The staff were very helpful. They had an on-site restaurant, which was handy, reasonably price, and tasty. Staff were wonderful. Location was quiet, rooms were comfortable and clean, and bed was comfortable with lots of comfortable pillows.

The location was ideal—easy access to the highway made it simple to get to race events and around the Syracuse area without any hassle. One of the highlights was the breakfast each morning. There was a great selection, everything was well-stocked, and it was exactly what we needed before a busy day. Between the convenient location, comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our race weekend. We’d definitely stay here again. I became a Choice Member because of this hotel.

Only problem we had was upon arrival the drive up at entrance to the lobby was blocked by several bikers just hanging around. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to clear out.

Awesome! Never heard of them, but they are part of Choice Hotels. HUUUGE room with king bed, a LOT os pace on each side of the bed and on the hallway (between bed and TV). Super clean everywhere, not only the room, but also the reception area, reception toilet, breakfast area, everything! No smell in the room. Pillows amazing, had 6 or 7 of them, various softness. Shower with fixed head and glass door and wall. Had a desk and chair for writing at it. Had an armchair. Had TWO nightstands, one on each end of the bed. Alarm clock on the nightstand LARGE TV! Minifridge + microwave + coffee machine. All in all, an excellent stay! Shower floor has an incline towards the central drain, and when wet and soapy it becomes slippery. Watch it even if you're young..

Staff was super nice, rooms were spacious and comfy, easy to get to and close to Dunkin. There is a restaurant and liquor store attached to the building as well. We weren’t able to visit them but the restaurant smelled delicious.

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms had bed bugs. We complained to front desk staff Dawn and she argued with us instead. After some fuss on her end she changed the rooms and even then the rooms had bed bugs. My child was bitten at night and had blood stains on her arm in the morning. Absolutely terrible! The hotel staff refused to refund my money.

The Sleep Inn was just what I needed. The accommodations, the restaurant, staff all around, shuttle to the airport (and pick up to come) were all wonderful.

One night stay here before finishing a trip home with family. This hotel was a hidden gem! Clean and neat and great amenities (thank you for the guest laundry!). There was a weird smell in the room, nothing too strong or unpleasant, just strange. We were disappointed that after housekeeping cleaned our room they didn't leave any coffee for the next morning, just left the decaf that we didn't drink.

I liked it here. I travel a lot for business and this was on the lower end of the places I normally stay. It was much nicer than I expected. Everything was basic, but clean. The gym could use new treadmills!

The room was very clean. The staff was excellent in the way they communicated and addressed needs, very professional. We did not go to nearby shops. The location is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent!

It was a wonderful stay!! All - really all - of the staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly! The breakfast was beyond expectations! Waffles were the best! The Manager was checking in with guests to make sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. And he was very appreciative of his team:). Oh and the bar was great and also very friendly! While there is a local water pressure issue in the region, the hotel's water pressure was adequate, but definitely reduced. The OCWA is posting updates on their Conservation notice as progress is made. There was a notice of the issue on the front desk of the Hotel. I did not find this a full flegde problem, just a little inconvenience.

Very nice place for the price. The room was spotless and the staff friendly. The bathroom did not have a heater so getting out of the shower was chilly! I would definitely stay here again.

I was stranded at the Syracuse airport for the night and the employees at Sleep Inn were all so helpful. They arranged to have someone pick me up and they let me into my room early. Sleep Inn is absolutely amazing! I would recommend travelers to stay here if they need a place.

We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for the week, and at a fraction of what the airport was going to charge us. The hotel also shuutled us to the airport at 4:30 am ,the first morning and were there waiting for us when we arrived back the following Saturday at midnight. The service could not have been any better. If you're planning on flying out of Syracuse airport you must stay here.

When we inadvertently left a small item in the room's fridge, the housekeeper tracked us down in the parking lot and returned it. There are actually containers for recyclable items on every floor. This place does everything right and is our favorite place to stay,

Service was excellent and rooms for the most part were clean. The tile in the shower could have been scrubbed a bit. Staff is very kind and service was excellent.

The room was immaculate. The bed, bedding, pillows and lighting were spectacular. The room was extremely quiet. The bathroom and all the supplies and towels were perfect. I have only one very small complaint - the Keurig coffee machine didn't work. Had I stayed longer than one night, I am certain that it would have been repaired or replaced. All of the staff were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, my experience was one of the best that I have ever encountered.

and the room was clean and staff were great, but i had a $226 placed on my account on Saturday and no one can tell me why! I reached out to the front desk and they said to call Hotels.com and when speaking with someone, they informed me to reach back out to the hotel. It was a run around for NO ONE to tell me why there was a large amount placed on hold on my account, without notice.

We were very surprised at how nice this property is and how clean it is. It doesn’t feel like a budget hotel at all. We would recommend this property highly.

The hotel itself is clean and updated. The bed was very hard and they need some serious soundproofing because the guy in the room next to us had a phone meeting in the morning and I felt like we were in it with him. The area the hotel was located was a little strange but for one night, it was good.

I left my medication in the fridge and they held it for me until I got back. The staff was very friendly, including the transportation to the airport. They communicated very clearly with me when we got back to tell me where they were. I was able to leave my car there while gone.

Really great location near airport with bar, restaurant, liquor store, gas and convenience store in-house or nearby. Very nice staff who even got breakfast out super early so we could make our 6:10 AM flight. The rooms were very nice and the bed is super comfortable. Everything was great! We would totally stay there again.

Night and morning shift were so nice!

We planned a stay last minute. There were issues and we weren't able to make our stay. They wouldn’t refund our room or even give a credit for a different day. We let them know that morning that we wouldn’t be checking in. But still charged the full amount. Not very friendly or helpful.

I travel to Syracuse pretty frequently. I’ve stayed at a few other hotels but this hotel has become my first option. It’s always clean and the staff is always so friendly.

People go above and beyond for you if you have a flight they make it very relaxing and easy for you

The airport shuttle arrived early and gave clear directions where to meet the driver even though we made last minute reservations. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was generous compared to other hotels. Bonus points for 24 hour access to coffee! I highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites.

We got in very late from traveling to check in and it seemed a little scary. The hotel is attached to a liquor store and a gas station is right across from the front parking lot. Didn’t love that. The check in was ok- the lady said she would try to get us a cot or mattress or at least an extra quilt and sheet for my son as he didn’t want to sleep in the same bed as his mom, sister or grandma. Nobody ever came up with anything and didn’t communicate anything to me. My key cards also didn’t work so I had to go all the way back down to the desk to get them fixed at 11pm when I was soooo tired and just wanted to sleep. Things looked a little better in the morning but the hotel just seems stuffy and not in a pretty location at all. The morning staff were very friendly though and the check out was easy. My overall advice would be to pay a little extra and stay somewhere else if you can.

Nice room at a nice price, and easy to get to from the freeway.

We got to this nasty hotel late in the early morning about 1:30am and went straight to sleep. When I checked the bathroom the toilet had feces all over. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they said they would come and clean the room. I then went back to inspect the room and saw that the sheets had urine stains on the side. When I was leaving to go to my event I told the front desk person who said she would change my room and give me a discount. When I returned I went to the new room and I layed down to take a nap because I was tired. When I woke up my left eye was swollen. I called my other family members who said I could stay with them at their hotel. I packed my belongings and upon checking out a day earlier than I should I told the desk clerk who was not the same person who was there in the morning who also stated she would give me a discount. She then asked me if I had pictures I told her no because my phone storage was full and I didn’t have room. She then started typing something and then said unfortunately I can’t give you a discount because you booked through a third part and the third party have to give you the discount. She then said our hotel is very clean and we have high ratings. When I contacted hotel. Com I was told that the hotel refused to offer a discount because I didn’t have any pictures. Yes I knew I should have taken pictures but the morning staff saw the rooms condition and that is why they changed the room. But lesson learned.

The room was very clean and well maintained. We went to tha adjacent bar and enjoyed an evening eating a pizza and having an adult beverage. Atmosphere was great.

We especially liked the bar & grill that was within the hotel, Barbagallo's Tavern, it was so convenient after a long travel to be able to sit down, have a brew and a meal, that was very good by the way....and entertainment! They had a guy playing guitar and singing. Nice hotel, clean and the staff was very friendly. Stay - you won't be disappointed!

We have tried a lot of different hotels in the area and many times we have ended up checking out of them only to come back to the sleep in. The staff is phenomenal. The breakfast is on point. The coffee is always hot. We have enjoyed meals next-door in the restaurant. We highly recommend it.

I booked this as just a place near the airport to spend the night at the end of my visit; I had spent the previous 4 nights of my stay in a small city 40 miles away in a similarly priced hotel. The other place had a clean room but nothing else. It was a much older building and smelled musty. Sleep Inn was clean and fresh in every area. I slept my best sleep of the whole trip here because it was so comfortable, clean and restful

Our plane was 4 hours late. We checked in at 3 am. I had called a head and the night manager had our room and key ready to go it took seconds to check in.

Overall had a lovely stay, the staff was amazing, only issue was the huge water puddle in my room I understand that in the heat the ac may leak a little bit when the floor is so wet it completely soaks my socks it’s not a good time. The puddle aside everything else was perfect!

My trip to E. Syracuse was for my Aunt's 90th blessed birthday. I drove from NJ eith my son and grandkids. I chose Sleep Inn hotel because the event was at the restaurant within the hotel. The location was quiet and close to stores and restaurants within ten minutes. I wish they had a pool, but other than that, it was good and the breakfast was not good.

been utilizing this hotel for many years when flying out of the Syracuse airport - very nice, family-run, always clean, breakfast always good, staff always pleasant, great shuttle service and very reasonable long-term parking fees compared to the airport (they even have options of parking and shuttle service without requiring a hotel stay)

This hotel is a gem! We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, and frankly our expectations were pretty low. We travel frequently, and we were blown away by the level of excellence we experienced at every level and from every staff member — the airport shuttle driver, at four am, took the time to give a cheery tour of the area en route. Above and beyond — that’s our takeaway of this property. If we could give six stars we would. Thank you for a rare look at how “extraordinary” service can look in a largely mediocre sector. Two thumbs way up!

The hotel was clean throughout and the complementary breakfast food was fresh and tasty. Also, the attached restaurant and bar served good food and had the feel of a popular neighborhood establishment with not only hotel guests but local patrons enjoying themselves on "Trivia Night" as well.

I loved our stay at the Sleep Inn. Clean, convenient to the airport and it has a Tavern/Restaurant attached that has delicious food. I gave four Stars only for the area since its not aesthetically pleasing but it has a convenient store right there. Easy to fill the rental car up when headed back to the airport. Awesome hotel!
