Location and the staff

This was a surprisingly good overnight stay with a large room, 2 queen beds, a microwave, good shower and an excellent convenient location right off I 95 - great for when you dont want to make the trip in one long drive!

I was harassed from each side of each room, banging, imitation banging with scaring me, so I wouldn’t come out waiting for me to come out, I had to sneak out first thing of the morning , second . Worst hotel experience has ever had would never stay or recommend again. And they had children everywhere talking about or, laughing about you making comments about people laughing.

Wonderful Room and Staff

They didn't have breakfast. Apparently haven't had since covid. They also didn't have tissues.

The run was dirty and it was missing a towel.

This place isn't as fancy as the other hotels around it, but they are clean and dont have bugs. Stayed at 2 properties that were more upscale and both had roaches in the bathroom

Ghetto - people living there, think they own the place. Rooms dirty, cig burns all over, I mean, I got a smoking room but damn. I’ve stayed in plenty smoke-friendly places that are clean. GHETTO

Is fine. Nothing special but the staffs are super sweet and they try their best to make your stay good. Is safe neighborhood The wall is a bit thin cause we can hear car and music noise from outside. The AC is a bit old. Makes noise when go on and off. Everything is bit dated but all works well. No breakfast but has hot coffee (regular and decaf) by the front desk.

Pets are allowed in every room. They do not have any rooms designated as "no pets" which is a problem for people like me who have dog/cat allergies. After walking in my room for a few minutes, i had dog hair in my sandals because the floor had not been properly cleaned.

the room was GROSS.... and I mean - I've never had to actually leave a hotel room before. It was beyond dirty. There was throwup on the bed (or what I'd like to think was vomit).....

Was run down, the dead bolt did not work I had to have maintenance come and fix it. There was a gap under the door which I had to block with a towel, and lucky I did since it was covered with bugs in the morning. Was worried for our safety, being that it look like this was a section 8 motel as well.

I the room was good, bed was big and it looked like it was renovated not long ago but had some issues...room seem a little dusty like no one had stayed there for a days, bathroom door did not lock, i think the toilet was leaking cause i would find the bathroom floor a bit wet, tv good but doesn't have a high definition...the area is good and decent..no complains,also food near by...good for a stay but not sure for a couple..forgot to mention the staff was nice and friendly

When I book hotel I took with the breakfast but it was no breakfast.

Convenient

Holes in the blankets. Noisy bed springs. Shower pressure was terrible. Bottom of the room door did not touch the frame so flying bugs were in the room. Had to put a pillow against the door to cover the gap. Room did not feel clean

Property had some unfinished areas. Water pressure was terrible. Rooms are outdated. For just a place to sleep it was fine.

Front desk staff was excellent. Check in was quick and easy. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. The fridge was clean and in working order. We were here for 1 night pit stop during our road trip and it served its purpose.

You can tell that the room has been updated. It had nice new laminate flooring, fresh paint and the room was clean. Unfortunately, it was not always a smoke free room and it smelled horribly of stale smoke. The fixtures need to be cleaned or replaced, there was a yellow film from the smoke.

Staff was awesome! I arrived late, was traveling long distance and had to stop to get some sleep, so I booked last minute. The ladies at check in were funny and upbeat, got me in and to my room in minutes, with no problems at all. The room was basic, no frills, but was clean and comfortable. Check out in the morning was a piece of cake, the day shift staff was just as friendly and cordial as the night shift was. Hotel was convenient to highway, easy to get to and get back on the road.

The room was clean

The room was fine, the staff was nice. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. People working on broken down cars that were bothering guests. We actually chose to leave a night early and drive home. I would look elsewhere

Excellent improvement in a new paved and striped parking lot and no litter or trash!! This was not inexpensive but it was necessary and is greatly appreciated -

Trash overflowing in outside containers, outdoor carpeting torn and worn, burnt holes in bedspreads in room 231 - hvac broken in room 231 - potholes all around parking lot areas

The lady who checked me in was amazing! When the sink leaked and I called them, it was fixed while I was visiting family. Water pressure and hotter temperature on the water would have made it better but I will stay here again

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The sheets were not changed laid down kept tossing and turning hair every where on the sheets pillows seem like pillow cases weren’t cleaned just turned around.Hair was all in the shower after a long day of traveling had to also clean out the tub to wash my two toddlers.Stayed here previously but this experience was by far the worst couldn’t sleep the whole night and could change my room at that point if I wanted too with my two year old and three year old in the middle of the night.

Very nice for the price. Rooms were remodeled and clean. The outside needs a little work, but overall I would recommend this motel for sure.

Room was good and clean. Property was dirty with all kinds of trash in the parking lot, cigarette butt's and old food. Seems there are some long term residents living there that make noise until late at night. Someone knocked on my door twice after midnight looking for someone living there.

If you just need a place to stay for the night this was a good choice. It was clean and check in was efficient. The price was very reasonable.

Well I did have a problem while I was there water started pouring down from the roof onto the bed I was sleeping on they switched my room and the refrigerator was broke so they had to switch me again and this really made a bad time for me and my fiancee but other then that my stay was ok

After traveling for 15 hours all I wanted was a good night sleep. At 10 pm a group of young people came back to their room next to mind. Running up and down the hallway, practicing their cheerleading drills, and playing rap music. Sleeping was impossible. At 12:05 I called the front desk the lady was friendly and told me she would handle it. It 2:30 they were still going strong. No sleeping for me .

The sheet had marks on it and cigarette burns. The comforter had red nail polish/blood looking stains. They need to get rid of the nasty bedding and it would've been even better

The staff at the front desk were friendly and so were a couple of other people who live at the motel. The room I was given smelled terrible, like old stale smoke and pee. Outside the room smelled awful too so I would guess that a different room would have been the same. It was humid in the room when I got there so I turned the AC on and that made it smell worse. I can handle some grime but this was pretty hard to stomach. The bathroom was smelled the worse and I was careful not to let anything hit the floor. Skipped a shower because I’m sure I would have felt more dirty after. I was only there to sleep so I stayed but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Lost our pre paid reservation and wouldn’t make good on it . Had to have 3 of us sleep in a car as no other hotels could be found in the area and beyond as per customer service

We came back in day was raining we were very wet and cold we were outside showing ponies. Could not get in room waited a 1/2 hour. Couldn't get dry clothes, went shopping and got dry clothes, was very in convenient. They couldn't get door open either. Should I contact red roof or can you help Dolores Bushneck

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room itself was dirty and the parking lot was full of empty beer bottles. Stayed one night on a road trip and would not stay again.

My stay was good, a little noisy being on the first floor but overall it was good.

On the positive side, the desk and cleaning staff were pleasant to deal with, and they allowed us a late checkout.

I would love to give this property a better rating. The staff I have encountered at this property was very helpful and nice. My first room assigned to me was a non-smoking room, yet when I walked in it reeked of cigarette smell. We immediately were given another room which did not have that smell. When I went to put my shower supplies near the tub I noticed what look like a long pubic hair in the tub. Only one, but it made me cringe a bit. I like to sleep with the sheets and the blanket not tucked under so when I lifted them up from the corners there was a long black hair on the sheet. It could have been there by accident while someone was making the bed. But again I cringed a bit. On the exterior it is not the building that has issues but rather the lack of maintenance in cleaning up what seems like hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere in the parking lot and on the sidewalk.

Should have been a smoke free room but it smelled like cigarettes and weed. Place is dated. Walkway covered in bird poop (like years worth).

A small breakfast would have been nice.

The bed was slept in and had dirt in the sheets.

Stay was pleasant because of previous problems with dogs and next door guests I was given a room with only one room next the stair where no other rooms on the opposite side. This time there were no dogs disturbance.

Rooms appeared to be remodeled. Very clean but this morning we did have a little visitor ( aka cockroach)...front desk dudnt seem too conerned. No late checkout available...

Stayed here as a stop to break up a trip. Room was clean and was fairly quiet. Got the rest we needed to continue the trip home the next day. Not sure if I would use this hotel for a multi-day stay, but was nice and affordable for over night. Loved the queen beds.
