Bed bugs and cockroaches infestation. Bathroom shower nasty

The room had a mini bar fridge that works. The temperature of the water in the shower varied widely and without warning. I killed a couple roaches and saw another bug I couldn't identify before it ran under the bed. Bottom line, I have had better nights at hotels in third world countries. I cannot recommend this place.

Upon checking in the guy at the front desk was not welcoming nor friendly. The room was very spacious. The television is big and plenty of channels to watch.

Service sucked. The staff sucked. Everything about the place dirty trashy and disease infected. So bad that I went to get tested after my stay here. I would reather camp out on skid row in LA than to stay there. And on top of that they ripped me off for one night rental.

All the rooms are dirty. Staff is not helpful. Too many homeless outside.

T All the towels in the bathroom looked like they came from an auto shop, stained and yellow. The bed sheets (fitted and top sheet) were stained and discolored. Had to go elsewhere and return the key in the morning or it was $5 charge.

It helped with a situation that I needed to house someone and all other places yes nicer but higher price then what i wanted to pay! If I had to choose to go there to house a friend I’d go with the two bedroom it was nicer with a private balcony but again these are very low income hotel rooms ! Tv fridge microwave is in room. But staff is nice easy to communicate with!

Imagine the pool area scattered with hotel mattresses and other hotel wares. The room and bed were so run down and stale and dirty. OMG please don’t waste your money or risk your life - the rooms don’t qualify for even a $30 nightly fee. It’s sad.

The room smelled of smoke. The floors were filthy. The sheets were stained, possibly not even cleaned. The towels were a dingy grey with unidentifiable stains, again, possibly not even clean. The toilet definitely had not been cleaned, inside or out. I ended up wrapping myself in the bedcover and slept in my clothes for the couple of hours needed to get myself safe to drive again. Out of curiosity, I stripped the sheets off the bed before I left, and there were blood stains on the mattress. This establishment should not be in business, let alone on the Expedia site.

They are really doing a very good job at this hotel. The management are very nice and they keep a close eye on the addict's in the area and make sure they don't disturb their guests at the hotel there's all kinds of different places to eat within walking distance and the hotel price is just a steal. Coming to this motel is a win win situation. Thanks 👍👍

The room was very dirty, the bed had trash and blood stains on the bed sheet. I went to the office to let them know and the gentleman asked the housekeeper to clean our room. We had already had our luggage there and she told us in a very rude way that we couldn’t be in the room. We went back to the office and I gave the gentleman the feedback. He said he had another room. He took us and it was decent. Once we lifted the blankets and the bed sheets were really dirty. The gentleman informed us we couldn’t get our money back so we decided to go to another motel.

I arrived late due to my flight and went straight to bed. My room looked like it had repairs and was poorly painted. It had bare minimums including no lamp on night stand. Had to walk in the dark to get to the bed from the door where the light switch was. The big shocker was when I woke up in the night freezing and had to turn on lights to look for a thermostat or heater. The room had none. I froze the remainder of the night. When I mentioned no heat to the desk person he said u could have come got a space heater. How would I know that. I asked if all rooms were like that and he said yes. I guess no heat comes with a budget hotel. It was easy in and off the freeway for my trip, but that was it.

Roach infested no secure locks on the doors security latch was a make shift rusted piece of metal with a rusty bolt door didn't close properly at all room 2 microwave pops and short circuited the room multiple times yet nobody did anything about it cracked floors leaky ceilings when it was raining lots of potential electrical fire hazards in rooms

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mini fridge, and coffee maker). Room service was excellent, and towels were delivered promptly when requested. The outside of the hotel is lovely as well. Highly recommend!

Im not happy with this place, ive stayed here on many occasions, the price is good and the best thing they have going is no deposit... Besides that u would think they would get better but instead its gotten worse:the housekeeping sucks they dont clean that good at all, there are boogers and blood marks on the walls, clothes left in the drawers from the people that stayed before me and the worst part is there are ALOT of cockroaches everywhere, turn the lights off wen they come back on theres bugs everywere, very disappointed 😞

This was absolutely dirty. There were roaches and the bathroom curtain was filthy. The floors were so dusty and dirty my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. But will never stay at this place.

The room was horrible as far as interior decorating, the walls were dirty with fingerprints and other gross bodily fluids, the toilet seat was dirty with pube-hair, i saw blood smeared on bathroom wall, there was an occasional cockroach scurrying about... The towels were dingy and an offwhite color along with the sheets, the customer svc at the front desk was good, nice people, very helpful at all times day or night

The staff seemed very welcoming, but the hotel is very rundown and needs remodeling. It was nice that the rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, but it still needs to be renovated. There were also a lot of people wandering around outside at every hour. I didn’t feel safe.

Don’t let the word “BEST” fool ya! My room didn’t have a table or chairs. I had to use my bed nightstands as “table” and sat on my bed as “chair” to eat my foods! Bathroom was disgusting, toilet keeps making random “flushing” noises every 5 minutes. Shower water pressure was very slow and it took up to 4 minutes before you can get hot water. Tv works but I couldn’t get my remote to turn to other channels except Food Network channel. Only good thing is they got microwave/fridgerator. Also, parking lot was small and facing the 8 East highway. It’s my first and LAST visit to that inn.

The hotel was disgusting with bugs on the beds and walls, and there is dirt on the walls and holes in the walls. The staff offered another room, but it was similar. Requested a refund through Expedia due to the misrepresentation of the hotel online.

Very scary and very smelly rooms. My room smelled like so much smoke was in the vents. I didn’t even stay the full night. I left because it was hurting my nose. Not safe at all, people yelling and screaming for the cops. Bad stay. Don’t stay here

It was disgusting, we couldnt even stay and sleep. The beds had ash holes on them. Yellow and brown stains on the sheets, the walls had a bunch of random stains and the room had RATS... Talked to the manager and his own words were "im sorry, the cleaning laundry is closed", basically telling me to just sleep like that. We checked in at 9:30pm, went out to club and came back at 2:45am. Only stayed 15 minutes before checking out after trying to have it cleaned. Photos speak for theirself.

For someone who didn't live in the estate it was uncomfortable in the area was very bad and under construction wasn't nothing working inside the rooms I got charged $200 a night no clean sheets to the towers closes nasty as he won't work and the locks on toes is horrible and famous taken homeless around that place

This is the most ratchet hotel/motel I have ever been to. It was dirty. It smell really bad. We got two really small towels and both were full of stains. The heater in the shower didn’t work very well. And the toilet needed at least 3 flushes to completely flush. I wish I could give it 1/2 a start because that’s what this place deserves. And for $80 a night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

The room was terrible. Only I towel and it was old and stained. It was supposed to be white! I will never stay at this dump again. The property owner needs to update the motel and take some pride in their business cause it’s so bad. There was also no TV remote and the TV did not work.

The place stinks. allergies triggered immediately upon walking in Hotel.com will take your money to reserve, the hotel makes you sign before letting you see the room, and then refuse a refund when you find the conditions unacceptable. SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in some questionable 3rd world places and this is far worse than anything I have ever seen. We abandoned the room, returned the key card to the front desk, and will be initiating a traveler insurance/ credit card chargeback. Absolutely horrifying place and experience. You have been warned.

What we didn't like about the property was that there was several homeless and drug addicts living there, property was filthy, the pool was not available for use, roaches were crawling all night, poor housekeeping, sheets were never changed, also the room was in need of renovation and dirty

I did not stay here as I was with family and there were too many homeless people hanging around the bldg. looked very sketchy. My kids didn’t want to get out of car.

The staff was very nice and helpful I will be back again. I had an overall great experience.
