The rooms are clean and well maintained. It also has a balcony, which is awesome. Some of the rooms do have flaws so check the room before checking in. The staff is pretty friendly and good customer service. Good vibes here.

The replacement room was better. The first room the phone and toilet did not work. The second tranfer room the door would not open using multiply door cards.

Roaches EVERYWHERE, slimey walls, mold, broken door handles, AC doesn't work, beds are broken and swallow you like a taco, heavy urine smell, can't see TVs while laying in the beds, NO couches. Rooms look NOTHING like the photos. Staff is friendly and all BUT the fact they even give you room keys to these flop house rooms without so much as a warning, is insane. I wouldn't make my worst enemy stay here!!

Arrive at 4:00 am and the toilet was broken, The desk clerk was extremely helpful and courteous and moved us to another room immediately. We inquired about late check out on our final day and the daytime staff was very pleasant to work with. Staff at this location understands hospitality and taking care of their guest.

Dirty! The walls, doors and bathtub were dirty. We had issues with the balcony slider, not locking, we had to call in maintenance within 15 minutes from checking in. Also, the front door kept not locking in intermittently. Not happy at all. Would not stay there again. Not only was the area sketchy, but some of the people staying at the hotel were sketchy. Maybe they lived there, not just temporary residents?

The TV did not work. Shower handle struggled to turn on. Room didn’t get serviced a single time in the 3 nights we stayed. I even asked a house keeper for towels and she said did not have any. The keys didn’t work consistently. Breakfast was good and front desk people were friendly.

The staff was amazing. Everything worked in the kitchen but you had to supply all your own stuff like plates and etc. The property needs some TLC but over all it worked for what we needed.

The room was satisfactory. The air conditioning was excellent. The bed was moderately comfortable, and I would have preferred it to be more so. The bathroom, however, was not to my liking. The bathtub appeared unclean, but there was a coding on its surface that was gradually fading. Additionally, the shower curtain rod was positioned incorrectly due to a broken side, causing the curtain to hit the showerhead during use, which was uncomfortable. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was decent. I appreciated the private balcony, which provided a scenic view of the sunset. The presence of cable television further enhanced the entertainment options.

For my room to be so expensive each night . I stayed four nights. And once I turned all the light out at bed time I found roaches in my room.it was my daughter bday well I ordered the efficiency meaning I had the stove icebox and drink. But I couldn’t leave any food on the table the roaches got all in my baby’s cake even while the box was closed and my 4th night I paid 248$ and I just don’t think it worth the price to have to sleep with bugs. Everything else is bearable

It was not to good. The morning they should bring eggs not just serial.

Upon initial entry into the hotel room we noticed cockroaches running on the floor so we quickly requested a different room which we were provided. Room was so close to the freeway that noise was unsettling. We had a two night reservation but after arising the first morning and having no hot water we decided to move out (hotel reception admitted to having a water problem and apologized with kindness and courtesy so I give two stars instead of one). We asked for a refund for the unused second day of the reservation which was granted.

The place was not inevitable. The bed was sunken in the middle, no doors on the closets, the furniture and appliances were out dated and mixed match, the floor in the room was unsettling, there was dog poop in front as you walk out the room, seedy people sitting in their cars/ walking around, the lightning was low. Expedia needs to send a person out to these different hotels to look at these properties before putting them on their sight. Also, when I went to check in the payment didn't go through even though I brought my flight, vehicle, and stay in a bundle. Going back and forth with an Expedia representative via telephone calls.

We originally planned to stay two nights we didn't stay a full night there was roaches the AC did not work properly the windows since the AC didn't work we tried to open them they do not open it was a miserable stay. My advice as a season Traveler do not stay here save your money go someplace else. This hotel does not meet standards to the brand name.

This hotel is the filthiest rooms I ever saw in my life. I cannot believe they are allowed to even rent these rooms out. I refused to stay! They showed me another room same thing. They need to be reported to the health department. Thank goodness the Clarion hotel was right there and stayed there for a higher price. Staff was great. But unable to stay there. Disgusting!!!

The balcony door didn't shut right you could fit a whole hand under the front door and the topp we had to roll towels to close it up the toilet didn't flush right you had to jiggle the handle the floor was so dirty my new white socks turned black from walking in the room with no shoes.people clearly on drugs hanging out front. The room reeked of cigarette smell and made our clothes stink for the rest of the trip. There were eaten sunflower seeds on the floor and the bathtub was filthy.

Staff was great. Rooms are hot and the air barely keeps up. The floors even stayed hot (first floor). Places the flooring was lifting. The bed was good. Rooms need some work. The only view is the freeway. I just needed a place to crash while visiting. It was fine for that.

It was pet friendly and rooms are spacious. Ice machine and vending machines are in the center of the property which was nice, not too far from the room. Staff was a delight and very helpful! Its decor and restrooms need a major renovation. The shower tile was badly chipped and painted over, and caulking needs to be replaced, and a huge paint spill was in our tub (old, but there). The ac units are window units which is fine however I had two rooms and both were broken, worked great but broken with hanging pieces.

Had to be moved from rooms twice because of broken locks on doors. And it was only my daughter and me . Ashley the front desk clerk was very helpful in moving me to a different room

It was really outdated, it gave run down vibes. there is a gas station right across the parking lot, a Starbucks and Denny's right across the street which was convenient. The freeway was right behind the hotel.

Didn't like anything the tub was really nasty, and the mattress was all stained idk what could had happened there.. I had to stay because I already had the reservation.

We didn’t like anything about this property. One of the staff ladies, the older one was great. But everything else was terrible.

The floor in the room was filthy, we were unable to locate the light switch, there was a dumpster with a mattress sticking out of the dumpster and other discarded furniture placed outside of the dumpster near the pool. There were questionable characters casing the parking lot that made us feel unsafe. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. We did not stay and the hotel agreed to refund 2 out of the 3 nights we had reserved. The refund process was laborious and slow. (Wish we had taken pictures)

This property is run down, sketchy people hanging around the parking lot next to a gas station and a freeway on ramp next it is very noisy. There’s a Clarion hotel on the same property and I had a check in there because the owner owns both properties. You can tell the owner neglects the property and just take the cash from the renters. I had a scalding hot shower that would only be hot or hotter and it burned my foot. I complained to the front desk, but they couldn’t do anything about it. I do not recommend anybody staying there as there are better other options nearby. I would never come back to this property.

Room was clean, AC and bed were perfect. Condition of room was pretty bad. No secondary working lock on my door. Several holes in the wall, ceiling need to be in. Walls need to be repainted. Bathroom sink has massive cracks. Bathtub needs restoration, even know it was clean it looked dirty

You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind.

Conditions are really bad! Do not stay here. The shower didn’t even work and have running water. You have to even check in at different hotel because lobby was closed. The pictures of hotel are not accurate either. Dirty shower.

Initial thoughts were there are no windows, the room was super hot, the sliding door to the back of building was unlocked which felt unsafe. My daughter went to use the restroom and lost it when she saw a couple roaches in the tub.

There’s definitely roaches, seen multiple in my room but they were squished. The breakfast is literally like waffles, toast, bagels cereal. Nothing crazy. The staff is super helpful though so that was a plus. Probably won’t stay here again

Booked a lot of rooms for our 14 employees who are working in that area. The convenience of having a kitchen seemed perfect since they were staying all week. The next day I got calls from them saying the rooms had roaches everywhere! On the beds in the kitchens & bathroom. They requested I find a different hotel to stay the following weeks.

This hotel was so unsanitary I had to leave and book a room at a different hotel.

The room was very dirty and the curtains didn't cover the window completely. The bathroom window wouldn't close.

Maybe the breakfast was ok. Everything else was horrible. Worst place i ever stayed.

The staff were helpful, friendly and responsive. Breakfast nook was overseen by a staff person throughout the morning; continental style with mini muffins, bagels, English muffins, toast, butter, ream cheese and peanut butter available, two deep waffle irons for nice make-your-own, yogurt, apples, cereal and fresh coffee. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sadly the facility itself is worn; there were cracks in the bathroom tile and walls, we had two lamps whose light bulbs wore out. But we felt reasonably comfortable. I hope they can make some repairs as it would elevate the place a bit. My one other suggestion would be to provide hard boiled eggs to the breakfast menu to add a protein option.

The handicapped room we were assigned was clean and the bed was comfortable; however, the bathroom was a misdesign. The shower and toilet were in the same room. The shower had one cloth curtain. The water flowed under it and onto the floor around the toilet. I built a towel wall. Later, the manager apologized and built another towel wall for fear my elderly aunt (87) might slip and fall. The towels were clean, but stained. The kitchen was useless because it had no utensils, pans or plates. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. They also accommodated our staying later than 9:00 AM. This was nice, but way too early to close for breakfast. The door handle to my room was upside down. You raised up on the latch; rather than pushed down on it. Expedia rated this hotel far too high.

I had higher hopes for this one. Our room was missing the front of the oven door and the pullout couch was missing bolts and wouldn’t fold out at all. We had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. There weren’t enough additional linens or towels to accommodate the number of guests.

My garden had 15 piles of dog poop. TV didn’t work. The freeway was right out the door. Very terrible area, people were creepy. Front desk was closed so I had to go across the street to check in. My bed squeaked. There where only sheers in my window, no curtain.

Vagrants at the entrance. Trash strewn about. Didnt feel safe to enter the hotel. 4 phone calls went unanswered

Room appeared tidy. Walking barefoot on the floor left us with black feet. Coffee pot leaked. Oven door had no/broken exterior glass panel. Adult I was with burned their self on oven door as it sprang shut. The kids started counting cockroaches after the 4th one, stopped after reaching dozen. Did not stay second night to avoid bringing cockroaches home. Stay was non refundable so lost needed $100 due to early checkout. Will not stay at any hotel of this brand again.

It's a halfway house for homeless, pretty scary activities going on, bad neighborhood. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but checked out after the 1st night. Never using Expedia again, you obviously don't vet your properties.

*Despite the old run down condition of everything it seems the housekeeping did a really good job cleaning the room. Desk clerks were nice. The owners need to put some money into cleaning up and remodeling the rooms.

The rooms we booked were including a sofa bed , we did not get the rooms we paid for, both rooms smelled like smoke and cigarettes and both had a roach infestation. We had complained about the rooms and advised us that we would get a refund, we have not received it and keep getting the runaround. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Had to move to 3 times to get a room that was somewhat decent. lights didn't work, roaches, dead bolt did not work, door had gaps you could see outside and staff said they would take care of it but in the evening the staff said they had no record of needing to move rooms and that their staff didn't inform them. They made it my fault they don't communicate among them selves. Id like my money back

I had to spend two times more dollars for alternate accommodation management again this Pay back my money by October 11th 2024 OR I will file a complaint in consumer court claiming for pain and suffering caused to our family with children.

This is not a hotel!!!It is an apartment complex where ppl live. The place is disgusting there was blood on the walls. Trash can outside of the rooms full. I checked in got my room key with my family and walked right out when I saw the room. The bathtub had roaches and was dirty/moldy tub. The room was also not what I had paid for I had “reserved” a room with a bed sofa and the room I was given had only 2 queen beds. It’s the worst and most disgusting place I have ever seen. Shame on Hotels.com for having this on their website.

I was so disappointed and disgusted with this reservation. When we arrived it was infested with cockroaches, stains on the beds, the ac wasn’t working, walls were dirty like they haven’t cleaned them in years. I went to tell the front staff if they could give us another room, because I had 4 children oldest being 8 youngest being 4 months old and wasn’t comfortable having them sleep in there. Mind you we drove almost 8 hours.. they told me they didn’t have anymore rooms and if we wanted to cancel it would be $200 on top of the $100 damage deposit I had put down. To top it off they when we returned from an outing The next day, our room had not been cleaned! I was so disappointed. Never again

They only cleaned once on our stay, and not well either. Most of the outlets in our place didnt work. The door to the bathroom door didnt close. The shower will either give you really hot or really cold water. The people at the front desk were helpful and nice, and the breakfast was almost always stocked.

Rented a room this past weekend for my son’s football game. So we got the double bed with the pullout bed couch. The place was clean, but the toilet was messed up, it wouldn’t flush, & the tv didn’t work. I went & complained to the front desk and the lady at the front desk said she would call maintenance. We waited an hour, and she came to the room door & explained that the maintenance man had left but she was nice enough to try to at least fix the tv. She wasn’t successful. This place is a disaster.

I booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed but when I get to the room there was no sofa bed, we had to all squeeze into two beds. I asked where the sofa bed was at and they said there was no more but when I booked the room I booked it because it came with an extra sofa bed

Wait! I’m not done: the shower was supposed to be handicap accessible but whoever designed it should have his/her license revoked because: - once the water was turned on the entire room flooded making it extremely hazardous to move even a step - the water controls are located behind a ( supposedly handicapped) person who could be seated in a secured bench in the shower, making it impossible to adjust temperature without standing up and turning around (see flooding above) - the non-skid bath mat would’ve been great for a five-year-old but isn’t suitable for an adult, disabled or not - the flooding included the toilet area (same room) - a solution to the hazardous flooding was to make floor mats out of the bath towels supplied, which soaked up a lot of water - then it was safe to cross the room to a dry area (the above-described pock-marked flooring). Yes, ants and other interesting little creatures appeared to feel at home. One could only wonder what others went unseen. The kitchenette had a full-size range/oven, 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, sink AND a microwave large enough for a turkey 50 yrs ago. Not now. Gut it. -

They had very dirty beds, and bugs were everywhere including the beds, and the rooms had a really bad smell.

We reserved a suite that sleeps six with a kitchenette. We were given a room that slept 4. I went down to complain we were given a new room where the couch bed was broken and the kitchen had roaches. Every staff member I spoke with reeked of marijuana. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager on site but maybe we would get a discount. The freeway runs directly behind the unit making it a very noisy night very little sleep. The pool was shut down for "maintenance". Overall this was the worst place I've ever stayed with little to no customer service. I would never stay here again.

When we arrived at 5:00pm the office was closed I had to walk across parking lot to sister hotel Clarion to check in I requested 2 beds they tried to give me one when we got in room staff told me it was odor from freshly painted which I think was untrue I think the smell from from exterminator because later in evening the roaches came out in groups rather disgusting! Never again with UNquality inns and suites and probably not Clarion

Bugs everywhere

The rooms are low quality. It was bug infested and lots of damage. They collected a deposit so I took lots of pictures of the room to make sure they don’t try to keep it. The beds are hard as rocks. They put a sheet and thin blanket and another sheet. The bedding had holes in it. I wish I could upload pictures. Do not recommend staying here.

Under renovation so paint smell, no blackout drapes, hairdryer, etc. worst breakfast we’ve experienced. On the other hand the staff is very nice and trying to cope with all this.

Way to costly for the conditions. Old. Stained shower.No closet door. Two properties, one office due to understaffing. First room was upstairs. Very hot, didn't want to have to carry everything multiple trips up and down the stairs. Second room, after unpacking, discovered that the door wouldn't lock. They couldn't fix it, so we had to take the upstairs room. Repack, unpack again, climbing the stairs. Ended up late to meet family. Seemed like people were living there long term.

First thing we saw after we checked in was a cockroaches near trash can by our room. I would have changed it to different hotel but it was late and my kids were tired

Terrible service. The lady that was supposed to be there to help with breakfast was on her phone the entire time, I wanted to film her and attach it but I disregarded issues. Many people like us were asking for the basic necessities of breakfast like milk or coffee or even syrup. All she had to say was she can bring them tomorrow (there is a supermarket next door to the motel less than 20 yards away). Instead of sitting on her phone she could've done her job and came back with everything we all needed in less than 5 minutes. Due to this, many people chucked there breakfast in the trash because of the service. Also, the jacuzzi was disgustingly green and uncleaned. The whole motel in general is terrible. And I do not recommend.

This property doesn't even meet satisfactory. Change rooms twice. 1st room TV didn't work, 2nd room hot water didn't work. Bathtubs in all 3 rooms the bathtub glaze was peeling. Staff told me when the remodeled they may have installed the shower faucet incorrectly. This place was looks like it was remodeled in the 70's. Wall air conditioner looked like mold was in the vent. expedia should go to the properties before they these kinds of places to be added to the site. I've been in many quality inns, but this was as bad a drug infested motel six. Breakfast was available, but the coffee was awful and the had very little to choose from. Only 2 apples at 6:30am and they weren't even edible. Never book a room here. Staff wasn't very pleasant and had knowledge of all the issues. The pictures on expedia where from the Clarion hotel across the way where you have to check in. when I showed the staff members the pictures, they said oh well that's the kitchen suite and rooms from clarion. What??? This should place should not be allowed on this site.

Horrible hotel. First room wreaked of mildew and cigarette smoke. When I went to the desk, they only told me they wouldn’t charge me the smoke fee. I had to ask for another room. The 2nd room smelled better, but the walls were stained, the tub was peeling, and I had no hot water. Horrible horrible horrible hotel.

For the price I paid they are so lucky I was desperate and stayed. The room smelled like wet wood. They have roaches and I had to ask for new sheets because the pull out couch had used one on there. The towels smelled dingy, which makes me think they don’t use Clorox to wash them. Never again.

This is the worse place I have ever stayed at. My fault for not looking at reviews first!! We walk in the room and at first we thought it was great because it was so huge but then we turn on lights and we see a bunch of roaches hurrying away from the light!! The place was so run down. One bed was so uncomfortable, its like it was broken or something because it just sunk in the middle. The staff was pleasant but it doesnt make up for how disgusting the room was. We were told the next day that it is a voucher hotel...meaning homeless get to live there long term. Explains the roaches!! That should definitely be something hotels have to advertise so we know! I will obviously never stay there again.

There were roaches in the bathroom. The water pressure was a drip on the faucet sink. The pull out sofa was broken. Never going here again.

This room was not worth $250 a night what a waste of money will never go here again. Super dirty and the surrounding area was shady.

Description of room wasn’t exactly what it said. The couch was not a couch bed. Broken items in the room. Bathroom sink did not turn on at all, microwave handles were missing, shower head spurred water causing slight flooding with every shower. Baby roaches in the restroom

The room had none working items, the bathroom sink never turned on, the microwave handles were broken off, the room did not have a couch bed like mentioned in the description, the shower head leaked and spurred water making the floor slightly flood with every shower and baby roaches were located all on the restroom.

Destroyed furnishings in room, roaches, continental breakfast with many essentials missing (milk, yogurt, fruit, etc.), bad customer service, door key gets deactivated all the time, dirty bathrooms, dirty floors, no housekeeping every day, no working tv or refrigerator in the room, you have to go downstairs to get clean towels. Nightmare place to stay! Don't waste your money. Wouldn't be worth it if it was free.

$250 dollars for 1 bed.

Room was still being cleaned when we checked in at 3pm, had to stand outside and wait for them to be done. Breakfast is from 6am-9am, arrived at 8am and food was put away and workers at an attitude. Lots of sketchy people around.

DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH THE COCKROACHES!

There was a lady who was not nice at all not helpfull no phone in my room i told her and she dudnt care have to walk threw 2 parking lots just to talk to a rude person ....after she left i never got a phone ....but it was a nice spot besides no phone no help go do it all your self but it was chill

Cockroach in the room and very dirty and smell bad

The location of the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately our room wasn’t. The cleanliness was good, other than the floor being dirty. The bathroom could use some maintenance, one of the beds was broken (sunken in the middle), there were roaches (not a lot) and our keycards kept locking us out. The staff was amazing though.

The restroom trash had been taken out but nothing else was cleaned. There was a roach behind the toilet. The room smelled dirty. We killed 2 roaches and saw a couple crawling on the walls and floor. Horrible place.

OMG property is so badly maintained and not livable, bathroom is full of black mould and many places the wall chips are falling off. AC makes hell of a sound.

there was an opening into the wall where the valve was the room was very tired lots of traffic noise through the AC unit breakfast was substandard - coffee on ground floor but breakfast upstairs - why bother if it cannot be done right. $170 for a crap room

The bed was very comfortable. The floor in the room looked nice.
