After lifting the sheets there was some dirt and the front desk and housekeeper while loading my vehicle stated in “ are you leaving now or are you paying for more time “ but in a very rude tone. Mind you it was a couple minutes before 11 am check out time .

This was a good experience. The manager allowed me to stay 21 nights. The rooms were clean. The staff was first-rate. It was a small room with a queen bed. Parking and laundry were good.

I upset I paid for my reservation online I couldn't get my room . They wouldn't acoomate me at another hotel

The staff was rude and the other guests were very loud, one of the nights we stayed it sounded like there was a domestic dispute happening next door to us and the front desk didn't do anything about it.

Parking gets packed in the back even on Sunday & Monday nights. Clean rooms but the showers are real small and there's not much showerhead control, the water will splash everywhere so you can't really leave hair product or body soap on for a few seconds. The water will spill out of the shower especially because their shower curtain is so flimsy and thin. I was place in the back but you can only use the stairs from the front side and walk to the back making it inconvenient. The mini fridge was standard but it was wobbly. The bed was comfortable enough but there's only two pillows that won't provide much support for one person, let alone 2. The staff is on it trying to enforce rules which they have plenty of and if you want to use the pool you have to go ask them to open the door. It was relatively quiet but it was raining when I was there and no housekeeping for my 2 night stay because they only have them cleaning on some days. What really bothered me is that they save the disabled parking spot closest to the stairs for specific people with a cone. I parked there for 1 minute to go back to and grab something from my room and within 10 seconds the staff was coming out of the office to tell me to move, when I told her it'll be quick, she's calling me in the room but the guy that was smoking all day long by my room was allowed to do so even though they supposedly don't allow it and there was a camera right in front of him. And the bottom of the stairs flood so you'll def get wet

This hotel was filthy. The sheets hadn't been changed and there was a child's footprint on the sheet, there were hair in the beds and there was the shedding of what looked like a bug during our search for bed bugs. We did not stay the office was quick to refund our money and were very pleasant and understanding during the process

The room was below average. The hotel staff was rude. I checked out a day early due to my daughter going in labor & was still charged for the night I didn’t stay after expressing I had a family emergency.

Very friendly staff. I was there for 2 days it was comfortable clean. They have refrigerators in the rooms. If you want to microwave anything there is a place where you can microwave anything and get drinks, snacks stuff loke that. It is nice no one is aloud in without a key.

But sadly this time they were rude and they demanded me to leave the premises without any explanation. I asked for a refund and the woman said to contact the website where I made the reservation. Which I did. They told the lady from Expedia that I was assigned to a non smoking room but I had smoked in the room. THAT IS A COMPLETELY LIE. I’ve NEVER smoke in my entire life. My physician will vouch for my health. I’ve requested to speak to the manager and it seems that whoever the manager is. IS NOT AVAILABLE. I’m still dealing with this situation. This people are nothing but bullies and they will get what they deserve.

I felt unsafe here. I had to check in from a window that was completely shattered. They had me waiting outside while they registered me. The window was shattered. They put me through the ringer for check in althought they had my credit card on file. Once I got into my room, the beds were literally up against the wall. The walls in the bathroom had water damage and the shower was super small.

Seems clean enough but I am not sure I'd stay here again because of the area (but maybe I'm paranoid). I normally don't check into places through a window. Usually there's a lobby. But the desk area and the room is nice enough.

Horrible place to stay. At check in the lady at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, another guest was walking out. The front desk lady never bothered to look up to say “hi, welcome, I’ll be with you in a moment I’m assisting someone else at the moment.” Nothing. Not hospitable at all, you can check the cameras at the front and time when I first walk in to 10mins later to being helped. They charged for my 2nd guest because my reservation only said 1 adult. Dumb. The room was nasty the towels were dirty the bathroom had long strands of black hair everywhere! Shower was ridiculous, tiny and the shower head is right above the entrance to the shower. Only cold water came out. It was a shower curtain so water isn’t contained to the shower it leaks out onto the floor. Just so NASTY! I’ve never felt so disgusted with a room than I have with this stay. HORRIBLE place.

Property is at a busy intersection. Saturday night there were constant police sirens for several hours dealing with whatever was going on in the neighborhood and traffic.

For the price, this place is a surprise, clean bed, clean shower, hard floor (clean), and with a clean refrigerator. I had really good sleep, so much better than Las Vegas.

1) the restroom was clogged up and when we notified the front desk they gave us a plunger to use to clear the clog and to return plunger to office after using. Bathroom was still clogged afterwards. 2) pillows were solid and hurt the neck 3) bed was very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on outdoor chase lounge

In general everything is good, the only bad thing is the check-in time which is at 3 in the afternoon and we arrive and the room is still not available

Shower head broken, water splash all direction but downward. Front desk said should tell them before taking the shower. I was already in shower, that’s how I find out the situation. Good that only stay one night on a trip.

Non smoking room had cigarette burns on the comforter. Also had stains on the comforter and the towels. Room is really small with no basic things like an iron. Not worth the price we paid.

The room was crisp and clean. The neighborhood was pretty safe and security was very visible on site. The clerk even called my room to make sure all was well. This is definitely an understated oasis.

The room was small but comfortable. Great location right of the freeway and surrounded by places to eat and stores nearby. Overall I would recommend, especially if you just need a room to sleep at night. We were gone all day and would just go to the hotel to sleep, stayed 3 nights and it was a great price.

But I don't like roaches.
