I’ve stayed at these properties before and they have never compared to this location. The hotel is under renovation, so there was dust and paint chips and holes in the wall. I understand renovation but I don’t understand why cleanliness is not being practiced. My shower had hair on the wall and in the tub. There was was I think was makeup smudges on the pillow case, the towels had some stains on them still, the walls had some mysterious smudge/smear. The other room we rented had a giant dead cockroach on the floor, trash left behind, the toilet didn’t work, bathrooms were not cleaned. It the probably the most disgusting place I have ever been in.

Never stay here. Blood on the walls and doorknobs. Boogers on the light switches. Visibly dirty all over. The toilet was disgusting and leaking. I stayed one night and went elsewhere.

I didn't even end up staying here. There was 3 different cars up on Jack's with 1-2 tires off it. There were multiple windows broken out on the top floor. It looked like a Crack house. The man up front when he finally came up to the desk I could tell didnt want to help me I was traveling with a young child and didn't feel safe. There was so much trash around the property, spare tires and other big objects. I walked out and found another hotel.

The night staff had a young lady whom was super friendly with many suggestions. The very late night staff lady was always smoking outside or with her girlfriend. She also had a guest work on her vehicle and later I found out she never paid him for his work.

Parking was easy

Pool was not clean…..lots of ceiling tiles with water damage…..floor in room was not clean needed some TLC…..TV had blue screen on it…..still paid full price for it??? Don’t know if I’ll return

Staff at the front desk were so sweet & great !

The only reason why we stayed here is because the other hotels were booked up for the BTS Concert. We could hear every step the people above us made. The vending machine was out of order. There's no hot water or coffee. The rooms look very old and minimally cleaned. I felt like I was sleeping at a bus station.

Honestly, the hotel needs an update.A appearance on the inside looks old. Stained carpets from years of use, Faucet in the bathroom was difficult to use, couldn't get the temp or water flow to come out easily, bathtub looked dingy. I'm not expecting a perfectly clean and maintained place, but for the price, it wasn't worth it to me.

The price wasn’t too bad. Needs upgrading for sure. It’s broken down all over the room. There is only 2 plugs that work, 1 light half of the room was dark. & it reaked of WEED everywhere even though it was a non smoking area.

Room and restrooms were not clean. At all. Crumbs all over the floor, toilet wasn’t cleaned, hairs all over the restroom floor. I didn’t stay the night. I left.

Friendly staff. Good space for parking a big U-Haul. Good location for us as we needed to just sleep for some hours. The property is in terrible condition, need a total renovation. If you are ok to just go there and sleep, shower, get up and continue it works, but not to spend more than one night.

So the room that I was in there's mall the restrooms are disgusting they don't do no maintenance on them I was just grossed out... I think they need to run every third what is it called they need to renovate their motel before they continue using them..

This property far exceeded my expectations of a Motel 6. The staff was friendly and professional and gave exceptional service. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. And with other properties charging outrageous fees for pets, the fact that pets stay free at this motel is a huge plus.

When we got to the room, no toilet paper, no trash bags, the bed had crumbs inside de covers when i lay on it i felt alot of crumbs on it , i wasn't sure what it was, had roach in the bathroom, the floor had sand i dont know it was dirty, like it wasnt sweep, had a pizza box on the top counter. Had dog hair on the sofa and on the floor, my husband's shirt had hair all over it, not to mention Marijuana strong odor. . Sofa had stains on it, not going back at all. Ive stayed at motel 6 before, but never had this bad experience.

There a constant loud buzzing sound which I thought it was the AC unit but once I turn d off the sound was still there. I know it’s a motel 6 not the Marriot but I travel often and stayed many times in other Motel 6 is this was definitely one I am not coming back.

We have been on this property for a while now. They have an excellent staff. I think they're doing the most with the least. The hotel does need a lot of work and a lot of areas. I don't think they have enough people to cover those areas. There are no vending machines so you do not have that service or amenity. There's a lot of structural issues. But the staff has been excellent and accommodating.

Everyone was kind however there’s just little things that weren’t the greatest such as the towels in the bathroom they’re very stained and need to be replaced. I thought they were dirty for a second. I feel like bedding needs to be a little bit more than just a sheet also there was a window open and I didn’t realize it till the morning anybody could’ve came in the room while I was asleep the floors looked a little dirty. There was a lot of noise at night. Hard to sleep. Can hear everything when I stay again maybe I was in desperate need of somewhere to go before I arrived. I called staff to make sure everything was good with my reservation. I was hung up on. I had to call back. I wasn’t provided a Wi-Fi password or anything. Hopefully these things can be fixed.

if you dont open the door it is because you are resting ,housekeeping knocks the door once and once again it was uncomfortable.

I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay in this room. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a wall of a foul, rotting stench that made me gag. The room is absolutely filthy—layers of grime, mysterious stains, and a level of neglect that is actually a health code violation. It’s clear this place hasn't been properly cleaned in months, if ever. I booked for 4 nights and couldn't last 4 minutes. Expedia has been notified. Save your money and your health—stay anywhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is easily the most disgusting hotel experience of my life. I felt unsafe and unsanitary just standing in the middle of the room with my luggage. The management clearly has zero pride in this property and zero respect for their guests. I had to flee the property and find new lodging immediately. Documented everything with photos and reporting to the Health Department. You have been warned: STAY AWAY.

This was the worse experience! never again would I stay here. On top of it, tv didn’t work, no channels were visible , just terrible. We ended up checking out, probably like 1.5hour after checking in. Waste of money! Wish I could get my money back! So disappointed!

Though the hotel is dated and smelled in the hallways, the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The staff was efficient and pleasant even for a really late check in. They did great.

The room was acceptable but the towels smelled and didn’t look like they were washed. A lot of shady people around the hotel.

They didn’t have my room reservation when I got there. When I got into room there was no microwave or fridge that I had paid extra for since I’m traveling I had some food to warmup and drinks to keep cold.

The curtains were desintegra ting and were not able to close properly. The bedding is old, stained with a red grease stain and smelled bad 😩

This place was worse than a dump. The first room the bathtub was filthy. The sink was filthy. I asked for a new room that one was worse. There’s a hole in the shower. How do I know there’s not a camera there’s a hole in the room above the phone how do I know there’s not a camera Big black hair on the wall no shampoo and conditioner no ice bucket the pool was appalling filthy My mattress had a huge what looks like blood stain on the corner. The microwave was filthy. The doors are filthy. The air conditioner is filled with objects and is filthy. The phone has no information on it whatsoever. Just a plain phone with no way to contact the front desk. The bathtub has a huge rust stain. The toilet has rust stains and is missing the caps on the bottom, the container that holds Kleenex boxes empty there’s no towel holders on the wall just rusted clamps with no toolbar toilet paper rolls falling out of the wall in the hallway the ceiling is missing multiple tiles an as I was walking, my foot fell through a hole in the floor in hallway, there’construction going on in as well where the maids quarters are, and there’s trash and filth everywhere, areas in the walls where holes were plastered, but never repainted the manager was rude to me and accused me of taking a taxi and never paying when I drove my own vehicle! She could care less I was unhappy and wasn’t willing to resolve anything. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel room in my life! I will never stay in motel 6 again!

Everything in the room was very bad and dangerous . I took pictures and want to file a big complaint. I did not change rooms or informed the clerk because it was late and I needed to rest. I WAS SUPER TIRED AND JUST COULD NOT REPORT ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT NIGHT.

had to beg them to clean my room and fix the sink faucet. night male manager was rude, maintenance mam was ride. the gm was the only one who seemed to get anything done, she was a blessing the entire visit. and the lady night desk employee was wonderful. I am only raising me reviews for them, otherwise i would have rated worse.

Worst motel I’ve ever been in. Room 228 looks like something out of a horror movie. There was no smoke detector the fire alarm was taped over. The ceiling was peeling in the room and in the bedroom. The mattress had stains and hair on it. The vinyl base boards were peeling off. The hotel security lock .. only had the arm and not the u piece. The drywall was filthy. I could go on and on. I’m going to see if I can get my money back. I have pictures. I couldn’t wait to leave there

No GYM, No Ice, Vending Machine has expired stuff. Pool always Dirty. Housekeeping works hard groundskeeper worked hard too. Some of the front desk are super cool humble great outgoing personality. The price is extremely bad for blood stained sheets & extremely old mattresses. The AC super dirty . The price should be around $30 . I think eventually it will get better once it’s upgraded but the pictures are false advertisement.

If this is the motel 6 on gateway I been meaning to reach out about this. I hope they refunded my money like I asked, I will be calling their corporate office too. Worst experience ever. I went in to check in the receptionist never made eye contact and spoke in a low voice while looking annoyed. After I got my key me and my husband went into the room that looked small, barely clean no microwave or fridge. The remote to the TV wasn't working so I took it down stairs to replace, she angrily looked in a drawer full of remotes that didn't work while on the side of her an employee told her there's a working remote in another room . The employee was in her socks gave me the remote. We both took the elevator up she went to one room talking to a guest then went to another room talking to another guest about acting out. When I went in the room my husband told me there was roaches in the bathroom. I'm done I went down stairs to get my money back but I haven't got nothing back to my account. The motel was crawling with tweakers and had a horrible feel to it all employees were shady. We left and went to the motel 6 on North Mesa . They were great, clean rooms friendly staff and great atmosphere. Please take this motel off your site please look into this and see for yourself how horrible it is. It should not be an option for travelers looking to relax that motel is a place people go to get high and sell drugs including the employees were high you can tell.

I was told by the check in clerk that if I did not complain about the rancid condition of the room in the first 15 minutes of accepting the digital key, I had to accept the room., I told her the room was supposed to be clean when I arrived, she cut me off and retorted "Like I SAID...You have to COMPLAIN the FIRST 15 minutes upon your arrival." We were tired coming off the road and slept in our clothes to make a 730 appointment from checking in at 5 am. The First floor carpet is dirtier that asphalt and the stench is unbearable. The woods are a better bet than this place. Youve been warned. =(

My room's t.v. didn't work, they didn't refill the toilet paper. The restroom had no mirror. The hallways were dingy and smelly, not to mention had holes in the ground. The outside property was littered with trash and old tires. Would never stay there again

Hair in the bed, everything looked like it was falling apart. Noise level was crazy high. There was extreme banging above our room ALL night. Sounded like someone was bowling. I tried calling the front desk and someone answered but immediately asked me to hold and then I could hear him walking around and talking to other people. I held for FIFTEEN minutes then finally gave up. Tried calling again a little later but must never got an answer again. I didn’t feel safe to go down to try and tell someone face to face. The whole experience was terrible and I’m super disappointed. Motel 6 is usually my go to for a quick stop over when on a road trip because they’re fairly consistent. Basic, but clean and comfortable. This place was awful.

Been here going on 3 weeks it’s false advertising hotel rooms lobby no where near the picture shown. Ac makes me sick a lot because it seems dirty. Staff is good very nice people and I think get overworked you can tell. For being here almost 3 weeks I should’ve had a fridge & microwave in the room but apparently you get charged extra. No where to wash and dry clothes. I’m only here cause I have to car keys lost.

Staff was great, but the rooms were super dirty, the sheets were dirty full of stains the bathroom towels were full of yellow stains and I have pictures to show, floor was not sweep bathroom curtains were torn the sink was dirty full of dirt, door wouldn’t close properly and was missing the lock button on the bathroom a lot of noise in the next room. But the most disgusting thing was the sheets and the towels that were stained really bad is like they don’t wash the sheets. Never again staying there but it is a good price. I guess you get for what you pay.

The room we were provided should not be made available for anyone! There was paint peeling from the walls and ceiling. The towels were dirty. We slept with our clothes on because of how dirty the sheets looked. Even if it was the last room, No one should have to stay in it.

Much of the room equipment was broken, esp. the bathroom door. No baffle in sink; tub handle shattered. Carpet in the hallway was very filthy, the flooring underneath uneven and sagging. Frankly, I was shocked; this is well below even Motel 6's modest standards. The walls were all marked, much as if this were ghetto housing.

The place was horrible the hallways the rooms the bedsheets stains smell was disgusting the smell was horrible one of my worst experiences ever this place needs to be shutdown before an inconvenience happens here

Room was really hot, the A/C was not working

The bathroom was a nightmare: mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and a toilet that barely flushed. The towels were thin, stained, and smelled awful. I honestly questioned if this place had been cleaned at all before I arrived. Everything about this place felt old, neglected, and disgusting. I didn’t feel safe, I didn’t feel clean, and I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep because of all the noise and sketchy activity going on outside. Do yourself a favor—spend the extra money and go literally anywhere else. This place should be condemned, not rented out to paying guests.

This is the worst motel 6 I hav evr stayed I feel bd ppl tht wrk there. All they can do is apologize. The laundry did not work, the 1st rm the AC sounded like a motorcycle, the 2nd room TV did not work the 3rd room the sheets had hole in them. Had to requst srvs daily location is not easy to get to would have checked out if not booked online I will never use online booking again

It looks like hotel may be in remodel phase. Pool was. Dark green tv didn’t work other people at hotel were obviously long term because the loud music from the rooms went unnoticed even though it was loud downstairs the bathroom wasn’t quite all there the bathtub faucet was in pieces. No trash can at all in room. Not going back

Very dirty, old mattresses were in parking lot. The back of hotel was cluttered with empty boxes and trash. Pool was green and full of mold. Toilet clogged and front desk said they were waiting on maintenance but he could give me a plunger.

Where to start! Place was under construction. It smelled like sewer. AC did not work, toilet did not work. Sheet and pillows were hello and dirty. When given a second room, it was in the same condition. We left and they refused to refund us. Still fighting it. Run!! Pictures are NOT what this place is. Completely false advertisement. Just go to the hotel next door, so much better for the same price!

We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. The lobby is nice and the staff was very friendly, but don’t be fooled, that’s the only clean and safe space in this motel…

Staff was very nice , the condition of the room though- that was HORRIBLE! There were roaches in the room, the AC wasn’t properly working and it was SUPER loud. The towels had yellow stains on them . There was less than half of the toilet paper. Floor is coming off and the fire detector was torn off and on top of a cabinet . No microwave or fridge.

The rooms stunk. A/C barely worked. I got switched out of my 1st rooms because there was poop in the toilet with toilet paper into another room. That didn't have a remote and AC didn't work. There was bugs and mold in the room. I asked for help with several of the issues like a remote. They sent me up and down the stairs 5 times with different remotes that didnt work. I finally got frustrated because they couldnt find me a remote and my room was hot. I just left and told them they can rent it to someone else.

When i firstbgot there to check in the front desk apologized and told me thay the maintenance guy was fixing an outlet. No problem i was fine with that and told them i would be back in few hrs anyway. I went back 3 hrs later go to my room and the maintenance guy was too. He couldnt figure out how to fix itand was 100%honest with me. My father in law is a electrician and owns his own electric company so i even tried to help. Even called my father in law. The wires werent grounded and kept shocking the dude and couldnt find out why or where. After all that mess i walk to the front desk with the maintenance guy told them what was going very calming and politely. His response to me was "will you lower your voice, or i cant help you" he was rude and snippy so i asked how i can go about getting refunded and he said if you would calm down and let me tell you our policy" let me remind you i was not upset yelling nothing. Im bery understanding. But that was the last straw i firmly told him how rude and disrespectful he was and i was genuinely asking a question. He told me that i have to stay in that room. I told him how dangerous it is to be around live wires that are exposed like they were. All and all i found out later that night i would have to contact expedia and they reach out to management. How hard was that for the guy to just say that.

The motel is in poor condition. It was dirty, and the towels were so worn they were almost falling apart. The photos on their website are misleading. Only stay here if absolutely necessary. On a positive note, the front desk staff were courteous.

Avoid this motel 6 at all costs. Most of the rooms have no ac, or ac that that hardly works. There were dead bugs all inside the drawers, sheets were ripped, mattress had a huge hole in it. The towels and comforters were so old that they looked dirty despite being "clean".

There was no stay. Both of our rooms were canceled. We were told at the hotel that hotel.com canceled them. Not sure what the truth is, but we had to drive two more hours to find a room. Not very happy.

The Staff is Amazing, Ceasar and Maintenance staff. Able to change our room for a bigger one for $65.00 on a friday night. Good people downside bldg. is old.

This was a horrible place! Nothing like the pictures. We were completely catfished. Leaks on ceilings, and I have a baby and she couldn't crawl around because there was bugs and roaches on the floor. We asked to be moved to another room, and they said they were sold old, we asked for a refund, they said no. We asked to get compensated, they said they would not charge us the full price, they charged us the full price any way. I would not recommend this horrible place, the fee was so high as well! Charging like the Sheraton when it is not even a 1 star. I traveled with all my babies.

As I checked in I went inside my room 204 the room smelled like cigar and cigarettes. I went down to a lobby. As for another room, they gave me 202, the room did not have light. I went down the lobby and they they could not accommodate me. They told me they were sold out from rooms. I had to get another hotel to stay and I would love my refund at this time. 4. :30 p.m. I have not received the call from the manager service terrible rooms not clean

When i got to the property, the front desk was not manned and i rang both bells multiple times. After several minutes, i finally yelled out to get someone's attention. They were watching a TV in the back so loud that they couldn't hear anything going on inside the lobby. The tvs were not working properly in the rooms. They had trouble finding my reservation.

Room was somewhat clean. Sheets and pillows were okay but state of the room was horrendous. Chipped paint, falling ceiling in shower, leaking bath faucet, and broken toilet roll dispenser with only 1 roll. AC not working, set at 60 degrees when we arrived and it never reached 74 degrees all night. Not comfortable staying here. Never again!

The best thing about our experience was the amazing service by front desk clerk Robert. The room looked like an abandoned room awaiting a complete gut and remodel. We left the property within less than 30 minutes of checking in.

Hairs everywhere, floor was filthy. Nothing like it showed when I made reservations.

The room was disgusting, the hotel didn’t have hot water, and the toilet did not flush in my room! I contacted Expedia and the hotel for a refund for my unused days and was denied at every effort 10/10 do not recommend

The room was in very poor condition
