’t been replenished. We had to ask for extra bottles as well as extra towels on our 2nd night and it took hours before we finally had someone bring us extras. As far as how busy or noisy the hotel is, I’ll say even with the airport right next door, it felt pretty quiet. They were certainly busy, but you wouldn’t have guessed it because of how quiet it often was both in the room and out in the “halls”. Overall a good stay.

It was a wonderful hotel, more than what I expected. It was a spontaneous mini trip before my twins returned back to school. I searched indoor pool hotel and this was perfect for my children. They love swimming. I liked how the map layout of the room was. The beautiful room with plenty of room. The balcony was a plus for me which was wonderful. The separate living room was perfect for some privacy, which is great for parents. The breakfast was delicious. There was a Hispanic mid-age men who was so friendly and did the most delicious omelettes. He was so quick in doing omelettes. This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was an incredible experience I love everything the hotel offered. I would definitely recommend it and most definitely stay here again. Thank for the great hospitality and kindness.

The front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in. The door to our room was open when we got to it. Our room was extremely hot, the ac unit did not work and it was a very uncomfortable night. When I mentioned it to the front desk she said the hotel was on a centralized system and the heater turns on at night. We should be able to control the ac and heater. I’m glad we only booked for one night. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again.

My only disappointment was the conditions of the bathroom There was a large area in the tub where the porcelain was peeling away and rust around the drain. The paint is peeling off the ceiling. The hotel was beautiful it had lots of convenient amenities such as laundry on the 5th floor, the store that carries just about everything, the in door pool, and around the clock staff to help with your needs. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the heater did not work but they did have extra blankets. We were in room 418 on the 4th floor.

Embassy Suites at the LAX Airport exceeded our needs with comfort, hospitality and convenience to the airport.

Breakfast was very good, check in was done via the app and when we got there we spoke to the desk agent and got two hard keys. He didn’t ask for a form of payment as we had checked in already, we went for dinner at the onsite restaurant which was fine. Then at 10:30pm just as I’m about to go to bed the front desk calls asking me to come down and give a credit card and that the restaurant he trying to close and it can’t wait till morning. So I get redressed and head down to the desk and give my credit card, the same one they had on file from when I checked in via the app. Not a huge deal and I know mistakes can happen but kinda sucked that time of night. Also as an FYI, the rooms facing away from the airport have a frosting on the windows and they are not able to be opened. ChatGPT says it because of privacy concerns for the private homes behind the property, and the tub does not have a working stopped which the staff said was because too many people have flooded the rooms in the past. Otherwise the stay was fine as it was just one night.

The staff at omelet kitchen was absolutely great, professional and kind. The front desk staff need training on customer service and how to greet guests as they're not good at it.

Used this hotel as a last minute resort due to a flight delay. Price was very reasonable. A bit cheaper through Expedia than directly through the hotel. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was an added benefit. The receptionist was friendly. The hotel is very impressive in a good way. Matches the Los Angeles Art Deco style. The room comfortably fit my family of four. I would definitely consider visiting this hotel in the future under better circumstances and highly recommend it to others.

There was water damage in my room a leak in the roof of the bathroom downstairs management send me another key for another room with out any other concerns about our stay which one off my daughters got water damage on her phone do to the leak they had on the room no report was ever made by management or noted anything about my room change or incidents

In our room, the air conditioning was not working. We asked to be moved to another room. They refused to move us since the air conditioning was not working to multiple rooms and it was not hot enough outside to justify the use of air conditioning and “we had to deal with it” We asked for a fan and they brought it 3 hours later at 1:30am. This same was told to the guests near to our room. The room was stuffy and hot, even with the windows open and the noise of the airplanes all night.

I arrived around noon and after being awake for nearly 24 hours, I asked at the front desk if early check-in might be possible. Shirley immediately did everything she could to accommodate me. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm manner made a huge difference after a tiring travel day, and being able to settle into my room early was incredibly appreciated. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating an atmosphere where you genuinely feel like a valued guest. As a first-time visitor to the area, I really appreciated the clear communication from the hotel. The night before my flight, they sent detailed instructions explaining how to catch the free shuttle from LAX. The shuttle picks up directly at the airport, but you have to locate the red signs that indicate shuttle pick up areas, like bus stops. And since there is both a South and North Embassy Suites near LAX, you need to ensure to board the correct shuttle. I stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom which was impressively quiet and made for a great night's sleep. While the hotel is on the dated side, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff once again went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family back home in Canada.

One person at desk with a long line. He asked a woman that was just sitting there ignoring everyone to help. She ended up assisting me. She appeared half asleep. Not welcoming. I told her we had a vehicle. She charged me for the over night parking. I asked if the slip I had with a barcode would work getting out in the morning. She said yes. It did not. I paid a second time for parking.

Please make sure all the room temperatures can be adjusted because on our last night stay on the third floor the room was so cold my husband went to the front desk. However, the room still did not warm up after the approximately 30 minutes as quoted.

Property was nice but they told us the water was to be shut off from 11-3. We paid $50.00 extra for early check in but I'm not sure why I was charged $50.00 and not have any water. The shower water fluxuated between hot and cold. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom fan never shut off.

airport shuttle came relatively quickly. it's an airport hotel and as such, I thought was pretty nice and surprisingly quiet. my only complaint is the cutbacks in quality of happy hour and breakfast. everyone seems to have cut back since covid. it was fine just not the higher standard of embassey suites pre COVID.

Breakfast was great. The indoor pool was a nice treat since it was cold outside. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. The parking a bit pricey, you could be lucky and find parking on the street but we preferred to park in the parking garage as we were traveling with our kids.

Booked two rooms and front counter staff said only 1 room is booked.Blame was on expendia and there booking system!!I confirmed once again 2 rooms were booked and they did apologise for error.

We landed in LAX and called at 11:50 PM (after waiting for 10 minutes at the shuttle stop) were told the shuttle does not run after 11:45 PM and could pay $15 per person for our family of 5 to have them pick us up even though I called before I booked to make sure there was a free shuttle that could pick us up at midnight. So we spent $45 to get there by ride share and then when we checked in only 3 towels in the room for our family of 5 and they said they had no more towels till the morning staff arrived at 8. The front desk person was not helpful and jsut shrugged.

Perfect way to start a vacation. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinner in the hotel was wonderful as well. One of my favorite places.

On our way to the airport, the shuttle driver refused to take us and he was the 8 o’clock shuttle driver and it was only 805. He didn’t want to deal with all our bags. We had seven people and had 10 bags and he just left us there, but thanks to the second driver who didn’t have to leave till 830. He went ahead and took us and we tipped him, but it was very insulting and he let the other driver know in Spanish that he didn’t want to be bothered with us, so I really didn’t appreciate that. The hotel itself was very poorly, cleaned and put together. There was hair all in the bathroom hair all over the sink. It had a smell of sewage in my mother‘s room. Light wouldn’t turn off in the living room on the fan TV kept on turning on and turning off the air conditioner, stayed on blast. It was freezing in our room just very uncomfortable situations. The staff was helpful. They tried everything that they could. I really appreciated them. They did a good job, but just the hotel itself. It definitely needs some maintenance and some upkeep

I was impressed with a hotel room that has two rooms and two vanities! Free hot breakfast was good. Hotel is near busy airport and I can hear engine noise in bedroom area. The open center of hotel is a nice design but noise also travels to all hotel rooms by loud laughters.

The shuttle picked me up at the airport.... The room was impeccably clean and well furnished.... The lobby is amazing with lots of space to interact with people. They offered happy hour with free drinks for the guest... Breakfast was amazing there was a buffet but there's also a omelet bar where they will make you whatever you want... They have an indoor pool we didn't use it but we will next time.... Also a gym. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for my daughter and my granddaughter to visit it was just for a night and we just wanted a place to get together.... The next morning we took a walk down to Starbucks which felt very safeThere are also several restaurants close by. They allowed me to leave my bag at the counter while we went out And then we returned and I took the shuttle back to the airport... The staff was very Pleasant And helpful. I will definitely be returning next time I'm going to stay a little longer and just enjoy the place.

Really enjoyed my stay, it’s a great place to stay if flying out of LAX. The only thing that annoyed me was I was standing in a line to check out for a receipt, stood there for 15 minutes waiting in line and some woman just walked up to the other staff member and said she wanted to check out and was attended right away. Which meant the staff at the desk was not paying attention that there was a few of us that had been waiting in line and allowed that woman to cut the line in front of us. I was not happy about that and I consider that bad customer service. But room was clean, TVs nice size, good breakfast, all else was great. I would stay again.

The breakfast was great and really good! The staff were wonderful! The room was perfect! We didn’t use the airport shuttle. We drove their and it was a little confusing to find, but we figured it out!

Ok Hotel, not at walking distance from airport and swimming pool for adults ONLY event hat Expedia shows it as an amenity for families. Good Customer service on managerial part only, front reception needs way more proper training, breakfast ok, lovely & clean rooms.

Everything was great except I left my room at 10am and returned at 6:45 PM and did not receive any maid service TP towels Bed etc. I would still recommend this hotel

We stayed one night but the hotel was very nice and spacious. The hotel offered complementary happy hour in the evening which was awesome. Breakfast had so many choices with quality food. My kids used the pool and enjoyed it (no hot tub tho). The shuttle service to the airport was convenient and runs consistently. The lobby area has plenty of room to lounge and get work done, it was nice and quiet. They have an indoor waterfall area with turtles that my kids loved. They also have a restaurant. I wish we could have stayed at this location because the size and setup of the suites is perfect for families.

Great place , beautiful and clean . Our bathroom needed to be updated, ceiling in the shower was coming off other than that it was great! Feel like when you have people staying in a room all parties need to be put down for obtain new keys when lost.

Overall the cleanness of the hotel, the staff amazing, beautiful rooms, loved the afternoon appetizers and drinks, breakfast was amazing, shuttle picked up my daughter from the airport fast. Loved the view to the airport.

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and parking was a plus!

My only concern is that the person at check in did not specify when the breakfast buffet would be open. I have only stayed on weekends, and so was shocked at dismayed to come down at 9:15 am to a closed restaurant. Not even coffee. Very sad as this is one of my favorite things about Embassy Suites.

The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is located in a nice convenient location. The parking was safe and convenient. I like the free breakfast and Happy Hour as I feel that is a way of showing appreciation to the guests and it definitely makes the Hotel stand out. I will stay here again for my trips to Los Angeles.

The location is close to LAX but the 3 times we have stayed here all the rooms smell like smoke. Particularly weed. So if you like that smell this might be the place for you. We have been staying at Embassy Suites for 25+ years and may re think where we stay next time.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and it always stinks. The 3 different rooms we have stayed in all smelt like smoke/weed. It does not make it an enjoyable stay. The lobby and outside areas all stink as well. We will not be staying here again.

Pros: very quiet, great continental breakfast, clean rooms. Cons: The front desk communication and service was horrible, the thermostat didn’t work properly so the rooms were icy cold, and TV remotes didn’t. I doubt if I’d return

At check in I was charged $50 for early check in. Was only 2 hours before standard check in and the room was already cleaned. This was disappointing. Embassy Suites is my go to hotel when available.

Hotel is beautiful, clean room, nice breakfast, however, the shuttle service to the airport was NOT reliable. We were told to be at the lobby 10mins before the designated time of departure. We arrived at the lobby early but told us the shuttle already left and had to wait for the next one! The shuttle time on the website totally different what they have posted at the lobby. And also the bill wasn't correct, they charged us $50 , 3 times for early check in! Glad we checked our receipt and they corrected the charges before we left.

Ants in room, shower

No business center. I needed to print luggage tags but they had no computer and only 1 printer to use. A QR code was used to identify my self but I needed to send 6 separate emails to complete the task and could not print 6 at once

Everyone on the staff was wonderful/helpful. Samantha checked in everyday to make things were going great.

Workers are very personable. I arrived early and they made it possible for me to have breakfast. They changed my room to allow for early check in and a upgrade. The only complaint is my shower leaked and even worse after I took a shower. There was also no one available when I checked out, but it was 4:20 am.

Also I didn’t know first floor had no windows. Ill be sure to ask for second floor next time.

This is a great option for those wanting a hotel near LAX. The airport shuttle worked well and the breakfast is a real step up from just about any other chain.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we immediately felt welcomed.

The food was fresh. I dont drink coffee and would prefer hot chocolate

Pick up at the Airport was appalling. Your e-mail said that if you do not have a working US phone, go to the information desk. They did not want to know. They said to just wait outside. We were waiting for 2 hours. When the bus arrived it was not white with a green E on the side. it was black with no E on the side. This got us off to a bad start for what was a good stay. The staff did not appear sympathetic to this problem and were somewhat offhand.

The car chargers that are in the level 1 parking lot do not work, it is extremely necessary that you have them available since many guests do not stay there to be able to charge the car and they do not work.

The bathrooms are in bad condition and overdue for updates. The comforter was worn out and had holes in it. The good thing was the complimentary breakfast which had good dining options especially the omelette which I really appreciated.

Love this property and had stayed many times. The only downfall is the location.

The parking was expensive so we parked in the street. The staff was awesome. The pool was pretty small. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay and watch planes take off and land.

Check in time was 4pm but the room wasn’t even ready at 4:30pm. On the fourth day the bathroom flooded because the shower wasn’t draining properly. On the fifth day the air conditioning stopped working. They gave us one portable fan for the night after trying to fix for more than one hour. Could not fix it before we checked out next day.

Did not use shuttle service, staff were cordial and helpful, the room was clean, however, the bathroom and all sinks are very in need for an upgrade, the room was cold had to pull out the extra blanket. Beautiful hotel!!!
