The TV didn't work and we had to wait for maintenance to come the next morning. They came as we were checking out. For $700, you would expect the TV to work. There was also a dirty washcloth left in the shower.

The hotel property is definitely a little rundown on the outside and appeared clean in the hallway as someone was mopping the floor. Check-in staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was of a nice variety selection. However, my hotel sheets had blood stains on them and the hotel refused to acknowledge that dismissing me and claiming it was only hair dye. Be sure to check your room out completely before staying at this location.

The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast the next morning was fantastic!

Kristy at the front desk was most kind and efficient. The same is true of Nicole. All the front desk folks handle rushes of work without any evident loss of quality. The breakfast crew (we met Miss Sonia, Betty and Michelle this time) are hard working and friendly. The housekeeping and maintenance crews are similarly meticulous and most effective.

This is a fine hotel. All the staff are sincere, enthusiastic, personable and hardworking. The facility is consistently clean. The manager Jeremy is consistently visible, as well as personable, and sets a high bar for himself and the terrific staff. I neglected to keep the names of the hardworking staff members I encountered (Betty in the breakfast area comes to mind), but they are all clearly proud of their work and treat the guests in a valued fashion.

The whole package!!! The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the room keys worked, the water pressure in the shower, enough towels, the location, and complimentary cookies, bottled water, and that awesome coffee machine!

We were up for a visit to our son who is at Syracuse U. It is close and had all to comports we needed. Everything from friendly, efficient staff to clean all around, it was enjoyable. The mornng breakfast staff were super on top of guests' needs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problems were the walls were hollow where I could hear the visitors talking in the next room and I can hear footsteps coming from the room above. Staff did not seem friendly. They did not say good morning unless they were spoken to. It seems it hurt them to open their mouth.

Overpriced for Syracuse Parents weekend. I spent with tax $711.00 for one night. This hotel price is price gouging for parents weekend. It is awful that the hotels are allowed to get away with this.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included beakfast was great; Betty kept everything running smoothly and was very friendly and helpful.

Only issue I had was no black out curtains. It was daylight in the room at 2am from the parking lot lights!

Excellent stay in newly remodelled hotel. Furnishings are new. Complimentary Breakfast selection was very good lots of options, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Cuse graduation and they had welcome party for guests with food and drinks. Room and bathroom was excellent. Overall highly recommend and close short drive to Syracuse University. Each morning Manager and staff came around tables to make sure everyone was having a good stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Weird place, literally out in the middle of nowhere. We stayed in a suite, in my opinion, not worth the money I paid. Coffee was not good.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was the thin walls between rooms. There was a gathering in the adjoining room very late at night, and we could literally hear the conversations. Made it difficult if not impossible to sleep.

We had the BEST stay and highly recommend!! The manager and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Team went out of their way to help celebrate Cuse graduating families with a lovely welcome reception and cookies and water til late! Breakfast is good and the rooms and facilities are all newly renovated and nicely furnished. They made sure everything was always set up in the morning for guests and tables were cleaned off so quickly. They have tables to have late night dinners post grad celebrations which made it convenient for takeout gatherings. They even gave out white flowers for moms for Mother’s Day. Would stay here again anytime!! Thanks for your hospitality!! You made our stay even more special and memorable.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was very accommodating. The room was perfect for us and we also enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The only problem we had was because our room was directly over the entrance of the hotel. It was very noisy. We heard a lot of noise when people were leaving or arriving, especially the people that were leaving before 7 AM in the morning. Definitely recommend the hotel.

We were in Syracuse for the Syracuse/ North Carolina Lacrosse game and the access to the JMA arena was simple and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is attending a Syracuse University event. The breakfast provided was very good and a great way to start the day.

Nothing much around the property but serves the purpose of an overnight before a college visit to Syracuse. The woman at the front desk was super nice as well

We stayed at this hotel previously because my husband was having surgery and we didn't have any issues. A month later we reserved another room to stay after a surgery. After an exhausting day at the hospital I just wanted to take a hot bath.

Our room was very clean and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot options. Hotel was conveniently located from the highway and less than 10 minutes from great restaurants. Highly recommend

A real gem that greatly surpassed our expectations. 4 of us came into town for a race, and this room was huge. Everything is very updated and very clean. Great breakfast options. Only criticism is the large gap at the bottom of the doors of the rooms. Always hate that--lets light and noise in and compromises privacy. Other than that this was Great.

I had not reserved an accessible room in time to get one but asked the young lady at checkin if any available she found one though having computer problems great job. Some remodeling completed some was on going (was told that hardly noticed)

Everything was good or average. They can improve the options of breakfast, I just came from other holiday inn with the same scheme but more fruits and other stuff. The driveway is difficult to see at night from the avenue.

The structural concerns took precedence over the gummy candy remaining on the floor as well. Heat/cooling worked good, mattresses were the usual, and the breakfast was good as well. Location is easy to get to and quiet.

Location was convenient to visit Syracuse university. Lobby is new and gives one false hope for the rest of the hotel. Rooms are big but old. Peeling wallpaper, broken lamp shades, very dark. Beds were comfortable and room was big. It served its purpose but I think I’d stay at embassy suites in carrier circle next time.

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Location near the expressway was perfect. The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was superb. It had eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, cereal, yogurt. So many options! Would stay again.

Need more outlets and the surrounding area looked rough. But easy access on and off the freeway and a good last minute price.

Arrived at the hotel late after a long drive from New York. Arrived at 10 pm and went straight to the room. Lucky the room had 2 beds because the bed on the left had hair on the pillow and on the comforter. Hair all over the washroom floor. Not hygienic at all. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

The check in was great. The lobby was very deceiving because it portrayed that the facility had been upgraded. Unfortunately not!!!! The rooms were subpar by far. The carpet as dirty not walking on it without shoes. There were dings and scratches all over. The room smelled of mildew and for someone with asthma it wasn't fun. the furniture reminded you of a motel not a hotel it was so outdated. The mattress was bumpy because they had so many blankets under the sheet for whatever reason. I did look for bedbugs and there were none thank god. The door to the room had a 2 inch space from the bottom of the door. The only good thing they had going for them was the breakfast, The breakfast staff was nice and tried to keep up with the crowd
