Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast.

The room was good size and the walk in shower was perfect with easy entry. Bed was soft but pillows where a bit to soft. TV was a decent size. Clean room over all. The breakfast was lousy. Oat meal was way too watery,the sausage was very thin and had no flavor and the warmer had water in it thus making them tasteless. I had to pay for free wi fi and that was just out right wrong as they advertised FREE WI FI which I took to mean it was free and they lied about it. Staff for most part on days was ok and night staff was indifferent to the guests. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of these stated facts. Needs a lot of improvements over all.

Sheets were dirty. Room was booked for 5 people. There wasn’t enough bedding or towels for the entire party. There were no towels available at the pool, or in the gym. Gym equipment was broken or in poor condition.

The room was very clean. We were in town for bowling state championships. We were greeted with a smile,bottled water and all our needs were met. Thank you to the staff. Great place to stay.

She assured me it would be taken care of while I was out for the day. As predicted, it wasn’t. And no email, text, or phone call apologizing or offering to move me to another room, either. I was left to find that nothing had been done after getting back to my room later that night.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, and even though there was a water main break they were gracious and allowed our kids to swim in the pool. The bed was comfy too!

Booking stated there was an EV charger which was not accurate.

Location and cleanliness Spilled a cup of coffee on one side of bes. Asked front desk to have housekeeping change the sheets and had to get clean sheets when we returned late at night.

The lobby had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke covered by Pinesol. Also, the floor I was on had two vacuum cleaners out in the hall that didnt move the two nights I stayed there, and a random cleaning rag lying by the ice machine that also never moved. Separately, the gym is tiny with nowhere to stretch or do floor work. Finally, the mattress is very soft.

Check-in was smooth and Diamond at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, and bread varieties. The area was quiet, and after spending all day at the fair, the quiet was welcome! Would definitely stay again! Thank you to all the staff!

We enjoyed staying here on the way to send my son to school (college). There were many hotels in the area and the room had a huge couch. My daughter didn’t even need to open it to sleep on. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we need. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Room was very spacious. Vanity was outside the bathroom which helps with multiple people getting ready. Beds were comfortable. Cooling system was a little noisy when it kicked on but room temperature was perfect

The only complaint we had was that the room temperature wouldn't stay even. It was either blowing cold air or would turn off and be hot. This made it uncomfortable, especially to sleep. Other than that, the room and service was great!

This overcrowding made the pool area not only unpleasant but also potentially unsafe. The noise and activity from the pool party also disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance of the hotel. I question how such a small pool is permitted to host events of this scale in the first place. Aside from this, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. If the hotel addresses the issues with the pool, it would truly be a fantastic place to stay.

First;when I make the check in ;they no find my reservation,everything after that look ok ;I got a 1.3 year old baby and when I’m on the ion sofa I see my son whit the mouth red ;I’m running to him because I’m think it’s blood but I’m find the he has a red medicine pill on the mouth the h find under the window bed ;i got the good luck the pill it’s the headache pill but ;I can believe that ;thanks God it’s no a danger situation;

A good one night stay right off highway. It includes breakfast. It can get pricing during the holidays. Be sure to book early.

It is no longer Covid 19 times however our 5 night stay the room was not cleaned once. At a rate of $159.00 plus taxes. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Please improve on your overall room cleanliness. Breakfast was a nice touch as no restaurants close by. Jimmy John’s nearby been closed for some time now.

I was surprised to get an handicap room. In addition I wanted a suit with 2 rooms. The sofa bed was not adequate, just a mattress.

I did not understand the breakfast hours on weekdays (6:30 to 9:30) and the options were limited.

Easy access to freeway. But east of the city

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, nice rooms, well designed with fridge and microwave and clean. Had trouble with our keycards even though we weren’t putting them next to our phones/in wallets which was only a slight annoyance. We came here last minute due to visiting family who was unable to accommodate us last minute. It was convenient location for us and got a good price too.

Pool is a bit small and has a limit of 8 people only.

Stayed here for a concert at Lakeview and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and the room had a microwave which was nice. The area was quiet and safe. The pool was closed for maintenance but that didn’t affect us.

I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot.

No frills hotel with a nice overall appearance. The rooms are a little cramped and the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing - few options and not good quality. Given the price point, I would probably stay here again, but my back may think twice. My kids did enjoy the heated pool.

👍👍👍…clean property with attentive staff. Included breakfast is from 7 AM - 10 AM. The gym is 24 hrs. The pool which is indoors is open until 10 PM. Of course, parking is on site.

More chairs in pool area . There weren’t enough for the amount of people that were in there . All in all good experience.

The room was disgusting and dirty. I was not happy at all. Things where covered in dust too. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out!!! It was very upsetting and the pictures look nothing like the place. The pool is small it was very disappointing especially at $200 a night ??? That’s just outrageous!!! The toilet was disgusting as well and not cleaned properly!!!

Too expensive a night originally it said $156 l. They charged $296. Expedia be tricking you. Definitely not worth the rate per night. Also the pool had so many people jumping and diving yelling you couldnt even think
