Roaches all over the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near major landmarks truly exceptional.

The bedding was heavily stained, which was concerning. The door latch was extremely loose and unstable, to the point that I had to push the nightstand and table against the door for added security. It also took considerable effort to get the bathtub faucet running, and adjusting the hot water was difficult. The faucet mechanism appears to require maintenance or lubrication. In addition, the exterior areas were poorly maintained. The staircase was very dirty, with visible cobwebs and an unpleasant odor throughout the area. While I understand that this is a budget property, basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety should still be a priority. I believe management can do better in addressing these concerns.

Washer and dryer was not working at the time I was there, there was a piece of tape holding up the a.c unit filter, the door did not close completely but the door would lock, the room was clean, other hotel guests were loud(fighting)

Nothing. I stayed on this property and they towed my car from property. Staff was very rude and nasty. They towed my car off property I paid for a room, I was at the hotel, my car is registered to my name and I came outside my car was completely gone. When questioned about my car no one had answers. I called police they told me my car was towed by a private company, when I contacted the company I was told they were called to pick my car up from lot. When confronted with this new information and demanding answers. They called the police on me and banned me from property. Absolutely ridiculous no accountability no answers. I had to pay 485.00 to retrieve my car. I was advised by police to sue and that's what I plan on doing.

Room was ragged! Bums approaching me (a non smoker) asking for cigarettes and/ or money. TV remote had no battery cover. Sidewalk trash cans were OVER FLOWING with bags of trash piled around it. Disabled vehicles littered the parking lot.... DISGRACEFUL

Arrived at 9:55. Lobby closes at 10, but was already locked. Checked in through the window, which meant standing outside in the wind chill 10° weather. Whatever. Room had plenty of roaches to kill if you're into that sorta thing and the amenities were lacking. Plugs near the wall didn't work, so had to use an already overloaded power strip and unplug the one light in the room to use computer and charge a phone at the same time.

The room was wrong. I ordered a king size room they give me a room with two beds and they had roaches in the room I only stayed the one night and I checked out and wasn’t get a refund for the other night

It was a dump. Just 2 beds, no chair or table to sit at. Thought vrbo was taking care of me by putting me up in a decent hotel for the night. Instead i stayed at motel that had monthly clients being loud and obnoxious. Garbage outside room was overflowing and stacked up next to the can. If vrbo didn't pay for this, i would have demanded my money back

Booked a handicap ass. shower was told there was none at this location. dogs where in the room beside us barking all night til owners got back resturant/nightclub in buildings noise all night with the dogs. had roaches in bathroom and the cable tv had not been conected to the 20 inch tv yet thank you avoid at all costs

This hotel is ghetto

Onto the good aspects. The air conditioner blows very cold air, which was good because the room smelled musty if we turned off the AC unit. Also, the sketchy Mexican restaurant was actually the highlight of our stay. We were the only patrons around 9:30pm on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly, the food was good and plentiful. The beer and margaritas helped us get over our anxiety of our hotel stay. The breakfast experience was interesting. The lobby had an empty carafe where the coffee may have been. When I asked the guy at the front desk, he handed me some granola bars. We ended up getting breakfast at the Wawa a half mile away.

I always have a good experience with the staff. The motel might not be the greatest, but the staff is always friendly and accommodating. That's why I keep coming back.

The reviews alone were enough not to check in. We wont be using travelociry for any future travel. Bed bugs, prostitutes, drugs, major police presence. I never thought they would put customers in dangerous areas.

Very clean and affordable place with very friendly attentive staff.....I feel safe and it's quiet... housekeeping is there every day and always willing to clean your room as needed .....it is a pet friendly place which is a plus for those that don't leave their pets behind..overall a nice place for short and longer stays..

Did not have the requested King size bed when I signed in. instead got 2 Queen sized beds for one person. Room was clean if sparse.

Place was dirty. Ceiling plaster was falling off on the bathroom. The room smelled terrible. The front door glass was smashed. The surroundings grassy area looked like a jungle, no lawn care.

The place was filthy and smelled like smoke. The motel told use to call expedia for a refund. I am requesting a refund.

This is the only hotel in literally a hundred miles or more than doesn't require a deposit. The nightly rate is cheaper than anywhere I've been before. The place needs a ton of work. However, it was clean, the staff was nice, and I felt safe here. So, you can't beat it. Considering the location and cost.

I could look up at the ceiling and I see the outside. Big crack under the door you can see the outside. Toilet didn’t flush outlets kept going out had to put the microwave in the bathroom mold was in the bathroom tub

The first room did not have heat and was dirty. The tv was old and had static (which I have not seen in years). There was also no soap in the room. The second room had a better tv and was cleaner, but had roaches. There were roaches on the bed ! And nightstand! I was terrified. I had to keep all of my stuff in my car and buy cleaning supplies and bug spray. I planned to spend the majority of my time in my room working, instead I spent most of my time in my car working. The room was unacceptable.

I found a used needle on the floor next to the bed. Bed very uncomfortable. It’s like a sinkhole in the middle. You only have 5 or 6 channels to select from. (Literally!) Housekeeping only brings you 2 big towels you have to beg for small towels. The microwave had some electrical issues I was scared to use it because it kept sparking. No trash can in the room. Roaches were everywhere! The older Spanish lady that works at the front is very rude. Some of the amenities listed are not available.

Mattresses are disgusting. Slept on top of sheets under our blankets brought from home. There are no king beds apparently. Floors are ripping up. There are cockroaches. No way to communicate with staff if you speak English. TV was grainy. Floors sticky. Everything is damaged to some degree.

If you like cockroaches, this is the place the stay. Very disgusting. Also, carbon monoxide alarm was covered with clear wrap. All in all, bad experience.

The building is old, the curtains badly wrinkled, WiFi wasn’t working, inside door worn etc. I’ll never stay here again!

Light came from under the door seal and leaves would blow in. Lights between the bed were loose on the wall. Blackout shade was like swiss cheese. Was in a non smoking room amd the blanket had burn holes in it. Was there working nights and didn't have any dnd signs ans hiusekeeping would knock on the door and wake me up but then walk away before i could come to the door and didnt even open the door to check

This property does NOT offer an “on the go” breakfast, not even coffee is available, in spite of both Expedia and the ABV website saying that they do. Room was generally clean, but saw numerous German Cockroaches. No amenities, bring your own shampoo! Staff was pleasant and friendly. This stay was not a good value.

My room had lights that didn't work and light switches that didn't seem to do anything. The body wash and shampoo dispensers for the shower were empty. It was a non-smoking room but the bathroom counter had cigarette burns all over it. I also thought it was strange that they're was no carpet, only a linoleum type flooring that was a little slippery. Outside is a highway that wasn't too loud but someone parked outside my room was blasting rap music for a half an hour at 1am.

There was a group drinking in the parking lot outside of my room which was noisy. The bathroom was clean but there was a dead beetle in the corner. It was adequate for 1 night and then I ran home to disinfect.

Poor Machinery’s and No WiFi for kids use

Room was overall very good. Clean, no smells. AC great. Hot water good. Comfortable bed and linens. It's at a busy interstate intersection. Exterior is average, but fine for the value and good room condition. And there's a taco restaurant across the driveway.

I liked the convenience and food options within walking distance. The mattress was dirty and there was dust build up around the bed frame and on the floor at the head of the bed. The bath towels were clean but poor quality, white but discolored. I checked out at 9ish pm on the 2nd paid night because I didn't feel comfortable. Bath towels were clean but very poor quality.

This was the direst, scariest, unsafe place I have ever stayed. The pictures on the site show a pool well the pool is not open trash everywhere just very misleading information and pictures

The rooms stank and smelled of cigarettes and we don't smoke I asked for a room on the ground floor so I could hook up my boat to electric but they didn't understand so we did not stay there now I have done this twice please stop

Better than average budget motel. The front desk was friendly, and the room was surprisingly clean, with even some decorative touches like a toilet paper bow :) I left a tip for the cleaning crew because they did such a great job. Even though the motel looks a bit run down on the outside, my room was nice. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, and the tv worked. The bathroom had plenty of great-smelling soap and shampoo (some budget motels are stingy with the soap and shampoo, but not this one). I feel like a got a good deal.

Advertised pool is closed for the year but not noted on reservations. I think the facility may also be used as a homeless type shelter. Beds are lumpy but thankfully no bedbugs. Floor is linoleum, no carpeting. Furniture is painted and lacquered and difficult t open. Bed is lumpy at best. dogs barking to all hours. Garbage and cigarette buts all along outside room doors. Broken glass in front of one unit. Smells like cigarettes. Bathroom toilet didn't flush well, sink and area are painted and lacquered. Towels are small, cheap and useless. No we did not feel safe here. Shame on you for claiming this is 3.5 to 4 stars. As the man in the room next to us said "what a sh..t hole".

Outlets in bathroom didn’t work, TV reception was awful, pool not available. Police had to come and remove some guests and Mexican restaurant right in front of us blared their music, air conditioning was almost nonexistent

Super yucky. STRONG cigarette smell even in non-smoking rooms. The door didn't seal all the way, so there was light & wind coming in even when the door was latched shut. Saw a used condom in the parking lot. On the bright side, the front desk lady was super nice.

Very dirty hotel but the cheapest if you don’t mind smelling drugs being smoked from another room or John’s looking for prostitutes then this the place otherwise def go somewhere else

The property had roaches there was a drunk guest staying and he was allowed to do whatever he wanted including harass the other guests and when I asked for assistance I was told to leave it’s cheap I wouldn’t recommend nobody staying here unless they have no other choice

Jesus I can’t even start, I’ve never had a problem with motel 6/ usually clean enough for a shower and place to crash. We booked TWO rooms- both stank and neither shower worked at all. Floor was ripped and torn. I could not wait to leave

for 2 night stay. Had to ASK for a chair for the room table, NO wash cloth's, No waste can in bathroom NO phone, killed 9 cockroach's day of check in. Housekeeping sprayed around room, killed additional 6 morning of departure spraying did nothing to reduce infestation. Put clothing inside plastic bags or back into vehicle to prevent carrying any back home. ZERO owners or managers on duty or available. Denied partial refund or reduction - attendant not authorized to reduce charges. WOULD NEVER recommend this place. Only positive thing it was pet friendly but no pet run/play area

Rooms were really clean.

I showed up and the room was a complete mess. The mattress flipped upside down, dirt and bugs everywhere, and smelled awful. I immediately left and spent the night elsewhere.
