The location because it’s in my hometown The cleanliness, the weekend staff(Michael) was very rude to my husband and sons. The toilet didn’t flush properly in the room. Instead of the person behind the counter coming to check it, she handed me the plunger to plunge the toilet. My son was placed on the second floor where there was construction going on in all of the other rooms. The bed linen was nasty. One bed the thin blanket that was suppose to be grey in color, had pink stains all over the top of it. The other bed, the thing grey blanket had what appeared to be grease stains, the white pad under the blanket had what looked like urine stains. The carpet is horrible. That is the same carpet that has been there since the hotel first opened. The card readers did not always work especially at the outside door closet to my room. They say that there was suppose to be 2 queen sized beds in the room and there were 2 full sized beds. That was too small for 2 adults to sleep in. The fridge didn’t work properly never kept anything cold.

The back door was unlocked, and it doesn't appear that it ever locks, despite the sign indicating that it is always locked. The bed was lumpy, but that could have been the mattress pad. I did not take a shower because there was something that appeared to be mold in the tub. While it could have just been a stain, it did not make me feel that it was safe to use. The food rating on the front door was a B, which leads me to believe eating breakfast there would not be a good idea. I got there very late, only stayed the one night, so I do not have a comment on any of the amenities. It appears as though the rooms are going through an upgrade, since it has the interactive mirrors and recessed charging locations around the room, but the basics of cleanliness do not seem to be a priority.

We came in town for a reunion, the rooms were ok and we rested well.

I needed to drop my stuff off in the room an hour early and was charged $25 after paying $100 to be leaving by 8am anyways. The guy made me pay in cash and put the money in his pocket. Even my kids noticed… Floors are never mopped. Hair is always in the bathroom either on the toilet, in the shower, or on the sink. I’ve always found a couple hairs each stay.

The tv in the first room did not work and the 2nd room was very nice. I had to request another room. If they had suggested another room I would have given them a higher rating.

Decent room for decent price They charged me a separate charge after check out , did not inform me, unable to contact management for 5 days, had to dispute through my bank. Also not fully clean there was hairs in the toilet and shower when we arrived

Breakfast selection was good, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and cereal options. In addition to coffee, tea and juice. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with. My remote was acting funny and I called the front desk they were there a few seconds after I hung up the phone to fix the issue!

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.

It was a convenient location for our trip to the Masters and the rooms were fine for the most part. The beds were not the most comfortable. We had trouble with our keys not working multiple times, and upon arrival there was food found in the mini fridge. Also, our TV was small. There was limited ride share and other forms of transportation. I would most likely not return.

The customer service overall is poor even the morning front desk staff. I had a question about my charges and it seemed as if he was bothered by that. The breakfast is a joke. Just some watered down waffle batter, stale bagels, expired yogurt and a empty juice machine. The carpet is dirty and the toiletries in the bathroom where half empty upon my check in. I only stayed here because it was the only hotel close to where I was going. Otherwise I'd definitely spend my money some where else.

I have stayed here a few times all first floor and this time was the only stay that wasn't great second floor. The TV stands are falling apart in both rooms I had on the second floor.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and despite the noisy neighbors and thin walls, it was a good visit. Thankfully McDonald's was next door so not having breakfast was not an issue. Thanks Would come again next year.

Also, the linens weren’t dingy and we only received 2 face cloths and my mom’s room didn’t have any. No juice available and the breakfast offering was very limited. The pool table in the lobby is a nice touch though.

The accommodations were very good. Will visit again in the future.

Front desk staff seemed more interested in signing guests up for a visit again next year than anything else. Area is very run down and no good dining options.

Check in and check out was fast, no problems. Night staff was excellent and helpful. She was friendly and professional

Comfortable stay with attentive staff. Its normal for you to be one of five or six people there. The hotel isn't busy. Which is why i love it. Complimentary breakfast available daily, gym and computer access.

Staff was very friendly. Looks like they may still be in the middle of renovating, unfinished painting, incomplete set up of the exercise room. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. Breakfast was okay. good wifi.

We evacuated to Edgefield due to Hurricane Florence. The staff at Quality Inn & Suites in Edgefield couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful, friendly and kind. My wife and I thank you for that.
