Looks like they rented for months to the same people. Restrooms are dirty, walls are dirty beds are Terrible. Smells bad at the moment you walk in the rooms. Not recommended at all. Really bad experience for me and my Family.

Very much a “get what you pay for” place but with friendly owners who do their best to accommodate. I stayed while they were getting brand new AC units and it got so hot in my room. I asked them if they have any type of portable fans & the manager gave me the one out of his office.

The price The place was disgusting. It was filthy. The walls had exchanges and spots everywhere with peeling paint the tile floor at chips and broken spots everywhere. The bathroom was small. The toilet was shoved in a corner. It rocked like a rocking horse the showerhead mold the place was disgusting and filthy. My wife feared all night the bugs would drop on her head.

No air-conditioning, WIFI doesn’t work, the sink drainage issue, furnitures broken… How could such a condition still in business and charging money?

The place did not catch on fire. I was not robbed nor assaulted, and the ceiling did not collapse nor did the toilet overflow. Other than those things, nothing I can think of. Seems owners have lost control of their motel--but maybe they prefer having floors that are covered in slippery goo; adjacent room filed with all night partiers who tested the limits on noise, profanity, door slamming, and seek to make all the noise endure until sunrise--night after night. The clerk slipped me a remote control for the tv; it was sticky with goo of the non-slippery variety. I should have dropped it back in the slot but couldn't unstick it from my hand and did not want to touch anything else until I had a chance to wash my hands.

There’s nothing that I can honestly say about what I liked regarding this property I don’t have anything kind to say EVERYTHING this place should be condemned The City, state and any third party affiliates associated with this hot ass mess of a place should be held accountable for continuing to allow this and yet they can continuously fraud and scam people

The hotel would not allow us to get checked in. We could not get a room and we were charged we showed the receipt the itinerary and the confirmation and still could not get a room.

relatively close to my work almost everything. outlets not accessible, chair rotten, dirty, no drawer in the desk, fan is not working, door detached from hinge, no shirt hinges in closet, there is no light, refrigerator no shelves, etc......and they are expensive !!!

Kitchenette mentioned in the website is not a kitchenette. There's just a fridge and a microwave. No counter, no cups, bowls, dishes, no utensils and no stove or cooking vessels. The TV had no signal, so did not work.

It was economical and available when needed.

The person in the reception desk was the most friendly, nice and welcoming person I ever seen. The room smells horrible. I left the windows open at night until the morning for smeals and the refrigerator was really old.

nothing not like what was pictured room was dirty and poorly maintained person who lived in room below was loud and inconsiderate (up until 3am and loudly singing at 6:30am. when i told the onsite manager about the experience, he acted surprised. really? i think it is just the norm, and only I was disturbed by it. don't rent as a hotel if you are going to become a quasi apartment complex. parking was tough

Gave us grief about our age, refused to look at the reservation until we were interrogated, had to beg the front desk man to let us have the room we booked. Ended up staying somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely nothing This picture is false. The floor is tile like a mall and dirty. The bed rolls around because it isn’t attached to the headboard. Just on a rolling frame. There are no lamps or pictures. The towels has hair on them and they weren’t even real bath towels. The room smelled I had to keep the window open and there was no screen on the window. This room was a terrible stay. A 30-50 dollar room at most yet they charged $100 a night. It felt like I was in a hostile.

The room on Expedia was listed as having AC, but none of their rooms have AC. When we asked for a discount, we were told there are no discounts. All of the rooms are smoking rooms (including the ones the hotel manager claimed is nonsmoking). There were spider webs all over room, no cups for toothbrush, and the floor was dirty. I was not impressed!

The conditions of this place is awful. The bedding was worn and ragged. The lamp on the nightstand was broken and had no "on" or "off" button. The towel rack was broken. The bath towels were stained and worn. The furniture in the kitchenette did not match and broken. The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty and damaged. I will never make this mistake again. I thought the city of El Cerrito would offer better donditions than this.

The room looks nothing like what we saw and expidia website. There’s a microwave and a fridge that looks all old and beat up. All the furniture is scratched up beat up TV has a gash in the LED screen. I don’t think it was even a flat screen. The tv only has two channels.

Floors were dirty, bathroom floor tiles cracked,loose and noisy. Bathroom door was on the wrong side. ( you had to walk in and partially close door to reach sink). Bed slides when you lean on headboard,

Says non smoking but rooms(I stsyed in 2 different rooms)smell of overwhelming cigarette smoke, shower is mounted far to one side of the shower stall so can't reach all areas. The stall is also so small that you can't bend or lean over enough to wash any part accept your head and unarms.

There was no toilet paper holder . The toilet paper was simply placed of towels that were placed along the sides of the small sink. While I was washing my hands , the toilet paper fell into the sink,& the running water ended up getting the roll of toilet paper wet. We had to get a new roll of toilet paper -an inconvenience. Overall -> you get what you pay for. It's a BUDGET motel ! A drive around the block reveals nice houses w well kept lawns- I conclude the neighborhood to be safe. We ate at the Thai restaurant that's @ same parking lot as the hotel. The food tasted good, & the prices are lower than at other restaurants.
