Nothing. When we first open the door water flooded from the AC and smelled bad. They moved us next door. Old beer cans were in the rooms and you can tell it wasn’t fully cleaned. Little roaches crawled around at night. The baseboards were brown from water damage. We had no drawers to put our clothes away. It didn’t have a natural clean smell just a musty sprayed smell that gave us headaches. The website didn’t match the actually inn. We pick this place to have a pool and spa for the family it had caution tape around the empty jacuzzi and nasty condom by the pool. Horrible and it felt like a prison you had to be buzz to go inside and talk to the front desk that tells me it’s not a safe place or area. We travel for sport for our kids and we will NOT be recommending this ever!

When we got there, the whole hotel was under construction the smell in our room that we got had a chemical smell. There was hardly any place to park. It looked like a goddamn dump. We complained. We try to get our money back, but was too late because your little pity asses wouldn’t give us our money back because we didn’t know that the hotel was gonna be under construction. There was carpeting. There was so much stuff all in the parking lot piled up banging hammering going on you kidding me that you got you guys owe us money. We didn’t even stay at that hotel look at the dates I stayed. We went to another hotel we had to pay for because I couldn’t get reimbursed for that booking bullshit There weren’t any photos my wife couldn’t stand the smell of the chemicals in our room. I had to make a quick decision on finding another place hoping that we could get a place to stay decent enough.

Very unsafe property. Homeless people all around, prostitutes around 1/2 dressed. Not suitable for a family stay! The rooms are ok. Door barely closed and didn’t seem safe either. We didn’t even stay ended up cancelling and renting a last minute hotel instead!! Would NEVER book again. The front desk clerk was so rude and we had to fight for a refund. He claimed it’s okay no one bothers you but we had stranger men coming up to our kids and harassing us. Would not recommend. 0/10. Pictures are deceiving and the property looks nothing like the photos. Very run down, smells awful, and renovations that haven’t been completed, as well as the elevator smells of urine. Pay the extra for a better hotel. This is not worth it.

They are remodeling the building, painting & doing some kind of constructions. Jacuzzi was close & parking and some commun areas were dirty due the construcion. Staff was very helpful.

Location not the best. Even in the daytime you had to buzz to be allowed into the lobby. There was no conditioner in the bathrooms. It was too loud, finally got quiet late night. The TV or control not working. I could not turn it on. The ironing board seemed dirty / burned marks. Iron was not working well, kept turning on & off.

Not clean area , no welcoming staff . I couldn’t stay there . We checked in and checked out, at least they reimbursed my money.

The stay was terrible. Kids were running back and forth telling until 10:30pm people telling from across the buildings. People were hanging out on stairs next to room smoking we could get water in shower on, without flight with knob. Staff was okay that came quickly when we needed something. To many work trucks in parking lot. So no where to park

The room was insanely disgusting dead roaches no curtains by the bathroom smelled like weed drug dealers and homeless outside our door. Dirty wet towels outside our door. Trailer homes with homeless people parked on the parking lot I could not stay there. I returned the keys and left. I rather sleep in my car!

everything went wrong I did not stay I decided to drive back home. what you see on Expedia is not what you see when you get there. I would think twice when making reservations on Expedia . Horrible experience upon arrival there was furniture all around the parking stalls. many transients on the property. property unkept, and unclean.

First thing Ill note is that they are in the process of upgrading it seems. However, this place was less than good. The furniture was filthy (stained) but like not your typical stains. Stains that would make me throw the furniture out. The room smelled like an ashtray from the moment I arrived. I paid extra to have a hot tub in my room for the weekend. The hot tub filled nicely amd while you turned the timer it would bubble but the moment you let go no matter how long or how far you held it past 10 it snapped back to off and bubbles would disappear. I was worried about the cleanliness of the hottub but it was very clean. On one occasion while in the bathroom, I saw a small cockroach crawling into the door frame. I have had worse stays but I've certainly had better especially for a "deluxe" room. I won't be booking again.

This place was bad. The Tv's didn't work and were falling off the wall. There were homeless people hanging around. The breakfast was some prepackaged stuff in a paper bag. The refrigerator didn't work. Water stains on the ceiling. Broken furniture. The beds were ok but the street noise was so loud that it was hard to sleep. Unexpected power outage unannounced in the legal amount of time to be properly prepared for a power outage. Power went out at 10pm and stayed off until almost 4am no air,no heat, no lights my phone and wife's phones were dead we couldn't call anyone for any candles or flashlights we have a five year old son who was in the middle of this and couldn't sleep until the power was restored very inconvenient and I am not happy

Room was extremely dirty. Like its never been cleaned walls were dirty and killed 2 roaches. Lights are sensored so any movement while sleeping they turn on including the restrooms fan. Beds have peices of dangerous bars sticking out in which i hit my right leg. I took pictures for proof. Parking lot is full of homeless walking around. Did not feel safe at all.

I hate writing reviews like this but unfortunately I have to. I booked it in a rush, only looking at the pictures and pricing. I felt completely unsafe since the moment I walked up to the front door. She had to buzz me in, it was around 4pm. When I got my card key walked up to the stairs to the 3rd floor. The first thing I noticed was the large space but also stained furniture, a strange smell and we saw some bugs. We asked for another room hoping it would be better. Non were available. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. Especially don't stay here with kids. My kids wanted to leave right away. Don't trust the pictures, so misleading.

The room itself looked as thought it was I. The middle of revamping. Hot tub outdated. Jets barely gave any sort of massage. No chairs just small table and bed. Top drawer of cabinet for clothes didn’t open and the light outside of the room flickered constantly throughout the night. You can hear everything all around. Best thing was the shower head in the bathroom.

The room was practically bare and the floors were covered with debris and stains. The beds were awful, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so we had a ton of humidity and condensation, the parking was atrocious, the pool and hot tub were closed. There was trash everywhere and extremely sketchy people just posted there at all hours of the day.

Photos of the hotel are not like the actual place. Everything seems older and kept unwell. There was a particular chair in the room extremely dirty and scratched up. Labeled as a hotel but seems more like dirty apartments. Area is very sketchy as well.

The room was rundown and not very clean. Cheap patchwork on the walls. Sticky remotes. What a horrible experience. We stayed one night because our drive got us there late, but immediately request cancellation and refund of our 2nd night. Found something elsewhere.

We had a great time. Just some bugs in the night all over the bed … in back room but I think it was from the outside unsure! We loved the place. The kids had a blast!!!

So my only issues would be that the gas line was damage and they didnt let there customer know nor did they accommodate for the hot water being out. I end up paying for another night and didnt get no discounts or anything for the hot water.

The place was under some type of construction and there were very shady people roaming around looking like they lived in their cars in the parking lot and smoking drugs in their vehicles.

The pictures don’t reflect the real conditions of the hotel. You see homeless people around the facility and it seems they also live in the hotel. Our first night the people in the next room had a fight where we heard things being thrown at the walls and super loud scream that felt unsafe. The mattress bends, the room smells like cigarette, the floors outside smell like pee, the elevator smells like marijuana. The overall condition of the hotel is bad.

You know that one scene from the movie Big with Tom Hanks when he goes to new york for the first time and its time for him to sleep , and curls up afraid. Well its kinda like that . Pillows had lipstick on them , the walls had patched up holes, there was a jacuzzi but it was caution taped off , there was a very different kind of unsafe crowd outside everynight. The air conditioning was great though. Overall i would not recommend this place .

Hundreds of cockroaches in the room and over the beds, in the entire room and bathroom. I leave the room and hotel15 minutes after check in and they don’t want give me the refund than I pay, after I arguing for two hours in the phone with them, 4 days after they refunded me only a partial amount.

The room smelled like the room was not ventilated for a long time.

When we checked in and got the keys, we noticed the hotel environment was very bad and there was people smoking and fighting and homeless people were in the parking lots, I could laterally smell bad odors around and finally we noticed that the bedrooms had bedbugs and we left the hotel right after seeing all those things. It was a bad experience in my whole time booking a hotel. I recommend to check the ratings before booking it.

The rooms were pretty big the family room but it didn't match the picture or the room I booked at all the prices are a little bit too high in the hallway kinds of stink hallway outside and the family room the microwave didn't work properly the table was broken and the dresses were broken the family room needs to be upgraded in the beds need to be upgraded because they were too high and you can't climb up

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly

The real issue was that the room was FULL OF FLIES. Without exaggeration the largest "swarm" of houseflies I have ever seen flying in a stable formation in my entire life existed in our guestroom. Probably 100-200 full-size houseflies. Upon getting this shock, returned to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room "only" had a dozen or two dozen flies, but disturbingly featured one dead fly on the guestbed, and a second smaller species of fly crawling on a pillow before flying away. The manager offered to have housekeeping come in and spray/kill the flies, but it's the source/reason for this large of a fly population that was most concerning. What are the larvae (maggots) feeding on?? While there were visible trash bags seen around the property (appear to have been placed by guests/residents) this couldn't explain the flies in the closed rooms. The overall property was dirty with sticky outdoor corridors and mats. The parking lot was full of poorly maintained cars that looked like those of long-term occupants not vacationers. How does the health department allow this property to operate? To his credit, the manager was sympathetic and processed a refund no questions asked. We moved to the Days Inn for LESS $$ and got an immaculate, quiet room next door to a Starbucks and Denny's no less and with a good-looking pool to boot.

Challenges: We did want two queen sized beds but they gave us two full sized ones. The internet and tv did not work but we didn’t come here to watch tv so that was fine. For breakfast, there is only coffee and there is nothing for the kids.

Lots of people foot traffic all night.. The room was adequate, no coffee maker and not one single cup/glass provided. Breakfast was handed out in paper bags containing Oatmeal in cup, muffin factory sealed, yogurt and breakfast bar.

Checking in, nobody was at the front desk and had to find a maid to get manager for us. This location needs a complete renovation - it is definitely showing it age. We checked in on Friday for a 2 night stay but with the condition of room and discussion with my wife we checked out on Saturday. We have a pet and it's hard to find a location that will take pets. When we got back on Saturday - we were surprised that I room had not been made up and no clean linens. Would not stay there again. Very poor representation on line compared to actual site. Had to ring a outdoor bell to get into the lobby and instructed if you wanted coffee and breakfast - you could get a bag in the morning.

The neutral: breakfast is a bag picked up from the lobby ( nutrigrain bar, oatmeal, muffin, yogurt) The iffy: must be buzzed into the lobby (speaks to the area not necessarily the hotel), sign that says you have 15 minute to decide to stay or can’t be refunded, overall condition of rooms is run down ( patch on walls, bad paint repairs, light covers not falling but also not fitting right anymore, mirror frame detaching, holes in screen, curtain with holes, tile transition from bathroom to room broken, cracked and seperating ac system ) The bad: pool/spa shut down by state, both rooms I was shown had a smoke odor ( unsure if people smoke in there, it’s from a time when they were smoking or it’s the people with sit in front of their ac unit to smoke and it’s pulled in- not overwhelming odor in the second room but for someone sensitive to smells bad enough although I never closed the window in the bathroom), floors dirty enough to turn feet bottoms black (hard floors so either dirty mop water or not mopping), lots of grease/black on bathroom door so if handles are cleaned doors are not The odd: no drawers in night stand , microwave in my room worked just had no display ( you can figure it out if you have ever used a microwave- this I reported when leaving) Not a bad stay overall but I chose my own bed instead of an extra night once business was complete

my partner and I stayed here for about a week. It’s somewhat nicer than other places in the area. The bed was not very comfortable. Biggest complaint is the customer service is horrible. Absolutely zero hospitality. We wouldn’t want to stay here again.

I booked a stay at this hotel with my family we are active duty needed a place for the night while moving and this place did not provide the correct pictures of the rooms. We brought the owner up to see the room and cockroaches running across the floor and he said it was clean and we even ran our hand on the service of the entrance and our hands were covered in dirt. We begged for a refund to go get a place for the night and he was rude disrespectful and said he would not refund us. So he charged us and we left to a hotel that was clean and no bugs. Never book here. We are active duty and explained we were in He was rude for an hour and the kids were exhausted so we had to leave. He is a thief and this hotel is the worst place I’ve ever seen. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted for a business.

The room had scuffed up and scratched old furniture full of stains. The floor had missing areas on floor.That whole flooring needs to be redone. It was not a very safe pleasant place for my family.

Complete trash. Don’t come here! The service sucks! No WiFi code readily available. No actual breakfast just a lunch bag like if someone was in jail. Left me on the 3rd floor and tried to have me walk back and forth for my own service that I paid for.

The room was really dirty. The floors needed swept badly, the walls are covered in dirt and marks. The shower head leaked up into the ceiling, causing paint to peel off. One of the tables in the room was completely broken off, with the top over the TV stand. The beds weren't too bad, but the pillows are crap. One good thing was there was no bed bugs; that is the first thing I check at any hotel I stay at. The rooms basically did not look like the pictures; the pictures are 100% catfishing pics. I wouldn't stay there again. The managers were nice, though.

Advertised pretty much as budget luxury hotel (check out the pics online). Drove into the parking lot dodging several apparently homeless people just hanging out. Had to be buzzed into the office through a rickety steel security door. Manager was definitely unfriendly and hard to understand. My wife and I went up to our room after check-in and were knocked back by the stench of stale smoke, stale urine and a combination of cleaning products futilely trying to cover it. Paint in horrible condition with splotches of mismatched faded and peeling colors, handprints, and drips of unknown origin. Found insects crawling on the floor. After encountering this nightmare scenario and looking down to the parking lot from the room to see random people looking into random parked cars, we decided to get out ASAP. Went to the office to inform the manager we were leaving due to the conditions we encountered and to get a refund. Manager refused to refund us a single penny. He said no refunds 15 minutes or more after check-in. Then he chuckled! This is far and away the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Expedia should be ashamed to have such a place on their site. STAY AWAY! DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE!
