From the moment I checked in, Mark & Isaiah were amazing. They checked in via text message often and made sure everything we need was taken care of. Everything was great! The bed was decent, but I wish it was a bit more comfortable.

Talked to front desk but said they couldn’t give refund due to third party reservation so gave a few thousand points. I didn’t realize that, so will book directly with hotel from now on.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Every area of the hotel was taken care of. But above the cleanliness was the staff. They were kind, courteous and went out of their way to welcome me, help me and make sure my two night stay was exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel and confortable beds. Got in around midnight and by 8:30 am the cleaning staff was vacuuming rooms near mine. They were noisy and loud, disrespectful to your guests. Coffee is not an option after the dinning closes, it's a disappointment.

Breakfast average. The room was clean, but the AC on 69 was AC, and if you turned it to 70, it went to heat! The fan was constantly on AFTERBURNER with no medium or low setting, so you could hear the TV or yourself talk without the neighbors listening.

There are signs all around that said location was being worked on and apologized for the construction. Which was great. However as a first time visitor I think the staff and the location could take the extra mile and give me the heads ups as well. Especially when my room was located in the same floor as the rest of the construction. There were no signs such as "Closed beyond this point" that I walked past my room without realizing it.

The King bedroom is a roomy and well-equipped suite (fridge, coffeemaker, etc.), the pool is well-maintained, there's a gym, and the breakfast is good. The service is very friendly, too! Dining Note: This year we found a great Mexican Seafood restaurant a few blocks away - Mar Azul (1314 S 4th Ave suite 5, Yuma, AZ). Highly recommend it!

We were excited to stay in this hotel. We got to our room with our 6 month old baby. We were ready for bed and turned on the heater/ac and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep!! We tried calling the front desk and no one answered for like 3mins. It was late in the night so we just turned it off and covered our baby up to stay warm. Disappointed!

The only thing was the when we got to our room the sofa couch was broken and our kids couldn't sleep their, when we called the front desk they said oh yeah it broken didn't we tell you. But other than that it was great. We will be back.

Proximity to good restaurant, gas station, highway. Facilities in disrepair. My family had 5 rooms over the weekend and at least 3 of the them had problems with their room. My room's door did not close properly, the iron did not work, the shower door was broken. My brother's room shower door was also broken and came completely off the track. My sister's handicap room had a very slippery bathroom floor.

Beautiful. So comfortable and the pool area was fantastic. The full breakfast was great. We travel alot and this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in

I didn’t want to be in a wheelchair access room the carpet was coming up in the hallway the remote tot the tv was held together with tape and it was nasty the room was small and was a non smoking room however you could smell smoke in the room waste of money $400 for two nights I was extremely disappointed I could have spent $60 a night and stayed at a cheap motel and felt exactly the same sub standard. I won’t be staying there ever again .

Room was comfortable. Free breakfast left a lot to be desired because of the pandemic. While it was humorous to us, one morning we found a lizard in our shower (in a forth floor room).

I liked the room furniture. I disliked the gap in the room darkening curtains.
