The floor was so filthy that the soles of my feet became dirty with the grime of the floor. Stay clear of this place.

When you pull in there are signs reading “police friendly hotel”, that was red flag number one. This place was dirty from the time you enter. The lady who checked us in was so sweet and my review has no bearing on her whatsoever. When we FINALLY got checked in as there were also booking issues; our room was smelly, dirty and just disgusting. We immediately handed our keys back in to front desk and left. This place needs an overhaul.

the room was advertised as no- non-smoking, It wreaked of stale smoke. the A/C didn't help...it was underpowered and blowing stale air. Lastly, there were no windows, and the bathroom toillet seat was broken. We turned around and left. we requested a refund.

Totally not for th bugs and roaches and staff not even half way right going in rooms or let someone diffrent than me inside my 1preson 1room being disrespectful to me at point that . I'm they don't have cameras to run back for me! Things ended up getting worse as I asked to be moved to diffrent room staff went off om saying he cant change my room an so now im being forced to leave this place before checking out its beyond crazy I cant comfy here to much drama with this place im feed up and feel played out an beyond done with this place!

For the price of this motel, its possibly the worst I've stayed at. And I have pretty low standards, I just ask for a clean room that doesn't smell and a decent bed. This entire building reeks of fresh cigarettes and stale air. The bathroom was dingy and the shower head ran at a trickle. If it had been the lowest price motel in the area I'd be more understanding, but the price point was mid-tier for motels in the area. I genuinely almost packed up and just went back home as soon as I got into my room.

This is an older property in need of an upgrade, but the room was clean and comfortable, and my check-in was friendly and efficient. No breakfast and no fitness room make it ideal for a one-night stay, as does the very reasonable cost.

Throughout my stay, room service was unavailable, management citing a lack of staff as the reason. Water pressure was extremely low, one staff member demonstrated poor CS skills. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Overbooking rooms.

Room smelled - bed base broken and bed slanted. TV did not work, no light bulb in desk lamp. Desk chair arms broken, upholstered chair not in good shape. One thread bare washcloth for 2 people - one bath soap sliver provided - no way would it take care of a quick lather. I would not refer anyone to this establishment. The entry door also was damaged. Had it not been for graduation at Syracuse University I would have attempted to find another place to stay but had appointments to keep. Extremely disappointed and upset

Opening the door, we were met by an atrocious odor of cigarette smoke. TV, microwave and fridge were non fonctional, there was a coffee maker, but no cups. 2 guests, but only 1 washcloth was available. The walls were broken and crumbly, there was mold on the bathroom walls, the bathroom door handle was broken, the floors were so sticky that we had to put our shoes on to walk from the beds to the bathroom. AND ... the bedsheets on one of the beds were grease-stained and there were clumps of long hairs in the sheets.

I ended up not staying in the room the second night. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Dek clerk was rude and dismissive. Building is rundown and filthy. I asked for another towel and was told they only provide 2 towels per room regardless of the number of people, so I would either have to pay extra or turn in a used towel to get a new one. They treat their guests as inmates.

I do not stay here. Horrible place dirty and smelly. The room smelled like some musty air that’s been trapped in the room for weeks and it reeked of cigarettes all throughout the hallways and rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows hurt my neck when waking up in the morning. And to top it all of for a two bedroom room there was ONE towel in it with the tiniest bathroom humanly possible reaching out my arms in the shower left and right I could touch both walls. Not only there was one towel I called to ask and see if anyone could bring us towels and they have NOBODY that brings stuff to rooms so honestly I have no clue how they’re still in business. I booked on booking.com, arrived, and a sign said there were no vacancies.

Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund

Our bedding on both beds was dirty upon arrival. We notified the 2 employees at the front desk & we were told the cleaning lady was still doing laundry but they would get us clean ones when they were done. They did not. The floor was sticky and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and honestly I was scared there would be bugs.

The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was in poor condition. I have stayed in budget hotel/motels before but not this bad.

The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke.

Easy check in, clean, beds were so comfy and sheets had no stains. It was a quiet peaceful stay for our trip on the road.

The room space was well. The receiving process was ok. Room facilities were in size well but its smell was not good. The cigarette smell in the room was not good. The outside hall cleaness in the front of the rooms was not good; several quantity of sand and dust were identified.

We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards.

I checked out 3 minutes after arriving. I was suppose to get refunded because I never officially checked in. This property should be removed from your list. Very unsafe with loitering and unkept. How do I go about securing my refund? I was told it would be automatically generated since I was there less than 15 minutes

The bed was comfortable and the room was on the main floor. The room was comfortable and it was easy for me to get into my room without bothering other people. The person at the front desk was very friendly There was a draft under the door, the paint was peeling in the tub, and the floors were a little dirty. The one light by the bed did not work.

The room was not what i booked, they downgraded us to a smaller bed. The bed was stained and looked gross. The furniture had chunks missing out of it. TV was difficult to use and we couldnt login to any apps.

The front desk staff (Mohamed & Chico) were courteous. 1. Overall cleanliness - both inside & outside was bad! Hotel needs to be painted; back staircase was mostly dirty looking! 2. We saw "roaches" in our room! 3. We could not get clean towels in a timely manner. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk and then wait 1-3 hours before picking up clean ones. Front desk said they had to do laundry because no extra towels available! 4. Noise level was disturbing: Someone was yelling and cursing one night, and "dog barking" non-stop in hallway on another night. Had to call front desk. 5. Door to enter the building (3rd floor) through back staircase did not always close. This is a security problem! 6. Smell of smoking in hallway. 7. Windows - need to be replaced! We could not see through window due to a very dense, white, "cloudy" film.

My room was great! I called a few nights before i checked in and had the pleasure to talk to Mohamed. He was so polite and made me feel comfortable checking in. I will definitely be back because the room was perfect.

Well this was not the best place to stay. First the window would not shut. You can hear the noise from the thruway traffic. Second we had our dog with us and she was chasing ROACHES around the room. I complained and they gave us another room. I wanted to leave and go to another place but I had my dog with me. So let’s just say we did not sleep well. Terrible hotel to stay at!!!!

Parking was easy. The front staff was unfriendly. The room was filthy and smelled like an old ash tray. The sheets looked clean but the shower was gross. The towels had a weird smell to them. You heard plenty of activity from your neighbors and outside your door all night. Couldn’t get out of there faster.

Bed linens still had hair and crumbs from previous occupant. Bathtub was not cleaned. I had requested a non smoking room and the given room smelled strongly of cigarettes, with cigarettes actually stuck into the window sill. Overall needs work if you need a cheap place to lay your head this is good otherwise was less then great. Whole building is outdated as well as room.

Mold on shower ceiling, on the wall by air conditioner/heater. Smell of Marijuana everywhere. Just felt very run down and unclean. Did not look like the pictures posted at all, very misleading!

When i pulled in and parked front of building trash bags from doordash in front of door Piling up , still there the next morning. In my room 311 hairs in the bed . The shower curtain had something red on it top right corner on the inside. The counter had something sticky on it. The couch had dark stains on it, i flipped it over and white stains there too ! Was not happy about that. The guy down at office wasn't that helpful!! I do lot of traveling WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL !

Check in was horrible they tried charging me for the room again said my card declined then said a card number ending in a number of a card I didn't even own. Wasn't even gonna check me in said call Expedia with a attitude until I showed my credit card receipt and Expedia confirmation then she told me later on everything is all set after she called someone on the phone. Then the first room she checked me in 305 heater didn't work was freezing in room, tv didn't work not even a remote the shelf to hang clothes was hanging off wall so went to get a new room and omg the next room was even worse was so filthy hair all over shower, mold in coffee maker, tub was so filthy broken iron thank God tv. Worked And bed was clean cause that's where I stayed the hole time everything I touched was so sticky that I had to wash my hands everytime I did touch anything I'm glad this was for one night as I was having surgery the next morning and didn't have time to argue and find another place I booked a week in advance not to have this issue also this hotel is so unsafe as it is a lot of people on drugs found a crack pipe on floor in the stairwell had to call police because people where next to my car smoking crack wasn't a pleasant stay before surgery. I would never in my life stay here again I know they say get what you pay for but this was just horrible an I have stayed in some bad places and never complain but this definitely topped them all. I'm really disappointed how they are running this

I booked this hotel for 3 days and had to call Expedia to cancel after being there for only a few hours. The property is dirty (even though the pictures on the website make it look fine). There were people yelling at night and I did not feel safe at all. Expedia was able to refund my money and apparently the hotel had no objection. This must happen a lot. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. I often stay at budget hotels while travelling. My only criteria is "clean and safe". This property offered neither of those things.

I'm really unhappy with my hotel stay. The non-smoking room smells like cigarettes, the room and bathroom are dirty, and my key card stopped working after just 2 days, even though I paid for 3 nights. And to make matters worse, it stopped working again 10 minutes before check-out time.

Dirty feces filled disposable diapers laying about, shady characters using the parking lot, feral children, lobby reeked of cigarette and mj smoke. Property was overall filthy. Im a very easy to please guest and I couldn't stay they. I want a full refund or I'm calling the health department and social services. Red Roof and Expedia could not possibly want their names associated with this unsanitary mess.

The hallways smelled of smoke, and the linens and towels were dirty. We received towels for only 2 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TV, microwave, and refrigerator all plugged into the same outlet, which had room for only two of them. I didn't realize that the previous occupant unplugged the fridge; so, all of our food spoiled. The sofa-bed mattress was less comfortable than the floor.

Property is run down with papers strewn all over outside and windows need cleaning. Property could use a good clean up and some painting. However, our room was clean and comfortable, so our overnight stay was good, especially for the great price. We are not fussy and were overall satisfied with our stay and would go back if the room we got was as good as the one we stayed in.

The people at the counter are extremely rude. I booked a room for a weekend with family. The room they gave me had a strong odor of mold upon arrival, no curtains , there was black mold all over my shower . I return down to the office after figuring all this out. Request for a different room for said reasons. The guy at the counter proceeded to question me asking if I used the room. After he had just checked me in 5 minutes prior. Very rudely gives me a different room that was slightly better. But there is cockroaches and people are living there with their dogs/cats etc. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Do yourself a favor and filter through all the fake 10/10 reviews and read some of the real ones before even considering staying here. The place is filthy. Trash everywhere. Inside, outside, in hallways, in the rooms. The walls are disgusting. The floors felt unclean. I don’t even know how to describe the smell. There are plenty of reasonably priced properties in the area that won’t leave you fearing for your safety or feeling like you need an acid bath to cleanse the filth off your body. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is that the bed in my room had clean sheets and was comfortable enough for a quick overnight. If I were staying longer, I would have left and found another room elsewhere. Don’t believe the photos on the website. You can’t even convince me that they were actually taken at this location. I will include a few photos I took while there but they do no justice to the filth you will find here.

Couldnt believe 1 of our rooms was dirty. Had garbage on the floor, bedding looked a bit dingy & killed bugs. Could not stay. We took our unpacked bags & went to a completely different hotel. Woll never stay there ever again.

It's just as dirty and strange as the reviews say but for $60 a night I'd absolutely go back! It's $60 a night, still a deal. No bed bugs and that's all I care about.

For an overnight stay it wasn’t terrible. I knew what I was getting into for that price. The rooms were somewhat clean and the front desk guys were nice.

The room was filthy and there were dead insects on the window sill and not even sure what it was in the bed, bugs or dirt but we did not stay and had our money refunded.

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled urine. I started cleaning the floor, and the wipe was filthy afterwards. The room, especially the bathroom, was covered in fruit flies. It was not sanitary enough to stay, so we left. There's also a weird sign displayed that warns against drug trafficking. We told the clerk at our new hotel that we had fled our previous one. She specifically asked if it was this hotel. It was her first guess. That says a lot.

My room was not clean correctly whole property stink did not look like what it look like in the pictures

The staff was very nice, but the room was horribly dirty. When I enter the room smell like as if someone just smoke weed in the room the minute before i came, the room feels extremely humid(even with AC on). The smell goes away the next morning due to the constant AC. I tried to turn off AC cuz I felt cold( but AC buttons were all broken, so the AC runs 24/7). I didn't take shower cuz the tub water hold looks disgusting, The linens were all dirty(some hair, some dirty stuff on it, i didn't even want take away, so i sleep on another bed which is also dirty), i didn't even change to my pajama( I was wearing my outdoor clothing to sleep).

The bathroom was tiny. The sink had hairs in it. Some of the towels weren’t clean. Overall cleanliness was lacking. We do not recommend staying here.

This property is a dumpster fire. It is filthy, the smoke detector was pulled out of the wall, the sheets were completely stained with God knows what. We slept on top of the sheets as it was very questionable as to whether or not they've ever been washed. There were vagrants roaming the property coming in and out the front door with no shoes apparently that's optional. It was clear that they were all under the influence of drugs and what appeared to be prostitution taking place at this property. The bathtub was so disgusting I was afraid to even think about getting into the shower. The floors were covered in soot and dust as was all the furniture. In addition the outlets began to spark when we tried to plug our cell phones in to charge. I am expecting a full refund as promised by the man at the front desk when we checked out. I would suggest that this building be demolished.

IT WAS A NIGHT MARE

Hotel was in awful condition. It had people all around the property watching you and yelling out there windows. The room had broken furniture, smelled of smoke and the sheets, bed and bathroom were disgusting. We walked into the room and left for another hotel asap. Do not stay here!!

The grounds were not mowed garbage all over the parking lot all the blinds in the windows to the office area. We’re all busted up. The inside was filthy. It smelled. There was stains all over the sheets and the comforters. The pillows were flat and there was only two pillows in the room. The shower still had filth inside of it and they were one clean towel for two people.

As soon as we arrived we knew we messed up booking this room. There were actual hookers, service was awful, our room wasn’t ready and when it was half an hour later, the room was disgusting. Black mold, dirty beds including blood stained sheets. Shower was so bad we couldn’t even use it. The property itself was falling apart. There were things left over from other guests. It felt very unsafe walking to the room. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Front Desk was helpful. However, upon approach to the hotel, overgrown with weeds and filthy hotel smelled walls were dirty. Bathtub was dirty, screaming in the hall at night. Multiple roaches seen in the morning. Walls were filthy. Gentleman at the desk canceled the remainder of our stay and refunded immediately with no question. The day after we left, there was a stabbing in the hotel.

It was not a hotel. It felt like a motel.

On first appearance you can see that this is a weekly stay people using it as a residence when I went to my room the smell was the first thing that caught my attention and then you see that it was roaches and bedbugs on the desk and bed itself. You can see it was only surface area wipe down, not a full cleaning along with disinfectant when I went to the front desk to explain my dislike of the room and express to have my refund they told me no

This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby looks nothing like the picture and neither do the rooms. The ice machine was broke so no ice at all. We had 4 rooms reserved and not one was clean. Front of hotel was overgrown with weeds. Bathtub was dirty and shower curtain was moldy and stained. Hair was on the shower wall. Room was dirty and coverlet on bed had stains. No desk chair. The other chair in the room was dirty so you couldn’t sit on it. The safety lock on the door was broke and the peep hole had tissue stuffed in it. Bathroom had holes in the wall. Walls near the bed were dirty and stained. Toilet seat was round toilet was oblong. Had we been able to find another hotel we all would have left. Red Roof should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. We plan on attending the fair again next year and will definitely not be staying at this hotel. It needs to be shut down.

The floors I. Our room were filthy and there was garbage all over the property. There was a sign by lobby that said . This property is police friendly. If we see something we call police. There was a lot of undesirable people living and staying there. There was something going on outside our door at 4 am and my husband put a chair I fro t if door in case someone tried getting i . You really need to find better places to advertise on your site!!!!

Absolutely disgusted. Dried blood on sheets and towels. Management deactivated our cards first night to where we had to wait for them to be able to reactivate them to get us inside.

This motel was dirty and poorly maintained. Needs a major renovation.

Booked a non smoking room, could not breathe for how bad the room smelled of smoke. The “comforter” (made of a plastic material) had burn holes in it. Bathroom had been “used” and not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was an unknown splatter across the TV screen— and we were in the room for under 2 minutes. The parking lot was full of dog feces. No pillow cases and can’t even begin to describe the state of what we found in the bed.

They got me a room last minute when everything was booked, super helpful!

The room and sheets were so dirty upon check-in. I couldn’t even stay there. The front desk offered to give me clean sheets (that I could put on myself) as there was no staff to do it for me after hours. I had to leave and find another hotel it was so terrible. I couldn’t even stay here one night.

We pulled up and didn’t even go in. The area looked unsafe. I called them three times to tell them that we were not staying there and no one picked up. There wasn’t even an answering machine that I could leave a message. It just said the machine was not taking messages. I was hoping to get a refund, but since I couldn’t get a hold of them, I guess I won’t be.

People hanging around outside & inside. Dog feces around the property, carefull where you walk. Room floor dirty, needs mopping. Plug for room desk light had exposed wires just twisted. Straws used to covers the wires. Thet were mainly bare. Semi opaque shade in room. Sun prevents sleeping past sunrise. People screaming in the hall and banging on doors. Using foul language to argue with people inside their room. If you are traveling with children, stay away! The bathroom was small. Way too small. The only plus we had was the bad was comfortable. Other than that, this place was horrible.

When we got into our room the bed had red stuff that looked like blood to me on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk and the guy was super nice about it and put us in another room for the night until they could clean the room we requested. I had my 2 month old with me on vacation so I just didn’t feel like that was a hotel we could stay at with the baby. There was also trash laying around on top of the vending machines. We checked out the next morning, but the guy that worked the front desk was very nice and apologized over and over. I told him it wasn’t his fault things happen, but we just didn’t feel comfortable there, so we left. The stuff was wonderful, the rooms on the other hand were pitiful. :(

It was just terrible to even say that this hotel is still running. It is the worst and I've stayed in bad places but this has to be the worst. I wouldn't recommend my dog to this place.
