Me encantó el hotel, es nuevo así que las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones. La recepcionista fue muy agradable y linda. La habitación tiene el tamaño perfecto, cama súper cómoda. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, definitivamente regresaría.

I could hear other guests as if they were in the room with me. Especially when they would walk around. It was very loud and i would be woken up from the families just conversing or walking around in their rooms.

This hotel was not well maintained. I will give it high marks for location, nothing else. The staff at check in did not share about the welcome gift and was not friendly or professional. She was tending to her clothes at the front desk. The facility was dirty and no one made an effort to clean. The same snot rag on the floor of the elevator was the at check in and check out. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper and the outdoor space was full of smokers.

I am originally from El Pasó but not currently living there. I was in town for my father’s funeral services. Lizy at the front desk was extremely polite. She didn’t know my current situation and was still very understanding. I had made the wrong reservation and she helped me fix it and saved me a lot of time and stress. I can’t get over how friendly she was. Thank you

The ac, kitchen and very clean room we had a really good experience stay here for two nights. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Highly recommend! Staff are sweet. Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen and fridge were both clean. Parking lot is big and open. Would book here again!

If the room has things all over cleaning services don’t clean. So if you want the cleaning make sure things are in order

Not only was it extremely spacious, but I cannot commend the staff enough. Everybody was extremely nice. Everybody was extremely caring and just extremely helpful no matter what time of the day I encountered them.
