Our reservations were for a Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed. We were given a room with 2 Queen beds, AC was not functioning, on the wall was an opening with exposed live wires (literally), no light in the bathroom and entranceway, toilet paper roll was on the floor because the holder was broken, windows were onto an internal room where there was a wedding till past midnight (forget sleep), cofee machine broken for the whole stay. When we complained we were told that all were booked. This was a literal nightmare. I don't think that we should be charged for this. I will attach photos to show that I am not exaggerating. Definitely you should NEVER recommend this Hotel to anyone.

My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…

N'nannika provided excellent customer service. She was extremely attentive to each customer's needs. She was able to multitask and prioritize each problem/ question that was presented to her grace and poise. She is qualified to be manager and should be promoted above her peers. Job well done!!

The place I think is under renovations. It can only explain why the carpeting in the hallway had a plastic layer on top. The place smelled of something. Not sure what it was but it was not pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was awful. No choices really. And it seemed like the family that was there were only there for whatever free food they had and not actually people who are staying at the hotel. Also security is terrible. The pool looked nice. Unfortunately there wasn't any water in it and it appeared to be a storage room. Had a random stranger start knocking on our door at 11am at night. And he kept knocking all the way up to when the cops told him to stop. Apparently he was there to visit Victoria. Well there was no Victoria to be seen in our room. So overall I would never stay there or any other Quality Inns ever again. This isn't the only place by Quality where we have experienced issues. So unless you are a hooker named Victoria I would not recommend this facility. Oh and Victoria, well played.

Very simple, not the cleanest tub. The outlets were limited and so loose the plug fell out. There was no cleaning service daily.

Everything was very nice. The only hiccup we had was our keys would not open up any of the building entrances.our room was quite a distance from the main lobby and we wanted to use a closer door but our key wouldn’t unlock any of them.we switched out our keys a couple of times but to no avail.But everything else was perfectly fine.

The room was partially remodeled Bathroom was old. Building is under construction and workers walking the hall outside the room. Did not like opening the door and seeing workers traipsing thru the hallways. The air conditioning was horrible!!!! Temp in room as low as could go and heat was coming out the vents!!! We had to go outside to cool down. We had No staff complaints. Breakfast was as expected.

The staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel was very run down and old. I think they are doing renovations but the room we stayed in was so old. Other than that the room was clean.

I feel just a little more selection for breakfast would be great like fruit and whipped cream for the waffles more cereal selection and baked goods like muffins. Also there was one post for cigarettes butts but if they have a can by the other entrance that needs the key would be nice because there was alot of cigarettes butts on the property where the flowers grow. Made it look a bit trashy but other then that no issues. Also having forks out so when ppl have noodles or food they can eat it. Me and my daughter had to improvise and use the coffee stirs for forks lol.

Went there on a wednesday. Had to ask 3 times to get new towels and bedding. They didnt do anything about it till the 3rd time I asked which was sunday 4 days after check in. Very disappointed. Honestly would like my money back. Construction on the roof the entire visit so getting woke up at 8 am on a vacation is quite ridiculous.

The staff that helped at night was very kind. Unfortunately the floors were sticky like someone dumped honey on them and I had to literally wash them myself to walk around and there was pee all over the back of the toilet and around it that it smelled so bad. I have pictures as well.

I was given a room where next to it, at 7AM they started doing construction and they were hitting the wall and it was a horrible noise. I was not able to sleep. If they know they are doing construction why would you put a guest in the room next door? I asked for another room, I had to go back and ask again around 2pm and finally they gave it to me.

The hotel is being renovated. It should not try to operate during this process. We should have stayed elsewhere.

Bathroom horrible flush tank did not work as well as room phone. Had to go to front desk receptionist very helpful changed room. Hotel under renovation so not recommended until it is completely renovated.

Started with mens underwear still hanging from shower rod upon arrival. Room is dated and the AC did not work in the morning and made the room hot. And there were other things, but I'm not going into detail. Probably would not stay again.

The price (at the current time) was great for me. It turns out this is because the hotel is undergoing significant renovation (April/May 2026). There were more workers than guests and the hotel condition is not great. But the price was great and the room was adequate. I will be back soon because of the price. I assume once the renovations are done the hotel will be back in better condition. Couldn’t complain with the current price though.

The place has a TON of potential. I am unsure if they are in the process of doing some upgrades, but it appears they were. I would stay again, but wouldn't be my first option. It did the job. Unfortunately, they did not have soap or shampoo in the room, I had to go to the front desk. The staff was definitely friendly and tried to help out. I was only there for one night.

Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!

The floors needed to be mopped. The staff were friendly and very responsive. It was a bit warm, but too early in the season for the AC to be working. The fan option was not sufficient in keeping the room cool. The price is right though, and I would stay here again.

We stayed for three nights and had no housekeeping at all. We had to request towels multiple times before receiving them, and our beds were never made or toiletries replaced. The hotel is in very poor condition. There were active roof leaks in the common areas, and inside our room the bathroom had small leaks as well. The bathroom door lock was broken, and areas like the staircase were messy. Most entrances were closed, making access inconvenient. Breakfast had very limited options, which honestly matched the overall condition of the property. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained and unsafe. This stay was disappointing and not worth the money at all. This property should not be listed until major issues are fixed.

I am writing as a local resident of Syracuse, New York, to share my recent experience at a Quality Inn property in the area. I previously stayed at this location approximately three years ago and found it to be in very poor condition at that time. Recently, I chose to give the property another opportunity, especially after learning that renovations had been made. While I do acknowledge that some updates have taken place, I must express that the hotel still has a long way to go in meeting acceptable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. One of the most concerning issues is the apparent lack of adequate staffing. The limited staff present seemed overwhelmed, which resulted in important areas being overlooked. The bedding in my room did not appear to be properly checked or prepared, and I ultimately had to request fresh linens and make the bed myself. Although the staff member who assisted me was polite and accommodating, the situation itself was unacceptable. Additionally, there were serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The hallways were not well-maintained, and there appeared to be possible mold within the heating unit in the room. I also observed what looked like pest-related issues, which raised further concern about the overall condition and safety of the environment. There also seemed to be a significant number of pets on the property, and it was unclear whether the hotel is officially pet-frien

My room was quiet and provided the bed and shower I needed. The property was a disaster though. Holes in the ceiling, water damage, ripped carpet. And a very, very skeleton staff. But the staff, when you could find them, were kind.

A lot of state funded people are living here. The room wasn't as clean as it should be (we found hair in different places). The fire alarm went on for no reason, and Noone from thecstaff said it was clear to return inside (instead they took the opportunity to smoke). It looks like it was once a nice hotel, but it has depleted (many of the areas were empty ot locked down).

The exterior side doors of the hotel do not lock at all. The breakfast is only waffles, two cereals, and a small selection of breads. The rooms are in rough conditions- toilet handles need held down to flush, tubs don’t drain, sink faucets do not extend out to wash hands, mildew everywhere. The parking lot has massive potholes everywhere. Lastly, don’t plan to utilize WiFi as it does not work.

The property, lobby, hallways and rooms were in disrepair. The room was hot, windows steaming, no cooling function available and window did not open. Breakfast options were sparse and area was not kept clean. The hotel smelled strongly of smoke, likely as a result of guests smoking indoors.

Well, my first night i arrived i almost fell on the sheet of ice the whole driveway was caked in. The hallways smelled of Marijuana, you had to walk a mile to any garage can or ice machine. For a suite i had no microwave in the room. The bathroom was dinghy and old feeling. The remote for the tv didn’t correspond with the tv. I felt pretty uncomfortable being there. The bed was super firm. And thats not a good thing unless you like to sleep on concrete slabs. I will never go back.

Sketchy old looking hotel building with 2 hotels located at the same place. The clientele looked to be transient drug addicts who were well known to the front dest staff. Luckily the room looks recently renovated, but in no way is this luxury.

There were no towels in our room and when we asked the front desk, his initial response was "Unfortunately, the housekeepers aren't here...." He then wanted us to move rooms. We finally settled on him just taking clean towels from a clean room to bring to us. We were only there until 3am due to needing to get to the airport, but there were people partying in the hallway the entire night, as well as loud music in rooms next to and above us. We got zero sleep. The rooms themselves were in disrepair despite supposedly being newly renovated. We knew we were getting a cheap place based on the price, but we expected at least semi quiet. Skip the hassle and do not book here.

We chose to leave our hotel room after not even an hour of residing in it, there was pubic hairs on the bed, there were dead bugs in the room, the parking lot was absolutely disgusting with trash. There were people hanging out in the hallways doing drugs. Also the staff who owned the building are the absolute worst example of customer service as possible.

Bigger complex and under renovation, spacious room, comfortable and clean bed and good tv channels selection. The negatives were older outdated bathrooms, toilet seat was cheap and delaminating plastic and the tv remote tape was falling off. Simple fixes go a long way.

The friendliness of the staff.

The stay was disappointing. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, which was quite inconvenient. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk—we had to wait about 15 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. Additionally, one of the staff members was rude to my niece after she accidentally spilled a bit of waffle mix on the counter during breakfast. Overall, not the level of service or hospitality we expected.

Had construction above room 3 days in a row

Its not a bad hotel, definitely budget friendly. Only issue i had was trying to get fresh towels. Went to the front desk and asked for fresh towels and i wasnt able to get anymore until i went back upstairs to grab my dirty ones. They also have nice amenities and a fridge, microwave, and tv. The fridge was missing a few pieces inside to hold drinks in the door but overall still functional. The microwave definitely needs to me updated at least in my roon because it had rust flakes all in the inside. I didnt personally see any bugs here but some previous tenant left a dead roach on the counter. When i was leaving there was orkin there though. If you're in a bind for cash definitely come here rather than motel 6 or 8 around the corner.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years and always tell myself I am not coming back. It's an okay place if you absolutely have nowhere else to stay. But the bed was painfully hard and the shower was extremely old and dated-looking. There are better choices in the immediate area.

The staff was terrible. We waited 30 minutes before someone was even available to check us in. The sign at the desk left a number to call and when we did, the phone at the desk rang. He then returned and said he was gone for only 8 minutes, but it had been a total of 25 at least based on my call log to the number on the sign. When we asked if they could do anything for us, he said “it’s okay, I understand.” It made no sense. When we got to the room, the AC would not turn on, the TV remote was not working, and we were unable to connect to the wifi. When we called the front desk staff, the same guy said it’s state law that the AC isn’t on and he doesn’t watch TV so he can’t help. He did help us connect to wifi. He kept lying about different things which was frustrating because we were already tired. It couldn’t be state law that there’s no AC in hotels because as soon as we stepped into the hallway, it was cool. Our room was 78° overnight. We asked for the manager’s name, he said she’d be there in the morning. When we went to talk to her, we learned she’s not in today. We will be calling tomorrow. Do not stay here.

I think once done and staff is trained this will be a nice place. In the meantime i had to plunge my own toilet.

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Tub still had soap from prior occupant, toothpaste in sink, floors were filthy. The bed linens were badly stained. Floors throughout were in very unclean condition.

The door to our room was warped and had about an inch gap along the left of the frame that you could see through. Dead bugs on the ground in our room. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all.

The room appeared clean. The hallways, floors, doors, high touch areas were grungy and stained. It doesn’t seem to have been cleaned or cared for in probably years. The grout was all stained and discolored, the carpets needed to be steam cleaned, windows needed to be cleaned. Doors open loudly, are stuck and show signs of rust.

Normally, I would write this type of review, but management needs to be aware Key cards were hit & miss-wouldn't work most of the time. Only 1 trash can in room. No "Do not disturb" signs Phone in room didn't work. So, if there was in issue with room (there was) we had to go to the front desk. Floors, in room, had not been mopped in a while, very dirty When 1 of the beds was turned down there was blood on the sheet. Staff brought new (clean sheets). Shower worked very well. We stayed 2 nights, no one came to the room to collect trash or dirty linens until after 4PM. We put everything in the hall so they would see it.

I was able to check in straight away and the desk attendant was polite and quick.

The update from hotels.com gave us a heads up the hotel was being renovated and assured us an updated room. It had been painted and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom has black mold in the corners and in the shower. The toilet didn't flush properly.

I stay here often and I leave a review after every stay!! This one wasn’t so pleasant. The first night I checked in after scanning through the room I noticed a dirty cloth in the shower. No big deal things get missed! The shower had still had soap residue from the prior stay. The bed and everything else was ok. Clean liner room was clean. Went to shower the tub was so slippery I fell! But I overlooked it and Finally went to go to sleep and my first nights I was woken by loud banging on the bedroom doors! Not KNOCKS! BANGING! Scared me out my sleep! Never have I ever had this happen either one of my prior stays. They’re doing maintenance so I was woken up with them doing work on the rooms. By 8 or 9 am! The last day was the worst! The work they were doing started around 8am and kept waking me up. We get out of work late and don’t go to sleep as soon as we get in. So we tried to sleep in which wasn’t possible at all! Then we went to shower before check out and the water was off.. needless to say this stay wasn’t my best.

Bed and Bathroom was nice and clean. Floor could have been washed better. It was gritty and dirty. There was an issue with volume until close to midnight and not addressed until complaint made. People were clearly smoking in rooms. It smelt heavy in cigarette smoke.

Cleaning solution was left on the hotel room floor, leaving funes and a slick floor.

The room was relatively clean however there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, sitting water in the ceiling and leaking into the light by entry door you could hear the water running inside the light. This property is in terrible condition and for the cost for one night you could certainly find something much better we were very disappointed.

The room was dirty! The bathroom was filthy! There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, no garbage can and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. I told both the cleaning person and the front desk about the condition and also asked the cleaning person for a garbage and towels. Neither was brought to us and no one ever came to clean the bathroom. I would have went to another hotel but it was parents weekend and everything was booked.

Where should I start? The hotel layout was obviously designed by someone who was sleep-deprived: the corridors seemed miles long to get to the room; the paint was peeling on all the doors to the rooms along the corridor; the room, itself, while typical motel size and quality, was not very clean and I'm glad I never walked on the filthy floor without socks or shoes; the stuffing was coming out of the sofa; the shower curtain was improperly sized, (so much of the shower water ended on the floor); the flooding was minimized only by almost non-existent water pressure barely sufficient to flush the toilet; the telephone didn't work; there was no coffee to put in the provided coffee maker; and because it was a busy university weekend, they charged me an exhorbitant price for the privilege of staying there one night. Never again! If it weren't for the clean sheets on the nice king-sized bed, I'd prefer to sleep in my car.

We choose this hotel as we were passing through New York on a long trip and needed a good night's sleep. We thought Quality Inn had certain standards to uphold and this one seemed to fall short. Yes, it is under renovation and seems to have a lot of potential, but it has a ways to go. Breakfast choices were few and there were no hot entrees. Our room was said to have been renovated, but hopefully that was not the finished product--stains in the bathtub, cracks in the bathroom floor, old toilet which didn't flush well. The bed was nice, so we did have a good night's sleep, so that was a redeeming factor.

My stay here was ok. A lot of issues tho. My chain lock was broken, iron was broken, phone didn’t work, and the pool and gym didn’t work.

You can not call the front desk from your room. I went to the front desk and asked for rags and towels. I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to deliver them to my room, but they never did. I walked back to the front desk to see if they forgot about my request. I was asked “Didn’t housekeeping come today?” I said yes, but they didn’t give us new towels and rags. I had to wait additional 10 mins because, he needed to do something first. Housekeeping comes every other day btw. The complimentary breakfast includes waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt and cereal (raisin bran and Frosted Flakes). The pool was shut down due to renovations. Honestly they need to shut down and renovate the WHOLE building. The place is kind of out dated, semi dirty and needs a good dusting. I would NEVER stay there again and would not recommend.

They dont care about your experience. Stayed there twice and will never stay again. wifi and phone didnt work, the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. The lobby walk-through area is dark and deserted and they put black plastic bags over the windows....why not nice curtains to hide the construction? One of the porters said hello to me and I said hello back, and then he continued to speak to me in a manner that was inappropriate and creepy. I stay at Quality Inn because I am guaranteed a consistence standard, but this place is not Quality Inn nor should be. I never leave bad reviews because I respect businesses, but have had to leave a negative review each time I stay here.

I stayed at this photel a second time hoping to have a better experience. Room was not cleaned properly as the side table was sticky and the toilet hedn't been flushed. The phone and internet didn't work for the first 2 hours of my stay. The place is decrepid and none of the side entrance doors work to allow you closer access from your car. You just get the feeling that the management does not care about the guest experience. What bothered me the most, is that when I always stay at Quality Inn, I do so because I want to be guarateed a safe and reliable standard. Quality Inn it is NOT! I am not high maintenance, but this place is dingy and neglected. I found myself venting to the man at the front desk which I never do, but I was fed up. Will never stay here again.

Only issue was that my room had a door to next room. It was not insulated at the bottom so it was like next door guest was in my room talking loud

Breakfast sucked, all the bread products and cereal were stale, they did have a waffle maker but no eggs or other hot food. Pool that’s advertised is under construction and apparently has been for months, but is still advertised as a selling point. Overall extremely disappointing.

- The pool is closed due to maintenance. - Laundry room ended up being unusable. The machines run on quarters, there's no quarter machine, and who carries 5+ dollars in change around with them? I went to the front desk, and they couldn't give me quarters, they suggested I drive to the nearby gas station for quarters, which I did, and they didn't have quarters either. I asked a few other nearby businesses for quarters, but no luck. I ended up just driving to a Laundromat.

Our room had been renovated, so it was good. However the mattress was not comfortable at all- super hard. And for a king sized bed , it only had 4 little pillows. The continental breakfast was ok, but slow to be replenished ( many items were empty). Front desk and housekeeping service was good- very nice. 9/25 visit- we got notice before our arrival that the pool and fitness center were closed- bummer.

There are also water issues going on with the hotel as you can tell from seeing water leaks the dehumidifiers everywhere and one of the conference rooms was open with fans towels, all down for the water.

I stay at Quality Inn because I feel guaranteed to get a certain standard. The room did not have usual basics such as a full roll of toilet paper, tv channel card, privacy door card, Kleenex. The bathroom was moldy and walls had brown drips. I was offered a late checkout and then they retracted it. The bed was so unusually soft I woke up with my back pulled out ( I don’t have back problems btw). The room also looked as if they had taken a bed out so there was just a feeling of a room that was unfinished. I was given a room that overlooked four large containers which made me feel like I was in a construction zone. They did apologize for the construction but only after I booked the room. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but there are many things that can happen to make a guest feel safe and that the place is not a mess.

Pool was under maintenance. When we arrived, there was so much leaky roofs throughout the facility. Buckets scattered all over to catch the leak and the facility smelled damp. They did not provide enough mini toiletries items and ran out of conditioners. Continental breakfast was not impressive and very minimal choices. Self service laundry only accepts quarters and change machine was broken. The floors in our room did not appear mopped clean for a while and the shower was low pressure. This place is super outdated. We hardly stayed in our room due to attending the NYS fair. I guess for the price, it was fine for the purpose we need, a place to sleep and bathe.

This hotel needs a significant admit of fixing and updating. They advertised a pool but it was empty, the beds felt like sleeping on rocks and the tv didn't work at all. We asked about ditching the tv and the said they would come fix it but never did. The ac unit was full of dust which is probably what caused it to leak water all over the floor. Would not really recommend.

It was state fair week so the options were limited. Hotel was being renovated or atleast it looked like it. It said there were newly renovated rooms. We knew ahead of time the pool was closed. Our renovated room consited of a matress that was caved in and clearly just had a new topper put on. The TV was a 32" that was from 2001. The room floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was filthy looking. The toulet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle down for 2 minutes. Only then would it flush well in the morning. The elevator was dirty and so were the hallways. The breakfast consisted of 1 wafflr maker, a bagel area, hard boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. We ended up eating out for breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for but at $350 for two nights I expected better.

We did not stay. I have never seen a property in such a condition being offered as a place to stay.

Fitness center closed for a while and was not told when making the reservation. Staff was very attentive.

The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was great! The place is a bit down trodden, the room smelled of cigarette smoke although it stated it was a non smoking room, there was a shower seat in the bathroom, no shower curtain and the shower was dirty and had so much hair in it it was nauseating. There weren’t ample towels and no amenities. No one cleaned the room and honestly would NEVER stay here again.

The hotel is under renovation and the AC on the first room was too noisy. The management was very responsive and put us in another room that had great AC, but the bed was truly terrible. There was a deep indentation in the mattress that made us roll together. In order to not be plastered to my husband I had to sleep on the diagonal. Unfortunately, friendly staff is insufficient when a room is in disrepair and issues are raised and nothing is done to address those issues. Of the list of things that were wrong with the room, missing lightbulb, iron, luggage rack, broken television, etc. The staff seemed disinterested or unable to remedy the situation. Oh, did I mention that the phone didn’t work and when you sat on the end of the bed, the whole mattress would flip up in the air ready to pin you to the ground.

I have stayed at other motels at this location and this was above the local average. The management seem to try more than others.

The property was under construction during our stay and hence the swimming pool was closed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is good as it is right beside the highway. Good place to stay.

Is being transitioned to a Quality Inn and therefore has renovations going on and bathrooms and ventilation system aren’t updated yet…but our bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and the shower drain was so clogged it filled up with water after 2 minutes of showering, so it was like taking a bath and a shower. The floors were dirty and made the floor towel black. We found long, thick, dark hairs all over (we both have shorter, thinner hair so it wasn’t ours and we saw it as soon as we walked in). The tracks for the drapes were broken and we couldn’t fully close the drapes (our room looked out to pool and other rooms so no privacy). Also, when I tried to check out, there was no one there and I rang the bell twice and no one came. So, I just left my key cards and left as we were in a rush to get to an appt. For $100 CAD a night, I only ask for a clean bathroom without a clogged drain. The sheets were clean and furniture seemed to be new. Otherwise, I would have asked to switch even though it was late. I won’t be staying there again unfortunately.

By far one of the worst properties I have stayed at ! They say the pool & the fitness is open online, you get there and the pool is drained out with tvs and beds in the pool area! Then the fitness room is inside the pool room that's filled with pool cleaning supplies ! Soon as you enter the room it smells like mildew tbh through the whole building, the carpets in the hallways collect so much humidity the carpet were soaking puddle wet. You pay a deposit for what waffles ? They say hot breakfast it for sure was not a hot breakfast the only thing hot was waffles they had all that space and literally put waffle mix and cereal out but claim it's a hot breakfast. The false advertising online is ridiculous.

The shower curtain in the bathroom had mold all over it. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom as well. The towels had stains on them. The air in the room did not work, and the windows did not open so it was very stuffy. And the sheets had a musty smell to them. I only stayed for one night, hoping things would be different since the last time I was there. But it seems as though they got worse. The people checking you in are always pleasant and very nice but I just wish I felt more clean there.

Check in was very quick. Our room smelled like odor and paint. Bed was comfy. Tv is very outdated and small. The floor of the room was very dirty our socks and feet were black from walking around.

It was dirty! Bedding was missing! It took them 1.5 to get me clean bedding that I had to change. There were no toiletries AT ALL in the room. Dirty linens from the last guest and I was told too bad, there was nothing they would do!!

Good hotel in excellent price. I could not able to enjoy their breakfast but if you are family of 4 and pay under $100 that includes breakfast then it’s super value for money.

This property has been off line for a long time. Someone is in the process of bringing it back to life. A lot of work is ongoing. The pool area is closed indefinitely.

We had to switch rooms twice due to A/C not working. No shower towels in the room, so had to get them from the front desk. Room had mold/dirt, sheets had stains, water leaked on the floor from the A/C... the room felt cheap and unclean. Hotel renovations also prevented use of the pool or fitness center. We left one night early.

I had a reservation at this property last Saturday, but I did not stay here. When I arrived, this property did not feel safe to me. So, I left.
