    The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again.

    The room itself needed more attention — it had not been vacuumed, the shower did not drain properly, and the remote had no working batteries. We also noticed wet floors in front of the elevator, which felt unsafe. The hot tub had an “out of order” sign posted the first night, but we were later told it was actually working and the sign simply had not been removed. it was frustrating to have to pay for WiFi if you stayed longer! To end on a positive note, the night staff were wonderful. Their hospitality, welcoming attitude, and customer service truly stood out and were the highlight of our stay.

    My room wasn’t even ready when I showed up. They said “we had some people call in but it should be ready in a half hour to an hour”. There were some other issues also but I have been advised not to speak publicly on that at the moment.

    Room/hotel was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. However the pool was very murky and on the cold side. The hot tub was anything but hot. We also had no hot water in the room so we could not take any showers. When I talked to the front desk they said they reset the boiler,but after waiting well over an hour still no hot water.

    Not included in the price, had to pay $12 for a breakfast which I did not. Absolutely nothing! Toilet seats were cheap plastic and barely useable, carpets were filthy, hotel eco- friendly shower supplies were empty, location is horrible, basically it is located in an abandoned industrial park. Staff were less than pleased to great us, no smiles or friendly service which one expects after a long days of travel.The restaurant’s service was one overworked waitress, who, although kind, was frustrated and unable to serve people properly. Beer at the bar was flat from the tap and stale from the bottle. A complete rip-off and I will never stay at another Hilton again

    Every Garden Inn location, no matter the State, has the same three egg omelet waiting for me every time I wake up, different chefs, different server different chickens.     I was really disappointed to pay for the amenties that included the pool and hot tub as they were not working when I was there 12/2/2025. It would have been nice to be told that they were not working before booking as it was a mommas night away to attempt to relax and was disappointed with not having these amenities working. Felt like an expensive wasted trip.

    We arrived and the staff told us there was no wi-fi and that and we could stay at their sister property across the street. (We needed wifi for business--not just entertainment.) When Expedia tried to get our money back, the hotel would not do it so we ended up losing the cost of the room.

    The photos didn't show where the whirlpool tub was, it was in the bathroom not in the room, big florescent lighting, couldn't have the blinds open at all due to no privacy, the handle came off for the tubs hot water, no bubble bath, not a great relaxing vibe for what I paid honestly

    Room was clean, food was great. Pool was also clean. The only issue was the pull out bed had stains so we were unable to use it but once we informed the staff they accommodated us and gave us one of our breakfast meals for free due to the inconvenience! The waitress / host during the morning breakfast was also an absolute sweetheart! Would recommend and very family friendly!

    The staff were very nice here!!! I got to the hotel after a day of hiking, very sore. I booked the r hotel hoping to use the hot tub, however it was out of service. I was offered an upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub since I note that I drove out of my way to stay there for the hot tub. The front desk didn't have to do that, however, I greatly appreciated it! The wings at the hotel bar were great. I found the property to be safe and comfortable.

    The bed was very comfortable, my wife and I slept well. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood without lots of traffic. The bedroom and bathroom were large with lots of space to move around. The buffet breakfast was cold. The eggs, sausages and bacon were cooked but not warm/hot. The attendant said all the burners under the food were are the correct temperature setting and could not explain why the food was cold.

    Over all the stay was decent, nice room and good breakfast. However we booked this hotel which was higher priced than many as it was advertised as having a pool and hot tub. The pool was ok but the hot tub was empty and caution tapped off. If we would have know the hot tub was out of order we would have saved $50+ and stayed elsewhere.

    I booked this hotel specifically because it had a nice looking pool and a hot tub. I was there with my daughter moving her back to Syracuse, and we thought the hot tub and pool would be fun after a long day of move-in and setting up. We arrived at the hotel to find that the hot tub was empty with caution tape over it. Additionally, the pool was disgustingly filthy. I took a video because I couldn't believe the look of it. Aside from the peeling brown whatever on the bottom, the top of the pool had a film on it. Very clearly was a film. There was also a lot of hair floating throughout the pool. The room was okay, but the bathtub looked gross as well. The best part of our stay was the Gabby (Gabi?) our sever at the onsite restaurant. The food there was quite good. I booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, and neither were usable.

    The hot tub was not working, our room service order was never put in we had to order outside of the hotel and never got to eat until 11 pm. The included breakfast with our stay was not included it was 13.95 a person and there were no eating utensils clean in the whole place. We ate yogurt with a plastic fork because they forgot to wash their dishes.

    When we first checked in and walked into the main lobby, the smell of urine and chlorine was overwhelming. We walked up to the counter and the gentleman sitting behind the desk just stared at us not saying a word. I politely asked if we could check in and he replied “ let me look” check in time is 3:00 pm and we arrived at 2:30. He informed us that our room was ready and we could check in with a grunt. He tossed our keys in the desk and gave us absolutely no direction or even our room number. This gentleman’s personality and lack of customer service was the last of our worries, so we shook it off and moved into getting our belongings and getting into our room. We loaded our items onto a luggage cart and wandered around trying to find the elevator. When we found it we noticed a printed sign on it that basically said the elevator does work, but if you do not move quick enough the door will crush anything in its path.. we thought the sign was joking but as we entered the door expectedly close on our luggage cart knocking them onto my child. We made it up to our hotel room and opened the door. We explored for a minute and started to unload our things. I went into the bathroom and noticed that in the sink there were long curly hairs on the sink and vanity, as well as a huge hairball that was chilling out in the drain of the shower. My 5 year old was super excited about swimming so we immediately went down to the pool and jacuzzi to feel the water and span the layout. As soon as we walked into the pool area, the first thing we were greeted with was the overwhelming smell on chlorine and urine. The jacuzzi area was also decorated with a wonderful caution tape and electric saw sitting next to the jacuzzi. The pool was cloudy. You could see floating debris and hair about. It was all about 50 degrees. The liner of the pool also looked like it was peeling off and mold growing in and around the area. My husband and I were immediately turned off and went right to the front desk To discuss our concerns with the front desk. I politely and effectively told the staff that the conditions our room and amenities were unacceptable and we wanted to work on a solution because myself and my family did not feel comfortable at this property for two nights. The same gentleman at the front desk proceeded to tell me that we’re basically shit out of luck and because it was a holiday weekend, there was no manager in the building and there was nothing he could do. He also stated that because I booked through a 3rd party site (booking) that they would have to either change our reservation or issue a refund. I immediately went up to the room and called Booking customer service. The agent confirmed with me that It was actually Hilton that needed to issue the refund and they were unwilling and uncooperative with the booking customer service agent. The hotel would not answer the phone of the booking agent. So I went down the to main desk again and asked them to please contact booking. They were giving me the run around and the wrong number for the agent to call. At this point the booking agent advised me to write this review and put in a complaint against the property. The staff at the front desk proceeded desk proceeded to argue with me about the amenities saying that “ their pool is the best” and if you go to any other hotel they don’t even compare”. The lady Kim at the front desk continued to bully me about my feeling on the property and told me to basically stay somewhere else. After this entire awful encounter, we packed up and immediately left the premises. I got on the phone with Hilton corporate, and they would not process anything with the booking because the property refused to check us out in the system. I had to put in record with Hilton corporate that we legitimate left the property because I was afraid that they would try to charge my card for our stay or an accidental. In short please save your time, money, sanity and never stay at this property

    The only thing that was weird was the continental breakfast was not included, there was 2 waters in our room but you had to pay for them- they were just regular small waters. At least upgrade to fancy water. Also there was a kuerig, but they only gave us decaf coffee. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Clean, friendly, and safe.

    It was wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time in the hot tub which was amazing and very relaxing. Everything was great till the fire alarms went off at 7.30 this morning. Luckily it was a false alarm and everything was OK. The staff was awesome and very apologetic.

    So the bedsheets didnt fit my king sized bed. They kept coming off at the corners. They gave us new ones to put on the beds ourselves, however those didn't fit either! The internet went down & they sent the maintenance man to fix it! He had no clue how to fix the internet....that wasnt shocking to know that!     We liked how it was close to the highway, Don’t go to ruby tuesdays nearby you will be disappointed. We also liked sitting on the benches at night by the pond on the hotel property. Pool and spa hours were 6am-10pm. The rooms and facilities were clean. Wish Expedia told us about no breakfast through a third party booking and the $50 refundable “incidental fee.” It was a short 15 minute ride to the JMA Dome. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely visit there again if we have to stay in the area again.

    Very nice property, clean rooms. Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. Front desk staff at check in was not very kind or friendly but gentleman in morning was fun. Overall good stay for what we needed.

    The property was well taken care of and clean. The only issue i had was when we arrived we stood there for 10 min while waiting for the staff to do whatever they were doing. Then they moved us at last minute to a room with one king bed while i paid for a king bed plus a sofa bed so we had to sleep 3 wide. Staff did not consider while 3 of us stood there for them yo see

    Bathroom infested with booklice, I thought they were bedbugs until I researched the bugs more. Housekeeping came and took the infested shower curtain, I was told to go to the front desk to speak with the manager, I was told I would receive a refund for the room. Never received said refund, I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia with no luck because the hotel is denying a refund after they already told me the funds were released. Very unprofessional. My child didn’t even get to bathe before a surgery that was scheduled in the area because of the infestation. Absolutely repulsive.

    I was a bit stressed when we first arrived (plans had changed) the front desk was not very friendly. She did eventually help me but again could have been more friendly about it. Room was clean. Myself and son loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast staff was very kind. Lobby is pretty.

    Daphne and the pub are awesome. Breakfast needs serious work. They were out of most food, there was no cutlery and they ran out of coffee. The server was slow and disinterested.

    Dogs barking all night. Room mixups that made us have to pack up and move to a different room. Then the manager in the morning checking me out when were just trying to speak with him about the breakfast buffet that was not what was advertised. Just not the Hilton Experiance. I will find another hotel in that area as they treated me like I was second class on the morning shift.

    I booked online for business for the night, the lady who was checking me in was amazing very sweet. I dropped my bags and left to work. I came back different person than check in, bathtub was dirty, stains on the furniture very upsetting went down stairs and they said nothing they can do so late. I booked for the jacuzzi room wasn’t able to use. Bedding was clean. But rest of it very upsetting.

    The property was not bad. The issue I had was the sink was leaking underneath in the bathroom. I don't think it just started when I got there and when housekeeping was cleaning, they should have noticed. Next, it is shocking that the "breakfast" which is basically yogurt, some wrapped fruit, pan of scrambled eggs, etc. (your typical hotel breakfast) was not included. It was embarrassing to not realize. The lady politely explained but that is ridiculous that there is a fee for this.

    We paid for breakfast as part of the room but the hotel said they would not provide because they were not busy enough. Our room also smelled like marijuana throughout our stay. When we notified the don’t desk they did not offer to move us not address the issue.

    This property charges like a Hilton and performs like a Red Roof Inn. The seating area and hall (junior suite) was painted grey and did not have a single wall decoration. It felt like a jail cell. I found out too late that housekeeping was an every other day activity. The breakfast was a "do it yourself" poorly stocked breakfast bar for $13.95. All of this at a cost of $278/night. This is corporate price gouging if I've ever seen it.

    Good stay and everyone very nice but three issues. First, bed frame has metal brackets holding mattress. Cut my leg twice on bracket when I walked close to side of bed to get in. Second, only one elevator at center and stairs at ends of long hallway. Final, no plastic utensils available for food items sold by front desk.

    We were given a king-size bed and a pull out sofa bed that already has the old sheets on. I had asked for two queen size beds for a family of three. The coffee pot in the room was out of order. And breakfast was an extra 14 dollars per person
