Price was good. The employees were friendly No coffee options throughout day, only in the morning at the so called "breakfast" which should not be advertised as free breakfast

Its a very bad maintenance facility, floor and even walls full of stains, this hotel should be considered less than 1 star. Place where you want to leave quickly

Rooms were subpar, had a damp smell, nothing in rooms (coffee pot, Hair dyer, Iron etc) no blankets only sheets, I've stayed at many hotels across America, and this was the only one I regretted staying at. Never again, health department should visit this place

They called me at 5:36pm on the night our reservation was to happen cancelling it...they said someone decided to stay longer...left us in a bind trying to find another hotel so late in the day....no help from them....I spoken to several people in hotel business and they say they have never heard of such a thing...especially disappointing was that they knew the day before there was an issue but waited til Friday night....I will do my best to pass the word about Extended Stay inn and how they treat their customers

And at check-in the front desk was very cold and seemed bother I was there. Landscaping of hotel was terrible. Did not look like grass was cut or flower beds have not been cleared for over a year. Arrived at 10PM. Reservation was cancelled and room was sold. No help finding another location.

Nothing. No cups for coffee. Clerk said they had none.

When I arrive, I do not send a room despite booking and having a confirmation number and very bad treatment of the staff.

Room keys kept screwing up , had coffee but no cups had to use a bowl ,had washer and dryers but no soap available to purchase , I've been to a few extended stays and this was one of the least maintained it's a reflection on the OWNER lawn wasn't even mowed. I will have to see the extended stays before booking again

Location. This stay was absolutely terrible, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will not be coming back. I would also like to request a refund for my troubles. Door wouldn't lock properly No shower curtain Desk chair was completely torn up Giant AC unit on a cart was in the middle of the floor when I arrived to the room, I had to push it out of the way to the side against the wall. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed or cleaned up Bed blanket (top one) had a black smudge stain on the end of it Thin blankets and sheets - were not warm at all Shower head was unstable and not properly secure in the wall, and made a loud whining noise

Glad you asked. Breakfast was advertised and was critical for my choice but for all the days we were there, not one did they have breakfast. Not even coffee. The smell of cigarettes. The cockroaches in the room. The fact that when I went downstairs to borrow a pen, it took them 5 minutes to actually find one. Not once did they ask about cleaning our room.

They did not keep reservation and did not notify.

Arrived at hotel. There were a number of people standyoutside. Hotel had a sign in window no rooms available. Made the reservation a while ago. Front desk would not talk to me. My money was taken through hotels.com and no one is answering the phone to get my money back.

Only complaint is the smell of weed in the hallway & lobby at night.

The kitchen was fine and I didn’t even have time to take a breakfast I mean he was was just a normal stay but nothing wahouu I was expected

My reserved room that was paid for in full two weeks prior was given to the homeless. The rude staff informed me that it is first come first serve. I had to call the police on the girl at the front desk, and the police said the Hotel is a DHS hotel for the homeless. At 11:30pm all I wanted was to sleep, but instead I spent till 2:00 am to find another Hotel to stay at. This place cannot be trusted.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, but the floor sloped so much that the drawers wouldn't stay in the dresser. Of less concern, but notable, was that there was no phone in the room, and while the listing said it was provided with cookware and tableware, there were none, making the stove burners pretty useless. (we had our cell phones and didn't plan on cooking, so it wasn't a real problem for us.) The breakfast was very limited, with terrible coffee the only thing we tried. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and will never return.

Unclean rooms and property. Just muffins and coffee for breakfast. Most of the staff was not friendly at all. The whole building/property feels worn out and old. Far from a pleasant experience.

We booked a room with two double beds. Upon arrival we were told that they only had singles as it was first come first serve basis. The service agent after pleading gave us a room with a double and pull out sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. A very bad experience. I tried to call Hotels.com but could not find a contact number.

This place is pet friendly, there is a trash room on each floor, they provide pots and utensils upon request! Overall decent stay

Reserved a 2 bed room. When checking in was informed this was not available and only had single bed rooms. This was not acceptable. Did not finish check in process as what i reserved was not was not offered.

They give me a room that had been used then changed me to a room that had bed bugs not happy at all poor staff and house keeping

We had a hard time. He reserved room with 2 beds. An hour before check I got a call with no message, apparently. We arrived and they said that they had no room for us. Very upset 4 hours from home. They gave us a room with 1 bed. The person I stayed with was uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed. She slept in the chair and on the floor. This in my eyes was not acceptable. If you have reservations then you should be getting the room you reserved.

This place was an absolute abomination, scary, filthy crack heads, problem nodding off hangin out in front of the property! It looks like this is a homeless encampment, filthy outside and looking through the door it looked even worse - I think I lucked out by not staying here - now I’ll never book the brand ever again and Expedia’s screening needs to be a a whole lot better for the properties!

I stay in roughly 100 hotels a year and this is my first review.. The place is an absolute dump. Smelt like cat pee and weed. Shower didn't work. Furniture beat to hell. Carpet was so rank I left my shoes on the entire night. Burn this place to the ground and sell the lot.

Property is in a dismal state. Tried to check in, but there was someone in room. We cancelled our reservation but we're charged anyway, even after being told otherwise.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchenette is a really great perk! The free breakfast was minimal and the hallways smelled unpleasant.

When we arrived there were a few prople out front drinking and had a 6 pack on the ledge that they have outside. They had dogs barking throught night and before we left. In the morning, the hallway smelled like Marijuana, it came into room. We went to have breakfast they only had apple cinnamon fruit bar ( I'm allergic to cinnamon. So i decided to get coffee and my mom and sister got a cup, I did not because they didnt have any more. I asked the desk for coffee and she said they didnt have anymore and that they have to wait til it comes. The price we paid was definitely not worth the stay.

I enter the hotel lot and see people out front drinking and doing drugs. A gentleman approaches me once I enter the hotel elevator talking nonsense. The front desk ladies were complaining about a personal situation with the hotel. I enter my room and there is a terrible odor of dog! The sheets were a mess and there is dog food under the cabinets. I let the front desk know and ask that they change my room. They complied but only after charging me more to change my room. Like an idiot, I payed the up charge only to go to another dirty room with a broken tv. At this point I have had enough and decided to leave. I would highly recommend stay FAR away from this place!

The room was very clean.

We checked in and were charged for 1,300+ for two night. There was someone already in the room. There were no rooms left. The place looks very sketchy, not clean not safe. You should not offer it through your website. Very disappointed.

Overall run down facility, not clean, room smells of smoke was supposed to be non smoking room. Bed/pillows uncomfortable, linens stained. Refrigerator filthy on outside of the door. The front desk staff was friendly and did get us different pillows. Would not stay again. We stayed at one in Rochester that was excellent.

The toilet didn’t work The attendant was great and did his best to accommodate me.

The room has a nice set up and a full size fridge which would be a bonus if I had been staying a few days. You just have to ask for everything - shampoo, dishes, etc. I was there fair week and they were NOT stocked for breakfast at all - no cream for coffee or lids for cups or food available except a couple of prepackaged muffins. The desk staff could not have cared less. When I asked about the 'Breakfast Included' just told me 'yeah. An order has been placed for stuff. It should be here tomorrow.'

First off, I could tell the room was not cleaned properly prior to check in. The refrigerator had a half a case of beer in it. That right there tells me housekeeping did a half ass job. The floors were filthy. Hardwood floors? Really? Never stayed in a hotel with hardwood floors. The other residents ( I understand that it is used as a boarding hotel now) were walking around like they owned the place. I know it legal but the nasty stench of marijuana was everywhere. The bathtub had a leaky faucet. The "grab and go breakfast” was an absolute joke. A few bags of instant oatmeal and a few breakfast bars? No fruit? No plastic utensils for the oatmeal? All around, I was not pleased at all about our one night stay. If I was in town more than one night, I would have gone elsewhere. I really hope this is not what a typical night at you hotel is like. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

However, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It was very rundown. Walking down the hallway there were various smells, including cigarettes smoke and garbage. The room was very old and dingy. I turned the shower on and the shower head was facing the outside of the tub, therefore soaking the floor. The free breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate (with only coffee mate, no milk), oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins and nutri grain bars. So I wouldn’t exactly count on the free breakfast if that’s a deciding factor in booking here.

Staff was amazing. The hotel was full of sloppy full- time residents and the odor of Marijuana was strong.

We checked into the room. The room they gave us had a broken tv, the wall was falling apart, the mirror in the bathroom was ripped off the wall and set on the bathroom floor. Then they gave us another room and when we tried cooking the burner wouldn’t even cook pasta so we threw all the food away because we couldn’t cook it plus when we pulled the sheets back there was blood on the sheets. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. They didn’t have another room to give us so we were told that all they could do is give us a clean set of sheets and a 9.27 refund apparently because we had to stay the night there because everything else around was sold out. When I reached out to get a refund the manager told me that that’s all they could do even though we went through all of that trouble.

Woof. If you like the scent of cat pee and cigarettes, this is the hotel for you! The room was damp. You have to keep your shoes on as the carpet is damp. I think people live in the parking lot? I wouldn’t recommend staying here ever.

This Extended Stay is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and it is great to have a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, freash and white. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been here before but this was gross. Cigarette burns in the furniture. Cockroaches. No trash can. No shampoo or conditioner. The shower had mold. The remote was filthy. Really really gross.

The refrigerator was not cleaned out. Strong pot smell in hall. Abandoned cars in parking lot. Included breakfast was protein bar and coffee.

My room had no sheets and even though I requested them I never got them. Both nights nothing but pillows. Two cars got broken into the first night I was there. They charged a 100 dollar deposit and when I checked out they said it will take a week to return it and if I don’t see it to call them back. Hotel is being used as low income housing. Tenants were nice but staff seemed uncaring. If you are a traveler please avoid.

Hotel is clean, but there is no carpeting because it is a pet-friendly establishment. They were “out of breakfast items” for our stay. Lots of dogs barking and many people live at the hotel. No ice machine is available at the property, either. The staff is very nice, though.

The property was clean until my last night I discovered a roach in the bathroom. The dam guest were loud as Hell. I couldn’t sleep until the kids were gone during the day. The television and sound system is so loud I want a refund for the last night. It’s 2:31am and I can’t sleep because of the noise. Management is aware of the situation but can’t do anything about it because of the laws

I ended up not even staying. We walked in the room and the place stunk like smoke and was outdated and unclean. The clientel made it feel very unsafe. We walked in and then walked back out and explained to the person at the desk that we werent staying and why.

Hotel looks shabby. The guest above me was very noisy and had a dog that barked all night. Some type of alarm went off at 3:15 in the morning too. I got almost zero sleep staying here.

Check-in was easy, and when the clerk did not know how to process my reservation (made through Hotels.com) he did the right thing to ask for help – quite professional. I chose this place as an inexpensive place to lay my head for one night; the cost felt like a bargain for the room I was getting. Certain parts of the hotel could use updating: cracks by the elevator call button, linoleum peel in the kitchenette (at least in my room), general unkemptness in the stairwells and exit corridors, etc. Yet, I got what I paid for and am not picky! Breakfast was "grab-n-go," with coffee, oatmeal, and muffins. There is a McDonald's and Speedway in the area if you're looking for something more substantial. Pots/pans can be called for from the front desk, if needed, too.

This hotel was horrible !! Everything was filthy dirty! This hotel was nothing at all like what was advertised . The room was smelly and dirty not clean at all ! A dirty sock was on the floor!! The entire hotel needs to be renovated !! There are stains on all the appliances . There was a humming sound in the room .. not sure where it was coming from . There are a lot of people that live there like it is an apartment! A lot of domestic issues . Yelling , people going in and out …. It just did not feel safe! I did not even stay . I booked another hotel and left !!!

The property had no kitchen utensils or anything. There were towels for the bath and that was it. No coffee in the morning. This is not what I expected at all.

It does not look like the pictures, everything is old and dirty looking, not because it's not cleaned just wear and tear. The bed was so hard, the room and hallway smelled of cigarettes even though it's no smoking. It was so hot even with the heat turned off. The"breakfast" included was prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars but i guess you get what you pay for

It was okay. The staff was nice and respectful smiled. The area was okay. I only had an issue with the bathroom cloth curtains shower head huge water all over floor. Toilet kept filling also. And I found someone else sick under the bed 😔 not cool. Fridge was very clean though. I never found the included breakfast. Vending machine a little pricy but also a plus for having the laundry near by in building. Overall good.

Very limited bathroom supplies had to buy my own toilet paper. Breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Had a mini kitchen with no appliances. The hallway smelled like marijuana. Dogs barking in middle of the night coming from next the room. Walls are thin so you can hear other guest. No shower pressure.

The automatic doors do not work--that makes it difficult for mobility-impaired folks to even get into the building. The interior of the property seems clean, overall. Our room is clean, but the kitchenette is very rundown looking. A desk lamp would be nice. You either have overly-bright lights or none. Hard to work at the desk area. The hallways reeked of weed--and it got worse as it got later into the evening. There are dirty towels & trash outside a room near ours. It seems as if the standards here are not very high. Definitely a lot of better properties in the area.

When I looked up this place it had good ratings, and I was in a pinch, so I booked last minute. The entire place was filthy and smelled like it decided to be non smoking about 15 minutes ago. The carpets were sticky, the linens were sus and terrible quality, there was a dirty hand print in the shower, and the toilet seat was peeling and stained with urine and smelled like a New Jersey turnpike portojohn. Would not recommend ever at all to anyone even if they were desperate. Sleep in your car.

The place is ok but the so called breakfast was laughable. Only cupcakes/muffins, tea and coffee with sugar loaded creamer. No milk, juice or fruits!

I was put into a room that wasn’t clean and remote didn’t work but the staff is friendly. Over all the hotel needs maintenance repairs and updates.

We did not feel safe at the facility. In addition the room was dirty, bed had hairs in it and the room smelled horrible. We left within 5 min and stayed at another hotel. Unfortunately, I had to pay for both locations but our safety was worth it.

Check in was fast and it’s a clean property

I picked an extended stay hotel even thomi was only staying one night so I could have the pleasure of cooking for myself while on the road. One look at the very dirty kitchen, including burnt on food on the burner, and it was takeout instead for me. I also passed on the shower because of the grime and buildup in the tub

The staff at this property are great!! They go beyond the call of duty to accommodate our wishes. The amenities and environment makes our stay feel like "home away from home". I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and friendly stay.

Not what it used to be.

When we checked the beds for bed bugs, one mattress had only one sheet and the other had a zippered casing and a sheet. So that made me worried. Thankfully no bed bugs, but there were tonnes of random hairs within the blankets/pillows. The worst was there was animal feces under one of the beds! Also when we inspected further there was dried urine spots all over the room and then i realized that some markings on the floor were most likely dried up feces that didn't come off during mopping. Tried to give us another room, which to be honest looked a million times better! But there was no way we were going to stay with this establishment. Thankfully we selected pay at the hotel option so we received a full refund and left. I cannot understand how a room could even get into the kind of shape it was in.

The last at the front desk was very rude. I asked her to fix my room key but she was too busy on her phone on the break room and when getting up said Oh my God. Like I was a problem. Anytime going to the front desk she was never there, always in breakroom

It was pretty good. The only complaint I had was the kitchen floor was dirty. And no coffee, lol. For the price it was great! Just make sure you bring what you need.

The shower head was not great. The place seemed grimy. The bed was comfortable, but could use another blanket.

Although the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, they do not control who is occupying the rooms. The clientele did not lend itself to a safe feeling nor a good nights sleep. I will never book there or at another extended stay America hotel.

Front desk attendant was very professional in appearance and manner. Sadly this was the only redeeming quality about this hotel. The hallways were dimly lit. The hallways, elevator and our room smelled really bad. Rooms had a kitchens, it smelled as though years of bad cooking and smoking was everywhere. Our room did not have clean sheets, blood streak and dirt/grime when sheets were lifted. I asked for new sheets and received them along with an apology. I looked further and saw, dust, dirt and dead bugs on the floor. I checked out with my teen daughter and went to another hotel.

The hotel is very old and should be demolished. It’s not clean. The room where I stayed for three nights smelled like cigarettes. It’s impossible to sleep because you have people shouting all night and opening and closing the door. The smoke of people who smoke outside enters the room and makes it impossible to rest. I won't recommend this hotel at all

My experience was wonderful and the receptionist Alisa and I have the same name ,she is very accommodating.

There was not anything to like about the hotel very old sheets and old blankets on the bed cheap towels breakfast was treable cold coffee and small muffins I feel like it was wasted my sleep and of my time to go down stairs for breakfast. I wouldn’t advise or recommend to anyone stay in this hotel.
