the towels are kind of small, and we had to ask for new ones, stayed 4 nights and we wanted new towels after 2 nights. very slow or not at all for coffee in the lobby. if your looking for a place to just sleep, shower and such. it's the place that's affordable. no issues.

The bathrooms were discussing as the tubs were scratched and need to be replaced. The Over flow was falling out of the tub. The sink drain was slow in draining and need to have maintenance done on them. The mattress need to be replaced. Will never stay with again.

Got a room fast when other place doesn't have any room

I complained about bed bugs on my second morning there under two separate bookings and planned on coming back the next night but when I went to the desk at about 2 AM there were no rooms to move into so I had to pay for another hotel for the night. When I went back the next night after booking my room here because the front desk told me they did not have any rooms for the Saturday night at about 11:16 PM the front desk clerk proceeds to tell me that he found my reservation but that he can not sell it to me because I have been placed on a DNR list Do Not Rent - Why because I complained about bed bugs and got my money back for the affected one night. I still came back to stay with you prepared to pay, heck I did with the Expedia reservation. So again I am paying for another hotel luckily I found one with a room. There was no manager to talk to or call and the 800 number sucks and now mind you I am needing the room due to the recent passing of my mother with whom I was staying with to care for her. No phone call offering not even a sorry let alone something further for all the aggravation.

At check, instead of a welcome, we got a lecture about n0-smoking in the room, threatening us with a cleaning bill (we don't smoke, but whatever). Left the lobby, turned the corner to our room and the hallway reeked of cig smoke. I'm pretty sure it was the dude at the counter smoking the place up.

Wifi was free and open. Temperature in the room was appropriate when regulated. The bed was not well made and the covering was kind of sticky. The hallway has a strong odor. No complementary water. Coffee was not replenished and when I asked the staff he shrugged his shoulders.

Parking lot was in need of plowing, there was water dripping from ceiling in and around the lobby, the mattress had horrible stains that appeared to be dried blood, bathtub was not clean. I checked out within one hour, refund request was denied. I would not recommend this motel

Hoped it would be ok low budget place. Not clean, crumbs left behind, hair in the tub ans the sheets had holes in them. In the morning I found bugs and now have bites. Really grossed out and wished I had paid more for another place.

Room was dirty, door didn’t lock, had to park in a snow bank as it wasn’t plowed well. Water in tub dripped constantly. Changed room and key didn’t work and window was wide open and it was in the twenties outside . Really in need of upgrades

Didnt make it to room had a family emergency and didnt get refunded and dog can only be 25lbs and smaller i have a service dog that womieghs more i need to be refuned to a different card or compensated

Stayed at Motel 6 because I needed “a place to sleep.” Unfortunately, sleep was optional. The bathroom looked like it was holding on to the 80s (and the mildew) for dear life, the toilet ran like it was training for a marathon, and the TV offered the kind of cable lineup that time forgot. The sheets were technically there, but I’m not confident they were part of the housekeeping plan. Nothing nearby, unless you count regret. To their credit, the front door locked and no ghosts introduced themselves — so that’s something. If you’re considering it… don’t. Spend the extra $40 and save your sanity.

They clean the floors with something sticky and nasty. The tubs and showers are peeling, and the shower water barely drips in some of the rooms. Each room does not have a small refrigerator. No microwave in any of the rooms.

We are two 64 year old women traveling on a budget for a girls trip. Our flight arrived late Saturday night and there was limited parking available - only in the very back of a dimly lit parking lot. We had to walk in the dark with our luggage outside quite a distance. The only entrance to the property was through the front office. The only positive was cold air conditioning. The room was run down, half of the plugs didn’t work, no overhead lights and only 1 of the wall lights worked. Tub was filthy, mini fridge literally had so much rust on the door and top that you could easily cut yourself. The bedding was thin and worn and no extra blankets. There were signs everywhere to “lock your doors for your own safety” and we had to call the front desk because our deadbolt was faulty. It was close to midnight when our flight arrived and we had prepaid with no refund available or we would NOT have stayed. It was scary and we felt unsafe. We contemplated a shower in the morning but there was no hair dryer (and the tub was gross). The front desk said they had a hair dryer but someone had already checked it out! We pre paid $195 and it wasn’t worth $49. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else! The front desk staff was helpful but the property should be condemned!

I had the most horrible experience getting a hotel in NY, so much so I will never return. I'm used to all hotels (that I've ever stayed at my whole life) offer basics of an alarm clock, outlets by the bed, a microwave, coffee maker etc. I was so desperate for a place to stay so we didn't have to sleep in the car again, so i landed on this one. Extremely overpriced, didn't have any of the amenities that i listed above not even a clock!! No breakfast either but they had a microwave/coffee in the lobby. Not everyone wants to leave their room though. The pillows sucked and the bed was uncomfortable. It squeaked loudly every time we moved. No comforter, just a thin regular blanket on the bed. Unless you have a lot of money to stay in the nice hotels, don't visit New york

Absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Room was filthy. Had to be moved. There was dirt and filth all over the second room too.

Couldnt cancel. My boss changed my work orders mid day and i couldnt cancel. I had only mafe the reservations a couple hours before. My boss is not gonna be happy.

Upon arrival, I was given an accessibility room that the door didn't close, it was smelly, and didn't look clean. The front desk person changed my room to 144, that was much better. The put some type of wax on the floors and I nearly fell. The tub was peeling and the shower sucked bc the pressure was so low. I had to stand near the wall to shower. Room 130 is the best room but it was taken. Front desk personnel are always on their phone or outside smoking. Not a warm reception. I booked again an hope I get room 130. I travel there weekly and want an attentive person. I called for a late check in, the guy answered the phone didn't care. I had to ask to make sure they knew I was a late arrival. Unprofessional.

Smelled bad, horrible beds

They did Reno’s but the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the sheets and pillows had stains on it. The rate was low but I guess you get what you pay for, I would definitely not be back.

Nasty does not describe the room!!!! There was mold on the floor, we had to clean the toilet before we could use it because there was piss from the last person who used it still there. The floor was never swept and there was still stuff in the cupboards. When we went and told the front desk person we were checking out and got another hotel room, he went and checked the room and said there was nothing wrong with it. Oh I forgot to mention the m&m on top of the bed frame and poop looking stain on the wall.

The room was not as advertised in photos, refrigerator did not work & after complaining the front desk did nothing about it, floors were sticky, found fleas in bed..complained to front desk again nithing was done.. we REFUSED to stay here because of how sketchy front desk & other guests were.. they refused to refund us our money even though we left shortly after checking in

Doors repeatedly opening and closing across hall. Constant noise from the parking area. Overnight desk attendant sleeping. Bathroom floor dirty. Smell of drugs in hallway walk to room. Smell of dirty dog and dog feces in hallway walk to room, in addition to the same smell inside of my room. Apparently one of the customers has dog on premises and does not keep clean. Towels in bathroom had blood and other on them. Cleaning staff brought extra roll of toilet paper promptly.

A truly terrible experience. Place is filthy dirty. Human hair in the bed sheet, in the sink, by sink top, floor faith, bad smell, noisy!

We had a handicap accessible room. The carpet in the hallway had stains, the parking lot had garbage in it, the night staff was more friendly than the morning staff, the coffee was tolerable and the floors in the room were slippery. I walk with a cane and my cane and shoes were sliding on the floor in the bedroom and the bathroom. Also no screen in the window when we wanted to open it for some fresh air. The beds were comfortable. I am glad it was only a one night stay because of a hospital appointment.

There is very limited shopping in this area, and the cost of cabs ane ubers is quite high, and the ubers are unreliable.

The hotel is dated but functional, but not entirety clean. I found several red ants in the room, and i don't think the floor had been washed before i came. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, but they did leave me 6 new bars of soap along with one that had been used previously. This motel is close to the airport, but you need to walk about 10 minutes to restaurants and a gas station. If you are ok with "rustic, this place will do.

The room looked clean at first, then you walked into the bathroom. Apparently the mirror had dried up glue on it. So it wasn't clean. The shower didn't look good and the toilet seat was loose. I had to tighten it. No tv remote plus the tv didn't work. So I streamed tv on my phone. Woke up to seeing roaches in the bathroom. I was not happy. All they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience"

I stayed at this prooerty for a week and a half I payed and booked online then the front desk said I didn't have a reservation even though I showed them confirmation of payment so ended up paying twice then I lit a incent in my room because it smelled they had a problem with the alarm was going off for 2 days so they tried telling me it was because I lit my incent but i wasn't even there when it started going off it was 1 am n I was forced to leave they called police on me and made me leave even though police inspected room and said it wasn't coming from my room there was no smoke no nothing the front desk and management were very rude in how they handled the situation beware they take your money and kick u out

The staff had to inconvenience us several due to fire codes despite being cleared. It was the worst night ever in a hotel!

The first room we were assigned was literally missing one of the beds. The second room had stained sheets, and the bathroom mirror was covered in what I pray was toothpaste. The shower was so sketchy that I wore my flip flops to take a shower. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Hotels.com will not give me a refund because the property won't agree to it. There are no customer protections when you use this service.

The location is near the airport and 15 mins from the University. Location is good but the quality of the place leaves me not wanting to stay there again.

The fridge was rusted. The toilet seat was not attached. The bathtub had cigarette burns as did the bedspread. The while place smelled like mold. Just generly scary.

I knew this would be very basic. But the outside of the hotel, and the inside was very dirty, and smelled.

Black mould under the bed, was offered broom to clean it up myself… sticky, dirty floor with puddles everywhere. Door jams were all rusted, along with bath tub faucet that was so corroded it almost fell off. I understand this is a cheaper hotel, but there needs to be some minimum standard.

Our room was clean. The air conditioner worked fine. However, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the whole hotel, particularly in the hallways. In our room, there were burn holes in both comforters on the bed. Amenities were minimal. Very few outlets for charging devices.

Overall, the place was shabby. Our sheets were discolored and paper thin, the bathroom worn, stained and tired. The place needs an overhaul and the staff needs support.

Never stayed at a place where I walked outside my room. I saw a dog poop in the hallway, told the manager and he did nothing but go back and sit down behind the front desk

It is always great. I stay here every time I go through Syracuse. I make it a point to plan my trip with my overnight stay here. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean, the price is right, and they accept pets. I like that even if I'm pulling a trailer, I will have a place to park. There is not a lot around the area, but there is a 24-hour gas station convenience store that has some pretty good pizza.

Fire alarm went off at 2 am. Then stopped in a minute. False alarm.

Halls ways were not vacuumed walls had stains. Terrible smell in halls. Mattress was extremely dirty lots of stains, even the sheets were dirty. Looks like they were taken from the dump. Table not cleaned from previous people, stains. Bath tub had mold on drain. We refused first room on lower floor. Lobby floor was lobby floor and walls dirty. Was not worth the money. Would like money back.

This is definitely my go-to motel when I stop in Syracuse. Easy on and off the Thruway. Great staff!

Only 2 outlets - one was being used by the fridge - the other was in the bathroom and didn't work at all. The air conditioning unit made loud noises almost all evening.A lot of channels on TV did not work well. Staff member not helpful when I asked where I could get shampoo. I guess you get what you pay for.

The floor was wet from condinsation. They got me a different room however it started to get wet floor again.. i mention they need a dehumitifier.
